So My Guy Friend Told Me How Robby's Gonna Get With Tory...

Sadly because of the way Cobra Kai is, I know he's probably right. But that doesn't make it any easier to deal with. Actor AUs are always a wondrous thing! But since I do like the 'canon' story/wanna be friends with Tory, I can still see myself taking on the Cobra Kai dojo's big sister role. (Even Kreese has a soft spot for me.)

But they know that everyone else kind of hates them and they don't want me getting hurt, everyone is like "Mhm, Tory and Robby totally date each other. Robby totally doesn't have a soft and squishy girlfriend who he's glued to every moment he's not here... SEE! Robby and Tory even went to a club on a 'date' mmmhhhmm..."

When in reality Tory straight up told Robby, "If your girlfriend ever gets feelings for me, y'know I'm just taking her, right? Like she is real cute and I can treat her better than you. If you make her cry, I'll mutilate you." So Robby in return is like, "She's my best-friend and my girlfriend so if YOU make her cry, they won't find your body!"

So they 'date' each other to protect me while Tory is the flirty friend and Robby's my sweetheart boyfriend! AND I'M JUST OBLIVIOUS BETWEEN THE TWO'S TENSION!

So I can see a scene where Sam tries to be like, "Becca I'm so sorry Robby got with Tory"

So when I get filled in I go to them all sniffly, "If you two wanna be together please tell me and I'll go, I do understand... "

Only for them to realize they never told me so they're both like "NO, NO, NO, GOD NOOOO~ DATING HIM/HER NO! It's just an act so the others don't come for you, If I have to spend one more minute than necessary with him/her I'd want to die, so come her give me a hug PLEASE!!"

And I'm just like, "HUH??? O-okay, I like hugs!"

Please tell me that you are going to do an episode on CuriousDamage aka Jules1980! Even if she doesn't want to be interviewed, she is someone to rave over. She was the first Cobra Kai fanfic author that I truly followed and interacted with on FFN (as JuliaBeth). I tried to get others to read her stories when I learned she was on AO3. When I found her on Tumblr, I totally fangirled and helped bring her into the Quiver. She is one of our best and prolific writers. More people should know of her.

Being an OG member of the Quiver, we will absolutely want to interview @curiousdamage, to talk about her OCs, her take on Robby Keene, and for me personally, chat with her about a more settled life for John Kreese and his daughter Becca in her work “A Careless Man’s Careful Daughter.” 👊

Maybe More to come later ;P what abilities do they have that they’ve worked for? who is the best at comforting them when down? do they go out a lot? what makes them happy? what would they never do? have they done anything they thought they’d never do? do they hate anything about their personality/about other’s personalities? do they find any rules they/others follow absolutely ridiculous?

He has definitely worked at karate. I think that is probably the one talent and skill he has spent a lot of time working towards.

For comfort I could see him going to Johnny or Jimmy as I see him closest with them. I also think he would have a family member he is very close to. And in regards to Becca-verse, he would totally go to Becca for comfort.

I think that Bobby would go out a lot, I see him as a very social creature. But I think he stays in a lot too. I see it as maybe a 50/50 balance.

Things that make him happy I would say are family, friends, star wars and of course Becca-verse, Becca.

I don’t think Bobby would ever get involved in like hard drugs or anything. He’s too smart for that.

I think that dating Becca would be something he never thought he’d be able to do. Mostly because I think Kreese scares him and I think that there was also a small part of him that didn’t think Becca would ever fall for him.

Hmmm personalities huh? That one I’m not sure of. I could see him maybe not being too fond of Dutch’s more aggressive personality or possibly Tommy’s outbursts.

I think he probably finds some of the rules of the Kreese household absolutely ridiculous though he would never ever say it out loud.

I apologize because these literally have been waiting FOREVER. I got behind and then I think I just got trapped in the “Well it’s waited this long, what’s one more day” which I know is awful but such is the life of a procrastinator lol Like right now. I am procrastinating report cards! LOL but thank you so much for the ask!~ I always love getting them from you!

I am instantly in love with whatever OC I am working on, but one that seems to stick with me is Becca Kreese from Karate Kid Fandom.

2. Is there an OC you haven't made yet but have been thinking about?

I have been considering trying to write for the MCU fandom creating an older daughter for Tony Stark, but am unsure if I want to jump into a fandom that large.

3. Which OC is the hardest to write?

I sometimes struggle with all of them, but Laura Lawrence in one of my Cobra Kai fandom fics has been consistently the hardest.

4. Which OC is the easiest to write?

Laura's best friend, Mac. She's just so happy and supportive, it's fun to write positive things in a darker tone fic.

5. Choose an OC, if there was another fandom they would end up in, what would it be?

This is a hard one lol. Since all the other answers seem too easy like putting teacher characters in school dramas, etc, I think I will go with an OC I created for Grimm, Candy Calvert, and put her in a show like Teen Wolf or Once Upon a Time, where she'd get to be more open about her Wesen side.

What was the first item that your character impulse bought just because they wanted it? Was it expensive? Do they still have it?

For Becca Kreese it was a 'diamond and rubies' tiara when she was 5. And you cannot convince her that she did not buy it. She gave the lady the money and she was given the change and the pretty blue box. That the money came out of Uncle Terry's money clip to begin with is just a technicality. You also could not convince her that it wasn't diamonds and rubies' but red and white crystals. Her only regret was that Ms. Cori wouldn't relent on her stance that only brides could wear tiaras in weddings and not the flower girl. However she did keep her princess tiara and use it in her veil when she married Bobby. She still has it.

For Laura Lawrence it was a Harry Potter books boxset. Even though she had them all individually, she need the boxset with the pretty artwork. She lost it when they were evicted.
