I had a dream last night that I went on Letterboxd (not sponsored) and I saw you had activity for this new groundbreaking film, like it had a 4.9 star review and was PERFECT according to all the viewers, the best film ever made type beat, a modern classic.
But you had written the ONLY review that wasn’t five stars, and you had written something akin to “hmmm is was ok”, and you just got so much backlash 😭😭 and it just accumulated to literally thousands of people having a go at you.
And after this one extremely long and passionate rant/monologue from this one fan of the movie, you turned around and looked at them with the flattest, most deadpan tone and just said “I made (the movie)”. And I was so flabbergasted and apparently the reveal was too powerful because I woke up immediately after in a cold sweat.😭
I literally can’t even remember anything about the film, not the genre, premise, not the title, not even the poster on Letterboxd, and I’m so distraught at that fact 😔💔 I’ll never know what Dream-You did that revolutionised the filmmaking industry and what that perfect film was.
LMAOOOOO that seems like me😔 damn now how can i replicate it to achieve my directorial career😫😫 i still can’t believe dream me is more successful than me but it makes sense A 5 (practically 4.9) STAR MOVIE TOO WOKE UP IN A COLD SWEAT😭😭😭😭 my power must’ve been too great for you to bear any longer😥😥 i would’ve copied everything the plot the poster idea the premise everything but damn😔

Ibara Saegusa - The Valentine’s Day War Front
Tumblr media
Event: Chocolat◆An Exceptional Rouge and Ruby
Episode 1:
Tumblr media
(Location: CosPro Office)
Ibara: Now then, what kind of approach should I take?
Next year will certainly be a fierce battle. If I come up with a half-baked plan then I’ll be beaten by my competitors……
…… Oh, why isn’t it Anzu-san! My apologies for not noticing right away!
Option 1: What are you doing?
Ibara: I’m planning to have a meeting with a manufacturer for next year’s Valentine’s Day.
I was just working on a sales plan and strategy just for that☆
Option 2: Chocolate?
Ibara: Yes, I was looking into Valentine’s Day again……
…… Ah, right. If you don’t mind, could I take up some of your time? I would like to hear your opinion, Anzu-san♪
Option 3: Can I help you with something?
Ibara: There’s no need! This is a personal job……
I was just thinking about strategies to win the Valentine’s Day sales.
Episode 2:
Tumblr media
(Location: CosPro Office)
Ibara: For confectioners, Valentine’s Day is a major sales battle that they must win.
For that reason, I gathered information about Valentine’s Day and worked out a sales plan that would resonate with customers……
Even if you can say “sales plan” in a single breath, there’s various strategies you can follow. Where should we focus our efforts……?
Option 1: Distribution or something……
Ibara: Do you mean increasing the amount of stores carrying it so people can access it easier?
As expected of the talented Producer-dono, we had the same idea! Strengthening logistics is a simple but important thing……☆
Option 2: Advertising on social media.
Ibara: So you repeatedly promote your product through social media, and customers will get the word out via word of mouth.
It might be a good idea to hold an event on social media to build up more excitement♪
Option 3: Product novelty.
Ibara: Of course. If we have similar products to other confectioners then we can’t expect explosive traction.
By clarifying the concept and differentiating the product from other companies…… the product becomes more attractive☆
Episode 3:
Tumblr media
(Location: CosPro Office)
Ibara: Thank you for your wisdom. Thanks to Anzu-san, I think I can come up with a great sales strategy.
As a business owner, I can’t afford to fall behind in the Valentine’s Day sales battle.
Together with idol activities, we will come out of this battle victorious……☆
Option 1: You’re welcome.
Ibara: Did you learn something by talking to myself?
…… As usual, Anzu-san is an enthusiastic student, isn’t she? But it’d be great if you could help me☆
Option 2: Please talk to me if you’re in trouble.
Ibara: No, no! I can’t take up Anzu-san’s time any more than I already have!
…… However, Anzu-san’s perspective is one I can’t replicate. So, if I need anything I’ll ask you♪
Option 3: I’m looking forward to it.
Ibara: What kind of chocolate will it be, I wonder?
Fufu, it’s about time I can stay calm like this. This Saegusa Ibara, and Anzu-san as well, will produce amazing results……!

This builds loyalty in ways generic platforms can’t replicate.
You’re more than just a pin on a map
You’re a trusted neighbor, not just another option
Your Place in the Community Starts Here
If you're ready to stop competing on price and start competing on purpose and presence, your Community Hub on MyCommunity is the place to begin.
Because people don’t just want to buy—they want to belong. And your business has the power to be the reason they do.
Join My Community today and claim your space—not just online, but in your community. Because you’re more than a listing. You’re a local landmark in the making.

Data Governance Best Practices in Power BI After Migration
As organizations continue to shift from Tableau to Power BI for more seamless integration with Microsoft tools, robust data governance becomes more critical than ever. While Power BI provides flexible data modeling and visual storytelling capabilities, without proper governance post-migration, businesses risk data sprawl, inconsistent reporting, and compliance challenges.
In this guide, we'll break down essential data governance best practices in Power BI after migration, so your organization can transition smoothly, maintain trust in data, and scale confidently.
Why Data Governance Matters After Migration
Migrating from Tableau to Power BI introduces a shift not just in platforms but in architectural thinking. Tableau’s worksheet-centric approach differs significantly from Power BI’s dataset-centric model. If you migrate dashboards without rethinking governance, you're likely to face:
Redundant data models
Uncontrolled workspace sprawl
Security vulnerabilities
Inconsistent definitions of KPIs and metrics
By establishing a governance framework early in your Power BI journey, you safeguard the integrity, security, and usability of your data ecosystem.
1. Define Roles and Responsibilities Clearly
Post-migration, avoid confusion by establishing clearly defined roles such as:
Data Stewards – Manage datasets and definitions.
Power BI Admins – Oversee workspace access, settings, and tenant-wide configurations.
Report Creators (Pro Users) – Build reports and dashboards.
Consumers – View reports with limited access.
Use Microsoft’s Power BI Admin Portal to manage these roles effectively. Ensure least-privilege access by default and promote a culture of accountability.
2. Standardize Data Models
A common mistake during Tableau to Power BI migration is replicating multiple data models for similar use cases. Instead, centralize semantic models in Power BI datasets and promote them through certified datasets.
Best practices include:
Using shared datasets for common metrics (sales, revenue, etc.).
Applying consistent naming conventions and descriptions.
Documenting data lineage with tools like Power BI’s Impact Analysis.
This standardization ensures that business users across departments rely on the same version of the truth.
3. Implement Row-Level Security (RLS)
Data visibility rules in Tableau do not always translate one-to-one in Power BI. Post-migration, it’s essential to implement Row-Level Security (RLS) within datasets to control access based on user identity.
Tips for RLS implementation:
Define roles directly in Power BI Desktop.
Map user identities via Azure Active Directory.
Test scenarios using Power BI Service’s “View As” role function.
Effective RLS supports compliance and builds user trust in the system.
4. Structure Workspaces Strategically
Workspaces in Power BI are more than folders—they're functional boundaries that impact governance and sharing. After migration, take time to reorganize content thoughtfully:
Development Workspace – For drafts and testing.
Production Workspace – For published, stable reports.
Departmental Workspaces – For team-specific analytics.
Set workspace permissions to control who can publish, edit, or consume content. Leverage Power BI’s Deployment Pipelines for staging content across dev, test, and prod.
5. Monitor Usage and Audit Logs
Governance doesn't stop after migration. Ongoing monitoring is key to refining your Power BI strategy. Use:
Power BI Activity Logs – To track report views, dataset refreshes, and sharing activity.
Microsoft Purview (formerly Azure Purview) – For advanced data cataloging and lineage tracking.
Admin APIs and PowerShell Scripts – To automate regular audits of workspace sprawl, dataset refresh failures, and user access.
This real-time visibility into usage helps you optimize licensing, performance, and compliance.
6. Establish a Data Catalog and Business Glossary
Migration is a prime opportunity to reintroduce data clarity across the organization. Create a central glossary of business terms and KPIs tied to Power BI datasets.
Use tools like:
Microsoft Purview or Power BI data catalog add-ons
Shared documentation in tools like Confluence or SharePoint
Embedded tooltips within Power BI reports to surface definitions
A unified data dictionary helps eliminate ambiguity and drives consistency in reporting.
7. Enforce Dataset Refresh Governance
After Tableau to Power BI migration, schedule and monitor dataset refreshes carefully to avoid performance degradation.
Best practices include:
Staggering refresh schedules to reduce gateway load
Using incremental refresh where possible for large datasets
Alerting users of failed refreshes through Power BI Service or automated Power Automate flows
Well-governed refresh cycles ensure timely data without overwhelming the infrastructure.
8. Train Users on Governance Protocols
A successful governance strategy must include ongoing education. Don’t assume users who knew Tableau well will instinctively adopt Power BI best practices.
Offer training sessions that cover:
Certified vs. personal workspaces
Governance expectations (e.g., versioning, sharing etiquette)
Security and compliance basics
How to contribute to the data glossary or request certified datasets
Consider building a Power BI Center of Excellence (CoE) to nurture best practices and community learning.
9. Align Governance with Regulatory Requirements
Industries like healthcare, finance, and government require stringent controls. Power BI offers integrations and compliance capabilities, but they must be configured correctly:
Enable data loss prevention (DLP) policies via Microsoft Purview
Monitor for sensitive data exposure using Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps
Ensure that audit logs are retained and reviewed according to your data retention policies
Migrating from Tableau is a perfect checkpoint to tighten up regulatory alignment.
Final Thoughts
Governance is not a one-time activity—it’s an ongoing commitment. Migrating from Tableau to Power BI is more than a technical shift; it’s a chance to reset how your organization thinks about data quality, security, and collaboration.
By applying these best practices, you’ll ensure that your Power BI environment not only replicates what you had in Tableau—but exceeds it in clarity, control, and confidence.

How to Choose the Right Digital Marketing Agency Near Me
Tumblr media
In a world that's increasingly digital, where nearly every transaction or business relationship starts online, having a strong online presence is paramount. You're operating a small neighborhood bakery on the corner, a law office, or starting an e-commerce brand—your potential customers are looking for you online—and if they can't find you, they'll be looking for your competition. That's what a digital marketing agency does. If you've ever googled a digital marketing agency near me, then you're already on your first intelligent step to expanding your business. But since there are so many of them out there, how do you select the most suitable one? In this lesson, we'll cover what you're looking for in an in-town agency, how being local can be a huge advantage, and how to ensure that you're investing in a partnership that delivers real results.
Why "Digital Marketing Agency Near Me" Makes Sense
Picking a digital marketing agency that has a physical presence near you can have many advantages that you wouldn't receive through a virtual or foreign-based team. If you hire a local agency, you benefit from the local market knowledge. These people understand the territory, the competition, and buying habits of customers in your target territory. They can create campaigns that are specifically geared to the culture, tastes, and buying habits of your local population. Beyond that, face-to-face meetings and the ability to visit their office (or have them visit yours) builds a deeper relationship and stronger communication. Whether you’re running ads, working on SEO, or building a brand-new website, having someone who understands your city, your neighborhood, and your industry adds a valuable layer of insight that no template or automated service can replicate.
What Services Should a Top Local Digital Marketing Agency Offer?
When you type in the search digital marketing agency near me, you are not necessarily looking for a person who can take over your Facebook account. You are looking for a person who possesses the best agency and can guide your business development on all fronts of the operation. This can involve SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to get your business seen higher in search results, PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising to gain instant visibility, and social media marketing to keep your business active and alive on platforms. They should also assist with content creation, ranging from blog content and video content to email newsletters and landing pages. A truly great agency will also provide custom web development and design, so your site is stunning but also built for performance, conversions, and pushing your business agenda forward. And if your goal is to bring in local customers in particular, they should be local SEO experts—so your business shows up on Google Maps, local directories, and location-specific search engine results.
How to Know You've Found the Right Digital Marketing Agency Near You
It's simple to get overwhelmed when you see a massive list of online marketing companies in your region, but a few essential factors can help you filter through. First, always look at reviews and testimonials—Google Reviews, Yelp, and even Facebook can give you a good idea about how satisfied their customers are. Second, look at their case studies and portfolio very closely. Have they worked with businesses like yours? Do they have real-world outcomes to display? Third, communication is most important. An excellent agency will not swamp you with technical malarkey—their strategies will be in straightforward English, maintain realistic expectations, and keep you involved in what they are doing. And finally, ensure that they provide an individualized plan and not an off-the-rack package. Your business is one-of-a-kind, and your marketing needs to be just as unique. Your ideal digital marketing agency close by will spend the time to get familiar with your business goals and design a tailored plan to bring you there.
Conclusion: Hire a Local Agency That Understands Your Vision
The search for a digital marketing agency close to me isn't just about convenience—it's discovering an agency that really understands your market, speaks your language, and is invested in your success. A good agency is more than a service provider; they're your partner in your growth. When you hire a local agency that can provide a full spectrum of digital services, is easy to communicate with, and prioritizes your interests, you position your company for future success. So the next time you are rummaging search results pondering whom to phone, discover the one which will sound as close to a friend cheering for you—beyond just a salesman looking to hock an alternative.

Security Enhancements
Delegated Managed Service Accounts (DMSAs)
Delegated Managed Service Accounts (DMSAs) are a new feature in Windows Server 2025 designed to improve security by binding authentication to specific machine identities. Unlike traditional Managed Service Accounts (MSAs) or Group Managed Service Accounts (GMSAs), DMSAs allow services to authenticate securely without storing reusable credentials, minimizing attack surfaces for cyber threats.
One of the primary benefits of dMSAs is their ability to mitigate credential theft attacks such as Kerberoasting. In these attacks, attackers attempt to extract service account credentials from memory and use them to access systems with elevated privileges. DMSAs make it significantly harder for attackers to reuse stolen credentials across different machines or services.
Additionally, DMSAs reduce administrative overhead by automating password management and eliminating manual password rotations. This enhancement strengthens security while improving operational efficiency. Mismo Systems, offering the best Active Directory migration services in Noida, recommends leveraging DMSAs to reduce risks associated with traditional service accounts and enhance overall security posture within Active Directory Domain Services.
Strengthened Kerberos Authentication
Windows Server 2025 enhances Kerberos authentication by implementing stronger encryption mechanisms, reducing vulnerabilities to brute force and replay attacks. Key improvements include mandatory adoption of the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES), replacing weaker cryptographic methods like RC4. AES ensures that Kerberos tickets and authentication exchanges remain secure against modern threats.
Additionally, Secure Hash Algorithm-256 (SHA-256) and SHA-384 cryptography strengthen authentication tokens, mitigating risks associated with hash collisions and tampering. Organizations implementing Windows Server 2025, with the support of Mismo Systems, can benefit from these strengthened authentication measures to ensure a secure Active Directory environment aligned with modern security standards and compliance requirements.
Improved Security for Default Machine Account Passwords
Windows Server 2025 introduces a new security measure by implementing randomly generated default computer account passwords. Previously, organizations faced security risks due to predictable default passwords, increasing the likelihood of unauthorized access and credential exploitation.
To further enhance security, Windows Server 2025 blocks the ability to set computer account passwords to their default computer account names. This measure prevents attackers from leveraging predictable credentials for unauthorized system access.
These enhancements significantly reduce credential theft risks and unauthorized system access. By ensuring that machine account passwords are generated securely and are not easily guessable, Windows Server 2025 strengthens security posture. Mismo Systems, providing managed Active Directory services in India, advises organizations to adopt these security measures to align with best practices for credential management and compliance with modern security frameworks.
Zero Trust Architecture
Windows Server 2025 integrates Zero Trust principles to fortify security within Active Directory Domain Services. Under this approach, trust is never assumed, and authentication is continuously verified to mitigate unauthorized access risks.
Continuous authentication mechanisms ensure that only authorized users and devices can access network resources, enforcing least privilege access policies. This limits lateral movement by attackers and reduces potential breaches.
By strengthening security boundaries within enterprise environments, Zero Trust architecture ensures that identity-based security measures are in place. Mismo Systems supports enterprises in implementing Zero Trust strategies to build a more resilient and adaptive security framework.
Scalability and Performance Enhancements
32k Database Page Size
Windows Server 2025 introduces an optional 32k database page size to improve Active Directory performance and scalability. The larger page size reduces page fragmentation, allowing the database engine to process queries efficiently and optimize storage usage.
The primary advantage of this enhancement is improved support for larger objects and datasets within AD DS. Organizations experience enhanced responsiveness in large-scale deployments by reducing overhead associated with frequent database operations.
Enterprises managing extensive Active Directory environments with high transaction loads benefit significantly from this feature. Mismo Systems assists businesses in fine-tuning performance by configuring database page size based on infrastructure needs to ensure optimal efficiency.
Improved Replication
Windows Server 2025 enhances replication mechanisms in Active Directory to improve efficiency and reliability across domain controllers. Optimized replication protocols reduce latency, ensuring faster synchronization of directory changes between sites.
Replication improvements minimize network bandwidth usage while increasing data consistency. Large-scale enterprise environments benefit from reduced authentication delays and policy update latencies, improving overall system performance.
Strengthened reliability ensures that Active Directory remains resilient even in distributed environments with multiple data centers. Mismo Systems supports enterprises in leveraging these improvements to maintain a more stable and efficient directory service with reduced downtime risks.
Additional Improvements
Integration with Modern Cloud and Hybrid Environments
Windows Server 2025 enhances integration with modern cloud and hybrid environments by ensuring seamless compatibility with Azure AD. This update allows organizations to maintain a unified identity management system across on-premises and cloud infrastructures, improving security and operational efficiency.
Enhanced synchronization capabilities ensure efficient identity replication between on-premises Active Directory and cloud-based identity solutions. Mismo Systems enables enterprises to streamline authentication workflows and enhance security posture while maintaining flexibility in hybrid deployments.
Conclusion
Windows Server 2025 introduces significant enhancements to Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), focusing on security, scalability, and performance. Key security features such as Delegated Managed Service Accounts (DMSAs), strengthened Kerberos authentication, and Zero Trust integration protect organizations against modern cyber threats. The introduction of randomly generated machine account passwords further fortifies security by reducing credential exploitation risks.
Scalability improvements, including the optional 32k database page size and enhanced replication mechanisms, ensure optimal performance and reliability in large-scale deployments. These advancements provide organizations with greater flexibility and improved efficiency in managing their Active Directory infrastructure.
For enterprises considering an upgrade to Windows Server 2025, Mismo Systems offers expert guidance to ensure seamless adoption of these enhancements. With modern authentication standards, hybrid cloud integration, and administrative improvements, Windows Server 2025 positions Active Directory for continued evolution, aligning with enterprise IT strategies and cybersecurity best practices. If you are looking to hire an Active Directory expert, Mismo Systems is your trusted partner.
