are there different masks depending on which master the werewolf was serving or is it just all the same mask?? Were all the werewolves serving one guy (geniune question)
These are the descendants of just one guy's familiars, so it literally is all the same mask. The 'familiars' were essentially indentured servants who kept the wizard's tower looking nice and did basically every non-magic job in the area, usually sold into servitude by desperate parents or even born into it. They were punished nonetheless as accessories to the apocalypse, but definitely not to the extent as others were.
There were only a handful of wizards in the world, and one of them might have had thousands of workers of all ranks. Since then, the wolfmen have spread throughout the continent, they're abundant everywhere.

Just heard about Sonic 3 sorry for my loss
#talking#mumbles#sonic 3#i was talking to my brother about it and im so bummed#the sonic movies have been ok.... but just ok#the first one was good enough but cop dad was weird. i also hate the amount of exposition unrelated to reality#also if they were going the sonic adventure route#why???? do they start him in an alt reality????? like start him as a woodland hedge hog who steals chili dogs from a school football field#we dont need that much exposition because most of us know who sonic is already to a degree#but these movies are being made for children + their parents... not the people who actually know and love sonic#theyre being made for investors and executives who havent changed their demographic focus in 15 years#idk it makes me sad that sonic and mario are being draaged thru the mud#they could make something really excellent if they just understood that these franchises have a 30+ year legacy#like. most people seeing these movies are seeing them because they know and like sonic#but instead they appeal to small children like theyve never heard of him#when they could make this a teen/adult film and make so much money theyd drown in it#the merch they would sell would be crazy.... they could go from forced buying of parents to active purchases from teens and young adults#hell they could go the boxlunch store route and advertise to older adults too#sonic has such a rich history with many different plots to play off of. so does mario. and yet they choose the most bland thing they can#because its the safe option? is it even that way anymore?#i really think people who make movies dont know who they make movies for anymore

XRP: The Sleeping Giant or a Crypto Tombstone?

XRP: The Sleeping Giant or a Crypto Tombstone?
XRP: The Sleeping Giant or a Crypto Tombstone?
Ripples of uncertainty continue to surround XRP, the controversial token associated with Ripple Labs. Unlike the wild swings experienced by other cryptocurrencies in recent months, XRP has remained stubbornly stagnant, a slumbering giant some might say, or perhaps a digital tombstone for overly optimistic investors.
A Brief History of XRP’s Legal Limbo:
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filed a lawsuit against Ripple Labs in December 2020, alleging XRP is an unregistered security. This lawsuit cast a heavy shadow over XRP’s future, creating a climate of fear and doubt among investors. The legal battle continues to drag on, with no clear resolution in sight.
March Madness or More Stagnation? Unpacking the Potential 25x Surge and Looming Dump Threat
The price of XRP, the token associated with Ripple Labs, has been a curious case in the ever-volatile crypto market. Unlike its brethren that experience wild swings and parabolic rises, XRP has remained stubbornly stagnant, leaving investors questioning its future. However, with March 2024 approaching, whispers of a potential “XRP March Madness” are swirling, hinting at a monstrous breakout that could redefine the coin’s fortunes. Let’s delve deeper into this intriguing scenario and explore the factors fueling this speculation.
Aligning the Stars: Favorable SEC Lawsuit Outcome and Market Momentum:
The ongoing legal battle between Ripple and the SEC remains the single biggest factor influencing XRP’s price. A favorable outcome for Ripple, meaning the court deems XRP not a security, could trigger a domino effect. Regulatory uncertainty would vanish, potentially attracting institutional investors who have been hesitant to enter the fray due to the ongoing lawsuit. This influx of new capital, coupled with renewed investor confidence, could ignite a buying frenzy, propelling XRP’s price significantly higher.
Technical Analysis: Bullish Signals and Breakout Potential:
Technical analysts scouring XRP’s charts have identified potential bullish signals hinting at an impending breakout. Price consolidation patterns and positive indicators like the Relative Strength Index (RSI) suggest XRP might be coiling up for a significant upward move. While technical analysis shouldn’t be the sole factor in investment decisions, these signals add fuel to the fire of the “XRP March Madness” narrative.
Community Sentiment and FOMO (Fear of Missing Out):
The crypto community thrives on hype and social media buzz. If XRP experiences a significant price jump in March, a wave of FOMO could propel the price even further. News outlets and social media influencers amplifying the narrative could create a self-fulfilling prophecy, attracting new investors eager not to miss out on the potential gains.
A Word of Caution: The Looming Dump Threat and Whale Activity:
While the prospect of a 25x surge is undoubtedly enticing, investors should remain cautious. Recent on-chain data reveals large transfers of XRP to cryptocurrency exchanges. This activity can be interpreted in two ways: either a prelude to a massive breakout or a worrying sign of whales (large holders) preparing to dump their XRP holdings, potentially causing a significant price drop.
Investing in XRP: Weighing Risk and Reward:
The potential March 2024 breakout for XRP presents a classic high-risk, high-reward scenario. A successful resolution of the SEC lawsuit and a confluence of positive factors could lead to explosive growth. However, the ongoing legal battle and the uncertainty surrounding whale activity inject significant risk into the equation. Investors with a high-risk tolerance and a strong understanding of the cryptocurrency market dynamics might consider XRP as a potential investment. However, thorough research, careful portfolio allocation, and a healthy dose of caution are paramount before diving in.
Stagnant Price, Shaky Future?
While the broader cryptocurrency market experiences periods of explosive growth and heart-stopping dips, XRP remains largely unmoved. This price stagnation has led some to question XRP’s viability as an investment.
A Potential Monster Awakening?
However, some analysts believe XRP could be on the verge of a monstrous breakout. Should the SEC lawsuit be settled favorably for Ripple, XRP’s price could potentially surge by a staggering 25x or more. This scenario, while enticing, is far from guaranteed.
Whale Activity and the Dumping Specter:
Adding another layer of intrigue, recent on-chain data reveals large transfers of XRP to cryptocurrency exchanges. This activity could be interpreted in two ways: either a potential prelude to a massive breakout or a worrying sign of whales preparing to dump their XRP holdings, further depressing the price.
Is XRP Worth the Risk?
The current situation surrounding XRP presents a classic risk-reward scenario. A successful resolution of the SEC lawsuit could lead to explosive growth, but the uncertainty surrounding the legal battle makes XRP a gamble at best. Investors seeking more stable or demonstrably growing investment opportunities may be better off looking elsewhere.
Final Thoughts:
XRP remains a sleeping giant, but whether it awakens as a majestic beast or simply crumbles to dust is a question only time, and the ongoing legal saga, will answer. Investors should approach XRP with extreme caution and conduct thorough research before making any investment decisions. Remember, in the world of cryptocurrency, sometimes the biggest risks lead to the biggest rewards, but they can also lead to the biggest losses.
SEO Keywords: XRP, Ripple Labs, SEC lawsuit, cryptocurrency, March 2024, breakout, institutional investors, technical analysis, FOMO, whale activity, investment, risk-reward, high-risk tolerance, portfolio allocation.

i get the point of the polls informally showing that the vast majority of tumblr users have been here for years and barely anyone is new. the problem is that the suits don't look at that kind of data and go "ah, we understand. the majority of our users are oldheads who want things to stay the same. we misunderstood our audience." they absolutely have hard numbers on these things. they surely know most active users have been here forever. but they look at these stats and go "wow, our growth rate really IS shit. we're still relying on an ever-dwindling pool of users who have been here since they were teenagers in the early 2010s. we need to be working even harder to make this place appeal to new users"
the higher ups and investors on sites like this want infinite growth forever. this is why they keep changing the layout to make it look like other, more popular sites, even though we hate it. this is why they try out shit like tumblr live that doesn't appeal to the established core userbase in the slightest. it's not for us. it's also not for the ~5% of active users (if the poll going around is to be believed) who signed up within the last year. no, they're chasing after the hundreds of millions of people who use twitter and the BILLIONS of people who use tiktok, hoping to appeal to them and make tumblr more popular again
this is, of course, deeply stupid. nobody is leaving tiktok to hop on tumblr live. they already have tiktok. and we're on tumblr because we like tumblr, not because we want it to morph into something else. but i'm sure automattic's got venture capital investors breathing down their necks going "why isn't tumblr more like twitter or tiktok or facebook or instagram or" etc. etc., and so here we are

Analyst Insights: Ethereum's Bullish Breakout Points to Promising Altseason
Ethereum's recent breakout from its established price channel has ignited excitement in the crypto community, marking a strong start to what analysts and investors anticipate as the onset of an 'Altseason.' The surge in Ethereum's price, coupled with increased holdings among top wallets, reflects a positive market sentiment and hints at a broader rally in the altcoin space.
Technical Breakout:
ProfessorAstrones, a respected figure in the crypto space, highlighted Ethereum's technical breakout from its price channel, a trend that has persisted since October. The recent breach above the upper limit of this channel signifies a robust entry into a period historically associated with strong altcoin performance. The optimistic technical outlook has fueled a shared sense of enthusiasm among analysts and investors.
On-Chain Accumulation:
Supporting the technical perspective, on-chain data reveals a notable increase in buying activity, particularly from corporate entities and high-net-worth individuals. Post the approval of the Bitcoin ETF, the top 1,000 Ethereum wallets have significantly augmented their holdings, accumulating a total of 570,000 ETH and amassing a substantial 64.6 million ETH in total. This on-chain accumulation further bolsters confidence in Ethereum's potential for growth.
Market Reaction and Performance:
The market has responded positively to these developments, with Ethereum's current price at $2,529.98, reflecting a modest gain in the last day and a noteworthy 10.58% upswing over the previous week. Ethereum's market value, now exceeding $304 billion, reflects increased market participation and positive investor sentiment. The combination of technical breakthroughs and on-chain accumulation sets the stage for Ethereum's success and potentially signals the beginning of a broader altcoin rally.
