There's a shuffling noise and some unintelligible whispering, then her voice through the static. “Cassidy?” Break me heart some more, why don't you? “Hey Tulip.” “Fuck, Cass, why d'you do that for? I was worried about you!” I swear that girl's got no shame. Here I am following her around like a lost puppy for months, living off of Jesse Custer's fucking crumbs, and she's got the gall to be mad at me for leaving? Fuck but I love her.

Wrote a thing! Got into Preacher years ago when it came out, then forgot to watch the new seasons, then it got put on Netflix, and here we are :)
