as gen ai gets better and more awful for the environment and more awful for artists i think it's interesting how people are changing their art to be more story-focused and personal. obviously nobody should have to change ANYTHING about their art because of ai but it is something im noticing more

sorry if this is an annoying question idk how artists feel about this stuff lol but i think ur art is so beautiful and i was wondering if there are any videos or books or just general tips that taught you how to draw in such a pretty style? ty :)

not annoying at all this is very sweet thank you 🙂‍↕️. ive gotten similar asks in the past But i truly do not know much about art in a technical sense + there aren't any exact sources i really learn from im sorry ..... i think that something that's helped me alot [with painting & fundamentals, at least.] has been studying shapes Um ultimately everything in the world is made up of shapes and i think once you get that down it becomes significantly easier to draw most of anything. there's a whole world past those shape association block toys its kind of awesome and sometimes it can even become spiderman 🌅 additionally references are your best friend and with this you can survive.

but overall i literally do not have anything useful to offer you past just Practice & try to step outside of your comfort zone when drawing, which everyone in the world will tell you but it does work i promise u

Question. Wouldn’t accelerated healing mean you age FASTER than normal bc it’s through cell replication and failed cell replication that we age?

this is so unhinged but does anyone else have a perpetually off draft count? is that like a glitch with the new autosave draft feature? it did this when i was on vacation too. my draft count tends to hover around 35 when it's actually in the 20s. and i mean i know it's in the 20s bc i went and counted manually as a human person with a brain.

sometimes it randomly jumps up for no reason too. like it will go from say 28 to a whopping 37 without me having done anything.

ceobe boss really annoyed me at first because i absolutely thought that “serve her a meal” meant like. fill the pot and activate the actual mechanic. it even specifically says “if meal is not ready” in her description, which i feel implies actually cooking? but after tearing my hair out for a full day it turns out there just has to be something, anything at all, in the pot when she reaches it. just a pile of uncooked bug corpses for her to feast upon.

once i realized that you can just fucking ignore the pot so long as you stall her for like maybe ten seconds on the first phase my life got a lot easier. it doesn’t even seem to matter if i fill the pot after the first phase because nine times out of ten the pot is completely fucking empty when she reaches it the third time and finally leaves which is. interesting.

anyway a borrowed kaltsit can solo her with brainless ease so even though i can’t actually auto deploy the pattern is rote enough that i’ve actually just been playing through the whole thing a couple times to farm fibers. it’s pretty easy to execute and the music is good, so not a bad boss experience all told.
