i like how this episode is slow and sweet without the crime drama but then in the last two minutes they throw these awesome plot twists! Kinda wished the other twist was twister than the reality if you know which one I'm talking about

Oooh hmmmm that’s a hard one I really love companion death episodes but idk if I would want to WRITE that. I’d definitely utilize my love of history and do something with time travel into earths history. But my favorite stories are the ones where the monsters are the most… human? For lack of a better term?

I have only watched the 13th doctors episodes once but god if I don’t love thasmin as a ship. Like they are just so???? (I am a lesbian). I’d definitely give the doctor a big emotional monologue a la 12th doctor vibes and it would definitely be gay. Probably cybermen?

Also deep Rachel lore for you: in 8th grade FOR A CLASS I turned in a crossover fanfic of one direction and doctor who and I added a copywrite disclaimer to the bottom and I’m almost certain I turned it in like that 🤭

LaRoyce ATE that shit up. I mean, he always does in his Kevin centric episodes, but this one was something else.

That ending scene? With the mom? Kevin didn’t owe that family anything. He didn’t owe them any kind of explanation. He was cleared. There was video evidence showing he didn’t kill Johnny in cold blood. But he went there anyway. He went there and told that mom she raised a good man. That all Johnny was doing was trying to help a friend out of a jam. Kevin extending compassion to the mom was a beautiful moment. Him sitting on the steps with her to share in the grief was bittersweet as well.

What a fantastic episode.
