sometimes uh i think about bly and aayla being in love and how he was forced to kill her while being trapped in his own mind and despite being an incredibly powerful jedi she didn’t even attempt to defend herself because she trusted him and didn’t understand what was happening and the line in bf2 where bly says “it was a good thing we were wearing helmets, because none of us could bear to look her in the eye” and the fancomic i saw once where one lone trooper stays on kamino while it’s being evacuated in a moment of lucidity through the fog of mind control deciding to let the bombs kill him and the last thing he was thinking of was a blue skinned twilek woman

Ok, flamin hot take here, but SW Battlefront II (2005) actually has a better ending than Return of the Jedi

What am I talking about?

Well, to the uninitiated, Battlefront II (2005) has a game mode called galactic conquest, and it works as the name suggests, you conquer the galaxy as either the Separatists, the Republic, the Empire or the Rebels

And when you capture all planets, you get a cutscene (made from in game footage) showing off each sides victory, and you get stuff like Dooku kills Anakin (Separatist ending), Mace kills Sidious (Republic ending, consequently this is also a great ending) , Vader kills Leia, Luke joins the Emperor (both from the Empire ending)

But the Rebel ending is basically the same as the ending to ROTJ save one point

We get a shot of Luke standing in the Jedi temple

Beautiful, 10/10 game, don't waste your money on new games, buy this one online, and if you get the Xbox version it has Shirtless Kit Fisto as a hero character

Don't be cruel to me, show. You've already mentioned bounty hunters but not given me Cad Bane, put Quinlan Vos graffiti on a wall but not had any Quinlan, and NOW you're going to mention a salvage operation on Florrum without even a hint of Hondo Ohnaka?? Plus, seeker droids? Underwater Inquisitorius infiltrations? Jedi in amber? But not a whiff of Cal Kestis, Iden Versio, or any other character we've been looking for?

This series has been one big SW animation/video game tease so far.

(But yes I still love it. Begrudgingly.)
