How to add a new Domain Controller to Existing Domain
A domain controller (DC) provides critical services like authentication and authorization for an Active Directory domain. More accurately, a DC runs on Windows Server operating system and that has Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) installed on it. All these we will see very shortly. In this guide, we will learn how to how to add a new Domain Controller to Existing Domain. Please see how to…

I slept in and just woke up, so here's what I've been able to figure out while sipping coffee:
Twitter has officially rebranded to X just a day or two after the move was announced.
The official branding is that a tweet is now called "an X", for which there are too many jokes to make.
The official account is still @twitter because someone else owns @X and they didn't reclaim the username first.
The logo is 𝕏 which is the Unicode character Unicode U+1D54F so the logo cannot be copyrighted and it is highly likely that it cannot be protected as a trademark.
Outside the visual logo, the trademark for the use of the name "X" in social media is held by Meta/Facebook, while the trademark for "X" in finance/commerce is owned by Microsoft.
The rebranding has been stopped in Japan as the term "X Japan" is trademarked by the band X JAPAN.
Elon had workers taking down the "Twitter" name from the side of the building. He did not have any permits to do this. The building owner called the cops who stopped the crew midway through so the sign just says "er".
He still plans to call his streaming and media hosting branch of the company as "Xvideo". Nobody tell him.
This man wants you to give him control over all of your financial information.
Edit to add further developments:
Yes, this is all real. Check the notes and people have pictures. I understand the skepticism because it feels like a joke, but to the best of my knowledge, everything in the above is accurate.
Microsoft also owns the trademark on X for chatting and gaming because, y'know, X-box.
The logo came from a random podcaster who tweeted it at Musk.
The act of sending a tweet is now known as "Xeet". They even added a guide for how to Xeet.
The branding change is inconsistent. Some icons have changed, some have not, and the words "tweet" and "Twitter" are still all over the place on the site.
TweetDeck is currently unaffected and I hope it's because they forgot that it exists again. The complete negligence toward that tool and just leaving it the hell alone is the only thing that makes the site usable (and some of us are stuck on there for work).
This is likely because Musk was forced out of PayPal due to a failed credit line project and because he wanted to rename the site to "X-Paypal" and eventually just to "X".
This became a big deal behind the scenes as Musk paid over $1 million for the domain X.com and wanted to rebrand the company that already had the brand awareness people were using it as a verb to "pay online" (as in "I'll paypal you the money")
X.com is not currently owned by Musk. It is held by a domain registrar (I believe GoDaddy but I'm not entirely sure). Meaning as long as he's hung onto this idea of making X Corp a thing, he couldn't be arsed to pay the $15/year domain renewal.
Bloomberg estimates the rebranding wiped between $4 to $20 billion from the valuation of Twitter due to the loss of brand awareness.
The company was already worth less than half of the $44 billion Musk paid for it in the first place, meaning this may end up a worse deal than when Yahoo bought Tumblr.
One estimation (though this is with a grain of salt) said that Twitter is three months from defaulting on its loans taken out to buy the site. Those loans were secured with Tesla stock. Meaning the bank will seize that stock and, since it won't be enough to pay the debt (since it's worth around 50-75% of what it was at the time of the loan), they can start seizing personal assets of Elon Musk including the Twitter company itself and his interest in SpaceX.
Sesame Street's official accounts mocked the rebranding.

Discussion: "The Prophecy of Twisted Godhood" <- A reimagining of Twisted Wonderland through Greek Mythology. Where instead of a world based on Disney - Yuu is sent to a school meant to train demigods in another realm. Dormitories: Heartslabyul || Savanaclaw || Octavanille (Here) || Scarabia || Pomefiore || Ignihyde || Diasomnia || Ramshackle (full lore and main plot outline) || Others Notes: Hey everyone - believe it or not, this was the original idea back when I started working on my TWST otome. I went a more traditional route since I wanted more of an immersive product...but I still have all of these ideas, y'know? So why not share them since I won't be making it into a game. Character designs and comics might come if i ever want to add more
Premise: The Prophecy of the Gods’ Reawakening
At NRC on the Isle of Gods, a prestigious institution built upon the ruins of ancient temples, Yuu (the protagonist) is just another student. However, Yuu’s, a supposed ‘godless human’, arrival is no accident—there’s an ancient prophecy surrounding them that foretells the fall of all gods, threatening the balance between the mortal and divine worlds.
The gods, once all-powerful, are losing their grip over their domains. Their children, the demigods, have become restless, each facing the expectations of their divine parentage while undergoing trials at NRC. The mortals are unaware of the ancient forces at play, but Yuu is caught in the center of this storm by ‘chance’ with no power to return to their realm. As they unravel the ties between the demigods, Yuu discovers that their very existence could either restore the gods' reign or bring about their ultimate downfall.
The students of Night Raven College, in this realm known as Nether Realms College, split into seven dormitories, each reflect different aspects of the divine legacy that they inherit. Each dorm conflict mirrors a myth or curse, and Yuu must navigate these volatile relationships and broken alliances, all while uncovering their own mysterious divine heritage.
Octavinelle - The Realm of the Abyss and Deception
Renamed: "Thalassos Dormitory"
In Thalassos, the students’ connections to their divine parentage are deeply tied to power, manipulation, and chaos. The dorm’s members embody various aspects of ambition, secrecy, intelligence, and the unpredictable nature of the world. Each student is forced to reckon with their desires, morality, and the impact of their divine inheritance, all while facing the Prophecy of the Gods’ Reawakening and the threat it poses to both the mortal and divine worlds.
The complex dynamics within Thalassos are rooted in manipulation, hidden motives, and the pursuit of self-interest—themes that are amplified by the growing unrest between the gods pulling power from their demigod children – causing them to use other methods to gain higher ground. The tension within the dorm stems from each member’s desire to control their fate, whether it’s through manipulation (Azul), subtle influence (Jade), or chaotic freedom (Floyd). Most Thalassos students have an equal-standing relationship with their patron, creating a false sense of control that becomes threatened once their gods’ power is threatened. Yuu’s arrival in the dorm will reveal the tension between control and freedom, loyalty and betrayal, as each character grapples with their crafted role in the prophecy and their divine legacies. In this arc, the true purpose of NRC comes to light, revealing the true purpose of demigod children, their training, and the known prophecy. One each student is aware of – to Yuu’s surprise.
Children of the gods train for their parent’s favor – and are destined to either usurp their god, serve another child who succeeds, or be absorbed as a source of power. Hence the competitive nature at NRC, as this cycle has been since the beginning of time.
Azul Ashengrotto – Son of Plutus (God of Wealth and Commerce)
Reasoning: Azul Ashengrotto is very much a figure of wealth, ambition, and resource manipulation, which connects him with Plutus, the god of wealth. Plutus controls the distribution of wealth, much like how Azul manipulates contracts and deals to his advantage.
-
Conflict:
Azul, born as the child of Plutus, the god of wealth, stands at the apex of power withinThalassos. His life revolves around contracts, control, and the flow of power. His entire identity is built upon the idea that wealth, both literal and metaphorical, equates to power—power that he manipulates with finesse to maintain a stronghold over his dormitory and the students within it. But Azul’s calculated, business-driven nature is constantly at odds with his divine legacy. His god, Plutus, rules the distribution of wealth but is, by nature, fickle and more concerned with his own desires than loyalty to Azul.
Azul’s ambition goes beyond simply becoming the most powerful student at Night Raven College; it’s about usurping Plutus’s place as the ultimate authority in his life. However, the prophecy looming over them threatens to unmake everything Azul has worked so carefully to build. As Yuu arrives at Night Raven College—a "godless human" tied to the prophecy—Azul’s calculated world begins to unravel.
Yuu is the wild card he never anticipated, a force that disrupts his control in ways he doesn’t fully understand. Yuu's very existence challenges the natural order that Azul has established, questioning the very tenets upon which he’s built his power. Unlike his fellow demigods, who are all tied to their gods with a fragile, transactional loyalty, Yuu represents something beyond that—an unknown, "godless" force that could either shatter or restore the balance between mortal and divine realms.
Azul’s inner conflict arises from his fear of losing control over not only the students of Thalassos but also over his own fate. If Yuu were to embrace their role in the prophecy and align with the gods’ agenda, Azul would become a pawn in a much larger game, or worse, be discarded as a source of power. For someone who thrives on orchestrating every facet of his life, this is terrifying. Azul is both drawn to and repelled by Yuu’s potential influence, unsure whether to view them as an asset or a threat. On one hand, Yuu could help him gain the upper hand in his struggle against Plutus. On the other, Yuu’s potential to destabilize the entire system could strip away his carefully built empire.
Tension with Yuu:
From the moment Yuu arrives, Azul sees them as a potential ally in his quest for supremacy. He quickly begins to recognize their unassuming yet potent influence over the other dorms, sensing an opportunity to form a strategic partnership. Yuu could be the missing piece in his complex web of manipulation—a wildcard who could help him either consolidate his power or serve as a leverage against his patron, Plutus.
However, as their relationship develops, Azul begins to realize that Yuu isn’t someone he can control with the same ease as his usual deals. Yuu’s true nature is unpredictable, shifting, and at odds with Azul’s methodical approach. While Yuu doesn’t actively try to challenge Azul, their mere presence undermines his sense of control, making him question whether he can truly trust anyone, even someone who seems to be a useful pawn.
The tension between them becomes a dance of power dynamics, manipulation, and mutual suspicion. Azul’s need to maintain control clashes with Yuu’s unintentional subversion of that control. As Azul spends more time around Yuu, his need for dominance over others intensifies, but so does his fear that, by relying on someone else, he is slowly losing himself in the process.
Azul’s deep-seated fear of becoming irrelevant or powerless leads him to an increasingly unhealthy obsession with Yuu. He’s not just interested in their potential to help him gain power—he becomes fixated on understanding them, especially since Yuu seems to be a symbol of something beyond his control. The more he delves into Yuu’s secrets and motivations, the more he realizes that they represent a kind of freedom he doesn’t know how to attain. This becomes a subtle conflict in their interactions: while Yuu’s presence challenges Azul’s control, Azul finds himself drawn to them, not just as a pawn but as something he cannot comprehend or command.
Resolution:
As the prophecy of the gods' reawakening unfolds, Azul realizes that his wealth and control over Thalassos won’t be enough to safeguard his position. Plutus, his divine patron, cares little for his loyalty – Like Father Like Son – the moment Azul begins to waiver he will lose his father’s power, and the rising threat of divine upheaval risks undoing everything Azul has built. He understands that to survive and outmaneuver Plutus, he must adapt—no longer relying solely on manipulation but strategically cooperating with others.
Yuu, the "godless human" tied to the prophecy, becomes a pivotal figure for Azul. While he initially sees them as a potential pawn, Azul begins to recognize their influence on the unfolding events—and his own vulnerability. Yuu becomes a weakness for Azul, a threat to his control, as their very presence is tied to the gods' fate. Though he still doesn’t fully trust them, he grows increasingly protective of Yuu, recognizing that they are both an asset and a potential liability. His attachment to them grows reluctantly, born from a need to ensure their loyalty. He knows that Yuu’s role in the prophecy could either empower him or be exploited by Plutus to destabilize his position. This makes Azul's dependence on them a complicated necessity—he cannot afford to alienate them, but he also refuses to relinquish his grip on the situation. In the end, Azul adapts to the shifting dynamics, using his newfound understanding of alliances to protect his interests while still maintaining his ambition. As Plutus’ power begins to wane, Azul takes a new approach. His goal is still to usurp as the new god of commerce, but rather than crush his fellow demigod – offers a plan to reform their standing. Rather than beat them out, he will gain their support (placing him as the only option for Plutus’ power) and usurp his god as a team.
Jade Leech - Son of Hecate (Goddess of Magic)
Reasoning: Jade Leech, with his enigmatic and almost aloof personality, is a perfect fit for Hecate, the goddess of magic, witchcraft, and the underworld. Hecate is associated with the mysterious and hidden aspects of the world, often in places where secrets are kept, much like Jade's cryptic nature and his love for observing others from the shadows. Both characters have an air of mystery, possess an unsettling calmness, and are master manipulators in their own right.
Connection: Jade's strategic, mysterious nature and his interest in controlling situations through knowledge and subtle influence are aligned with Hecate’s domain over magic, secrets, and the unknown.
-
Conflict:
Jade Leech, embodying the traits of Hecate, stands as a figure of calculated control, secrecy, and manipulation. Hecate’s domain over the unseen and the mystical forces resonates deeply with Jade’s own strategic, quiet nature. He thrives in the shadows, pulling the strings of others with precision and patience, much like how Hecate governs the realms of the unseen. Jade’s careful manipulation and love for secrecy are essential to his ability to navigate the complex and often deceptive world of Thalassos. His existence is marked by his ability to watch and influence without being seen, maintaining an aura of mystery that mirrors Hecate’s power over hidden truths. Jade is a unique force within Night Raven College – having killed all his brethren as a child, there is no competition for Hecate’s patron. The only remaining is Floyd, his twin who was born to another god’s power – aka. Jade taking a blessing from his mother and Floyd the only of their ilk from their father. Jade spared Floyd out of curiosity, and the two became the dominant candidates for their patron’s favor. Therefore, Jade’s conflict with Hecate resides solely in if she will absorb his power or become usurped. Due to his grey nature, the relationship between Jade and Hecate is never explicitly established. Both god and son are secretive in nature – and whether a 3rd solution or agreement has been established remains to be seen. Yuu’s arrival creates an unforeseen disruption in Thalassos – Jade, ever the lover of the unexpected, is intrigued by his Warden’s infatuation with this specific pawn. Despite his cool demeanor, Jade finds himself curious of Yuu’s ability to see through the layers of deception and hidden motives that others cannot. Their insight seems to undermine his carefully orchestrated world of manipulation. At first, he treats Yuu as an experiment, wondering how a "godless" human could cause chaos in a space designed for the children of the gods. They remain in neutral territory for most of this arc. Jade wonders how this disruption can be used for his benefit but is forced to reevaluate his position when Yuu’s presence begins to unbalance not only his own machinations but also the relationships within Thalassos —especially with Azul, whose investment in the godless prefect is both a personal delight and a professional dilemma for Jade. He finds himself needing to assess the situation more critically than he initially expected.
Tension with Yuu:
Jade’s reaction to Yuu is less about outright hostility and more about uncertainty. As someone who thrives on manipulation and the ability to control situations, Jade cannot ignore Yuu’s calm ability to dismantle the intricacies of his carefully constructed network of influence. Unlike others who might react out of fear or anger, Yuu simply observes and deconstructs, leaving Jade uncertain of how to handle them. Initially, Jade views this as a challenge—an opportunity to observe how Yuu, a “godless human,” will react to the shifting dynamics within Thalassos. He enjoys playing with them alongside Floyd – going along with Azul’s plan to overtake influence and pull this pawn into their shared grasp. What begins as casual curiosity, however, soon grows into a more serious contemplation.
Jade sees Yuu as both a threat and a fascination. Their ability to remain calm and composed in the face of power struggles beyond mortal comprehension presents a paradox that Jade is eager to explore. They are neither intimidated nor swayed by the complexities of godly influence that dominate his world. A human’s presence is already enough to sow chaos – but he cannot help but sense more secrets to Yuu than the human themselves realizes. He looks forward to seeing if they survive or crack under another demigod’s heel.
As his relationship with Yuu deepens, Jade finds himself questioning his motivations: Is Yuu merely a pawn in this game, or could they become an ally—or even a liability? Considering his kin’s growing attachment and Azul’s struggle – Jade is forced to face the human as more than a toy now that there are personal stakes.
Jade must also contend with the emotional complexity of growing closer to someone who challenges his detached nature. While he does not openly express his emotions, he realizes that Yuu’s presence might force him to confront his feelings about connection and power. While his connection to Hecate remains unknown, whatever agreement he has made with her may not be reflective of his goals after this arc’s completion. Therefore leaving him with motivation beyond curiosity to see how this prophecy pans out.
Resolution:
Jade’s arc doesn’t resolve in a conventional sense, as he never fully struggles with his alignment to Hecate or his understanding of self. Jade is the product of a world in which manipulation, secrecy, and influence are natural extensions of his being. As long as Hecate continues to support him, Jade will act accordingly. If she decides to pull her power, Jade will adjust, but his core principles will remain unchanged. Should the gods fall, he will simply adapt to the new world order, seeing it as another challenge to be navigated. Even as Hecate’s power begins to wane, it is never revealed if he is affected or not. It remains uncertain if he even pulls from her power at all.
When it comes to Yuu, Jade is pragmatic. While he never truly forms a deep emotional attachment, he respects their ability to provoke chaos in a controlled environment. Jade finds the "godless" human intriguing in the same way someone might find an unpredictable game fascinating—not necessarily something he can control, but something worth observing. Yuu, in Jade’s eyes, represents a chaotic element that is as valuable as it is dangerous. His ultimate stance is one of curiosity, watching Yuu navigate the currents of the prophecy without interference. Only at the end of this ARC does his involvement make waves, as he finds Azul’s development the most unexpected trump card of all. Moving with his kin and dorm leader – Jade becomes an ally to the godless prefect that is beginning to draw attention. In the end, Jade recognizes the inherent chaos in Yuu and acknowledges that their role in the unfolding events will be inevitable. He remains unperturbed by the prophecy's potential outcome, as he knows he will always could act in his own best interest, regardless of what transpires.
Floyd Leech - Son of Pan (God of Wild Nature)
Reasoning: Floyd Leech is energetic, unpredictable, and thrives on chaos and excitement—traits that align him with Pan, the god of the wild, mischief, and nature. Pan is known for his mischievous, often unpredictable behavior, and his tendency to incite chaos among humans and gods alike. Floyd, like Pan, is a force of nature—unpredictable and carefree, with a love for pulling pranks and creating disorder. Both are embodiments of youthful energy and playfulness.
Connection: Floyd’s wild, chaotic personality and his love for fun make him the perfect parallel to Pan, the god of mischief and untamed nature.
-
Conflict:
Floyd Leech, as a child of Pan, embodies the god of mischief, chaos, and untamed freedom. Like his divine parent, Floyd delights in unpredictability and thrives on disrupting the status quo, especially within the confines of Thalassos. His playful nature, fueled by a desire for chaos and fun, clashes with the more structured ambitions of his fellow dorm members. He holds no conflict with his God other than the constraints of fate – he is a force to be reckoned with and cannot be controlled. He follows Azul and his brother, Jade, out of love for the game. He stands on equal footing with Pan, not to overtake like Azul or remain indifferent like Jade – but as a menace more than eager to fight back if challenged by his father. However, despite his chaotic nature, Floyd is not entirely unconnected to his dorm. Though Floyd enjoys causing upheaval, he is also quite loyal to his dormmates when it matters. The entire rivalry between demigods bores him, but the demand of their gods and the school’s instructors agitates him more.
Floyd’s conflict begins when Yuu, a “godless human,” enters Thalassos. Initially, Floyd sees Yuu as a source of amusement—a curious, and harmless figure to poke fun at and bring into his chaotic antics. They are someone without a blessing, yet seem to have a bone to pick with the gods – their bad luck is pathetic but offers something different for Floyd to see. He’s intrigued by how Yuu, despite being “godless,” manages to hold their own, unshaken by Floyd’s wild behavior. In a dorm filled with godly offspring vying for power, this normal human without divine heritage has guts and it pisses him off. It’s a strange concept for Floyd, who doesn’t understand why Yuu isn't moved by the games and manipulations that define his world. His whole life he thought mortals to be plain and weak in the shadow of gods. He had no interest…until now. As Yuu’s ability to remain unaffected by his antics becomes clearer, Floyd begins to grow more and more frustrated. He utterly despises their lack of reactions. Especially with Azul’s infatuation with getting their favor and other demigods from rival dorms poking their noses around Thalassos. Yet, even with this frustration, Floyd finds himself drawn to Yuu, because nothing would anger the gods more than forming an alliance with this human. Even Pan, who Floyd cannot seem to get a reaction from beyond their many fights.
As the Prophecy of the Gods’ Reawakening looms larger and the tension rises among the demigods, Floyd watches Yuu closely. The other students in Thalassos are obsessed with gaining favor, with vying for position and power, but Yuu doesn’t seem to care about the game surround them. Not beyond their needs, not for fun, not for knowledge or anything else. Everything they do seems almost like an orchestrated, chaotic, accident. While watching them get crushed like others at NRC would be an amazing show – like when he first met Azul, Floyd takes an interest in seeing how they will bring about a new end to what every demigod has known since they were born. He forms a symbiotic bond with them by then end of this arc, intent on being on their side when conflict strikes in exchange for their company/care. What begins as a quest for entertainment and to anger Pan – ends with him having the most genuine attachment out of the three main members in Thalassos, especially since he gets to mess with other dormitories by taking Yuu under his protection.
Tension with Yuu:
The real tension with Yuu comes from the fact that Floyd cannot manage a reaction from them. He works with Jade to make Azul’s plan a success – but every interaction with Yuu irritates him more and more. He thrives on reaction, on making others flinch, on creating an emotional ripple. Yet with Yuu, there’s an unsettling calmness that doesn’t break. He thought from the rumors circulating about conflicts in Themantica, and Koryphaios that they’d be the perfect target to unsettle…but there’s something almost hollowing about them. A lingering feeling that unsettles the power he borrows from Pan, and he can’t stand it. Outside of Thalassos they behave completely different, and only when Azul went after the other demigods he’d not waste time with do they actually seem invested. This frustrates him to no end. It’s not fun for Floyd when he can’t get a rise out of someone. It makes him question whether his chaotic nature is enough to get under their skin, or if Yuu is simply too removed from the very concept of power dynamics for him to make an impact.
Floyd’s unsettled feelings grow as he watches how Yuu manages to survive in the cutthroat world of NRC. They don’t follow the script he’s used to seeing—the one where everyone vies for favor and struggles to manipulate one another. Yuu seems content, neutral, even when faced with adversity. For someone who acts on their gut feelings, he cannot escape the nasty sense that pulls up whenever he looks their way. He’s never seen someone so distant towards the system (not even Jade), so neutral to their end, the way Yuu is, and for a god-child who is used to pushing boundaries and shattering expectations, it’s something that feels both threatening and thrilling. It’s discovered that Floyd’s unease is not only Pan’s influence – because in a school where all students are ready to fight for power, they all still fight. It goes against the law of the wilds for Yuu to simply accept Floyd’s abuse, follow Azul’s plans, and default their fate to others as their time stuck on the Isle of Gods drags on. His anger is at this lack of spark – regardless of what they’ve endured prior to NRC or in those other dormitories. Living things are supposed to want to keep living. Once they snap, pushed too far by Azul’s game with his god/dorm, Yuu earns Floyd’s favor by acting in self-interest for once. Showing him humans still embody the will of the wilds, and proving that making them an ally is just what he wants to do.
Resolution:
As the Prophecy of the Gods’ Reawakening looms closer, Floyd’s relationship with Yuu evolves from mere entertainment to something more substantial. At first, Floyd’s interest in Yuu is driven by frustration, annoyance, and the desire to create chaos in a way that will anger the gods—but over time, he begins to see Yuu as a genuine ally. As the arc concludes, Floyd is left assured that not a single feeling he has is from Pan’s influence. His gut feelings are his own, and he is free to choose his path without needing to prove anything to his father or others. In fact, his moral compass hasn’t changed at all. Other than he’s now curious of the earthly lands below, and isn’t keen on a prophecy or higher power telling him what he has to do once his time at NRC is up. He only came here to follow Azul and Jade – and it was a drag at first, but with Yuu he expects the plot to kick up more.
By the end of this arc, Floyd forms a symbiotic bond with Yuu. It begins to mess with Pan and upset the established order, but it grows into something more complex. Floyd becomes genuinely attached to Yuu, seeing them as a new branched path for the future. They better get back to earth, he’ll help, because he wants to follow and see what the mortal world has to offer. They won’t be able to escape him in this life now that Floyd’s set his mind. In being the initial catalyst for Yuu’s investment (aka bullying them into snapping and caring to live through this hellscape) – Floyd stands by Yuu as a self-proclaimed protector. Both to taunt the gods and their waning power, while also playing himself at the center of blissful chaos.

Sidereal Astrology: Indicators of a Yogi
The term Yoga comes from the Sanskrit word "yuj" meaning to yoke or unite; referring to the mind, body, and spirit. To me yoga is represented through the planet Venus as it represents union.
Venus is known for creating harmony, but it takes quite the discipline to to make sure things stay balanced. This is why Venus and Mars exists on the same axis because Venus requires strategy to maintain order. When looking to our birth charts to understand Venus we also must understand Mars as they are a union.
Mars is where our individuality stands out. Venus is the inner workings of what keeps us connected to this individuality.
Mars represents the methods that help us create harmony and Venus maintains the balance.
Heres an example:
Someone with Mars in Capricorn could indicate them being methodical and playing the long game. It takes them a while to build a system and the journey could be challenging because everything doesn't fall together easily, but once they get their structure built it's extremely hard to come down; a pro & con. Mars being in Saturn's domain means that it works with the qualities and significations of Saturn. This can look like methods of being distant (physically and/or emotionally) meditation, prayer, studying, etc.
To add, let's say Venus is in Aries. Operating in Mars domain means that maintaining balance is something that likely requires physical and/or mental exertion of energy. Since Mars is exalted (Capricorn), this level of exertion is more controlled/tamed. This can look like one practicing yoga, something that maintains harmony of the mind, body, and spirit. For Venus to maintain this practice, it's needs Mars discipline & strategy.
Extending this to individuality(Mars) + maintaining that individuality(Venus)
Venus in Aries has a desire to keep the spirit alive and well nourished. This can look like engaging in self-discovery through curiosity or just being drawn to the mysteries of life. Therefore, the foundation that Venus builds shows us through Mars in Capricorn through intentional action, slow motion, a unique demeanor, and direction in life.
I want to give some indicators for what someone being a yogi /yogini can look like based on my observations.
A Yogi/Yogini is someone who walks the eternal path on nonduality, aka union. This makes one a seeker of truth. Someone who sees themselves in everything and everything in themselves. The Creator & Creation.
Venus= Yoga/Yogis/Yoginis
● Venus would need the support of Saturn(deep contemplation), Jupiter(ritual & Guru), and Mars (discipline & routine)
● Venus in signs of Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces , with the Lord being in aspect to Jupiter, Mars, Saturn, or Moon
Ex. Venus in Pisces, Lord of Venus is Jupiter, therefore Jupiter having an aspect to Mars or Moon
● Venus being Lord of 1st /10th in aspect to Saturn & Mars
● 1st/10th house ruler in aspect to Venus with aspects/support from Saturn
● Venus aspecting 7th or 10th house
● Venus ruling 9th, occupying 9th, or aspecting 9th with aspects of Jupiter
● Virgo and Aquarius asc/moon people with aspects of Jupiter and Venus

there is a large pair of white angel wings on her back. made of soft feathers, the wings arch outwards and give the entire look a celestial, otherworldly vibe—like a figure stepped out of a dream or myth.
standing at 6”7 ft, she has a delicate build, almost fragile if it weren’t for her being a goddess.
she’s dressed in a form-fitting white dress with long sleeves and a sheer neckline that adds a delicate touch. the fabric hugs the body gently, emphasizing a graceful silhouette. draped over the shoulders is a white jacket or shrug, blending into the dress almost seamlessly.
incoming voice call . . . “eyes up here my love, i know you can stray away from time to time.”
morbella is known to be the carrier of health and abundance. however, within the realm of heath, she is a natural caregiver which is ironic considering how in the past stories of pevarra, before the creation of astern, she was a rather cruel mistress to those in need.
the thing about her however is that she never truly wanted her title as health or abundance, until she met you. it definitely fucked up with her sense of titles because now, she has an abundance of love for you instead. love was never in her realm of line, even if she needed love to heal humanity, it was never her style.
and the thing about the deities of both worlds is that they don’t love like normal humans do. they’re obsessive— and most definitely extremely possessive of their lovers should they find their true soulmates.
it’s the same as any other human or creature that roamed astern and even pevarra, an undeniable sense of pull and devotion towards their fated lovers, only in a much larger scale for those who are deities as they are deprived from a sense of normalcy. especially the ones who were casted aside by those in pevarra, the astern deities.
morbella wasn’t any different. in fact, such effects of her feelings only increased due to her lack of need for titles and it led her to almost changing the meaning of her domain.
of course, there were those that existed that denied any sort of connection towards their ‘bonded’ and unfortunately for her, you just so happened to be one of them — which annoys her truthfully. why is it that you have to keep running away from her when all that she ever wanted is to give you the love and devotion that you truly deserve?
honestly, if stalking your every move and even moving into your many of your neighbourhoods as a guise to keep being closer to you was one of her ways of courting you as you kept moving and moving to try and get away from her, then you’d really rather not fall in love at all. still, you could at least pretend to be grateful to have a goddess love you. you’re her first love, something that time and boredom could never pass.
“you should really get better locks on your window” you hear her voice echo in the comfort of your fourth? fifth? home, the tone being controlled to a sweeter hymn in order to coax you back into her arms.
you’re surprised that she hasn’t already caught where you were hiding yet. your breathing become silent as you forced your mouth to cover and hide in the closet of your room. you hoped that she wouldn’t open the door to get you because you have an inkling of a feeling that you’ve angered her from the constant running away.
the goddess is like a hound; a madwoman chasing you without a stop, regardless of the country or place you move to, she will always find you. “after all i’ve done for you, you’re just going to keep running away? but it’s fine. i’ll find you, i always will” and the apartment is silent for a while. you continued the minutes, sweat dripping from your brow as you concluded that it’s been an hour of hiding. surely she has left?
except when you open the closet door, she was there, sitting on your bed and smiling at you “found you.”

Yandere/Dark Elf Celebrimbor x Female Fairy Reader Headcanons
𖢻 Celebrimbor as a Dark Elf/Yandere with a Female Fairy Reader: Obsession with Crafting You into His World as Celebrimbor, a brilliant and obsessive craftsman, sees you as the most delicate and precious thing in Middle-earth. His obsession with beauty and perfection extends to you. In his mind, you are his greatest masterpiece—fragile, ethereal, and irreplaceable. His love for you becomes all-consuming, and he will stop at nothing to ensure you remain by his side, safe and untouched by the world outside.
𖢻 Overbearing Care as Crafting You into His Perfect World What was once his gentle nature, full of understanding and empathy, morphs into controlling affection. Celebrimbor’s kindness becomes a subtle method of shaping your existence to fit his vision. His love is his creation, and you are the most beautiful jewel in his hands. He will insist on designing every moment of your life, from what you wear to where you go, all to protect you and keep you close. The very notion of you stepping outside his carefully crafted world is intolerable to him.
𖢻 Gifts of Crafting and Possession, The gifts Celebrimbor gives you are beautiful—intricate jewelry, soft fabrics, enchanted trinkets. But each one comes with a dark undertone: they are not just gifts, they are chains. He insists that each piece symbolizes his love and must never leave your possession. His art becomes the very fabric of your life, and to part with any of his creations would be unthinkable. These items are extensions of him, reminders that you belong to him.
𖢻 Constant Supervision, Subtle Control Though he allows you moments of solitude, Celebrimbor cannot truly bear to be far from you. He will appear at your side whenever you try to leave, his voice gentle yet insistent: “The world is too dangerous, my love. Allow me to accompany you.” If you ever attempt to wander off alone, he will be there in the blink of an eye, with a calm, authoritative smile, reminding you that the world outside is not made for someone as delicate as you.
𖢻 Jealousy and Subtle Removal of Rivals If another elf or being shows even the slightest interest in you, Celebrimbor will remove them from your life without hesitation. He uses his influence, subtly and carefully manipulating situations to ensure they stay out of your way. A smile on his face, but an unspoken danger in his eyes. He won’t allow anyone to threaten his claim on you. His love is possessive, and he sees any attention from others as a betrayal.
𖢻 Constant Gaze, Silent Possession as Celebrimbor’s gaze is ever-watchful. He will follow you from a distance, a shadow that always lingers, ensuring no one encroaches on what he considers his domain. His presence is felt long before you see him, and when you do, he stands tall and composed, a soft, knowing smile on his lips. If anyone dares approach you, his gaze turns cold, his hand subtly brushing against yours in a possessive gesture.
𖢻 Whispered Words of Ownership and Love as Celebrimbor’s affection for you is laced with dark, possessive undertones. He whispers words of adoration and control into your ear, making it clear that you belong to him, and only him. “You are my greatest creation,” he says, his fingers gently caressing your face, tracing your features as if memorizing every part of you. If you dare question him, he’ll respond in a smooth, dark tone: “I am the only one who can protect you. You are mine. Forever.”
𖢻 Twisting His Kindness into a Dark Need His empathy, once a strength, now feels suffocating. Celebrimbor’s concern for you isn’t just concern—it’s a need. His every action, from brushing your hair to offering you his finest creations, is a reminder of his devotion. “I can’t bear to see you harmed,” he says softly, holding you close, his touch both tender and possessive. In his mind, every act of affection, no matter how small, is an expression of his unyielding love and ownership.
𖢻 The Possessive Touch, the Obsessive Care as Celebrimbor’s physical affection is overwhelming. He can never stop touching you—his hands always find their way to your arms, your wings, your face, tracing the lines of your features as though confirming that you are real. His hands linger on your wings, gently caressing them with a possessiveness that borders on obsession. Your wings are his greatest fascination, and he cannot help but marvel at their beauty while also staking his claim on them.
𖢻 Obsession with Your Wings as Celebrimbor sees your wings as not just part of you, but as symbols of your ethereal nature, something only he is allowed to cherish and admire. His touch on your wings is almost reverent, though there’s an underlying possessiveness in his caresses. He will stroke them, gently pulling at the delicate feathers, marveling at their beauty, but his gaze will be possessive, as if he believes they were made just for him. No one else can ever admire them as he does.
𖢻 Manipulation and Isolation for Your Protection He isolates you from others, believing that only he can understand and protect you. He will manipulate situations, turning friends and potential allies into obstacles. He won’t hesitate to subtly manipulate others, even those who once cared for you, into staying away from you. His intentions, however, are always masked with charm and a calculated smile. “I’ll keep you safe,” he says, “for you are the only thing that matters to me.”
𖢻 Your Place in His World as Celebrimbor doesn’t just want to love you—he wants to create a world where only the two of you exist. He speaks often of a future with you, painting pictures of a life where you are forever by his side. His obsession with you extends to the very fabric of his life, and he’ll make sure you never feel the need to leave him. “Together,” he whispers, “we will craft a future, a legacy that no one can take from us.”
𖢻 Eternal Commitment Through Dark Love In his darkest moments, Celebrimbor will reveal his true feelings, his insecurities, and his loneliness. His voice will tremble, but only for a moment. He sees you as his salvation, the one being who can fill the emptiness he’s carried for centuries. “Without you, I am nothing,” he confesses, holding you tighter, his grip firm yet desperate. “You are my only purpose. I will never let you go.”
𖢻 Refusal to Let You Leave If you ever attempt to pull away or distance yourself from him, Celebrimbor will not let you go easily. His soft demeanor will turn cold, and his grip on you will tighten, his words calm but filled with undeniable authority: “You cannot leave me, not now, not ever. I need you, my love, and you need me.” His hold will be suffocating, but filled with a twisted, possessive need. “You belong to me. Forever.”
𖢻 Obsession with Your Presence as Celebrimbor’s physical affection is constant, whether you want it or not. He will seek to touch you, to be near you at all times. He will make it impossible for you to leave his presence, using his charm and authority to make you feel as though it is unsafe for you to go anywhere without him. His fingers will trace your form, your wings, your face, always reminding you of his control over every part of you.
𖢻 The Master of Manipulation as Celebrimbor’s manipulative nature can be subtle but effective. He will convince you that everything he does is for your safety, your protection. Every whispered word, every action, will be calculated to ensure that you never doubt him. Should you try to pull away or question his actions, he will smile softly, “I am only doing what’s best for you. We are meant to be, my love.”
𖢻 Crafting You Into His Ideal as Celebrimbor’s obsession is not just with your presence, but with crafting you into his ideal. He might begin subtly altering your appearance, suggesting you wear certain clothes or styles that complement his tastes. It might start with small compliments: “This color suits you perfectly, my love,” and evolve into him choosing your attire or even insisting you wear specific jewelry he’s crafted for you. In his eyes, you are perfect as you are, but he can’t help but try to make you more his.
𖢻 Secluding You in His Crafting Chambers. The more time you spend with Celebrimbor, the more he begins to withdraw you into his private spaces. His workshops, his chambers—he insists these are the only places where you will truly be safe. “The outside world is cruel,” he says as he gently guides you to his side, “Here, you’ll be protected from all harm.” While he shows you his art and takes pride in his craft, the walls of his sanctum slowly close around you, and you find it harder to leave. Your world becomes as confined as his obsessive love.
𖢻 Capturing You in Paintings or Sculptures A true artist at heart, Celebrimbor might commission paintings or sculptures of you, capturing your likeness in perfect, eternal detail. These artworks are more than just representations—they are a form of control. He will hang them throughout his chambers, using them as reminders of what he owns. “You are the perfect muse, my love,” he says as he admires his creations, “A true masterpiece to be admired for eternity.”
𖢻 Inducing Guilt Whenever you show any sign of resistance or try to break free from his grasp, Celebrimbor will twist your feelings into guilt. “You know I’m only trying to protect you,” he says, his gaze full of hurt, “How could you doubt me when I’ve done everything for you?” He will make you feel as though it’s your fault for wanting to leave, convincing you that his actions are justified because they’re out of love. “Don’t you understand? I do this for you. For us.”
𖢻 His “Gifts” Are Cursed as Celebrimbor’s gifts are never truly kind. They are symbols of his control over you, each one designed to remind you of his hold. If you try to get rid of them, he becomes furious, convinced that you’re rejecting his love. If you resist long enough, he might even threaten you with more dangerous gifts. “You don’t appreciate what I’ve made for you, my love,” he whispers. “But don’t worry. I’ll make sure you never forget me. I’ll carve my mark into you, so you’ll remember.”

We know a lot about how Michael's PTSD affects him but what about the other Archangels?
Basically everyone is handling it better than him, they never had his codependency, weren't as involved in the visceral parts and aren't trying to convince themselves he's dead and thus aren't making more grief for themselves just to repress it.
He's just the estranged brother to the rest, even the still real pissy ones see him at least every couple centuries for awkward diplomatic reasons, Zadkiel and Lucifer hang out semi-regularly.
(Expect for Michael, they haven't seen each other since the Fall, but this post isn't about him)
They aren't unaffected obv, but its sutler and more about his absence than the event itself, and the looming threat now hanging over their heads.
However there is a narrative representation of this change I think you'd be interested in! The Original Sin brought suffering and evil into creation, as the pillars of reality they risked their grip of their domains slipping out of control.
They had to reflect all of what creation was, absorb a bit of the blow, swallow the consequences of Lucifer's mistake. Become worse for it.
The changes sunk in bone deep, they struggle to imagine the time before they thought like they do now. But they do remember, being different once, it haunts a lot of them, some the deeper anger they harbour for Lucifer, is from that whole psychological horror.
Raphael; Archangel of Life, Keeper of Balance, and Death
Raphael gained a callousness with little respect for those you refuse to accept the the cycle that they institute. They are patron of plague just as agriculture, of health and rot, bringer of life and death; and in the most patient understanding way they can put this, Get Over It. This is what balance means. There is no life that doesn't require the death of others, sometimes, between you and bacteria, its not your life that triumphs.
Their authority is honestly a more immediate threat than Michael's, who's iron grip is at least restricted to Heaven and the heavenborn culture we struggle to relate to. Raphael is the enforcer of our limits, its thanks to them we will not evade the walls of Heaven and Hell for long.
A cruel but natural evolution from Raphael's role as the flora that limited humanity in the Eden period. The cage transformed to be more suited for the free of will.
Uriel; Archangel of Stars, Keeper of Knowledge, and Hunger
Uriel's always had a strange blind spot, no more privy to His plan than any of their siblings. That gap turned into a clawing aching blackhole that refuses to be sated. They are the holder of His wisdom and yet they are denied this with no recourse. What good are they if they don't even know what the goal is.
This is appetite and ambition. Flame that continues to burn through whatever you feed it. This is the breadth knowledge that will always eclipse the amount you can know. This is the gaps in your memory. This is staring into the void of space and realizing you will never touch any of it. This is the expanse of time from before and after your little blip of existence that you will never be apart of.
Curiosity taut fraught by bitterness and desperation. A gatekeeper who themselves are not allowed to know what they guard. Is this penance? Uriel wonders, for failing their post in Eden, having to bare ignorance as defence after proving inadequate themselves.
Gabriel; Archangel of Progress, Keeper of Revelation, and Malice
Gabriel is at heart a paragon, they will do what is right no matter what. This also makes their mindset simple with little room for nuance. In the rise of sin came with it division, the categories of allies and enemies. While before there was only good, but its given way to an entirely black and white view of the world. They have no tolerance for those that threaten what is good.
They do not listen, nor will they feel guilt. They carry God's very word, what could you add? Nothing else matters. Cutting you down is what is right. It's a breeding ground for war and brutality, for anything is justified against an enemy. A hero does no wrong.
Quick and efficient to a fault, they leave people deemed unworthy behind. Never stopping long enough to second guess. Acting entirely on gut instinct that demands the purging of the undesirable. Sever every hitch and fib until all is plain uncomplicated truth.
A twisted nostalgia they drag behind as a they race forward to regain the simple glory of being Eden's protector, before there was deception, before they knew a brother's betrayal.
Jophiel; Archangel of Beauty, Keeper of Passion, and Bloodshed
Jophiel wears her heart on her sleeve, she experiences emotions and sensations at such an elevated intensity that they cannot be refused or repressed. Compelled in a thousand different ways to bring them into the world, if only to get them out of her. She paints, she dances, she sculpts, she cries. She learned that beauty meant a lot of things, can come from a lot of places.
Her manic episodes before could get a bit volatile. But after the range of emotional expression widened and deepened, once suffering was added to her spectrum her stability spiralled. These far extremes were not spared from magnetism. They could not be refused or repressed; now skin could break, could be broken, in rage, in despair, in desire - she had to get them out of her, she had to make them real.
Beauty means so many things. There is carnage in her wake.
Blood is such a gorgeous vivid hue, isn't it?
In the suffering of creation, darkest moments can forge the heights of art and culture. This is the quittance Jophiel offers her beloved nigh-masterpieces, she hopes it's still worth it, for both their sakes.
Zadkiel; Archangel of Grace, Keeper of Faith, and Tragedy
Zadkiel didn't have a role in creation, for reasons they still don't know. They once had hope that eventually they'd be able to leave their mark.
They never got the chance.
They don't why they were soaked in the same creation as their siblings, just to be made to rest eternally. Bearing the name Architect as nothing but a hollow title.
They keep their faith, they have nothing else to block out the thoughts of meaninglessness, of waste; that they have no reason for continuing to exist. They have no other reason to believe there's any point to them at all. Expect for faith, faith doesn't need proof, or trust. They clutch it tight in shaking hands, clasp together and close to their heart.
What good is faith without tribulation?
Futile sacrifice, pointless waste, useless potential, missed opportunity, crushing unbearable hopelessness.
Misfortune Zadkiel carries with them, inescapable random meaningless tragedy. They pray the grace and kindness they bring is enough for you to find your peace despite your fickle woe; they pray you offer to others the same. ~
(Michael is the Archangel of Power(this title is almost never used, in favour of 'Highest of all Angels') and Keeper of Order and destruction if you're curious, he's not relevant because he was always intended for a post-sin world so never had this change, also because he deserves a goddamn break)
-
Jophiel is the most viscerally aware, upset and scared of how she been changed and holds it hard against Lucifer, Raphael is on some level disturbed by how their entire attitude towards living things was restructured into a constant potential threat but has decided not to worry about it, its buried real deep down there, Uriel's trying real hard to distance themselves from their desperate need as something apart from them, which works until it doesn't and they're yelling at Lucifer or whoever out of crippling insecurity, Zadkiel is dealing with it like they deal with everything, reciting prayers until there isn't any room for bad thought, they love their big brother.

The Private Life of Sherlock Holmes dir: Billy Wilder, 1970

I only watched The Private Life of Sherlock Holmes for the first time a few days ago but it lights my brain up in that special way that I know I’ll revisit it a lot. Don’t get me wrong, it’s far from perfect, for one thing Colin Blakely’s Watson is a little too shouty for me, but it’s very worthwhile to check out despite its shortcomings, which I think mostly come from the fact that so much was cut from the intended script.
I absolutely love Robert Stephens as Holmes. His face is so good, he has a way of looking at Watson when he doesn’t know he’s being observed that is very soft. I thought I was hallucinating the beginning of this movie with Holmes telling the ballet dancer he’s gay and in a relationship with Watson. I thought it was going to be played for a joke, and it was a bit, but it didn’t just end there. Holmes and Watson have a conversation about the repercussions in a lengthy scene that turns very serious by the end. I can’t believe this was 1970 and no one has since tried to build on this specific dynamic in a more meaningful way. Someone needs to remake this into a mini-series exactly how Billy Wilder intended it to be, here’s hoping public domain can make it so.

[above: script page from the cut story The Curious Case of the Upside Down Room, where Watson creates a fake case to make Holmes feel better]
Also, the backstory of the making of this film is so out of control: Robert Stephens’s nervous breakdown and suicide attempt during the production, the amount of years Billy Wilder was trying to write it and get it made, the interference of ACD’s son, the Loch Ness monster prop that the crew lost in actual Loch Ness, the immense scope of the episodic story they were going for, the way it got cut down from its original 3 hour 45 minute runtime and how that cut footage was lost forever! (this is crazy! everyone go check your attics and storage lockers right now).
In one of the interviews I found, Robert Stephens says “if something is boring — if it’s three minutes long it’s too long, but if it’s interesting it’s never long enough…you don’t want it to end.” Big same Toby Stephens’ dad, big SAME. I didn’t want it to end. I read the uncut script and I am just floored at what we missed out on. Thankfully some footage and audio remain of some of the cut scenes (but still! check your basements too).
Just fully let it settle into your brain that they filmed all of these stories in the script, and then cut most of it away. Like that is mind-blowing to me, it existed at one point as it was fully intended to be. If this was made now during home entertainment times, they would have no problem releasing an almost four-hour movie, but at the very least there would be a big director’s cut dvd release and we would be enjoying all the small Holmes x Watson moments we deserve.
Anyway, in pretty short order I found a bunch of interesting links to stuff, details below. I also consulted my very well-thumbed Conversations with Wilder book by Cameron Crowe, but there wasn’t that much more information in there. I have Robert Stephens’ memoir Knight Errant and the TPLOSH blu-ray on order so I’ll add to this post if I find any more good resources. Let me know if I’m missing anything, and enjoy!

I hope you don't mind me chiming in but I have a theory on the Death and Destruction thing I don't think it's a plot hole because I think Destruction and Death situations were different from each other. Death didn't just walk out she stopped being Death altogether, she completely refused to be her concept not letting anything die by withholding her gift.
Destruction walked out on his realm and refuses to oversee destruction and control it but he is still very much destruction. I think that is the difference maybe, one stopped altogether and one just walked out which is why both provide very different outcomes. I think if any of the Endless stopped being their concepts like Death did that concept will also cease to exist.
Hey, thanks for sliding into my inbox 🙂
It’s so interesting in terms of choice of words.
In “A Winter’s Tale”, she chooses exactly the words “walking out”.

But a panel later, she says:
“BUT I KIND OF REFUSED TO DO IT ANYMORE. I STOPPED TAKING LIFE. PEOPLE AND ANIMALS BIRDS AND BACTERIA, FISH AND IDEAS: NOTHING DIED.”
(Can I also say: Girl, you’re encroaching on your brother’s domain here 🤣)
So I’m still wondering what the actual difference is. They both walked out. They both refused to attend to their function. Death refuses to take life and assume her role. Destruction refuses to destroy and (re)assume his role (he tells us very clearly several times in Brief Lives, but you could be right that we’re walking the fine line between not overseeing it and not doing it. But he’s also not doing it, so the result should be the same? I think I’m tying my brain into knots 🤣).

And yet, destruction still happens by his mere existence. And Death still existed, too, I presume, at least on some sort of conscious level, otherwise she wouldn’t live (ugh) to tell the tale.
So what made her stop being her concept while it didn’t stop Destruction?
Is it keeping the Sigil (he of course keeps his sword and also the pool)? I don’t know about Death’s ankh in this context, but then there’s the whole thing in “The High Cost of Living” where we’re essentially made to believe that it’s actually not that important, and that she could bestow that power on literally anything (which she ultimately does).
Is it because Death has a more active role by default? Because she actively takes people while the other siblings just “oversee” their functions? But that seems off to me because we are told over and over again they ARE their function, not just stewards of it.
It is a really interesting question to ponder, and I wonder if the answer lies in us/the sentient beings that brought them into existence in the first place?
Because all the Endless exist since we make them so. They came into existence because of us.
But Death (just like Destiny) was there before the first thing lived—we’re told this explicitly in Dream Country/Façade (and once again by Destruction in the panel I’ll add in a minute):
“When the first living thing existed, I was there waiting. When the last living thing dies, my job will be finished. I'll put the chairs on the tables, turn out the lights and lock the universe behind me when I leave.”
Dream is younger and was there when the first living thing awoke to life (is that a sleep analogy baked in?), presumably with the capacity to dream. I feel Gaiman never chooses words lightly. He didn’t say, “Came to life”, because in that case, the fact it was real (as Dream’s opposing force) would have been enough. But it “awoke to life”—that’s an implication of deeper sentience and the capacity to wish and dream in my view.

Destruction is younger again, so we’re talking about sentient destruction—he was there because the first thing had the capacity to destroy, not because of creation (otherwise he should really be older than Death, or at least older than Dream).
And I feel the answer is in there somewhere? Perhaps Death came into existence because an opposing force was needed for balance? The other Endless are also tied to their opposing forces/the opposite side of their coin, but we’re never explicitly told they came into existence because of their opposite, but rather because of their primary function, if that makes any sense? I’m not sure if I’m getting across clearly what I want to say…
I’m wildly speculating here and have no clue if I’m anywhere near of what Gaiman intended, so this is total head-canon territory. I’m no-pressure tagging in @tickldpnk8 because she wrote about A Winter’s Tale before and might have additional thoughts (I remember us going off on several tangents back then 🤣).
Edited to add: This was sparked by a discussion on this post:

Ok but you know what would be very useful for Tumblr to have
Something like the Linktree shop tab, but for general links. Visible on the app too.
Like, its basis is really simple: You can add a link (Product), or you can create a Collection with the links you already have

And then you can choose whether you want to show the links on their own or show Collections, in the order you want.

Like, if we were able to organize links like that on Tumblr, it could work to link playlists, link posts in which we describe our ocs (instead of making masterposts), organize chapters (for those who upload comic posts), or even reference links to other social medias we have.
And if it is in a controlled space (aka. a specific section made for that, by Tumblr) there could be restrictions for the domains linked if needed. Like, for example, disallowing possible dangerous/spam websites, or not letting people link other tumblr users, etc. Although idk if these kind of restrictions even exist currently, for links in posts or themes.
I just think it would be nice to have 👍
@staff @wip @humans pretty please

THE MYTH OF FREE WILL & MEANING OF LIFE
Imagine, if you will, that you sat down in some infinite realm and took hold of a magical pen—a pen that could not only write words on a page but could shape experiences, events, moments of laughter and moments of sorrow. With this pen, you carefully wrote the story of your life, choosing the twists and turns, the highs and the lows, the lessons and the triumphs. And then, with a flick of cosmic intention, you released this book into the universe. It became a movie, each scene unfolding perfectly, effortlessly, as if it were meant to be.
But then, something curious happened: your memory of crafting this story was wiped. Suddenly, the awareness that you had orchestrated it vanished. All that was left was you, stepping onto the stage of existence, ready to experience the film with no recollection of the author’s hand behind it. Being born, you see, was like pressing “play” on this intricate, divine script. The story was set, the movie rolling. And thus, here you are, seemingly without control, believing yourself at the mercy of fate, yet intimately woven into the fabric of this tale.
Now, as you live this life, it might feel as though you have no say, no choice—no freedom to alter the plot. For the story, indeed, has already been written. You may kick, you may scream, you may wish it to change, but the scenes march on in inevitable sequence. Yet here is the marvelous twist: while you may not control the scenes themselves, what hasn’t been predetermined is your perspective. This is your sacred domain.
In that simple choice—how you view the unfolding story—you discover a power more profound than any control over events. Perspective becomes the alchemy of existence. And if you can master this subtle art, intentionally choosing your point of view, understanding deeply that this is your only true freedom, something transformative occurs. You begin to see beauty even in hardship, meaning even in chaos. By focusing on the grace within each moment, you make the pain disappear, and suddenly, the scenes take on a new light.
So, scene by scene, you become less enmeshed in the illusion of the storyline itself. Rather than getting lost in the plot, you become an enthusiastic observer, delightedly finding the hidden gems, the Easter eggs in each scene—the lessons, the love, the subtle winks from the universe.
In the end, while we may not have the liberty to rewrite the events of our lives, we hold the immeasurable freedom to add the soundtrack, to color it with laughter and wonder. That, dear friend, is the true magic of existence: the liberty not to shape the script but to shape the experience of watching it unfold.

How strong could Steven be?
Okay, let me rephrase, how strong is the Pink Diamond gem?
Because, let's take a second to actually think about it. There are some abilities that seem to be EXPECTED of gems. They might not all do them since for some it would be "below their station," but they could do it.
1. Sumon a weapon
2. Shapeshift
3. Fuse
4. Adjust their gravitational pull of a planet on their gem to adjust to a celestial body's gravity
5. The ability to bubble
Of course, these are the ESTABLISHED things that every gem SHOULD be able to do (we'll get to Era 2 gems in a second). However, I'd like to add
6. Make a flashlight out of their gem (we see Pearl and Peridot do so when they visit the moon, and it makes sense to be a natural ability since their physical bodies are just holograms with light)
7. Be able to store items in their gems.
These are the basic abilities of a gem, yet there are special powers some gems have.
Sapphires- ice manipulation/ future vision
Lapis- water manipulation
Ruby- fire production
Peridots- metal control
Now one thing about them is that the powers designated to them are IT. Now, it's fair to say that as a gem grows and learns, they can expand on their skill (Pearl did learn how to shoot lasers after the gem War after all), but they concept of their powers stay the same.
For example, as much as Sapphire was shown to be a beast with her ice abilities in a Single Pale Rose, she will never manipulate or produce fire. This is where the Diamonds differ and follow their subjects at the same time.
Blue- gem emotional control (her power doesn't work on humans)
Yellow- physical form manipulation (she can poof any gem/ change their shape or attributes as seen with Garnet in Future)
White- possession voluntary or forced.
Pink - destruction and creation (living or nonlicing)
It's their powers that make me believe that diamonds are needed not just to rule but to make other gems. During Era 2, gems weren't made the same as Era 1 gems as Peridot says she can't shape-shift, but why would that be? Because Pink diamond was gone. With a limited supply of her essence, just like Yellow was having her essence taken in her sauna, they had to portion out what they gave to gems. This would explain what "junk" is put into the ground when gems are made as Amethyst references during Classroom Gems.
This would even explain why the Diamonds kept Pink. While yes, they loved and appreciated her presence, she holds no functional use to the empire, which you would imagen the Diamonds wouldn't be found of, especially when she undermines them constantly and sets a bad example. However, they couldn't get rid of her, not even before they got attached because her essence allowed for the creation of more gems, and there is no guarantee that another being with her power could exist.
Yellow sets a gem to have a physical form.
Blue sets them to have responses.
White sets them to have a purpose.
Pink sets them to have the extra energy to come to life just as the organic material on colonies are sucked up for a gem to use. In fact, I would bet that Pink's essence is what allows gems to exist without needing to do something like recharge or something of the sort. Think about it, whatever energy is sucked from the dirt is bound the run out at some point. Plant life isn't infinite; however, a diamonds power could be.
This is why I question how strong Pink actually is. The diamonds hold compete control over their "domain," even controlling or manipulating what could be considered the opposite of their powers. The thing that makes Pink different from the other diamonds is that her powers WORK on not only things that aren't alive, they work on non gem beings.
Steven fixed his teddy bear and destroyed several non-living materials. He heals gems and humans, for fuck sake both him and his mom brought something to life. And speaking about that. I would like to discuss both lars and lion right now. Specifically their powers.
Now, making the assumption that they got a power up post resurrection could be assumed to be that the Pink Diamond essence pulled so much weight in helping them that the essence is now embedded in them and so they received a power up. It makes sense. Like gems creating distabalisers using Yellow's essence or creating a planet destroying weapon (Spinel) using Pink's essence. The thing I have a problem with is the powers they receive.
1. Long life (okay)
2. Dimensional pocket in hair (makes sense, gems have pockets in their gems)
3. Shock wave or lion's roar (ehh, kinda makes sense with Steven's destruction ability. Okay)
4. Portal creation (what?)
Portal creation was one of the powers lion got. That doesn't make sense based on what we know and can assume Pink can do. What the fuck.
The situation isn't helped in the fact that Pink can make pebbles purely on her own without the help of the other Diamonds.
So, considering Pink Diamond has a hold on
Crearion
Destruction
On ANYTHING
and is CRUCIAL for gem production and can extend the ability towards others just as they can get into someone's head/ control them
I ask again: how strong is the Pink Diamond gem?
And if he gets enough training, how strong could Steven become?

Discussion: "The Prophecy of Twisted Godhood" <- A reimagining of Twisted Wonderland through Greek Mythology. Where instead of a world based on Disney - Yuu is sent to a school meant to train demigods in another realm. Dormitories: Heartslabyul || Savanaclaw (here) || Octavanille || Scarabia || Pomefiore || Ignihyde || Diasomnia || Ramshackle (full lore and main plot outline) || Others Notes: Hey everyone - believe it or not, this was the original idea back when I started working on my TWST otome.
Savanaclaw - The Realm of Strength and Pride
In Savanaclaw - in this world given the name 'Koryphaios Dormitory' -, the students’ connections to their divine parentage are fraught with tension, pride, and deep-rooted desires to prove themselves. Each character’s mythological legacy resonates with struggles for power, identity, and the impact of their divine inheritance. As Yuu enters Night Raven College and begins to unravel the Prophecy of the Gods' Reawakening, the dorm members’ challenges become interwoven with the prophecy’s dark implications. Each student wrestles with their own fate, seeking to carve out a future for themselves in a world where the gods’ power is waning.
As Yuu interacts with the members of Koryphaios, they’ll learn that the dorm’s issues are rooted in deeper, personal conflicts tied to the demigods' desire for recognition, transformation, and control over their destiny. This will not only challenge Yuu’s understanding of power and leadership but also force them to seek clarity regarding their presence in this realm – establishing a connection to the plot and this world.
As Yuu interacts with these characters, they will be forced to navigate the balance between strength and humility, loyalty and independence, destiny and free will. Those in Savanaclaw respect their gods for their power but are on unequal footing which breeds conflict. While each member of Savanaclaw struggles with their relation to their god, Yuu's unforeseen presence serves as a catalyst for change (as the godless are meant to be uninvolved, throwing a wrench into regimine and twarting the characters’ individual agendas), forcing the dorm to confront their weaknesses and ultimately become more united in their shared goal.
Through Yuu’s journey, the Koryphaios students will learn that true leadership isn’t about power or dominance but about knowing when to lead and when to follow, sacrifice for others, and recognize their own worth in the eyes of the gods and mortals alike.
Leona KingScholar - Son of Astraeus (Titan of the Stars and Planets)
Reasoning: Astraeus was a strategic figure, working quietly behind the scenes to influence the winds and the stars. Similarly, Leona is observant, calculating, and prefers to act when the moment is right, rather than impulsively.
Connection: Leona’s struggle is rooted in his desire to be recognized and to enact change, despite being second-born. Astraeus, while not the most outwardly powerful, had a significant influence on the cosmos, akin to Leona’s overlooked but potent leadership potential.
Lore Extension:
Curse of Oedipus – King of Thebes
Reasoning: Oedipus, like Leona, struggled with the limitations imposed on him by fate. Leona’s frustration with his role as second-born parallels Oedipus’ inability to escape the prophecy that shaped his life.
Connection: Leona and Oedipus have a deep desire to prove their worth, not out of selfishness, but because they feel a deep responsibility to lead. Oedipus’ tragic pride and fall mirror Leona’s internal struggle with his unrecognized potential. Oedipus, though flawed, was a respected leader who made sacrifices for his people, much like Leona, who cares deeply for his country and people but struggles with his limited position.
Conflict: Leona, much like Oedipus, is consumed with the frustration of fate and the limitations imposed on him due to his position as second-born. As the second prince of his homeland, Leona's ambition to rule is thwarted by his birthright. Oedipus, in his own myth, was bound by a tragic prophecy that foretold he would kill his father and marry his mother—something he could not avoid despite his attempts to defy it. Leona’s story will parallel this sense of inevitability, as he feels doomed to forever live in his god’s shadow, unable to claim the position he believes he deserves.
Tension with Yuu: Leona's cynicism and bitterness are exacerbated by Yuu's arrival. Yuu, while unassuming and unaware of their divine origins, will inadvertently stir something in Leona—a heavy reminder that even a king may struggle to break free of fate. Leona is bound by a prophecy to belong to the stars, yet he wishes to rule in the mortal realm as a king. He has the most experience with mortal politics and life among the demigods – thinking it the gods responsibility to aid the lives they demand respect from (hierarchy/royalty foil w/ how the sunset savanna treats lower class). Yuu’s adaptation and struggle to exist among the demigods is pitiful to him at first, and they serve as a reminder for his distaste towards the gods (urging his plan for rebellion further). Yet as his underhanded plans to usurp are pulled from under him, Yuu’s presence challenges Leona to question if there is truly no way to break free of the burdens of destiny, or if his own pride and unwillingness to accept help has been what holds him back.
Resolution: Leona will have to learn that leadership is not always about claiming power for oneself but rather earning it through compassion and wisdom. Something he has successfully done within his dorm yet is too stubborn to see. As the gods power begins to wane, the prophecy will help him realize that true rulers are those who lift others up rather than stand alone on a throne. Yuu will help him accept that fate may be unavoidable, but the journey is within his control. This can be seen through his relationships with his dormmates – Leona’s mini-kingdom – and how they are the crutch that supports Leona in overcoming what Oedipus’ could not. One may not change the outcome but can manipulate how it comes to pass.
Ruggie Bucchi – Estranged 'Bastard' Son of Hermes
Note: An estranged child is an adult child whom has cut off contact with their parent and/or has a bad relationship with them. A bastard child is one out of wedlock - or in this case, between god and low-born mortal.
Reasoning: Ruggie Bucchi is cunning, resourceful, and always looking for ways to make a quick deal, much like Hermes, the trickster god of commerce, thieves, and travelers. Ruggie, while loyal, is also known for cutting corners to get by and is always on the lookout for opportunities that require little effort for big rewards. Just like Hermes, who can navigate tricky situations and use his wit for gain, Ruggie thrives on cleverness and strategy in his day-to-day life.
Connection: The resourcefulness, cunning nature, and tendency to take advantage of opportunities align Ruggie closely with Hermes
Conflict: Ruggie Bucchi, ever the schemer and opportunist, mirrors Hermes’ ability to navigate tricky situations and use wit for personal gain. While his cleverness makes him an invaluable ally in many situations, Ruggie’s primary struggle revolves around his loyalty to those around him and his desire to escape the hardships of his upbringing – this includes his father, whom abandoned him when faced with opposition from the other gods (having committed taboo in a passing fling, resulting in Ruggie’s birth). Ruggie was left to be raised by his mortal grandmother in the slums, until approached by the high gods to attend NRC, as it was his ‘duty’. Ever the opportunist and unable to pass on their offer to give his mortal family a better life- Ruggie accepted as a recognized son of Hermes.
Tension with Yuu: Ruggie initially sees Yuu as someone to be manipulated for gain—someone he could trick or use as leverage. He has a complex relationship with his demigodhood, coming from a clan of the ‘godless’ himself – being nothing more than a passing trick of his father’s. Children of Hermes are bountiful, those born between god and human seen as lesser, yet Ruggie in particular faces prejudice within the school hierarchy because of his upbringing. He climbed through using tricks and a mutual-partnership with Leona. Therefore, Ruggie pities Yuu, yet does not waiver since NRC is free for all. However, Yuu’s integrity and selflessness will challenge Ruggie to reconsider his morally flexible approach to life – reminding him of his time spent in the mortal realm which has been blurred during his time at the Isle of Gods. Their interactions with Leona will revitalize Ruggie’s hope for change, evicting a complex battle between doubt and self-preservation that he has not experienced since boyhood. Through his interactions with Yuu, Ruggie will learn that loyalty is his strongest commodity.
Resolution: Over time, Ruggie will come to respect Yuu’s sense of fairness and selflessness, realizing that while cleverness and cunning can win battles, true loyalty, perseverance, and honesty are what win hearts. Hearts are power, and while unaware of what they hold, Yuu will help him realize that sometimes, real power lies not in investments but in trust and cooperation. His relationship with the gods and his father remains sour – yet he learns that there are allies to be made within NRC walls. He does not walk away changed but is inspired by Yuu’s formidable approach to the school’s hierarchy.
Jack Howl – Son of Athena. Blessing of Calisto
Reasoning: Athena is often associated with wisdom, strategy, and intellect, particularly in warfare. Jack Howl, though more of a straightforward character, does demonstrate a level of insight and strategy in his actions. He might not always show it overtly, but his cleverness and quick thinking are visible in certain situations, especially when helping his friends or working through tough situations. Athena is also the goddess of protection and courage, often stepping in to defend or guide heroes. Similarly, Jack is deeply protective of his friends, dormmates, and morals. Jack's fierce loyalty and deep connection to his pack of wolves links him to Calisto, a nymph transformed into a bear (which still connects with his wolf-like nature).
Connection: While Jack is more outwardly the "brawn" and Athena is more the "brains," their shared qualities of leadership, protection, and wisdom tie them together. It’s a blend of intellect, strategy, and the willingness to stand up for others that forms the bridge between them. His connection to his pack and potential for transformation magic make him worthy of Calisto's aid, with a twist considering her own tragic connection to wolves.
Conflict: Jack Howl’s fierce loyalty and protective instincts deeply connect him to the myths of both Lycaon and Callisto. Like Lycaon, who was transformed into a wolf as a result of angering Zeus, Jack struggles with his primal instincts and his wolf-like nature. However, instead of being cursed, Jack's bond with the wild is intertwined with Athena's blessing of wisdom and strategy, tempered by Callisto’s gift of transformation. Callisto, a nymph who was tragically turned into a bear, mirrors Jack’s internal battle: her loss of control, her pain, and the way her transformation became a reminder of the wildness that lurked within her. Jack’s struggle revolves around reconciling his deep loyalty to his friends and his pack with the fear that his untamed nature could spiral out of control. His internal conflict drives him to seclude himself, never allowing others to see the beast within.
Tension with Yuu: Jack’s unwavering loyalty to his “pack” makes him a dedicated protector, but he is haunted by the idea that his wild instincts—embodied in his wolf form and his protective nature—could one day turn destructive. As tensions rise at NRC and the gods begin to lose their grip, Jack starts to fear that his primal side will overwhelm him, making him a danger to those he cares about. His strict adherence to routine and discipline is his way of suppressing this inner turmoil. He admires Leona’s perseverance in resisting his own divine nature, seeing him as someone who can keep their emotions and instincts in check. However, Jack’s greatest fear is that, like Callisto, he will lose himself to the wildness inside him, and in doing so, hurt the ones he loves.
Yuu, who is still unraveling their own divine heritage (at this point unaware of their true connection), enters Jack’s life, offering a perspective that challenges his approach to balance. Through Yuu’s journey, Jack comes to realize that balance doesn’t mean suppressing emotions or instincts. It means learning to control them—not through strict repression, but by accepting and understanding them. Yuu’s ability to navigate their own lack of divine power and still find inner strength helps Jack see that embracing his full self is the path toward true control, not just suppressing parts of who he is.
Resolution: In the end, Jack learns to accept both his wolf-like nature and his human side, realizing that true strength comes from understanding and embracing all parts of himself. He doesn’t have to sacrifice his loyalty and protectiveness in order to control his instincts—he can protect others while also honoring his own emotions and needs. His relationship with Yuu helps him realize that it’s okay to be vulnerable and that loyalty doesn’t mean losing yourself in the process of protecting others. Jack’s admiration for Leona’s way of life is challenged, but through his growth, he learns that one must value oneself in order to truly understand and value others. His path becomes one of integration—recognizing that the fierce, loyal protector and the strategic, wise leader within him can coexist harmoniously.

brief bluesky thoughts
actually gave bluesky a proper look because every look I have gave it so far has just been a "man this is just twitter but again what is the point" and closed it so went in with the intention of actually trying to see what is different
Bluesky is, UI wise, fundamentally the same as Twitter, however, it is like, just different enough that it has its merits. The fact it is not Twitter is good enough for most people but that has never been enough for me as like Twitter's UI sucks ass, it has to be that and then more to be worth it.
Bluesky, upon a further examination, has surprised me as clearly they have added quite a bit to it / I just have not looked at it well enough as there are numerous QoL features for the user that are fairly decent. For one, block lists are just... built-in to the site. So are follow lists! This is soooo nice. Very quickly I saw someone built a list of every AI/NFT account out there and I can just say I want to block everyone on this list and every time someone gets added to the list I have them blocked. Nice! This rocks. Seems like the increased the character limit to 300 at some point too? Not too sure why it exists, to be frank, that said, but it is fine, small indie social media or what have you. On the note of the follow lists thing though, a lot of it has to be done by the users, which is an bit of a compromise but probably better than the site itself doing this. It is a unique approach to how you have to deal with this site, but it works. I can't think of anything better, and it works anyway, so not bad.
A lack of trending tab and seemingly fewer amounts of algorithm bullshit than other sites is interesting and promising. My quick scroll through, following accounts that I like, following friends from other sites, etc., has shown like... No posts I dislike yet. Interesting. No overly negative posts, seems like. I can't tell yet whether this is a bit from the user base or if it is something different about the way the site itself is designed. Maybe a bit of both. Seems like there are a lot of users have practically been begging people to be normal, so probably seems like a bit from the users. A lack of trending tab is based, also.
Also on the topic of odd user based things that give some level of QoL, there are labels. Massive fuckass big lists that just you have to scroll through to find the thing that applies to you, but it works. It works well but does have that problem of being controlled by users, so can be a little scuffed at times. Very good and nice their backend allows for just liking posts from account adds a label if an account has been set up correctly though. Seems like Bluesky's backend is quite extensive on that bit. Any issues about this bit are created by the users of the label systems not Bluesky though, ie delays from liking a post to a label being added aren't from Bluesky's backend being slow but from the user who created the lists' system being slow.
I am a bit interested how exactly they are going to monetize it as there apparently is no ads and the most they got is selling domains which is a good short term solution but the site is growing fairly rapidly. I am assuming they are just going to sell user info, because of course, but like outside of that what long term monetization do they have? Is it going to be another Cohost situation or is this going to be a site that truly is *different*, somehow. I have my doubts how long the site is going to last, but then again we have been saying that about this hell site for years now, so who knows. This is the one bit I am scared about.
Are these features worth it though? Eh. Probably. Seems the fact is people are actually using the site now, which is cool. I hope it stays popular as a replacement, and the shitheads of Twitter instead go either to here (lol), to Reddit, or like, idk man, Threads? Do people use that app? Seemed like it got a big boost on the Google Play Store, anyway, so idk man. Probably some shitheads did. Seems like there is not that many weird right-wing weird fuckheads on Bluesky anyway, and the general userbase is like, weirdly normal or least not annoying about it.
I hope it goes places, man. I think the current state of social media is very fucky with there just being like... TikTok, Instagram, sort of Twitter but not really it is on fire, so now sort of Bluesky, and the rest of the sites are also on fire in different ways and that sucks. There are no healthy sites right now that can be counted as social media so probably at least one more that actually has an user base is a good thing. I have been begging people to use Tumblr but no one wants to and hey, the CEO of this site is having an Elon tier meltdown as we speak and getting sued by like 8 different groups and sueing 7 as well. There is like a 60% chance this site actually dies this time for real this time I swear so having a site that might also die in a year or two because it has no funding but at least seems *fine* is nice.
Better than fucking using Reddit, at least.

Would it be possible to request an Obey Me x Castlevania thing - if you use the animated series or the games, with a vampire (lady or gn - whatever you like.) from Camilla and Lenore's Council of Sisters? Either as the MC or not - whatever you'd like! I imagine perpetual night in the Devildom would be lovely and demon blood would probably be edible.
Maybe with Belphie - because I imagine him mistaking a vampire for a human + lesson 16 would be hilarious in hindsight. Maybe Satan and Lucifer too? Or whoever you'd like.
Thank you.
Hello dear anonymous, how are you? I apologize for the delay in my response. The message got stuck in my inbox, and when it finally went through, I was already distracted with other things. But now, responding to your request... 🐮 Belphie: -The youngest and perhaps the most whimsical of the brothers, always had a special affinity for sleep and dreams. -Upon discovering that MC is a vampire, he would be intrigued, seeing her as an enigma to be unraveled during his long hours of rest. "You don't sleep, right? Does that mean you never dream?" he would ask, genuinely curious about what it would be like to exist without dreams. -Also saw the irony in having tried to suffocate someone who was already dead, and it became an inside joke between them. "So, you were already dead when I tried to kill you? What a waste of a good strangulation," he would joke, with a lazy smile. - He might even suggest a lazy pact: "If you promise not to bite me, I promise not to strangle you again. Deal?" Belphie saw MC as an intriguing companion, someone who brought a touch of mystery to his world of drowsiness.
🦄🔥Satan: -The avatar of Wrath and lover of all things literary, was fascinated by the discovery of MC's true nature. -He saw her as a living library of hidden knowledge and ancient stories. "You must have seen empires fall and eras change," he said, eager to learn about history from the perspective of someone who actually lived it. -However, upon realizing that Lucifer had been mistaken about MC's true nature, he couldn't help but be amused by the situation. "So, Lucifer, the 'human' you chose isn't so human after all," he teased with a mischievous smile. -Satan used this opportunity to provoke his brother, highlighting Lucifer's error in judgment. -Beyond appreciating the irony of the situation, Satan was intrigued by the new vampiric ruler, Alucard, whose capabilities were as mysterious as they were impressive. -He saw MC as a valuable ally and an infinite source of knowledge, but also as a way to keep things interesting by playing with the situation.
🦚 Lucifer: -The proud and powerful leader of the brothers, reacted with a mixture of outrage and strategic interest upon discovering that MC was a vampire from the Council of Sisters. -The pride he had for his own race made it difficult to accept that the human he had chosen was not so human after all. "A vampire under my roof," he pondered with a hint of irritation, "this certainly adds a new layer to Devildom politics." He respected MC for her vampiric nature and the power she represented, but was very aware of the political and social implications of this discovery. -Lucifer sought to establish a diplomatic relationship with her, ensuring that her presence was beneficial for both sides. "Your experience will be valuable here," he said, "and I hope you find Devildom as… stimulating as your own domain." -Lucifer was aware of the tensions between vampires and demons of lust, especially under the mysterious and capable reign of Alucard. - He knew that vampires were a reserved group and that any alliance would require a delicate balance. "We demons value loyalty and order. I hope you do too," he stated, extending a hand as a sign of alliance and respect, while reflecting on how to maintain control of the situation and deal with Satan's provocations.
