David hummed to himself in the kitchen, slowly breathing in his cigarette and blowing out the smoke. A bang on his door jerked him into reality.

He opened the door to reveal Gavin, who looked zooted out of his mind. "Hey, you." David smiled, placing a hand on his cheek and stroking it with his thumb. "You had a easy drive over?"

"Yeah.. Traffic wasn't that bad." Gavin closed his eyes and leaned into the touch for a brief moment, then leaned in and pecked David's lips. "Something smells delicious in here.."

Before the crash? Geez. Let me see.

With Swansea, it wasn't anything big. With everything going on, it's hard to remember the more mundane things, but I believe I asked him about his dog? She's this beautiful thing, bright eyes.

I remember the last thing me and Curly spoke about was with him.

Speaking of Jimmy, we didn't talk before the crash. I don't know where he was before or during it. Just that he was near the cockpit after.

Daisuke. I think he was talking to me about his video games. Maybe I should figure out how to download minecraft for him. I would have to learn how to play it though if I wanted to do the 'gameplay' until he's well enough. I don't know if it's a good game for someone with one hand though. But at some point I had to shoo him out so I could finish taking inventory of the medicine in the medbay. That's when the crash happened, a short while after he went to utility to help Swansea.

The guys won’t stop asking me who my poem is about, if there is a who. I’m surprised they haven’t figured it out already, I thought I made it pretty obvious.

I just hope none of the teachers catch wind of this, because if they tell my father I’ll be done for.
