i know some of you r into it but i REALLY wish i didnt get so sweaty so easily. ill just be sitting there in 50degree weather sweating bullets. and lord help us all if i actually engage in physical activity. plus the physical sensation of yr skin being slick with sweat and making your clothes stick to u and having it stuck in your hair dripping off you is a sensory nightmare. feeling my shirt clinging to my back thats forming into a flowing river of expelled water and electrolytes. this shit sucks!

Week 3

I just got staples taken out and started two outpatient physio sessions.

Knee Bend: started at 50degrees… but second session was even a bit further. I think the back of my knee swelling is what is preventing me from going further.

Sleep is way better. Finally moved back up to my bed upstairs with wifey. Still gonna take a while to even walk properly. But I’m basically only using one crutch instead of both now. Just using both when I go outside.

Note: weird thing happened, I had a gout flare up I think. My ankle wasn’t swollen but inside of my ankle joint had piercing pain on Saturday and I couldn’t get around properly. Hope this was just an eating mistake! I’ve been eating pretty clean except for some of the food people drop off.
