After the party, I didn’t really remember much of anything. I’m not shocked though, I got so drunk that Ashtray guy offered to walk me home. Surprisingly enough, I made it home by myself and into my bed before my parents noticed how late I arrived. What I did remember was that weird girl. What was her name? Jennifer? Julie? Oh, It was Jules. Yeah no doubt, she was weird. I mean, she cut herself in front of everyone AND scared Nate Jacobs. I never seen anyone do that, but I guess that’s what new people are for.

Sienna sure thought it was weird too. But hey, maybe she’ll be cool. I ended up laying in bed for about 9 more minutes, scrolling on whatever apps peaked my interest before I got up and started getting ready for school

I had just gotten out of the shower before of course, Sienna called me. I waited for the call to connect and before I could speak Sienna screamed and my hearing almost blew.

“GUESS WHO THE FUCK JUST TEXTED ME AND ASKED ABOUT YOU”

My mind had raced through a million names before I stopped and realized, she could be joking. She usually pranks me like this but I decided to feed into her little scheme.

“Who?”

I mumbled with the most monotone voice I could utter out of me.

“Ashtrayyyy”

I stopped my movements and stared at the camera only to find she was already staring at it, smirking at me.

“You’re such a liar Sienna, and not a good one either”

She rolled her eyes before quickly responding.

“I’m not lying, i’ll send you a screenshot.”

Not long after she said that, I felt my phone vibrate and saw her display name reveal itself at the top of my phone. I clicked on the photo she sent me.

“Told you I wasn’t lying. Did he text you?” I snapped out of my

I knew Sienna wouldn’t know why he wanted my number but I just had to ask. Plus, I was really just thinking to myself out loud. And just as I guessed, she says she doesn’t know

“Maybe he has like.. A secret admirer crush on you?”

That was a ridiculous statement. I mean, Ashtray? Out of the whole school, that he doesn’t attend, he has a crush on me? Yeah, no chance.

“Girl..” I mumbled, rolling my eyes. “I’ll see you at school, I have to finish getting ready, Do I still gotta pick you up?” I questioned, Sienna often needs a ride to school, whether it be she just doesn’t want to drive or her car is broken.

“Nah, I think I’m gonna walk. Get some fresh air before having to deal with this school and it’s bullshit.” She chuckled.

We said our goodbyes before I hung up the phone and started getting dressed, and soon after I was in the car driving to school.

I was busy putting my books inside of my locker before I heard a voice that sounded like Sienna.

“So, I texted Ashtray” She spoke with excitement. I turned around and almost slapped her

“You WHAT?!” I yelled, gaining attention of most of the people near me, who gave me a little bit of a dirty look, but that didn’t matter

Sienna burst out laughing, hunching over and holding her stomach. “You should’ve.. seen your face!” She breathed out, looking at me with a couple of tears rolling down her face.

I crossed my arms and looked at her with a blank face, but after a few seconds of her looking at me with a smile, it wasn’t long before I started laughing too.

Our laughing quickly faded away as I heard the voice of Nate Jacobs, and saw him coming near us, staring at me with a creepy smirk on his face

Who I Ship on Euphoria

Do not take this too seriously. This is just brainstorming. Besides, it is also just a fiction within a fiction.

If I were writing Euphoria, Rue Bennett would really open up to someone, more than she did to Jules. She acts tough, but deep down, she is fragile, so she needs someone sensitive and perceptive about human emotions... someone like Lexi Howard.

If that ship is all too obvious, the Cupid in me feels a lot bolder than to be predictable. Nate Jacobs seems to be improving as a person, but to do so, he has to confront a lot of repressed emotional pain. I feel as though he is in a very needy place right now.

At the same time, Jules is still reeling, I believe, from the breakup with Rue. It would not be something that would last to the series finale, but I feel as though Jules might drift back to Nate, not just out of loneliness, but as a diametrically opposed reaction to being with Rue, Nate's enemy. I think Nate and Jules would turn to each other in a spiral, realize it could not be in the long term, and so go full circle from enemies to lovers to friends.

That is still not as surprising as where else I would go. Maddy has been chasing Nate, and unable to make him behave. His semi-reform has been more for Jules's sake than for anyone else. What might Maddy conclude? She would conclude that she needs a guy who is the exact opposite of Nate.

Well, who is that? The forgotten, meek ex-boyfriend of a character no longer on the show: Ethan Daley. Maddy would feel no attraction initially, but would tell herself she had to change her habits to forget Nate.

I picture Maddy at a party where Ethan is the wallflower, Maddy deliberately ignoring all of the popular and/or edgy boys and telling herself to approach Ethan, downing a drink, then firmly grabbing Ethan's hand.

"Wha-where are we going?" Ethan might say.

"We're gonna f***. It's your first time, so I'll do the work. Just relax, already! I won't bite!"

From this random encounter, the two would form an unlikely, deep emotional bond, as boyfriend and girlfriend, giving them both the happiness that had eluded them.

For another unlikely pairing... sort of: I feel that Cassie's instability would result in her clinging, to some extent, to someone physically very much like herself, in a moment of impulsivity, as much as a means of reaffirming her sense of self as out of attraction in the usual sense. In addition, her relationship with Maddy was so flirtatious as to indicate that Cassie may not be exclusively for the boys.

Though from very different backgrounds, Cassie Howard and Faye bear a remarkable resemblance. I picture Cassie, drink in hand, randomly bumping into Faye (maybe literally bumping into each other), like in a restroom. Cassie would impulsively kiss Faye on the lips (they are Chloe Cherry's lips, so who wouldn't want to?), then Cassie would panic a bit, but Faye, having seen (and done) it all, would be unfazed, and just say, "That's okay". The camera would then cut to another scene entirely, unrelated to this, leaving it ambiguous what, if anything, happened next.

cat (@irisimpkins) said this the other day but lizzie saltzman is so faye chamberlain coded it's ridiculous!! both are misunderstood and complex and hide their vulnerbilities to protect themselves! also hizzie are so chamberlake coded which cat said as well!! both relationships start off badly with dislike and etc but overtime they grow to care about each other and the saddest part is chamberlake will never have the development and growth hizzie did but I believe they would've if tsc wasn't cancelled just ugh also I wasn't a fan of lizzie at first but she grew in me and became my fave after hope and the first episode of tsc i didn't like faye but by episode 2 i loved her so much!!

When the boys' girlfriends are on their period together, driving them crazy.

You and Ashtray started dating a little before Fezco and Howard. Their relationship was so cute, so cute it was irritating at times. Since you and your boyfriend almost always had to witness Fezco and Lexi cuddling and saying really corny things, but that was their love, they were lovers of old-fashioned romance; as Ashtray once said, making you all laugh at his speech, you didn't even know he knew those words.

You guys were always together, and sometimes you even did couple shows where Ashtray would always go around muttering something about being too corny, but you knew deep down he loved those moments. You literally lived in their house, your parents were absent and didn't care where you slept - or whether you lay in bed to fall asleep, you just couldn't show up pregnant, or they'd kick you out of the house.

On the same day, you packed your bags, determined to leave that house that you felt never belonged to you, that was never your home. You never really felt at home like most kids with their family. You almost didn't see each other, because their work was extremely busy, but when you were together at home, you didn't talk or do anything as a family, just each one in your room.

Like real strangers. You lived together but had no interaction at all. You weren't surprised when you showed up with suitcases in the room and they said, "Okay, do what you feel you have to do. We'll send money every month while you don't have a job." You smile as you walk through the door, feeling free to be officially leaving a place that never welcomed you. When you arrived at the boys' house, you were greeted with lots of kisses, hugs and pizza. You were sure for the first time that you were without your true home, with loved ones.

With Lexi it was almost like that. She hadn't moved into their house, but spent most of her time there. Since she shared a room with Cassie and didn't like it, she didn't respect her privacy. Like Faye, Custer didn't show up to pick her up or text her anymore, he just disappeared. The three of you didn't have a good relationship before, Lexi didn't like her because she thought she had an interest in Fezco, and you for your extremely short robes in a house full of boys.

But as the weeks went by, you started talking to each other when the boys went out for your sales. And you realized that Faye was definitely not what you thought, she was sweet, polite and kind. But she had a good part of her innocence and life stolen from her by her boyfriend. She might have her drug problems, but she never brought that shit to you guys.

Since those days, the three of you started treating each other like sisters. You did everything together, bought clothes together, watched movies together, read together, you even studied basic math things with the blonde so she could help out in the store. You also cooked together with Lexi reading a cookbook with you and Faye horribly going on trying to make a delicious dish for your boys, she wanted to thank you for staying, you just wanted to please them. Resulting in raw rice, undercooked meats and a terribly salty salad full of dressing.

Your coexistence made you interconnected in some way, so your menstrual cycles did not escape that. You were the first to bleedwere, and then Lexi and then Faye on heroin. But one day, the three of you woke up with pains in your stomach and blood running down your legs, on the exact same day.

For you, it was nice in a way, but not for your boyfriend and Fezco, who had to go to the candy store and buy a bunch of goodies when Lexi started harassing him, and Ashtray who had to literally run minutes before local pharmacy close because you needed colic meds and pads. And it was even more terrible for him to hear the three of you saying your preferences, with tabs, without tabs, o.b, night... And to top it off, he had an even greater embarrassment when he arrived at the cashier with all the tampon options that were in the shelf, earning a judgmental look from the attendant.

He comes home slamming the door shut and flinging the bags walking towards you who have been lying on the couch moaning in pain for more hours than he could count. "Done, damn it. Don't ever make me go to a goddamn drugstore again for this shit! The clerk looked at me like I was a fucking pussy." he grumbles, running his hands impatiently through his hair, catching his breath from a four-court run. "Oh baby. Thanks." you smile blowing him kisses "But did you buy all kinds?" you say, he looks at you "Yeah shit I couldn't remember which ones you guys talked about so I thought I'd bring them all." he explains, your heart melts when you see him tired, he was before, but he didn't stop doing it for you.

You want to cry and hug him, but hold back the crying until it disappears, you don't want to sound like a crying baby over something so simple. You get up from the couch, walking towards him in long steps because the pain was indeed too much, Ashtray is in the kitchen having a glass of water. You go to him and take his face in your hands, kissing his lips. "Thank you, really." "They're just absorbents." he says, you shrug. "I know, but I appreciate the gesture."

You walk out of the kitchen with him exclaiming "You're welcome!" You smile as you head to the bathroom with a packet of sanitary napkins in your hand. You take a quick shower and change them by discarding the used one in the trash, replacing it with a new one. You walk out of the bathroom feeling much better, a hot, relaxing shower was what you certainly needed.

You walk back to the living room where you see Fezco arriving and handing two bags to Lexi, who smiles brightly, not even knowing what's inside. "What do you have there?" Faye asks about you two. "Yes, love, what did you buy?" Lexi reinforces the question, the redhead smiles slightly at her. "The chocolates and candy you ordered, baby. It was so fucking hard to find your favorite. My knees fucking hurt from waiting ten minutes in a giant line to buy them, but there you have it." he strokes her dark red hair, Lexi opens her smile even wider, hugging him. "Thanks, Fezzy."

Her eyes fill with tears at that cute scene, Lexi hugging Fez's waist as he strokes her back. He leans in to whisper probably cute and romantic things in her ear, they start a kind of love vow. You don't know exactly when you started crying, but you could feel the hot tears coming down without your control. You were sensitive and fragile, as you always were in that period, you certainly wouldn't cry if it weren't for that.

"Hey Y/N. Why are you crying?" Faye asks, you blink when you come back to reality. "It's just cute, Faye…" you mutter, running your fist over your eyes, pushing back some tears. "Hey, what happened?" You hear Ashtray behind you, he looks at her belly and then at her face. "Are you in pain? Do you want another pill or jelly beans?" he asks coming up to you and pulling you into a hug, you instantly go back to crying like a little baby on his shoulders, which you try to stop when you realize you're worrying him.

"Oh, they're so cute." Faye groans smiling "Yeah, they're like strawberry and chocolate." Lexi completes, they laugh and Ashtray breaks the hug casting hateful looks at them. "There's nothing fucking cute here, she's crying and in pain." he says rudely and rolls his eyes, you wipe your wet face on his sweatshirt. "I'm not in pain, I'm fine, Ash. Just emotional about stupidly cute assholes like Fez and Lexi." you speak, confused looks go to you.

The couple laughs when they understand what you mean, the redhead walks over and stops beside Ashtray, patting him on the shoulder. "That's fucking neediness bro, you need to spoil your girl. Or she'll spend the afternoon crying." he whispers, smiling playfully, but enough for you all to hear. "Oh, damn! What's wrong with you women, you were perfectly fine and happy before." he sighs in frustration, playing on the unoccupied couch, everyone laughs.

"It's the hormones I think. My gynecologist says I get as sensitive as a pregnant woman." Ashtray snorts "You're only fifteen Y/N. You can't be feeling pregnant." he sighs, you don't even understand exactly what he said but it made you upset, thinking he thinks you're a fool for silly moments when you cry like this. "Yes I know." you grit your teeth feeling more tears form. "It's almost uncontrollable, I'm sorry." You say hoarsely in between crying, your boyfriend quickly gets up from the couch and comes to you

"Oh ok, bear, sorry." he says hugging you passionately, encircling your waist in his piebald arms, you returned the hug, but still slapping your chest for the nickname. "Hey, that shit hurts!" he grumbles, you squeeze him more fearing he wants to separate with you. Ashtray chuckles with your amused laugh as you bite his chest "oh fuck-" he doesn't try to say anything else when he understands that you totally want to have him right now. Ashtray squeezes you tighter against his body, ensuring you get all the affection and love you want and deserve.

The others in the room exchange amused and warming glances with each other at how surprisingly cute Ash is now. They smile at you before leaving the room, Fezco goes upstairs with Lexi to your room, probably to sleep. And Faye goes out on the porch to smoke some joint. "Hey baby come on here. Do you want to go to my room?" he asks taking your hand and taking you with him to the three-person seat.

"No, love, it's great here." you smile gratefully as you sit there, Ashtray nods giving you a kiss on the forehead and saying he's going to get some things. He returns a few minutes later with blankets, pillows, and some candy that Fez bought. He sets everything neatly lined up on the couch, he feels himself pulling you to sit on his legs. Ashtray covers her body with the warm blanket, turning on the television and leaving it on a show you both like to watch.

You feel his fingers touching your hair, then back and forth movements through your strands, like a shampoo application, a caress from him that you loved to receive. He opens a chocolate and puts it in your hand, you thank him with a piece in your mouth. You spent a few hours there, watching TV with Ashtray playing with your strands, twirling them around your fingers.

You feel your body relax completely, you don't even feel the cramping pain anymore. You incredibly ate four bars of chocolates, jelly beans and a few gummy candies, I couldn't be happier. "I'm going to brush my teeth." you say getting up, groaning in frustration at having to get out of there. "Ok." You walk to the bathroom where you find Faye and a syringe of heroin in her hands, you feel a pang of sadness in your chest.

"I thought you were just into weed." you speak, she looks at you with visible disappointment in her eyes. "Yeah, I tried. But I don't think I can stop." she shrugs her shoulders slightly, you go to her. "Yes, you can. Have a chocolate instead." you smile sympathetically handing over a leftover bar that you haven't finished eating, she takes it from your hand with a comforting smile. "Thanks."

"You're welcome. Now get out of here bitch, I'm going to use the bathroom." you say, obviously joking with her who leaves the room smiling. You brush your teeth quickly, walking back into the room as fast as a rabbit. "I was with Faye, where did we stop?" you ask lying down on the couch and covering yourself with the velvety blanket. "The woman finds out that the guy is cheating on her, it was pretty crazy for her to break the whole house." he responds by laughing, you laugh too.

You stop for a few minutes to watch it, but you really can't help but fall asleep. "Uh…I think I'm going to sleep." you almost whisper so low your voice comes out. "Uh, ok baby. Do you want me to turn off the tv?" he asks caressing your face, you deny smiling slightly. "No, you can watch. Just turn the volume down." you ask, he nods pulling you closer to him. You turn to Ashtray as he hugs your body making you lay your head under his chest.

"Thanks for today. Especially for the meds and pads. It must have been weird showing up in line with a basket full of pads." you laugh, he nods several times. "Yeah, it was annoying. The guy looked at me like I was a workhorse." he says grimacing, you laugh. "Other than that, it was nice spending the day with you too. Minus your crying, I hate to see you cry. You look prettier without tears on your face, honestly." he kisses your cheek, you smile brighter than the rainbow, snuggling closer to his chest. "Okay, good night, love. Love you." "Night, bear. I love you."

UTHDTH Spinoff update

I've been wracking my brain for how I want the series to go forward and it just occurred to me that instead of there being so many individual spinoffs that could risk me spreading myself too thin and losing muse, instead I'm going to put all the spinoffs into Genesis. This means that...

We're going to see flashbacks of Faye with Custer on their journey to California and their adventures in California that we didn't see in the original Up To Heaven and Down To Hell fanfic. They're going to reminisce back on their crazy trip in the present day which is 1978 (the same year Genesis is set in).

We're going to finally get Rue x Elliot x Jules in Tennessee.

Maddy's individual story Purgatory will continue and it will also be sprinkled in flashbacks throughout Genesis.

We'll see Marie's backstory in Genesis through flashbacks as well.

Kat and Ethan will be going on their baby making journey throughout Genesis.

Ali might finally make a move with Leslie at some point in Genesis.

Cassie will be enjoying her new single mother life and we'll see how she's doing with Baby Charlie and her new friend McKay... or will Cassie and McKay become more than friends? Who knows...?

We'll be seeing more of Fez and Lexi's married life.

Ash and Gia's relationship will definitely be the main focus.

Up To Heaven and Down To Hell was not the last we've seen of the Jacobs Family... in fact, we'll see them reappear at some point in Genesis.

Anyways, I hope you enjoyed this rather detailed update for Genesis and another update is that Genesis is a spiritual sequel to the original Up To Heaven and Down To Hell. It may or may not be the actual sequel depending on how I feel to be honest.

As for Purgatory, that story is still ongoing as well as Genesis. Neither story has ended I just needed a bit of a break, but now I'm back and I'll be working on the UTHDTH Series and updating the Spotify Playlist eventually. —  born to a hollywood dynasty family like the coppolas or the barrymores. they’re very well connected. grandpa holloway was a famous actor turned executive during the silent era in the 20s. he married a film star and had edie’s dad in the 40s. yes, edie’s dad is old. more on that later. edie’s mother’s side is also noteworthy, as she’s the daughter of a famous composer.

— edie was an accidental pregnancy. she doesn’t just suspect this, she knows it. since her mom has multiple interviews expressing how she never thought she’d be a mother. or wanted to be one, for that matter. ( she’s always applauded for her “bravery” and “honesty” regarding motherhood and regret while edie is just like uhh…wtf ) edie’s dad is an acclaimed director. he’s one of those ones where if you don’t like their movie, annoying film bros claim you just didn’t “get” it. i think of a david lynch or charlie kaufman type. he and edie’s mom met while filming a show. he was 52 ( with two other adult children from previous relationships ) and she was 44. needless to say, they weren’t exactly expecting to get pregnant.

—  neither of edie’s parents were super involved in her life. they were always busy ; traveling, press junkets, the oscars, film festivals, vacations…edie spent a lot of the time being cared for by nannies. a cliché rich girl tale if you’ve ever heard one. as many celebs do, her parents went through a contentious divorce due to an affair scandal. during the ensuing paparazzi storm, edie realized the cameras gave her the attention her parents didn’t. so while her mom pulled up the hood of her sweatshirt and shoved her sunglasses down to avoid being seen, little edie would stop to show off for the cameras.

—  seeking out attention was a constant in young edie’s life. her parents never engaged with her or made her feel wanted at all so she became the type of child who would seek out attention and cling to whoever gave it to her. she was a needy girl and had a pathological desire to fit in. when one of the “cool girls” in school got a new pixie haircut, edie took a pair of safety scissors to her own hair that very same day in the girl’s bathroom. she desperately wanted to be liked which, ironically, made her quite disliked. she was the one kid who, if the teacher gave someone else a compliment, she’d be like “what about me? is mine good too? am i doing a good job too?” just generally a tad annoying.

— edie actually wasn’t particularly popular until she got older, when money and status determined who the “in crowd” was. people knew she was hollywood royalty so they treated her as such. but even so, she couldn’t secure prom queen. or get her crush to choose her. or land the lead in the school play. she was always runner up to someone else, never quite good enough. including at home, among her successful family.

— she was obsessed with the idea of love. she garnered a reputation in high school for being a girl who’d do whatever with a guy. she experienced a traumatic situation involving guys from her high school as a result. and after that she developed an affinity for toxic ass relationships and putting herself in shitty situations.

—  she never went to college after graduating. obviously she doesn’t need the money. and she’s never had a talent or passion. her biggest accomplishment is her instagram follower count. she loves social media. she’s a compulsive oversharer and definitely goes on instagram live in the bathtub with a glass of wine. besides that she’s in the tabloids for being a magnent for drama. recently broke up with a guy and was seen literally causing a public disturbance after he kicked her out of his house. a neighbor filmed her reaction and put it on tik tok where it went viral. rejection and abandonment are, like, her biggest fears. and she was very intoxicated oops

as a kid her parents just…didn’t like her much. so she tried to be The Very Best Daughter™ so they’d love her. and when that didn’t work, she settled for any sort of attention, negative or positive. edie kinda operates like that even now. she’s always performing. wearing masks for people and trying to charm and joke and bribe her way into their hearts. and then if they reject her, she’s reverted back to childhood edie throwing a tantrum ; breaking china, crying, pulling the plush from stuffed animals.

she has a huge age gap between all of her siblings. her eldest siblings are 50 and 41 respectively. it’s because her dad’s so old. and then his geriatric ass got his new wife pregnant so she has a toddler little sister. which pissed edie OFF bc why was her dad bemoaning about having her at 50 and not wanting more kids but at 78 (!!!!) he’s super excited and involved with his new toddler, teo, bragging abt her and fatherhood in interviews and late-night appearances. anyways it makes edie think there is something fundamentally unlovable about her.

she’s a huge astrology girl. will ask you your sign. she also has a psychic that she goes to as often as some girls go to the nail salon.

has an oral fixation so she always has something in her mouth…gum, candy, little drinks. she vapes too. def started bc the other kids were doing it and she wanted to be on trend. she smokes cigarettes at parties for the aesthetic and thinks it makes her look cool.

was actually very lonely as a kid and watched a lot of movies because, well, her dad is a director and had a massive film collection. so if she acts like a film ingénue, it’s completely intentional. she used to watch romance movies and mimic the female lead ; their affect, their mannerisms, the things they did that made the male lead love them so much. and then she’d emulate it. like in the mirror alone. it was a bit…concerning lol. but yeah ! she looooves movies and the idea of a happily ever after.

Every time she referred to it as a stone, she had to resist the urge to facepalm. Faye had made it clear on more than one occasion that they were looking for a crystal. By now, she figured Aurora was saying it just to taunt her a little so she let it go. All her life she didn't really have many friends that were girls. Melissa had been the only one she had classified as a best friend, and Diana and Cassie had only become her friends because they had been part of her witch circle. Starting over in a brand new city after living in the same one since she was born hadn't been easy. Yet meeting and becoming friends with Aurora had made life easier in some ways. Green hues glanced over her shoulder as if she would be able to discern where their followers were. The type of crystal she was looking for was one of the most coveted forms of magic as it served as an amplifier and also had additional special properties. Being found before the task was complete was the last thing she wanted. "I think it's probably better to buy us more time. Wouldn't want our stalkers to ruin our fun too soon." Not concerned about the human being drained so long as it wasn't her.

It was such a pity to waste the blood, but Aurora had fed well on the first few bodies so it wasn't too great of a loss to slice the throat of one victim and allow the blood to freely spatter across Aurora's face and the nearby floor.
