Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F 190C. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then grill or cook in a skillet until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes per side. Let them rest for a few minutes before slicing. In a large mixing bowl, toss the torn kale with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Enjoy a new take on the classic Caesar salad with the taste of grilled meat. It's great as a side dish or a quick meal.
Ingredients: 2 hearts of romaine lettuce, halved. 1/4 cup olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 1/2 cup Caesar dressing. 1/2 cup croutons. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 lemon, cut into wedges.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Add salt and pepper to the romaine lettuce and brush the cut sides with olive oil. Put the lettuce halves on the grill with the cut side down. Grill for two to three minutes, or until grill marks show up and the lettuce starts to wilt a bit. Carefully flip the lettuce halves over and grill for another two to three minutes on the other side. Take the grilled lettuce off the grill and put it on a platter to serve. Put Caesar dressing on top of the grilled lettuce. Grate some Parmesan cheese and croutons on top. Put lemon wedges next to the Grilled Caesar Salad so that you can squeeze them over the salad before you eat it.

Creamy cashew-based dressing paired with hearty kale and vegan Parmesan cheese creates a satisfying and nutritious dish. The addition of maple syrup and vanilla extract adds a subtle sweetness that balances the tanginess of the dressing.
Ingredients: 1/2 cup raw cashews, soaked overnight. 1/4 cup water. 3 tablespoons lemon juice. 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast. 2 cloves garlic. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. 1 tablespoon capers. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1 bunch kale, stems removed and chopped. 1/4 cup vegan Parmesan cheese. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 teaspoon maple syrup. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: Soak cashews in water, add lemon juice, nutritional yeast, garlic, Dijon mustard, capers, salt, and black pepper. Blend the ingredients together in a blender. Mix until it's creamy and smooth. Rub the chopped kale with olive oil for a few minutes in a large bowl until it gets soft. The Caesar dressing should be poured over the kale and mixed well. Put some vegan Parmesan cheese on top of the salad. To make it taste better, drizzle it with maple syrup and vanilla extract. Serve right away or put in the fridge to enjoy later.

1 loaf day-old sourdough
oil (I used tri-tip fat)
Garlic salt
Italian Seasoning
Instructions:
Cut bread into cubes with bread knife
Toss in oil and seasonings
Roast @ 375 for 10-15 minutes. (325 in toaster oven)
Serve with soup, salad, etc!
