Katniss is such an unreliable narrator. She says "Then something unexpected happens. At least, I don't expect it because I don't think of District 12 as a place that cares about me" girl you deliver strawberries to the Mayor, you hunt and trade for the district, when you fell at Prim being chosen someone caught you, when you went to Prim people parted for you, when you volunteered EVERYONE stopped. Idk how to tell you but I think you're a pillar of the community.

Peeta buring the bread and tossing some to her then taking a beating from his mom is a HUGE thing in the books.#he used his resources to help her like you all said someone should.#district 12 DID (rip) care about Katniss before the hunger games. why do you think she was allowed to hunt? or how her trades were good #these are the little ways 12 can shows Katniss they love her. but again Katniss doesn't see this and YES its because she had ptsd before the #hunger games as well. i swear some of you make it seem like d12 was all living a life of luxury and glaring down at Katniss.#other things that show Katniss is in hight standing with at least her people of d12 is her dad was known enough through d12 for peeta dad to #comment on his singing along with his commenting on her mom. also her mom is a healer in the community. yeah her parents arnt the top but #of d12 but they are/were definitely high staning in the Seam.

Particular Incident™ occurred #which eventually led to her learning the depths of his insecurities and issues. at least to *some* extent anyway #originally the tracker only tracked vee's location. just. so he could feel more comfortable.#know that he's never alone even if he can't actively sense anyone nearby with his abilities.#and so that if he ever needs vee for *anything* then he'll know exactly where to find her #but! it's got utility for vee in runs too! means she's always got someone to watch her back who can see when she's in danger and help out #but anyway. the fact that glisten could use the tracker to teleport longer distances was actually unexpected for vee!#and once she found that out she upgraded the tracker to show *all* the toons' locations #but only in runs and on the current floor because it relies on the machines to broadcast a signal. whereas vee can be tracked anywhere #the hand mirror was admittedly more of a 'hey it'd be cool to give vee a matching trinket. let my girl teleport to machines' thing gfhdhdf #but. while my friend and i haven't fully confirmed it? i've had thoughts of it being like. a 'thanks for putting up with me' gift #that glisten gave to vee sometime after the aforementioned Incident. because that mirror has Issues #and struggles to fathom that anyone would still want to be around him after learning that he's. broken. imperfect. even his best friend </3 #the hand mirror has glisten's sweater skin's colour palette because i wanted to differentiate it from the vanity mirror #but also. it's silver. second place. it's enchanted with glisten's magic but it still doesn't measure up to the real deal (gold) <3

Mack‘s vibe in that interview is very much oscillating between get me out of here and I get to tell a story about being included (Love when he says he has absolutely no aux rights in the locker room, so he’s just vibing to everybody else’s music) Also the awful interviewer is not Mack’s brand of older guy unfortunately for him and everyone else watching. 💀

yeah aiden seemed to vibe with him a little more, or at least was a better actor about it, but imo mack haaaates to be on the outside of a joke so bad it kind of takes over everything else. for me it's giving that moment from the draft where you can see the smile fall off his face when he doesn't find the joke very funny, but he's media trained enough to try anyway. (the "get me out of here" eyes. you understand.)

#...right- LOL #I was so scared of losing anyone I pretty much only summoned Yurgir!#ok let me ramble about this fight in the tags #I.....listen. Listen. I love this game with my entire heart. It's one of my favorite games of all time.#.....the final battle took me out of it a little bit ngjfkdlnshjk #It introduced a bunch of new mechanics and maybe I'm dumb but it felt like it wasn't super clear how everything worked #First I restarted it because I dropped a globe of invuln on the starting area thinking Orpheus could just activate the stones from that far #Then I restarted it bc I basically ran out of time on the rounds...except I didn't realize the fight would continue since every other-#-turn-based round counter was usually a game over #THEN I actually summoned the flaming fist to help clean up right at the end which made the camera SUPER confused when I went in the portal #It was a mess.#I still give the game an 11/10 tho lmao #Oh also Orpheus did something - I don't know what - and then the dragon just died with 120hp left. So. I just recently found out that Cal apparently yawns and rolls his fucking eyes at the Senator while he’s talking 😭😭

He's so unbothered 😭 And you probably saw one of my videos! I posted the alt-angle cutscene on Tumblr last year, then re-filmed it for a "Survivor secrets" thread on Twitter.
