Bots helping out trans transformers - yes, all the circumstances depicted in this context are derivable from canon at this point. Also a post about part of how we got deep into transformers after watching Cyberverse, learning about trans ones, and the value of the stories. The thoughts are after the image IDs.

So- First image: IDW1 Arcee did actually have a reformatting surgery of her own volition from Ratchet in MTMTE #27 Dark Cybertron Chapter 10 The Becoming, and she was happy about it, unlike the extra bullshit Jhiaxus tacked on to her surgery from him! Anode helped her out in between those events for a while. Arcees generally, trans or no, care deeply about ethics and compassion of some sort, helping people out and willing to put their all into it. Showing up for the surgery of someone they care about is the kind of thing they'd do. Magnus is there cuz' he arrested her in Spotlight Arcee. Which well, prison wasn't what she (or anyone) needed for what her situation was. Sideswipe was there because even though he didn't understand her much until the end, HE TRUSTED HER ANYWAY, stood by her choices, risked his life for her as she did for him. Chromia is there because of how close she is with Windblade and how Windblade sees things, more on that later.

The second image is because Anode & Lug had been homeless for at least part of the duration of Great War, & Arcee in An Arcee Sort of Day having had trouble getting a housing loan. We chose Nautica to help them because she eventually understood Anode and Lug’s economic reasons for theft after initially taking issue with them.

The 3rd image doesn't have to do with the characters as much as it does things from IDW1 & AVP (although Archadis, Howlback, and Overlord’s gender expansive stories come up in Ask Vector Prime): in the former, the loneliness of trans characters shown, cut off from or having lost community & understanding from people, & eventually finding family. In the latter, working together for euphoria.

The last image is a bit more abstract/cobbled together. The Decepticons in e.g. Cyberverse, sought to meddle with Cybertron's reproductive autonomy: deciding form & role for new gens ('Perfect' Decepticons) with similar assignment for MTOs in IDW1, and forced weaponization (e.g. FoC). The Autobots have also sometimes been guilty of aspects of the latter two, but they more often champion autonomy as a way of life. Remaking/reforging derived from Solus Prime's story is an important metaphor/value for Camiens like Windblade, who respected Arcee when few would. The collective souls of reemerging generations in a cycle of life and death with the AllSpark parallels that reforging view, as shown by the words of Dai Atlas in the Escape miniseries, and the Matrix of Leadership had a direct link to the AllSpark in IDW2 as well.

From all this one can extrapolate that the fate of the AllSpark, the value of recreation of self and the access to capacity to do so have particular connotations both for trans transformers and all bots, just as building reciprocity, trust, wellbeing, and protection from malpractice do. Thus, to us, it's abundantly clear that while Transformers in regards to transformers does not deal with trans issues as a copy of Earth issues [this includes how in IDW1 Cybertronian androcentrism that (trans) gals face is not the same as ours] they speak to timeless aspects of autonomy. It is no accident that a number of trans people have been drawn to these stories over the years. Apart from enjoying them for other reasons, this aspect is there. Even when Transformers media is not talking about trans people, it is often dealing with things that effect us.

And that goes on a less dire level too. Like, the fact characters usually have two or more modes that are very different & related. And body modification is a deep & regular part of these stories, something a lot of people do. And the theme of change and agency itself in stories. This is say: if you either get what's happening in our world where gender expansive folks are in dire straits but we try to make joy and love anyway, just as the trans characters in these stories do, or if you can connect with how transformers is- there is something related.

If this motivates somebody to think carefully about how political engagement choices in how our lives are effected by issues mentioned prior and gets curious about transformer or robot stories that tackle this stuff, then we've achieved something. Thank you for reading :3 <3 ⚧️ 🏳️‍⚧️

Bots learning about the hiccups

The hiccups. Yeah that's a thing.

I don't imagine the bots actually have hiccupping like we do. However they are likely familiar with the concept since system resets can make strange sounds. Not to mention things cramping up can result in vents hitching and fans stalling. For them, their resets can actually be somewhat dangerous.

Seeing the kids with the hiccups wouldn't be all that concerning, but I do think their attempts to help would be funny.

For them, vent cleaning can help with vent hitches. So I can see Bumblebee and Smokescreen trying to help a hiccupping Rafael by giving him a toothbrush since that's the closest thing humans have to cleaning cloths for their organic vents. They might also pass over some q-tips, thinking that Rafael might be able to use those to clean out his nose or something. A tissue will have never occurred to them.

Bulkhead and Wheeljack deal with vent hitches through activity since forcing their fans into overdrive can help reset ventilation systems. So when Miko gets the hiccups, their grand plan to help involves giving Miko an adrenaline rush. They would try to get her to run or start pelting her with balls of paper or nerf guns that they manage to use by using small tongs. All of this would be in an effort to get Miko to move and thus hopefully reset her organic breathing systems.

They are partially successful. Miko's hiccups do indeed go away, but they in turn get a very upset human Wrecker ready to get back at them the moment she has the opportunity.

Arcee is similarly unhelpful when Jack gets the hiccups. Her attempts to be helpful would add up to her poking him whenever he hiccups as if he had vents. Normally this method would be effective since it would startle the bot into running their fans normally, but on a human? It just bothered Jack and made the hiccups worse. His hiccups took far longer to go away than they otherwise should have and he has never walked around Arcee without a hint of caution since.

Optimus made valiant attempt to help whenever the kids had hiccups through slightly more logical means, but also with limited success. He knew that Cybertronian methods of offering aid wouldn't be too useful, but now he has developed a tendency to pass over cups of ice cold water to any humans afflicted. Its comical watching such a huge mech pass over a tiny cup of water, and it has startled the kids on more than one occasion when one giant servo is suddenly right next to them with a cup of water.

Ratchet is the only one who actually knows how to help in a reasonable manner and has gathered a collection of paper bags which he will hand out the moment he hears a hiccup in his workspace. The only reason he does this is because he finds the sound annoying.

Ultra Magnus refuses to do anything and will leave until the kids are done making the sound. It gets on his nerves.

TFP Ratchet x Fembot reader, where on Cybertron they both had a sparkling, but when the war started the Sparkling was taken away from them along with other Sparklings to train them for war, on earth the reader is pregnant, and when the episode where Bee are taken away from her C-cogs, Ratchet wants to give him his, but when Bee goes on the mission, and Ratchet goes for him, the Reader ends up telling why Ratchet wants to save Bee, since their Sparkling died in Ratchet's arms due to a Decepticon attack in the war from Cybertron. , Ratchet had to try to save his son in the infirmary only for him to die due to lack of energy, Ratchet still blames himself for his death same as the reader

⚕️ As the Decepticons neared their goal day by day, you grew more and more worried for your sparkmate's stability. He hadn't been recharging as much as he should and the amount of injuries coming in certainly weren't helping any

⚕️ You were helping Ratchet out in the med-bay when you heard Bulkhead come inside while Bumblebee... walked? Why wasn't he in his vehicle mode instead?

"Bumblebee, Bulkhead? What's wrong?" You asked, making Ratchet look up from the screen and cock an optical ridge like you.

"Bee said he couldn't roll out. I don't know what's wrong with him."

⚕️ Looking from the large green-mech, you looked at the young yellow one and nodded, motioning for him to take a step onto the metal 'bed' for him to lay on for a scanning

⚕️ You were concerned as Optimus stood beside you, resting a servo on your shoulder pad and attempted to keep you from bursting with emotions. He understood why you were acting more worried than ever

"You can fix Bee, can't you?" Rafael asked, looking up at the medical bot with a matching concerned face.

"Bumblebee was hit pretty hard. The stun-blast may have fried his T-Cog." He answered, resuming with another scan.

"Is that like a T-Bone?" Miko asked.

"Not exactly. It's the organ that allows us to scan vehicles and transform." Arcee answered while you busied yourself making sure nothing was outwardly wrong with Bee.

⚕️ The beeping of results coming in made you all look up at the screens behind Ratchet, and you pat Optimus' servo with yours to reassure him you were fine, allowing him to nod and take it back to his side

"By the Allspark..." Ratchet began, "Bumblebee's T-Cog isn't damaged. It's missing."

"But the Decepticons transform too. Why would they steal that?" Jack asked, saying what you all were thinking.

"Megatron may be known to raise zombies but he's no ghoul."

"If Megatron wasn't behind this... then who was?" Raf asked again.

⚕️ As you began to wonder just who, any Decepticon, or even a rogue Autobot would do such a thing for greed, Bulkhead gave you the one group you wouldn't think of

"The ones who cannibalized Breakdown."

"And tried to gut me." Arcee added.

"M.E.C.H. And it would appear their knowledge of Cybertronian bio-tech has grown sophisticated."

"But why would they want Bumblebee's part?" The youngest human once again pried, being followed by Bumblebee's impaired beeping he used for speech.

⚕️ As Bumblebee stood and began to walk away, Optimus moved slightly from your side and laid a servo on his chest plate, making him stop walking forward like he once planned

"Bumblebee, please. You are not presently equipped to handle this." He said, making the youth bleep back at him.

"You are mistaken, my friend. I do know what it's like to lose a vital part of ones self. And, as a result, I know the value of putting ones faith in the strength of those around you. We vow to do everything in our power to make you whole again."

"And if not, Ratchet can just make you a new Cog-thing, right?" Miko asked.

⚕️ You could feel the frustration radiating off of Bumblebee as he groaned glitchily and sat back down on the berth, his helm in his servos

"What'd I say?"

"Miko, a T-Cog is a bio-mechanism not a scrapyard find. If it were that easy, don't you think I would've replaced Bumblebee's voice box by now."

⚕️ You made your voice known among the others as you replied with your own response

"Losing a T-Cog is like you humans losing your liver. You cannot just make a new one from scrap after losing it and put it inside you like nothing ever happened."

⚕️ Bee's beeping became more erratic as he spoke, making Raf step forward and begin trying to make the mech's mood lighten up a bit. After all, he was still the same adorable Cybertronian without such an important part of his biology. Unfortunately, Bee was having none of it and began moping heavier by the second

⚕️ As the others spoke of ideas for helping out Bee, you just hoped this nightmare would be over soon

⚕️ Everyone in the base could tell that Bumblebee was beginning to lose his patience, he had been far more snappy and acting like how Miko would call it, 'a typical earthly-teenager' would, which only upset the bot more

⚕️ You noticed how protective Ratchet had grown towards Bee when he tried leaving for a 'walk'. And while normally you would just sigh and chuckle at the actions, this time, you saw how deeply this was hurting Ratchet and Bee. Bee was hurting for more obvious reasons, but Ratchet was one only you and Optimus knew about

⚕️ And after the... predicament with Ratchet being unconscious while the rest of the group, minus Bumblebee, you, and the kids, went off to find an Iacon relic, everyone was shocked when he yelled about Bee going off on his own

⚕️ It was only days after Bee's T-Cog got repaired after being blown to near-scrap by Starscream that the kids asked you why Ratchet seemingly lost himself worrying after Bee

⚕️ You currently had the three kids in your alt mode, an Koenigsegg CCR, and were telling them a short story of your first day on their home planet, making them laugh at how oblivious you once were

"Hey Y/N, can I ask you something personal?" Raf asked, shifting nervously in the passenger seat while Miko took her headphones out and sat up to listen.

"Go right on ahead, kiddo."

"Ratchet cares about the team, and I know that! But, why did he seem so much more- protective over Bee while his T-Cog was gone?"

"Yeah! He acted like he was Bee's dad or something!" Miko chirped in.

"Miko!" Jack yelled.

"It's alright, Jack. I suppose you kids should know since you're practically members of our small family." You began, making the two boys and girl look at your radio with curiosity.

⚕️ You shook off any feeling of nervousness and began to speak your story, radiating everything off of your spark, allowing the kids to back out of hearing the tragedy any time

"Back on Cybertron, there were two Cybertronians. And in a similar way you humans do, they had a what you call 'child'. The two were very happy to bring such a cute and valuable part of their kind into the universe. And, swearing on their sparks, they would make sure they lived a happy life."

⚕️ Raf could hear your voice drop at the mention of a 'happy life' and so, in an effort to save you some pain, he finished your sentence

"And then the war broke out... right?"

"Yeah... the carrier, or mother in your terms, had taught him how to fight whilst the sire, or father, taught him how to heal himself and others if the time came. And it did, unfortunately."

⚕️ Flashbacks of watching an orange and white mech teaching a smaller, and more fragile one, how to weld an injury together began to come back to you, making you slow down more while driving

"While they tried their best to keep their child out of any major danger, when the Decepticons launched an attack on the building they were staged in, he ended up getting severely wounded, to the point where it took nearly ten medics and doctors to help the large number of harmed members heal quick enough for a rebuttal."

⚕️ Jack looked down while Miko looked visibly saddened and Raf tried to stay calm as you continued

"The father Cybertronian had tried healing the young one, attempting to close up any major wound until he could receive proper treatment... but that... didn't work that well."

"I'm gonna guess that the father Cybertronian was Ratchet and the mother was you, right Y/N?" Jack asked.

"You'd be correct. Ever since the day that Ratchet and I lost him, I couldn't stand the mere mention of his name."

"What was his name?" Miko asked kindly, attempted to sound far less curious then she was.

"We named him Ultrasound. Since he seemingly could hear so much more than he should have when he was young." You said, a small laugh coming from you and the kids.

"Hey Y/N... do you think Ratchet sees Ultrasound in Bumblebee?" Raf asked.

"It's quite possible. I see him inside him as well. The way he pouted reminded me of when Ratchet would tell Ultra to go to his quarters because he did something bad. I believe that Ratchet does see our offspring in Bumblebee, though, you may need to ask him yourself." You finished, before telling them it was time to get them home for the night.

⚕️ They all nodded and sat patiently as you began to drive them home, dropping off Jack, then Miko, and finally Raf off at their homes

⚕️ But, before Raf went inside and probably to bed, he looked at your radio again and said something that would stay with you until the end of your time living

"I think Ultrasound is always with you, like what my mother always told me. Someone isn't fully gone, there's always a part of them with you. Whether it be in your heart, or I guess spark for you guys, or in your memories."

⚕️ You hummed and giggled at Raf's maturity before opening your door for him to get inside his home

"Thank you for the advice, oh wise Rafael. Now, get in your home. Your mother's probably worried."

"No problem, and thanks again Y/N. You must've been a great parent."

⚕️ You were shocked as he stepped out and ran into his house to speak to his mother about why he was slightly late home, he was probably going to say that his friend needed some help understanding some homework

⚕️ Once you arrived back at the base and looked at your sparkmate working away, the memory of him holding Ultrasound in his arms, smiling down at the newly-made Cybertronian, made you give a matching one and walk up to hug him

⚕️ Ratchet looked at you and smiled, wrapping an arm around your back, pulling you into his grasp. Oh he wished this war would be over so you both could live once again like normal beings and not helpers in such a violent time

"I love you, Ratchet."

"I love you too, Y/N."

Originally I was planning to draw this Alphabetically but I'm struggling to draw Arcee and even attempted to draw Alpha Trion... But Bumblebee is more fun to draw

More of the Energon AU. This helps lay down some of the general ideas. Already some of the Alpha Q System citizens are teaming up with the Autobots like Kranix. The platform they’re standing on was supposed to be the Miranda II, but it’s now Omega Supreme because in the middle of drawing it I remembered he had a battleship mode. The Seacons were originally going to be part of the Energon toy line as Terrorcons but they were scrapped. Fittingly the Japanese Seacons typically are drones with a single sentient commander, like the Energon Terrorcons so I repurposed them.

In this version of events, Sharkticon and Slugslinger were upgraded from generics, similar to Wing Dagger. Their original identities were, imaginatively enough, Sharkron and Slug. Unicron Scales are lifted from an early concept from the G1 movie, where all Decepticons were upgraded using said scales.

The idea of designated reformatting idento computer terminals comes from an observation that the Energon characters never displayed an ability to Scan on their own, while they could in Armada and Cybertron. Making it a treaty deal so the Decepticons couldn’t sneak around and scan something to fight back was my rationale.

The Dinobot Combiner, Volcanicus Maximus, has sentient components which can all assume Robot Modes, to reflect the idea intended by Hasbro/Takara but not in the cartoon with the other Maximus combiners. Scorn is named after his movie counterpart, while the others are Skar (ankylosaur), Slash (parasaurolophus), Strafe (pachy) and Slog (styracosaurus).

The girl bot talking about Nautica is Optimus’ kid sister Ariel (a deliberate name usage because Ariel was Arcee’s Japanese name, but I don’t see Ariel becoming Elita until Cybertron.) She was a plucky teenager helping with things on Cybertron with her best friend Dion during Armada, while more of an older skewing teen by Energon, being more active in the field alongside her brother.

Bracket Be Upon Ye

This was really hard to seed because I know half of them will be eliminated round 1 but I don't really want any of them to lose lol. I ended up deciding to dedicate entire quarters to (mostly) yaoi or (mostly) yuri, with yaoi and yuri only going up against each other starting in the semifinals. This is just because most of the yaoi pairings are more popular and if I seeded solely on popularity most of the yuri would be eliminated immediately.

(I'm not trying to misgender Raine, and I'm not gonna label that specific pairing "yaoi" or "yuri"; it's just their partner is a woman and there's no easy way to split up the contestants otherwise.)

Round 1 on the left side will start Sunday, July 23. Matches will start being posted at 10:00 AM CST (15:00 UTC) and last for a week. Right side will be next week after the left side concludes.

Out of all the Transformers iterations, Bayverse Autobots and Decepticons are most likely to get turned into Bakugan. The old school style toys with more simplified play style. Not the shitty reboots that get worse every time.

Both sides would HATE it cause they are tiny gumball sized toys with barely little resemblance to themselves in ball/toy form. All the colorless gray bots get a new paint job as attributes are given at random. The more aggressive ones like Ironhide or Megatron take it a lot worse as a pockets have become the equivalent of baby jail.

Want to make the situation even more chaotic? Put all of them under a single human's care and said person being the only one who can allow them to (temporarily) assume their true form. A very weird situation since the game there is completely normal card game, not the TV show/videogame variants.

The war definitely ain't continuing unless the newly dubbed 'Bakugan Bots' or 'Bakubots' want to get thrown in the time-out for misbehaving. Let them get forced to get along for two years as forced found family is hilarious. Then toss everyone into a different Transformers iteration and watch the fireworks.

Bakubots alongside their human partner trying to survive as these versions aren't stuck in a toy form plus but are still fighting too. Meanwhile both factions are so fucking confused by this strange fleshie who can summon peculiar Cybertronians that radiate strange energy. (And share very familiar names or similar behavior.)

I love chaos plus this thought wouldn't leave me alone. Lol

Edit: Extra details cause why the fuck not?

-Q and Wheeljack are separate bots, not the same person.

-Only faction aligned bots are in this situation. Neutral such as Scourge aren't. Sentinel ain't here since he takes advantage of both factions and thus Neutral Evil. Fallen is also Neutral Evil.

-Minicons/Cassettes function as Bakugan Traps. Thus they have multiple elements to benefit from Ability and Gate Cards in return for their non-existent power.

-Size doesn't equal strength. Only power/Gs matter in a fight.

-Gate Cards can be set whenever and wherever. Only 3 are allowed out so one has to activate before another can be added.

-What each Attribute is. Pyrus: Fire, Aquos: Water, Haos: Light, Ventus: Wind, Darkus: Dark and Subterra: Earth.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who isn't really a fan of Primus' existence in transformers lore. The worst of it was Rung being Primus in IDW1. That shit made me roll my eyes so hard. Personally, I think Cybertronians being a product of the Quintessons (like in the sunbow cartoon) is a far more interesting origin for their species.

I don't necessarily mind the idea, though I would never personally use it. However, I find it absolutely hilarious that Simon Furman, the guy who hates female Transformers because it "doesn't make sense for robots to have gender, but I'll never get annoyed at male identifying robots because I consider women to be aberrant and am just fine with alienating female readers and colleagues" (there were multiple women who wrote Sunbow episodes, including Diane Duane, not to mention how Ron Friedman pushed for Arcee to exist for his daughter), went on to create robot Christianity... Which makes just as much sense as robot genders. He also wrote demons too! But GIRL ROBOTS?! Well! We have to draw the line somewhere!

The 13 Primes introduced in the Aligned continuity is just Jesus and the 12 Apostles.

For me, I would not use robot Christianity because, while I like both sci-fi and fantasy, I actually don't like to cross the streams too much in my own work. How much Transformers falls between sci-fi/science-fantasy/fantasy really depends on the writer and I just personally prefer it as sci-fi. That doesn't mean I don't enjoy it. There's some great speculative fiction that straddles the line. It's just not for me to use. I am of the opinion that James Roberts did not handle it very well, particularly when he brought characters back from the dead (Lug and Tailgate's revivals were pretty bad, especially Tailgate's. I have made an edit where, instead of the Magnificence, it's a Dragon Ball). The cringiest part is perhaps the fact Primus is the character that many believe is his self-insert. He even knows that people believe this, implied in a Q&A when he tried to say Chromedome is the character he most strongly identifies with (yikes!!). I am not above self-inserts, but I wouldn't make them God!

I do very much like the Sunbow origin story with the Quintessons and gives some very interesting ideas on how Cybertronian history developed as a result. That is what I will always default to whenever writing my own Transformers fanfiction. Now! I do find the concept of Quintessons finding Cybertron with this robot people already there proceeding to colonize and enslave them interesting and, in the process, Cybertronians lose their history and so maybe there's a Primus. However, no one truly knows. (If Primus did exist, rather than a deity, he's an original Cybertronian that all future Cybertronians were then copied/improved upon, even doing the building himself! Perhaps mythologized/idealized over the millenia, but none of this sci-fi flavored Christianity stuff.)

I also like the Matrix as a supercomputer that has become so advanced and powerful over the many millennia that it's hard to know if it's science or magic.

Just in time for lesbian visibility day, we finished stealth armor Arcee yesterday and finally had energy to post her! We absolutely adore the Legacy Elita mold so very much and it was such a joy to make IDW1 Arcee from her to look like how she did in EXRID when she had the stealth armor deco (in #42 and #44 of The Transformers! wasn't just Combiner Hunters :3)! So yeah, here's to (trans) lesbian/sapphic stories that are nuanced and about liberation, autonomy, trust, and love - hers and that of her loved ones has definitely helped us find our own and enrich it

Jack had no sooner stepped off of Arcee when he found Miko's arms around his shoulders. She smiled as he hugged her, only for her eyes to grew extremely wide as Arcee picked up her. She hugged her before putting her down.

"Whoa." Miko stated.

"Man, you're no longer a little kid anymore." Jack said to her.

"And you've become a man!" she exclaimed, and slapped him on the back. "Holy shit, man."

Arcee turned to Bulkhead, stepping towards him, "How have you been doing?" she asked, as she held her hand. He looked at it for a moment.

"What are you waiting for, Bulk?" Miko asked him.

"Just never..." Bulkhead voiced, before looking at Arcee, he extended his arm and shook her hand.

"It's a Human thing." Miko added.

"I never thought Arcee would be the one to use them." Bulkhead stated.

"Yeah, well, now that I'm free, I've been doing a lot of spark-searching. Becoming a new woman."

"Probably just worried she's going to start cracking heads at the wrong time." Miko stated.

Arcee looked distant at this. Her eyes refocused and she looked own, "It's the only thing I'm good at."

"That, and being a mom." Miko stated.

"Yeah, that's not something I have to worry about." Arcee said sarcastically.

"Girlboss!" Miko exclaimed.

"Girl-what?" Arcee asked, and Jack sighed.

"Do you really need to teach her these things?" Jack asked.

"What does it mean?" Arcee asked.

"Women who don't understand strength bossing people around." Jack said to her.

"Arcee is the ultimate girlboss." Miko said with glee, causing Arcee to Tsk.

"I was just worried about you." Arcee harshly said.

"Whatever, Girlboss." Miko said to her.

"I'll girlboss you." Arcee harshly said, causing Miko to giggle.

"So, you added a skirt to your exosuit." Jack said to Miko.

"It's a little thing called fashion, duh." Miko replied, and this caused Arcee to giggle. "What was that?" Miko asked her, causing Arcee to avoid her gaze.

"It turns out Cybertron used to have fashion."

"That was a LONG time ago." Bulkheads deep voice echoed. "Before either of us were born. Not as much demand for it, what with the war and all."

"Maybe we should bring it back?" Arcee asked.

"It's not like we need clothes." Bulkhead said, and then looked down at Jack and Miko, "No offence."

"Hey, do I need my skirt?" Miko asked.

"It does look good on you, but I'm not exactly the one to ask about this." Bulkhead replied.

"You would look good in a suit." Miko said to him.

"Is that the thing Fowler was wearing?"

"Yeah, but you'd make it look good." Miko said to him.

"The sun is getting high." Bulkhead said as he looked at the sun, "Isn't that a bad thing for you guys?"

"Why don't we head back to the base?" Arcee asked.

"Nah." Bulkhead replied, "Too many bots coming and going."

"Screw this, I'm going to be a fembot." Arcee stated, and Bulkhead just looked at her.

"Yeah?" Miko asked, and the two looked in each other's eyes, "Let me guess, Ratchet doesn't like it, because of blah-blah?"

"I'm not a woman, that much is obvious." Arcee stated, "We don't have a word for it, other than two-wheeler."

"Why don't we ask Raf when he gets here?" Bulkhead asked. "I mean, when we get there?"

Arcee and Bulkhead drove up to to the storm channels where they first met Raf. There was enough shade for the Humans to get out of the sun, and enough space for the Cybertronians. The mostly black Bumblebee pulled up to them. He opened his passenger door and a much taller Raf stepped out. Bumblebee then transformer behind him.

"Holy shit, you're no longer tiny." Miko stated.

"She gets to swear." Arcee uttered. Jack eyed her before looking away.

"You want to carry as much material as she does, you should get to." Bulkhead stated. "I have to say, it is nice to not have to watch my, what's the expression?"

"P's and Q's." Jack stated.

"Whatever that means." Bulkhead uttered.

"Hey, everyone." Raf said to them.

"I thought you two were loving your time on Cybertron?" Bumblebee asked.

"Two words." Bulkhead stated.

"Blood sports!" he and Miko said at the same time.

"You know that cars don't actually feel, right?" Bumblebee asked.

"Spoilsport." Bulkhead said to him.

"Now's the time." Miko said to Bulkhead.

"hm?" he asked her for a moment before it dawned on him. He then stepped towards Bumblebee, grabbed his hand, and pulled him in for a powerful backclap before letting him go. "It's a Human thing." Bulkhead stated, "Sorry if I went too..."

"It's fine." Bumblebee said, as he swung his arm around to stretch it.

"So, what are you two up to?" Miko asked them.

"Raf's been working on making Cybertronian technology useable by Humans." Bumblebee said.

"And you?" Miko asked.

"Working with your government to make laws for us." Bumblebee replied. "Optimus was right, the world wasn't ready for us."

"And it's your job to get us there?" Miko asked. She held out her fist, "Pound it." she said, and he fist bumped her. Miko then turned to Jack. "And what are you doing here?"

"I'm still in school." Jack stated.

"uh-huh?" Miko dismissively asked.

"He's rebuilding motorbikes." Arcee stated.

"See, that's actually doing something useful." Miko said to him.

"I honestly don't know what I can say to satisfy you." Jack said, and looked behind him. He walked to the back wall and leaned against. Arcee quickly moved to do the same.

"They're like joined at the hip." Miko stated.

Jack and Arcee just looked at her, "Did you think I wanted something else?" Arcee asked, "Jack's honestly the only thing I want in the world. I have no idea what to do."

"You could always..." Bumblebee started to say.

"I'm not going to become a politician." she replied.

"Statesman?" Bumblebee asked.

"You could wear a toga!" Miko exclaimed.

"I don't see why not?" Bumblebee asked, and turned to look at Bulkhead.

"I don't know why you're looking at me." Bulkhead replied. "Why does everyone think I know anything about fashion?"

"Still not happening." Arcee harshly stated. "I'm sure you guys can figure this out without me."

"They're actually kind of fighting. ALL of the time." Bumblebee stated.

"Is that why you are here?" Miko asked.

"Yes... maybe. Earth is as important as Cybertron."

"Says who?" Miko asked.

"Optimus, Megatron?" Bumblebee asked, "Unicron? The council is kind of a sham."

"And I'm going to fix it?" Arcee asked.

"You can beat up all of them." Bulkhead stated, "With one arm behind your back."

"You could probably do that part better than me." Arcee replied.

"Yeah, but I'm not nimble enough to actually get away with it."

"That's kind of the problem." Arcee stated, "The only thing I'm good at is fighting. I don't need to fight anymore. I need to find something else to get good at. The only good idea I have is oil wrestling."

"Now that sound interesting." Bulkhead eagerly stated, and Jack raised his hand.

"It means something different... You're usually the one who knows Earth slang?" Jack asked him.

"Yeah, but none of the wrestling involves oil." Bulkhead stated, and Jack sighed. "So, you get your biggest, toughest brutes, oil them up, and?.." he asked, as Miko started giggling. "What?" he asked her.

"The exact opposite." Raf stated.

"There's no oil?" Bulkhead asked.

"It turns out," Arcee stated, and everyone looked at her, "it's only the fembots that do the wrestling."

"o... okay?" Bulkhead asked.

"It's a reproductive thing." Arcee stated.

"How can it be reproductive if two, femb... uh. women are wrestling. That's not how it works, is it? I thought the whole point of it was that you need one of each?"

"Why do you have fembots?" Jack asked Bulkhead, and Bulkhead had no idea how to reply.

"Only Primus knows." Bumblebee simply stated.

"You do need, um... one of each." Raf simply stated.

"Then what's the point of the wrestling?" Bulkhead asked.

"The best analogy," Raf replied, as he ran it through his head, "would be a reproductive display."

"Like those birds doing those crazy dances?" Bulkhead asked.

"Actually?, yeah." Raf stated.

"She's not serious." Jack stated.

"I'm actually thinking about it." Arcee stated.

"Really?" Bulkhead asked.

"I learned a lot about Earth's economy."

"A lot?" Miko asked.

"Okay, a bit." Arcee replied, "You don't just need to build something, or mine something, you can do anything that people are willing to spend money on. How many Cybertronians do they have oil wrestling here?"

"I suppose you would..." Raf stated, and pause before sounding more firm, "have a lock on the market."

"My girlfriend is going to be an oil wrestler?" Jack asked.

"Not classy enough for you?" Arcee asked.

"It's not... I mean..." Jack tried to say.

"It would include certain implications." Raf stated, "At least on Earth."

"Like what?" Bulkhead asked.

"That they would be..." he said, and paused, "high in risk taking."

"I don't get it." Bulkhead stated.

"I'm guessing fetanyl and STD's aren't a thing on Cybertron." Jack voiced.

"Is that the show where the bald teacher kills everyone?" Bulkhead asked.

"Close enough." Miko said to him.

"Why was that stuff so valuable?" Bulkhead asked.

"Because it's prohibited." Raf stated, "Which means if you want to buy it, you have to spend a lot more to justify the risk."

"And why's it illegal?" Bulkhead asked.

"It's extremely addictive." Jack stated. "Humans who become addicted will spend their whole lives trying to get one gram more."

"Potent stuff, huh?" Bulkhead asked. "Why would anyone do it?"

"That's a good question." Jack stated.

"No, it's not." Miko added, "They do it because they are stupid."

"From the thrillseeker." Jack stated.

"Hey, I get my thrills from giant robots." Miko replied. "I don't need stupid shit that's going to mess me up."

"Still might be a bit harsh?" Bumblebee asked.

"Not really." Raf stated, "People who start taking drugs, clearly do it without considering the long term consequences."

"In the end, they basically become Terrocons." Jack simply, melancholically added.

"I'm not that kind of girl." Arcee stated, "Fembot, whatever."

"Oh, right, we were going to ask you?" Miko asked Raf.

"Yes?"

"What should we call two-wheelers?" Bulkhead asked him.

"From a Human persepctive, they would be femme-presenting, so femme?" Raf asked.

"Fembot, got it." Arcee replied.

"More like a bimbot." Miko stated. Jack and Arcee gave her a harsh look, "She's the one who wants to be an oil wrestler."

"And while you could get a lot of money from a few events," Jack voiced, and all eyes turned towards him, "the whole point was to give you something to do, wasn't it?"

"Well, that puts a lid on my plans." Arcee stated.

"What plans?" Bulkhead asked, and Arcee sighed.

"I have no idea what I want to do." she said, and then looked at Jack, "Just who I want to do it with."

Kicker and Arcee sped towards unicron, there was no way he was going to let the planet eat any of Alpah Q’s new planets. There was too much at risk for anyone to fail. A beeping came through over his helmet; Kicker put the com on silent. He couldn’t get distracted. He had to save Alpha Q and his planets. As a large pit filled his stomach. Arcee sped up, and the two continued in silence.
