8 OF WANDS

Rapid change. Hastiness and swiftness. News that knocks the wind out of you. The eight of wands represents the moment where everything changes - for better or worse. These changes are fast, tie up loose ends, and answer questions that have been without an answer for some time.

Change is hard for everyone, it is against the nature of the human condition. Yet, paradoxically, change is the only constant in the universe. In the Kybalion, It is the third of the seven universal laws - The Law of Vibration.

So we must learn to accept that nothing ever lasts forever. We must learn to welcome change, no matter how fast or how drastic. We must learn why we tend to feel fear when entertaining the idea of change. It is because we are afraid of the unknown. We are afraid of it because we cannot control it, the antidote is acceptance.

the eight of wands in reversed symbolises many themes: going too fast for an idea and needing to slow down, trying to resist change, travel delays. now that comeback season in over, he’s anxiously waiting for the results, the numbers, the statistics, how well did the comeback do? what does this mean for him? for the group? for their future? will the promises that BigHit promised them once they reached their goals come true… or are they lying again? I’ve said this in many txt readings but what taehyun said years ago on live really is true, their success really does depend on the digits. numbers are everything to the group (I’m getting their “bread and butter”) so i think this mindset of “success at all costs” has really been drilled into them at a young age…

to clarify this deeper, the three of pentacles in reverse hints at teamwork not going very well and needing to find a new way around a potential problem. there could be disputes in the group on how to get things done. it also says that there may be a member or two trying to gain superiority over each other and soobin doesn’t like this. there could be a lack of respect for each others opinions and forgetting the big picture that everyone is unique and contributes equally to the team. during this time, soobin might feel like he’s somewhat outgrowing the industry and feels stuck in his idol career. sometimes as the leader he feels like he’d rather sort his members problems out himself rather than making them take responsibility…

Friday, May 26, 2023 Good morning! Today is about Journeys, Change, and Energetic pressure Tarot of the Day: Eight of Wands

Things are about to get very busy. Any projects you begin will move quickly, with few if any, delays. The results will likely to be successful so long as you keep your head, and don’t get distracted.   Also ending is the pattern of being stuck by indecision – yours as well as from others. If you’ve done all you can do, then, now is the time to let others do what they need to do to ensure the end you were hoping for and working toward.

The energetic movement where there previously was none,  will cause a cosmic *sigh* as the energy that was building but getting you nowhere, is released and begins to draw you forward. Expect great news, great hope, speeding toward an end that promises happiness. This can also represent the arrows of love (which is where it’s OK to lose your head a little).

💚 At work, you are likely waiting for others to make decisions and it feels as though you are running and not getting anywhere. Consider the adage that no news is good news; relax, don't push, and trust the work you offered; the delay isn’t yours to fix.
