OMG, this 1910 Brownstone in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is so beautiful, whoever decorated it knew what they were doing. 7bds, 5ba, $2M. I thought it was just me, but people in one of my groups thought it was a bargain, too. Check this one out.
Long side entry hall. Wow, this home goes way back. It's very large.
This is interesting. Directly to the right in the hall is a kitchen/family room combo. Look at that fireplace.
How cozy (and stunning) is this?
Rich wood cabinetry. I wondering if this was the original sitting room.
And, look at the stairway in the back of the hall. To the right is lovely recessed window.
Gorgeous dining room is off the landing of the stairs back here.
The first stair landing has this little room with window seats. This is cool.
Then off the next landing is this magnificent living room. It has a window seat, original fireplace built-ins an leaded glass windows.
What a great closet with a mirror in the door. This is a lovely, light bedroom.
They made a closet/dressing room.
Interestingly, this bedroom is an exact copy of the one above.
Nice, neatly redone vintage-y bath.
Very pretty home office.
Look at this bath, it's pink retro.
Family/TV room has its own bath and stairs to a rooftop deck.
The yard is a little rough, but it's nice. There's potential here.
Isn't this a lovely street?
