one thing i do like about tumblr is the longevity of your posts and how they show up in the tags still. it’s really encouraging to see art that i did years ago still make it’s rounds, esp. on a less active tag, because it’s like a heartwarming reminder that other people are discovering this piece of fiction that i really liked years ago and are engaging with it now.

I get the impression that money was a bit tight on clouds on the horizon in general, what with the uneven time put into the lumity kiss vs the hexsquads fight outside blight manner w/ the infamous cha cha slide, plus background details going wonky (like baloony hunter), but my favourite semi-wonky frames are the closeups on Hunters face when he's talking with Luz about him being a grimwalker.

bc the proportions are just. So funny to me. Why is his nose so long. Why are his eyes in the middle of his face. When did his forehead get so big. What's happening. Did I die. Is this purgatory. I unironically love this bc it reminds me that this show was made by people who were trying their best. And sometimes their best looks the Bunter Vs hexsquad fight in thanks to them and other times it looks like this

(although in searching for this image I was informed that a different studio than normal animated clouds on the horizon. Which is probably at least part of the reason why there's so many bungled frames. Also probably why the cha cha slide got animated the way it did. God I love animation)

So I found this post on Instagram and this is what my climax of the book DOOF AND PUSS.Review needed please.Feel free to criticize.Suggestions as well. "We might not be friends,but we were never enemies. We fought everyday,you beat me everyday. But I tried the next day,and the next day and the day after that, you know why?because I wanted to spend time with you like normal people.But society won't allow that. So I used to make plans that would surely fail. Yes I used to install the self destruct button in every inator on purpose.I never hurt anyone with my inators.Their soul purpose was to be destroyed...you might have realised that all my inators were just me trying to cope up with all of my childhood trauma. The water evaporator cause my mom never let me swim,the lawn gnome inator cause my dad made me stand all night dressed like a gnome,i lost my only childhood friend(baloony).All un- resolved traumas. Charlene(ex wife) forced me to go see a therapist...she said I gotta let all this trauma go,I can't. Thats why I tell u the back story why I made this inator.Its a clever way of me trying to cop up with my trauma by talking about it. You were like an emotional support animal to me. You have helped me alot. And this "ugh" this is me returning the favour. Platypus Perry. You are my best friend. Tell monocrown I will miss him and also doctor coconut.Take care of Vanessa for me will you. Just keep an eye on her.My little princess.Oh Charlene,I am going to miss her too,take care of her too"cough". Re-rewatched good omens bc i had my last wisdom tooth extracted and my face is kinda' baloony at the moment. Now i just love them more. And the way the actors are SO GOOD i will probably never get over it..
