How to ask for help politely: Phrases to use when you require assistance at work?

Help wanted for ask blog artists and assistants! If interested please DM me for a small interview after looking at the requirements below! Now I should probably explain. I've had to ask blogs I've been trying to run and I haven't really been able to work on either of them. One reason is I haven't had enough asks, and the second reason is that I haven't really been drawing anything for them. So I've decided I require some assistance. Artist requirements (Hiring 1 to 3) •Must be 13 or older •Must gather a portfolio of their art to show me •Must be a digital artist •Be a somewhat decent cartoon artist •Be able to draw comics at somewhat quick rate (basically I don't want comics taking 3 months) Assistant Requirements (Hiring 1 to 5) •Must be 13 or older •Must be some what organized •Must be able to work with others (or at least with me) •Be able to assist me in cropping and choosing asks •Be able to help me post comics to both Tumblr and a few other platforms in hopes to get more asks •Be able to help me get the word out about our awesome ask blog •Be able to help me write scripts •Be able to help me edit comics if needed My plan once I've gotten a team together, is that create a post announcing that the ask box is open, collect asks with the help of my assistant(s), then I'll try to write the scripts for the comics with possibly a bit of help from my assistant(s). After that I'll hand the script along with the collected asks over to the artists for them to draw it, while they do that me and my assistant(s) will spread the word, and when the artists are done me and my assistant(s) will edit the comic if needed, and then post the comics here on Tumblr and possibly on other platforms depending on how stuff works out.
