Brand Ambassadors: Pioneers of Authentic Engagement in Marketing
Tumblr media
We span client-crowd holes with dynamic people, encouraging enduring associations. We elevate brand experiences with streamlined service and empower powerful impressions because we specialize in top-tier staffing. Brand ambassadors play an important role in shaping a brand's perception and success. Here are some key reasons why brand ambassadors are important:
Building Trust and Credibility:
Brand ambassadors lend their credibility to the brand they represent. When a well-respected individual or celebrity endorses a product or service, it helps to build trust with consumers. People are more likely to believe in the quality and reliability of a brand when it is associated with someone they admire or trust.
Increasing Brand Awareness:
Brand ambassadors have a significant following, whether it's on social media, in traditional media, or within a specific industry. By leveraging their reach and influence, brands can increase their visibility and reach new audiences that they might not have been able to access otherwise. This heightened awareness can lead to increased sales and market share.
Humanizing the Brand:
Brand ambassadors add a human element to a brand. By associating a familiar face or personality with a brand, consumers are more likely to connect with it on an emotional level. This personal connection can help differentiate the brand from its competitors and foster a sense of loyalty among consumers.
Driving Engagement and Conversions:
Brand ambassadors have the power to engage with their audience on a personal level, whether it's through social media interactions, live events, or other marketing activities. Their endorsement can drive conversations and encourage consumers to take action, whether it's making a purchase, signing up for a service, or participating in a campaign.
Providing Authenticity and Relatability:
Authenticity is increasingly important to consumers, especially younger generations who value transparency and genuine connections with brands. Brand ambassadors who genuinely believe in and use the products they endorse can convey authenticity and relatability, making the brand more appealing to consumers.
Creating Content and Storytelling Opportunities:
Brand ambassadors often create content featuring the brand, whether it's through sponsored posts, testimonials, or collaborations. This content can be leveraged by the brand across various marketing channels, providing valuable storytelling opportunities and reinforcing key brand messages.
Navigating Cultural and Market Differences:
In global markets, brand ambassadors can help navigate cultural nuances and market differences. They can serve as cultural interpreters, helping brands tailor their messaging and strategies to resonate with diverse audiences around the world.
In conclusion, brand ambassadors play a pivotal role in building brand trust, awareness, and loyalty. By leveraging their influence and credibility, brands can effectively connect with consumers, drive engagement, and ultimately, achieve their business objectives.

Dear People Who Read Novelizations
I'm looking for books published under one of the big scifi brands (Star Trek, Star Wars, Doctor Who, Marvel) with good queer representation. I want it for a Trojan Horse-like situation, where I can propose them to people, and they would read it, because it has Star Wars written on the cover. So they should be.
New enough to be easily accessible
Have one or more main characters be queer
Ideally have said identity named
Their identity should play a reasonably big role in the story (not necessarily the most important, but it should be present)
Prose novels (no comic books, that's a different post for a different time)
Bonus if it has been translated to German or to French
Thank you! <3 I know that these books are out there, but I would never be able to wade through every novel in order to find them.

the cherry on top-
Tumblr media Tumblr media
There is so much I want to say about this still but there's still stuff being analyzed and picked apart in the ULO community that I want to get as much of a full picture as I can before making a massive compiled theory post, so I'm kinda just posting my thoughts in very scattered parts for now. Obviously this is still all speculation that should be taken with mountains of salt but the evidence towards this being a load of baloney is damning as all hell.
And btw, I do think it's massively fucked up that Rachel is pulling this "Rachel Smythe Presents" shit that's literally word-for-word the same thing as Rick Riordan Presents, but she claims she's "never read PJO" and that LO isn't ripping it off.
Tumblr media
The fucking audacity. With this in addition to the Lynn Buckham "study" (i.e. ripoff) it really begs the question of how much she's been ripping off and passing off as her own since the very beginning.

wip that I’m working on of a new profile pic for my discord bc my old one is now 5ish years old, but the last one and the one before that were also slimes that I’ve drawn - my @ has to do with slime, etc etc; wanted to share bc I feel like my illustrative ability has improved vastly since the last time I did this, even if the tedious parts still feel remarkably daunting

20dollarlolita’s February $20 challenge:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Metamorphose OTK’s, $16 // BTSSB socks (these were $42 for all three so technically $14 each and that qualifies IMO)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Angelic Pretty letter set, $17 // GLB no. 1, $20
I wasn’t really trying to find/make anything for this challenge so it’s not a lot but I figured I’d share ^^
I have bought a skirt and blouse before for $20 (my cheapest dress was $35), and tons of legwear/hair accessories for $20 and under so I don’t think it’s an impossible challenge for bigger pieces but an unlikely/difficult one. Still fun to see though! I think this should become a bigger thing

Artist Management 101: A Beginner's Guide
Tumblr media
Artist management is one of the most critical roles in the entertainment industry. Whether it's music, visual arts, or performance, the artist-manager relationship is pivotal in ensuring an artist's success. If you're new to the world of artist management, this beginner's guide will walk you through the essentials.
What is Artist Management?
Artist management involves overseeing the business and career aspects of an artist. Managers are intermediaries between artists and various industry stakeholders, including record labels, booking agents, and promoters. Their primary goal is to help artists navigate the complex world of contracts, promotions, performances, and other business matters so that they can focus on their craft.
The Role of an Artist Manager
An artist manager wears many hats. They take on roles such as:
Business Advisor: Managers help artists make critical decisions regarding career direction, business deals, and contracts.
Negotiator: From securing record deals to negotiating tour contracts, managers ensure their artist gets the best possible terms.
Strategic Planner: They help map out the long-term vision of an artist’s career, whether it's securing brand partnerships, album releases, or expanding into new markets.
Public Relations Specialist: Managers often work closely with publicists to shape the artist’s public image and manage their presence across media platforms.
Financial Overseer: While managers may not be accountants, they often monitor an artist’s earnings, help manage budgets, and ensure financial health.
The Importance of Trust
The relationship between an artist and their manager is built on trust. Managers need to believe in the artist’s talent and vision, while the artist must trust the manager to make the best decisions for their career. It’s not just a business relationship but a personal one as well. A manager is often the person an artist turns to for advice, support, and guidance.
Key Skills for Artist Managers
If you're considering stepping into the world of artist management, certain skills are crucial for success:
Networking: The entertainment industry is all about relationships. The more contacts you have, the more opportunities you can create for your artist.
Negotiation: Managers must be savvy negotiators to secure the best deals for their artists, whether it's for a recording contract, a tour, or a sponsorship deal.
Organisation: Artist managers juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities. Strong organisational skills are essential to stay on top of meetings, deadlines, and schedules.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding the intricacies of the entertainment industry, including trends, legalities, and new opportunities, is crucial for managing an artist effectively.

Building Your Artist’s Brand
One of the most important aspects of artist management is building and maintaining an artist's brand. This includes:
Developing a unique identity: An artist’s image should reflect their personality and style, which the manager helps craft and project to the world.
Social media presence: In today’s digital age, social media is essential. Managers must oversee and optimize social media accounts to grow an artist's fanbase.
Networking and partnerships: Strategic collaborations and partnerships can elevate an artist's profile and introduce them to new audiences.
Getting Started as a Manager
Starting a career in artist management can be challenging, but it’s also incredibly rewarding. To begin, you can either manage emerging talent or work your way up at a management firm. Building a portfolio of successful artist partnerships will open doors for more established artists down the line.
You may also need to familiarize yourself with the legal aspects of management, such as contract law, royalties, and licensing. Partnering with an entertainment lawyer or taking courses in music business management can help navigate the legal complexities.
Conclusion
Artist management is both an art and a science. It requires a passion for the craft, a deep understanding of the industry, and a commitment to helping artists achieve their dreams. If you're ready to dive into this exciting field, remember that it’s not just about managing the business; it’s about fostering an artist’s creative journey and guiding them toward long-term success. With the right skills, connections, and attitude, you can play an instrumental role in shaping the next big name in entertainment.

Sarge acts like he can’t stand Fillmore. But also he’s willing to stay up late to spend time with him doing incredibly boring activities.
Does he secretly enjoy Fillmore’s companionship? Is he just making sure Fillmore is able to get home safely with how bad the sixties were to him? Did it just never occur to Sarge that he’s allowed to leave if he so desires?

after the movie people became hyper critical of the outfits of barbie dolls claiming their quality has gone down and they’re all ugly and it’s like how do you explain that the iconic looks come from special edition/art dolls and the dolls they more regularly promote are the dolls being played with by little kids and it’s more important for little kids to see themselves represented and a variety of careers presented rather than a “high quality” outfit like
