#MIPHLINK WEEK HAS STARTED AAAAAA#MiphLinkweek#aaaa so excited#wohoooooo#the ideas for this piece are probably all pretty clear#but I realised I had never done a mermaid au for MiphLink so I decided to rectify it#and then I did a doodle that looked like the art from a kids novel whilst trying to work out what I wanted the composition of the piece to#and so I decided kid's book style mermaid au#also the constellations mipha is comparing with jellyfish are Alteir Vega and Cygnus#there's a myth about them as separated lovers (Niu Lang and Zhi Nu) whom magpies take pity on and form a bridge (the Cygnus constellation)#I thought separated lovers who overcame the odds and were still able to be together once a year was a very MiphLink vibe so#miphlink#mipha#link#botw#stargazing#mermaid au#miphlinkweek2023#creativesplat draws

This morning I forgot to turn off my alarm so I woke up at 8:15 only to receive a message telling me I successfully passed the driver's license test. So yes, finally.
It took me one summer to find a way to finally study something I'm deeply interested in (cultural and creative industries), find a job I love, get my bachelor's degree in management, cut ties with people who did me wrong and finally get this driver's license.
Or, to be honest, it took my 5 years to find the courage and the resources to do all this.
Guys, never give up. Your dreams will come true eventually.
