Hello! I’ve really been enjoying your Spider Shen Yuan posts and I felt compelled to attempt to draw him. You said he was an Orb Weaver in the first post, and though I think it’s native to the America’s, a Golden Silk Orb Weaver not only sounds like a PIDW creature, a spider that weaves with golden silk sounds badass and something to covet. I added the little Pom-Pom pedipalps and silk shawl, and extra sharp bits on the legs based on Monster Hunter spider‘s like Lala Barina and Rakna-Kadaki.
