Now onto Leather on Wings!
Tumblr media
Rebirth? Okay like uhh Manbat’s former identity rebirthing into his creature form?
Tumblr media
Batman has a new suit? Probably to test it out which he would then use to battle Man-bat.
Tumblr media
Damn Batman’s beaten real bad. Wow he pulled out a gun! Never seen him do that before! Wait, the art style looks like Superman TAS…….
Tumblr media
What?! Why does Bruce have gray hair now!? Shouldn’t-Wait.
Tumblr media
I’m watching the first episode of Batman Beyond! A successor to New Batman Adventures and a successor to Batman The Animated Series! Don't worry that the show isn’t as questionable as New Batman Adventures.
It’s an origin story of Terry McGinnis becoming the new Batman while Bruce, now an elderly person, retired after the airport battle.
A gang inspired by Joker known as the Jokers.
Then there’s Gotham’s Lexcorp, Wayne-Powers. What’s more is that the corporation has been buying smaller businesses. Sounds familiar……
Anyway, the corporation was developing a dangerous gas that could kill people.
The worst moment was Terry’s first encounter with Bruce Wayne. Damn he’s so bitter here. Going as far into paralyzing Terry during his battle at Wayne-powers, that was until Terry reminded Bruce about his father killed by Mr. Fixx.
We're off to a great start so far!
Say hello to DC’s version of Skeletor!
Tumblr media
The next episode Blackout comes the villain Inque, who appears to be reminiscent of Venom from- (Enough with the non-DC comparisons)-I mean Clayface from you know where. Damn it gets so brutal in some parts. Like Inque frozen in pieces. But on the bright side we get to see Barbara Gordon here!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
This episode deals with the topic of discrimination and alienation.
Here a student named Willie had been dealing with a local bully Nelson and his abusive father Frank, who told Willie to hit where it hurts. That led Willie to go on a murderous rampage. Attacking Nelson with the mech GoLeM. and later Frank. Fortunately he was defeated by Terry and taken to the juvenile detention center.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
It’s quite a touchy subject, even if you deeply hate someone it’s best not to harm them brutally, but hey even I would like Blade Sommer.
I would love to watch more, but I gotta go watch Batman: the Animated Series……

Vom Paradiese
Penelope Hobhouse: Der Garten.
