Northern Pike - is a member of the Pike family and is native to the Northern Hemisphere including northern parts of North America, Europe and Asia. It lives in clear vegetated lakes, quiet pools and backwaters of creeks and small to large rivers and is usually solitary and highly territorial. It feeds mainly on fishes, but at times feeds heavily on frogs and crayfish, also cannibalism is common. サンマ

秋刀魚（さんま）は、北太平洋や大西洋などに生息する海水魚で、サバ科に属する魚の一種です。細長い体型と銀色の鱗が特徴的で、一般的に食用として広く親しまれています。 秋刀魚は回遊魚であり、春から夏にかけては沿岸近くで過ごし、秋になると産卵のために群れをなして海から川へと遡上（そじょう）します。この行動パターンから、秋の味覚の代表格として秋刀魚が親しまれるようになりました。 秋刀魚は日本のみならず、世界各国でも食されており、缶詰や冷凍品などの加工品としても流通しています。その人気は高く、秋になると「秋刀魚祭り」などのイベントが開催されることもあります。

like genuinely camaraderie in sports is at least for me one of the biggest appeals of sport in general. sport is all made up it’s just people driving in circles for an hour/chasing a ball/ or whatever but it literally doesn’t matter its the human connection its the stories of overcoming (for f1 its also all this funky mechanic discoveries) its the everyone coming together no matter who they are and cheering for a common driver/team/player even if the stakes are literally just made up as much as it is about the fun of watching an exciting race or amazing skills. that is so stale and dead in f1 its fans tearing each other apart its drivers getting pitted against each other and people have normalized it so much, to the point of two drivers in title contention not ever acknowledging each other other than completely normal polite greetings is “such a respectable rivalry oh!!!!” because whats expected is for rivals to treat each other like shit like whyyy
