#But also >unreasonable jealousy that all they’re being offered is friendship

Maverick is such a wild character because I think about them so much and want to talk about them but like. Idk writing them is really all about digging into these incredibly selfish, irrational and unreasonable feelings, and sometimes I get like embarrassed talking about them because if I say what they’re feeling out loud you’ll all be like “damn those feelings are incredibly selfish, irrational and unreasonable” and I’ll just be like “yeah man they really are” 😭
But at the same time it HURTSSS because I really sympathize with them at the same time. Just. Really terrible situations all round that produced a very self reliant person in the worst possible way. Idk. They suck but I love them and feel for them at the same time.
#Maverick Clarke#Tbh their feelings in ORP were a LOT more unreasonable than they are in canon#But at the same time I still really feel for them#Most of it just boils down to feeling incredibly alone and like they have nobody#And then being taken in by the Brooks crew was all well and good but they just felt like a stranger intruding on this family#And very on the outside looking in you know#They just have these horribly conflicting feelings of not feeling like they should let themself get close because they literally left#the closest person they had to family to bleed out in the snow alone#But also just being horrifically jealous that. yeah here’s where the selfish and unreasonable part comes in. that the Brooks guys like#Adopted Bailey. but Mav’s never been part of the family.#Obviously these were not similar situations bc Bailey was 7 and Mav was 20 😭#But they can’t help but hurt about all of this#Idk something something open wounds and no healthy coping mechanisms#If you were wondering why their relationship with Bobby in orp was so fucking bad it was bc#Mav was just hurting over all of this and would only ever lash out whenever Bobby (or anybody w exception of Bailey) would try to like#Be their friend? 😭#LIKE BOBBY REALLT TRIED.#But again that >not feeling like they deserve to get close#But also >unreasonable jealousy that all they’re being offered is friendship#It’s really quite dire.#We were so excited to rp Mavbobby in orp bc we were like Omg finally! a good au where they’re friends!#And somehow their relationship is worse than canon .#Whoops.

I saw someone on Twitter post about how they wanted to see jealous Glaz, and I was struck by inspiration 😄 This fic is mostly about Glaz's perception of his place in Rainbow after Kali joins, and the bit with Fuze can be read as friendship or budding romance, whatever your like better.
WARNING: While Glaz is an unreliable narrator here, and Kali is not outright demonized, I haven't been kind to her either. So if she's your favorite character, proceed with caution.
You can also read the story in AO3, as the latest chapter of the Discord Ficlets collection.
Hatred was a shallow emotion, one that lived at surface level and hid deeper and more complex feelings, ones that people found harder to confront or admit and thus resorted to hate.
Glaz experienced that during his stint in the South Ossetia War, when the hatred they all felt for the enemy was just a cover for their sense of helplessness at stopping so much unnecessary death. As always, art became a way to express and work out his emotions, and from what he saw it was far healthier than drowning his sorrows in alcohol like most of his fellow soldiers did.
Over the years, Glaz had acquired a reputation for being a pretty stable person, not letting his emotions rule him but not burying and ignoring them either. So it was a shock to realise he was letting his emotions rule his opinion of a certain person.
It would be unfair to say he hated Kali. The Nighthaven leader had done nothing directly unpleasant to him, in fact Glaz wasn’t even sure if they ever had a conversation. But fuck, seeing her smug face made his blood boil. Admitting he was jealous was a bitter pill to swallow.
Glaz felt sidelined since she arrived. At first it had been normal that Kali got so much action in training matches and different situations, Harry always did that to ensure new additions got properly integrated in the team. However, Kali stopped being the new one and she kept being requested more and more often. If someone devised a plan that required a sniper, it was always her that got the call, almost never Glaz.
Sure, she was an excellent shot, but so was he. So were the other operators who had marksman training. Yet the only requested sniper was Kali. Even for the strategies that relied heavily on stealth, which made no sense to Glaz since Kali’s rifle was extremely loud and she refused to use a silencer. She insisted it wasn’t compatible with her weapon, which was utter bullshit in Glaz’s opinion. Then there were the snippets of conversations he heard from her in the shooting range.
“Of course I don’t use a thermal scope, that’s a crutch, and those are for beginners, not professionals.”
“I don’t hide behind smoke curtains like a child clinging to their mother’s skirts.”
“I could give you some pointers, you’d benefit by learning from a real sniper, Dokka.”
The gall of that woman! Glaz had never wanted to wipe the floor with someone as much as he did then, but when he approached them to offer a friendly marksman competition, Dokkaebi happily accepted while Kali sniffed and declined. “I’m busy now, maybe another time.”
Glaz silently fumed for days. He didn’t give a damn about Kali’s opinions; he knew he was an excellent sniper and she could make as many snide comments as she wanted. Nothing would change the truth. However, Glaz also had the feeling she was trying to undermine him, and he didn’t like that. Most operators in Rainbow were competitive by nature, but except for a few rivalries, the trash talking had always remained upfront and somewhat respectful, never behind another operator’s back. Things remained as they were, somewhat tense but peaceful, for a long time. Until the Invitational rolled around.
When the teams were publicly announced, the Spetsnaz were collectively surprised some of them were chosen to participate, unlike the previous year. Glaz didn’t mind sitting among the public again, and privately he and Kapkan made a point of keeping an eye out during the event. The White Masks might have been mostly obliterated, but they weren’t the only terrorist group in the world, and a huge gathering like this would be a tempting objective for any group looking to make a name for themselves. So he was fine with not being selected, truly. However, what he wasn’t fine with was the way Harry said one particular thing:
“And to showcase Rainbow’s prowess in long distance combat, team Ash will have our resident sniper, Kali.”
Seriously? The resident sniper, as in the only one? Glaz grit his teeth so hard he was sure everyone in the room could hear it. He refused to say anything, though, he wouldn’t turn this briefing into a spectacle. However, that didn’t stop him from hoping Tachanka would teach her a lesson with his new fire grenades. That would certainly put a smile on Glaz’s face.
Alas, that was not meant to happen, even if it came pretty close to actually becoming a reality. In the end, Tachanka’s team was eliminated, same as Fuze’s, and the tournament went on. Glaz thought nothing else would happen, and aside from secretly hoping for team Mira to win, he largely lost interest in the competition. Yet the competition, or more accurately, Kali, didn’t lose interest in them.
When Fuze told them he’d been invited to train with Nighthaven, none of the Spetsnaz was particularly pleased, since they worked better as a team, but they didn’t voice any objections either. Glaz wanted to, he wanted to forbid Fuze from doing it, but he was a rational man and knew that was both unreasonable and a douchebag move. If Fuze wanted to train with others, he was free to do so, of course. Glaz kept repeating that to himself, even if deep down he was sure that Kali woman wanted to take everything that he had, from his position as a sniper to his friends.
Aware of how childish that sounded, Glaz grimaced at his own thoughts. He needed to calm his mind, and as always, he turned to art. Painting would surely grant him that state of inner peace he sorely needed while waiting for Fuze to come back from his session with Nighthaven. Losing himself in the process of creating something always helped Glaz exorcise his demons, and also lose track of the world around him. At least until Fuze came back.
Most people painted Fuze as unreadable, but he wasn’t to Glaz. The artist could see clear as day that Fuze was deep in thought. The curiosity and need to know was eating Glaz inside.
“How did it go?” He asked, aiming for a casual and carefree tone. He wasn’t sure he succeeded.
“Interesting.” As always, Fuze was succinct and straight to the point, going for the shortest message. However, Glaz knew that if one took the time to shut up and listen, Fuze would say more. “They’re an effective team, very competitive. It’s good to have them working with us and not against us, but I don’t think they feel part of Rainbow.”
It wasn’t the first time Glaz heard before some of those sentiments echoed around when it came to Nighthaven, but Fuze delivered with an admirable lack of judgement. The Uzbek relayed a blow by blow account of the training match, and Glaz wondered how Aruni felt at Kali’s call of her safety being expendable. It was just a game for now, but training built habits that one carried back to the battlefield. He was still pondering over what he heard when Fuze dropped a bombshell that shook him to the core.
“Kali offered me work in Nighthaven.”
Glaz saw red, and for a moment he couldn’t think. The looks in his eyes must have been a veritable maelstrom of repressed anger and jealousy, because Fuze looked taken aback. A burning sensation coiled in his chest, and Glaz clenched his fist hard to avoid unleashing a storm of swears, since Fuze wasn’t the target of his fury.
*crack*
The paint brush he’d been holding broke under the pressure of his clenched hand, but Glaz didn’t notice, and clenched his fist even tighter.
“Timur!”
It was Fuze calling out his name that finally brought Glaz down to earth, away from the dark spiral of what ifs where Fuze left the team, lured away by Kali. He opened his hands, revealing the brush he accidentally snapped in half, and how the jagged edge of the broken wood had sunk into his palm. Oh. He hadn’t even noticed that.
Glaz briefly mourned the loss of his favorite small brush, dropping the pieces aside and wiping the blood from his palm carelessly. “And? Did you accept?”
Fuze regarded him in silence for a few seconds, before shaking his head as if he couldn’t believe Glaz’s foolishness. “Of course not. I have my team. And I’m not going anywhere.” This assurance was a balm for Glaz’s turmoil, but then Fuze added with a smirk. “Besides, I know you always have my back and won’t put a bullet in me, not even a fake one.”
The laugh and lingering look they shared made Glaz feel that all was right in the world, at least for a little while. He knew he could always count on his team, on his friends, and having this belief reaffirmed soothed him like nothing else did. It had been foolish to think Fuze would leave him.

Davey Jacobs as James Singer
Spot Conlon as Lance Black
Jack as Hannah
Racetrack Higgins as Rachel
Albert DaSilva as Weasley
Hotshot as Daniel
Les Jacobs as Ashlee Singer
Sarah as Leah Singer
Summary:
Davey and Spot are college roommates, both are in a computer coding class. Spot does his own thing and does what he needs to get through the year. Davey lives by a rule book, especially since Davey wanted to get into MIT instead of the college he's in at the moment. It's as simple as that.
One day Spot, along with his best friends Albert and Hotshot, approach Davey. They want his help creating an app. Not a dating app, but a hookup app. An app where you can get together with guys or girls, but it never lasts longer than that one hookup. Davey disagrees for a while before Spot finally offers to help pay for a ride to MIT if he'll help with the app. He also might do it because Spot "guarantees that every guy and girl will be on the app.
This really convinces Davey because he has a crush on an old friend from High School, the infamous not so infamous Jack Kelly. And he hopes that maybe he can work up the courage to talk to Jack again after a rough patch in high school.
So they set to work. Their coding teacher, Professor Denton, doesn't believe Spot for a second when he says that him, Hotshot, and Albert are working on an app as their project in their class. Davey made it clearly known that he has no interest in being known as the true creator of the app.
The app takes off great. Spot, Hotshot, and Albert are as happy as they can be. Hotshot hooks up with any girl who wants to. Albert, the openly Bisexual in the friendship group, hooks up with the boys and girls who want to. Spot, the closeted gay of the group, hooks up with girls. He originally wanted the app as a way to secretly meet people, boys, but his own paranoia kept him from disclosing that to Davey. This doesn't stop the jealousy when Albert continuously hooks up with a certain blond boy who's profile on the app only has a name of Racetrack.
Meanwhile, Davey manages to at least amend his friendship with Jack. Jack expresses how dumb and horrible he thinks the new dating app is and discloses to Davey that he can't understand why people would voluntarily do something that hurts them, referring to how some of his friends have had bad experiences with the app already.
The first semester of college goes by. Soon everyone's off for Christmas break. Spot, Hotshot, and Albert stay on campus and spend most of the break living their dream with the success of their app. Albert's just happy to have the slight fame and some of the attention, Spot's happy with the success, and Hotshot's thriving from the fame, but not in an arrogant egotistical way. He's just happy
Meanwhile, Davey's back home. He loves with his older sister and younger brother in an unreasonably lavish home, only there because of their parents who are hardly ever home. Davey has a few minor arguments with Les, mostly because of Les' behavior while Davey was away. Including taking and making Davey's room his "Home Office"
Davey spends Christmas dinner with his siblings and the FaceTime of their parents. After dinner, Davey learns of Sarah having created a profile on a new dating app. She goes out one night, hoping to meet someone and start a relationship after her last one left her torn apart. Davey begs Sarah's friend Katherine (also the girl who's had a crush on Sarah fro years) to help him and Les essentially spy on Sarah.
It's not until after seeing Sarah's heartbreak that Davey decides the app has to stop. So it does.
Davey shuts down the app and any others like it, forcing people to go back to regular dating apps. This sparks chaos back on campus. Spot, Albert, and Hotshot are all but hunted down for the "update", as this is what they pass it off as.
Davey returns to campus and avoids the boys, saying he's working on fixing the "bug". The boys finally corner him, although they are separated by a door. They try to get into Spot and Davey's shared dorm, which Spot lost his key for, and Davey manages to sneak out the window since they're on the ground floor.
Meanwhile, this conversation is happening outside.
Spot: "Dave, open the door!"
Hotshot: "Hang on, I got this." *Pulls out a lock pick*
Albert: "Hang on, where did you learn to do that?"
Hotshot: "My cell mate." *Even though he's never gotten anything beyond a singular detention in high school*
Albert: *completely confused and worried mouthing the words* his cellmate?!?!
They see Davey missing and they start searching for him.
Davey, however, has snuck over to Jack's fraternity house.
It's not Jack to answer the door though.
It's Racetrack
And Jojo
And Romeo
And Mush
And oh boy, Davey had never felt so scared in his life. A bunch of angry, college level boys who know he's friends with Spot Conlon. He begs them to hide him, give him a place to stay long enough for Spot and the others to stop looking for him.
It's not until Jack greets him with a smile and says he's not harmful that they let him in.
They ask Davey about Spot's app and tell him about their experiences. None of it sits well with Davey and he decides to make an app based off of the people who want relationships. So he makes a proposition to the Frat House. He'll help them make an app by their own rules. The rules of actually dating. All he asks is that they provide him a place to stay just for a few hours. None of them really believe him, but Jack convinces them that it's just a few hours.
Sometime later, Davey's back in his dorm room when the boys finally catch up to him. He tries to run out again, but he finally caves while forming a plan. You see, Sarah knows he can't sleep sometimes because of his habits. And he's basically guilted Spot into getting him some food whenever he's busy because he is the one who made the app, did all the coding and everything. Sarah got Davey some tea that helps him sleep.
And he asks for some, saying it'll help him calm down. In the process, Albert and Hotshot ask for some. They're stressed because the app is down, what's wrong with a little bit of calming tea, right???
Davey never drinks the tea, but Spot, Albert, and Hotshot do. Davey notices them asleep and he quickly packs up his computer and makes an escape. But he didn't realize that Hotshot woke up right as he escaped.
And so began the chase for Davey Jacobs.
It was definitely one for the books.
Davey ran straight to the Frat house. It was Jojo who opened the door. He almost didn't let Davey in until Jack told him to. Davey convinced the boys to let him stay in a spare bedroom.
But Spot was smart, he knew where Davey would go. He figured out Davey's crush on Jack. So that's where they went.
And oh boy, were those three boys in for a rock ride.
It started with knocking on the door. Aggressive, desperate knocking.
Next came the boys. It was Jack first with Race there to back him up. The three boys though tried really hard at begging to get in.
And then came down the fury of the Fraternity.
I'm talking baseball bats, candle holders, someone's jock strap. Everything. They all but surrounded the three boys looking for Davey while Davey simply worked in the guest bedroom upstairs.
To put it simply, those three boys wouldn't even consider showing their faces around that Fraternity house for a long time.
Eventually, Davey came clean to the Fraternity. He said he helped create the hook up app, but that he was also the one to shut it down. And he helped design a genuine dating app that made it known that people wanted more than meaningless sex.
Bonus?
Jack was the one to ask Davey out. Davey was a nervous anxious wreck, but he said yes. Jack couldn't help but laugh a little bit as Davey stuttered a yes. He thought it was adorable.
Davey managed to help Spot realize what he wanted. The two apologised, along with Albert and Hotshot. They realized the cruelty of their app. And Spot came out to his friends.
Hotshot owed Albert five dollars for that one. Spot was slightly offended, but he couldn't be for too long.
Especially since he asked Albert if Race was anything more than hook up. Albert said that Race probably wouldn't even consider being friends and he told Spot to go for it.
With some encouragement from Les and Davey, Katherine finally asked our Sarah. It was so embarrassingly awkward that both boys wanted to erase the memory.
So sort of happy ending.
So that left Albert and Hotshot.
The conversation went something like this:
Albert: "So, everyone we know wants a relationship."
Hotshot: "And?"
Albert: "Wanna go on a date?"
Hotshot: "Dude, no, we've had this discussion."
Hotshot: "But like, pizza sounds great right now."
This is kind of plotless but so was the movie😂

Hello Steph! I am the "ex-bff" anon. First of all thank you for your reply, it calmed me a bit. I met him yesterday and it went well! It was like we never really parted. We laughed it off saying "we just needed a break, now we're stronger!". Basically, we met in 2004 and we've been best friends since then, but in 2016 we had a little fight and then he went away from college. We really don't want to throw away 15 years of friendship. But now there's another problem. (1)
(2) My other best friend A. is jealous. She thinks that I’ll forget about her now that I have my bff B. back. I tried and tried to reassure A. that I’m not going anywhere and I even told her to forgive B. so we can hang out together like we used to. But she just doesn’t listen. I told her to act like a grown up and nothing. I honestly don’t know what to do. I love both of them but I feel like I have to give up on B. just for A’s sake and I just don’t want to.
(3) sorry if it was long and messy but as you can probably tell English isn’t my first language. And thank you for answering me
(referencing this post)
Hi Nonny!
Ahhh, I’m very happy to hear that your meeting with your friend went well, and I’m so sorry about your other friend now having insecurity issues. It sounds like to me that Friend A was totally enjoying being Only Your Friend™, and the centre of your attention, but now that you want to reintroduce A to the group, your attention will be divided and to her that’s not okay. Perhaps it’s also jealousy because they think you want to be in a More-Than-Friends relationship with Friend B and that’s why you guys started talking again.
Friend A is being unreasonable and quite frankly childish, in my opinion, to demand that you essentially choose between A and B. That’s NOT FAIR and if she was your true friend, she would respect that you want to maintain a friendship with B. I know you want to “have it like it was in the old days” but unfortunately that clearly isn’t ready to happen yet (or if ever). You guys are all different people now, and A is having a hard time accepting that fact. Be upfront and straight with Friend A: It’s unfair to make you choose between the two of you, so you want them both in your life, but you all don’t have to spend time together. It’s NOT a competition and you are NOT a trophy to be won. You will spend time with A separately, and with B separately, and you will love them both equally. If A can’t accept that, then they really need to search inside themselves as to why they’re so insecure about you-and-A’s friendship when you’ve stated in CLEAR TERMS that you want to stay friends. That’s NOT your problem to deal with. You’ve put out the offer, and it’s up to them to take it.
And perhaps, in time, you can reintroduce the two of them together and y’all can hang out together as before, but don’t push that issue. And if B doesn’t understand why, don’t bad-mouth Friend A. Just say that she is hurting and is scared that you will leave her behind, and that you’re going to give her time to come around. DON’T GOSSIP ABOUT EACH OF THEM TO THE OTHER: it ALWAYS has a way of coming back to haunt you. If they want to get gossipy, then say you respect each of their friendships and don’t want to disrespect the other. Leave it at that.
I’m sorry you’re having to deal with that, Lovely, because that is VERY unfair of Friend A to ask of you. You’re all adults (I’m assuming since you mentioned B left to go to college), and your friend needs to – as my Aunt says – put on her Big Girl Panties. If she can’t deal with that, then it’s HER problem to deal with. She’s can’t expect you to ONLY have her as her ONLY friend. That’s, uh... that’s a bit emotionally abusive.
I hope it all goes alright Nonny. Keep us posted

tamaki x kyoya? if you don't ship that then how about tamaki x haruhi / v \;;
MEME [ ACCEPTING && ANSWERED ] @ksakurazuka
It is actually my main ship at the moment with @hostlord and considering this and it being a  s p e c i a l  case I will probably answer these questions in regards to said ship, unless they are unable to be answered due to unfinished plots. Then I will put in my own two cents! I have another Tamaki x Haruhi request in my inbox anyway that I have yet to answer next so it looks like you’ll get both of your answers!
( Kyoya && Tamaki. )
How did they they meet? Tamaki and Kyoya were formally introduced to one another when Tamaki first arrives to Ouran Academy and is placed in the same class as Kyoya. He has never made any other friends back in France, due to his dedication to taking care of his ill mother, making Kyoya his very first.Who developed romantic feelings first? It’s hard to say with this pairing, but I could imagine it going either way, or even winding up a mutual thing. In this case, it happened to turn out that way, both having harbored their feelings for one another, thinking the other was not interested.Who is their biggest “shipper?” I’m not really quite sure what this implies but i’m guessing you’re speaking of someone who is supportive of their relationship. If that’s so then surprisingly enough I could imagine Renge to find them to be a very fitting and charming couple, despite her initial crush on Kyoya and overall opinion on Tamaki. She obviously loves yaoi pairings, being the stereotypical otaku so I would say she is definitely a fan. However, I always imagined Kyoya’s sister, Fuyumi to always have had the hunch and finds Tamaki and Kyoya unfathomably adorable, often teasing Kyoya for it or wanting to be a present figure in their relationship. When did they have their first kiss and under what circumstances? Kyoya kisses Tamaki out of desperation to express his feelings and not knowing how after Tamaki manages to pry said feelings out of him and it is on a quiet afternoon in the club room when no one else is around. When Tamaki responds to his kiss, he is initially shocked, but returns the gesture, albeit a little clumsily, knocking him into a piano. He is a new bloomer as far as romance goes. Who confessed their feelings first? Tamaki is the initiator but Kyoya was the first to begin dropping hints to see Tamaki’s reactions. He confesses to him first in every respect, letting Tamaki know that he likes him, asking Tamaki out and eventually confessing that he loves him, though Tamaki is clearly the more affectionate of the two. What was their first official date? They haven’t gone on any dates yet persay but they’re planning a trip to some waterfalls with the rest of the club in honor of their customers, where they may have a private moment together in which the two of them will get to enjoy a peaceful boat ride together. Tamaki has also initiated a date once before as a means to pay him back for taking him to so many tourist attractions in the early stages of their friendship but is unsure where Kyoya would like to be taken. How do they feel about double dates/group dates? I imagine them to be pretty comfortable with this idea actually, once they’re finally out to the entire club, seeing as they are dating in secret, though they would have to remain cautious, in case they should run into anyone affiliated with their fathers. What do they do in their down time? When it comes to quality time spent they are both pretty easy to please. They won’t complain as long as they’re in each other’s company and are a fairly humble couple I would say. Tamaki is even just content watching Kyoya do his homework, always the first to finish his own since he is less of a perfectionist. But most of the time it’s just the simple things like wandering the gardens together or inviting one another to each other’s home over the weekends where they share meals, cuddle, discuss, get frisky. One thing is certain, they are definitely the type to engage in playful banter, no matter what they may be doing. And Kyoya has recently revealed to Tamaki that he paints portraits of him in his art studio so he is able to visit there any time! What was the first meeting of parents as an official couple like? This is probably unlikely to happen anytime soon, and when it does occur, it will be pretty disastrous for the both of them. Tamaki’s father is more likely to be accepting however, and may possibly be able to talk some sense into Kyoya’s, if only slightly and only if Tamaki can gain his sympathy. He will find Tamaki foolish but will certainly not disown him like Kyoya’s father will do to him. Tamaki’s grandmother however would react to this ordeal very harshly, though his mother on the other hand adores Kyoya and finds them to be a lovely couple, probably likely to befriend Fuyumi as well. What was their first fight over and how did they get past it? Their first fight wasn’t exactly a fight, but it would have to be Kyoya’s little breakdown in the beginning of their friendship. Ever since then it has been smooth sailing for Kyoya. More recently however, Tamaki was upset with Kyoya for stealing his teddy bear, Kuma-chan, a gift from his mother, in revenge for stealing seven of his shirts, though they didn’t exactly fight persay. Which one is more easily made jealous? More likely Kyoya, though Tamaki is known to be equally possessive. Kyoya has admitted that he becomes jealous of their customers, while Tamaki only ponders the idea of jealousy, and feels it on occasion when he is being extra observant of Kyoya. What is their favourite thing to get to eat? Tamaki prefers to eat the Ootori family’s homemade cooking than to go out, enjoying the family-feel and Kyoya eventually plans to teach him some cooking skills soon so that he can cook for Kyoya as well, Kyoya having offered one morning, giving them more excuses to spend time together. Who’s the cuddly one? What their favourite cuddling position? Tamaki initially, though he has recently recruited Kyoya into becoming more cuddly in nature. I imagine Kyoya likes to spoon Tamaki, whether it be at night, in the morning or the well afternoon, but he does pull him into his lap pretty often. Are they hand holders? Definitely, any chance that they can get.How long do they wait before sleeping together for the first time? What’s the circumstances? They wound up in bed together together fairly quickly, so I think it’s safe to say that they move pretty fast, but it is considering their dedicated years of friendship, and is partly due to Tamaki’s excessive need for affection, as well as Kyoya being pretty suppressed and them both being so inexperienced. They trust one another a great deal, Tamaki the initiator in this case to start off with.Who tops? Kyoya, though I consider Tamaki to be something of a switch. He will please him any which way! What’s the worst fight they’ve ever gotten into? They surprisingly don’t fight very often. This reason being, they complement each other well. When Kyoya is upset Tamaki is able to reason with him and vise-versa, so you could say they are able to handle one another’s temperaments pretty well! Who does the shopping and the cooking? Kyoya. Tamaki would become far too unreasonably distracted, though he does try to help out the best way he can. I think at some point Kyoya would probably offer him to stay home, in a nice manner so as to not raise any suspicions or cause a sensitive reaction from Tamaki. Which one is more organized and prone to tidiness? Kyoya, without a doubt.Who proposes? Kyoya. They are totally not secretly engaged…wait what?Do they have joined Bachelor/Bacheloette parties or separate? I think they would prefer to have that jointed and would enjoy it together rather than separately, smirking at each other every so often, or getting mildly jealous, only to take it out on each other in bed later.Who is the best man/maid of honour? Any other groomsmen or bridesmaids? Tamaki refuses to pick one twin over the other, so he just decides to make Mori his best man instead, causing the twins to complain, and tells Kyoya he has to make Haruhi his best man since she is still considered a male host in a sense. Big Ceremony or Small? Tamaki is go big or go home but would settle for something small and quaint if Kyoya so desired.Do they have a honeymoon? If so, where? Europe, where they visit all of the many cities and eventually are lucky enough to run into his mother, Kyoya having tracked her down somehow for Tamaki. Do they have children? How many? I don’t think children would be on their mind necessarily, they would have Antoinette to keep them company, but eventually perhaps they run across a child with no home and they take them in as their own, maybe a few more after that. They would take the lesser fortunate under their wing, both being the compassionate type, though Kyoya hides it well. Tamaki would constantly joke with Kyoya as well, telling him that he wants his babies, or constantly asking for one.

You Don't Know This But You're Basically My Guardian Angel 4/7
a/n: this is really long but bare with me, i think it will be the longest out of the 7. enjoy.
chp. 4: no rainbows without rain
‘A pride? Does that mean-’
'Mhmm, bisexual and proud, that’s no problem is it?’
The two Latinas were currently sprawled onto Camila’s bedroom floor, Matty’s voice creating a songful background for them. The plan was to get their English assignments done but one thing led to another (Lauren becoming painfully bored) and so the two girls found themselves talking about anything but English and discussing a potential pride parade.
'No! I mean, no of course not. I’m just surprised is all. Now the Lana thing makes sense. ’ Camila smiles, earning yet another laugh from the green-eyed girl. After much resistance from Lauren, and equal persistence from Camila, the two went back to their work, though Camila’s mind was stuck on the new hope that maybe, just maybe her and Lauren could actually be a thing.
-
Camila was never the one to venture out and explore. All her reality, knowledge and imagination was created within the four walls of her bedroom. So, when she walked behind Lauren in a sea of rainbows, her senses went into overdrive, and though usually she’d run as fast as she could, something about this felt right. Following Lauren, Camila continued taking in her surroundings; two girls, maybe a few years older than her were staring at each other, with eyes wide and hopeful smiles. Beside them were two, much older, boys tangled within each other, completely immersed in the love that was shining from their eyes.
And in that moment, Camila realised that this is what love feels like. This is what freedom, unity and joy look like. In that moment, Camila forgot the bad of the world, she forgot she didn’t have a dad, she forgot that before Lauren, Dinah, Normani and Ally, she was completely alone. Nothing else mattered to her other than the untying of her lungs and the fire burning inside her heart. This is what breathing freely felt like. Free. Easy. Effortless. Rainbows painted out a scene for Camila that she never wanted to forget. A scene full of untamed passion that she knew would forever be instilled within her.
When she faced forward in hopes of finding Lauren, and thanking her, she saw nothing but an empty spot. With her eyebrows furrowed, Camila spun around, her eyes searching for the girl who’s slowly but surely making a place in Camila’s heart. There was so much Camila wanted to tell Lauren, in that moment. Like how she feels like there’s nothing anchoring her down anymore, how the bright colours have lightened her dark heart, how she’s so glad Lauren came into her life.
'Lucy!’ Camila heard Lauren’s voice from behind and turned, just in time to find Lauren holding up a slightly smaller brunette in her arms.
Back to the point about Camila not being an explorer, well she’s not really a people person either. And by people, she means the girl who is tightly embraced in her Lauren’s arms. Camila watches as Lucy kisses Lauren’s cheek and feels her smile faltering as Lauren’s smile widens at the kiss. Before Camila can completely comprehend the situation, Lauren is now walking back to Camila, with Lucy’s hand in hers.
‘Camz, this is Lucy! She’s my best friend slash soulmate.’ Lauren has a smile on her face almost as wide as her heart and Camila hates the idea that it’s because of Lucy.
‘Hi, nice to meet you.’ Lucy offers her hand to Camila, and even though Camila already has a strong dislike for the girl, she shakes it for Lauren’s sake.
‘Nice to meet you too, I’m Camila… urm, I don’t know why I just said that, Lauren just said that, I’ll urm, I’ll get myself a drink or something’ not waiting for a reply, Camila practically runs away from the two girls as fast as she can.
-
A few hours have passed and the crowd has slowly decreased, and what’s left of the pride is gathered around a warm fire. Everyone is talking away, gushing about the success of the pride but Camila doesn’t really pay attention to the conversations around her. Though Troye, a tour guide of the gays as he likes to call himself, keeps trying to drag her into conversations, but all Camila can offer is small nods or murmurs of agreements. Sighing, Troye and his companions leave to get some more drinks, leaving Camila with only her thoughts now. Sitting opposite her are Lauren and Lucy, talking away and gravitating towards each other like the world around doesn’t exist. And Camila just watches, cursing at the universe for bringing her to this point. It’s been hours and Lauren has barely spoken to her, leaving her with her own emptiness. So she just watches Lauren from afar, watches how her Lauren is laughing along with Lucy, how their hands are tangled and how their heads collide every now and then, and even though it’s slowly burning a mark in her heart, she can’t seem to look away.
She’s never really felt jealousy before, so when she feels a painful tug in her chest, her first reaction is to believe she’s somewhat close to dying. There’s suddenly a heavy void in her heart, akin to the one her father had left and Camila closes her eyes, balling her hands into fists. Of course, all good things come to Camila at a price; her heart. Slowly, the afterimage of the rainbows fade into a dull grey, her lungs feeling like they’re being strangled once again. Images of her dad walking out are now invading Camila’s head, and suddenly she’s being anchored to the ground again. She doesn’t know how long it’s been, or that she’s crying until she feels a hand on her shoulder and a gentle thumb on her cheek.
'Camz, what’s wrong?’ The voice comes out as a whisper, and amidst the loud voices and the pounding drums, Camila hates that she still can recognise her voice. It’s pathetic she thinks, that she even believed that Lauren would like her like that. And because she’s ashamed, hurt and torn, she doesn’t reply. She doesn’t even acknowledge Lauren; instead she turns around and runs out of the parade, leaving Lauren calling her name before her voice fades out completely.
-
Camila’s been in her bed for what feels like a lifetime but really is hours. Hugging her pillow tight to her chest, and squeezing her eyes shut, Camila wishes she could erase today. Wishes she refused to go with Lauren and avoid the heartache. Wishes she didn’t get her hopes up. She wishes that flashes of Lauren holding Lucy so tight would stop invading her mind. She wishes she wasn’t so fragile, so broken inside to let the slightest thing tear her down so bad.
The sound of John’s voice fades a little as Camila hears her bedroom door being opened. Assuming it’s her mom checking up on her, Camila pretends to be asleep, not having the energy to pretend to be okay (nor the energy of being caught for lying and then having to explain why she’s in a sour mood). A few seconds later, the bedroom door closes again and Camila lets out a sigh of relief; though it was short lived as a body moulds against her, causing her to tense and hold her pillow tighter. Before she could attempt to fight off the intruder, and embarrass herself in the process, the scent of pampering honey and dusky vanilla invades her senses, her body immediately relaxing.
For a while it’s silent, the sound of John’s voice once again filling up the room and the sound of Camila’s heart pounding (and she’s desperately praying Lauren can’t hear it).
'I’m sorry’ a mumbled voice, that’s become Camila’s home, breaks the silence.
'I’m not sure what I did, if anything at all, so help me out here Camz. You can’t just run every time something bothers you without talking about it. ’
And Camila knows. She knows it’s not Lauren’s fault that Camila’s insecure in all her bones. She knows it’s not Lauren’s fault that Camila doesn’t talk about her feelings because she’s never been given the chance to. She knows it’s not Lauren’s fault that she developed a deep crush on her. She knows, and she knows how wrong it would be to blame Lauren for all of it. But because she’s still hurt and beyond torn, she can’t stop herself from lashing out.
'Who the fuck are you to tell me what I can and can’t do Lauren?’ She moves out from the green-eyed girl’s hold and stands up, hating the way hurt flashes in Lauren’s eyes and hating the way it doesn’t stop her.
'How dare you come into my house, my room and tell me what I can and can’t do? You don’t fucking know me. ’
'Camz I didn’t-’
'Didn’t what? Mean to drag me only to leave me by myself whilst you buddy up with someone?’ Camila was being unreasonable she knew that, but she couldn’t help herself. For years, she’s bottled up her feelings and she’s not sure how to let them out. So, she’s letting her past fuck up her future, which in her eyes is reasonable.
'Wait I get it, I’m a charity case for you aren’t I? Perfect Lauren with the perfect life was being charitable towards me, was she? Well I don’t need your fucking charity Lauren!’ She saw just how much she was damaging this, straining her friendship, or what’s left of it, with Lauren. So, when she saw Lauren’s jaw clench and her usual green eyes turn grey, Camila wasn’t all too surprised at the reply she got from Lauren.
'Fuck you Camila.’ And with that, Lauren walked out, slamming the door behind her. Camila’s been hurt before, but the minute she saw Lauren walk out, she felt what terrifying heartbreak feels like. An aching pull of her heart, the strings stinging, a dull headache creeping up, and the darkening of her vision as she fell to her bed.
