"Assassinos da lua das flores" (Killers of the Flower Moon) - cinema.
Novo filme do diretor Martin Scorsese. Eu até que demorei pra ir assistir. Tenho o costume de ver logo os lançamentos de Martin. Dessa vez não foi possível. O diretor vem se tornando uma voz contra essa massificação de filmes de super-heróis. Uma praga que assola os cinemas e emburrece o público. Porém... é o que ainda consegue movimentar as massas para se fechar numa sala escura por mais de duas horas.
depois de ver: é uma grande história e perfeita para ser dirigida pelo Scorsese. contudo, senti que a história apressa algumas coisas e se perde em outros momentos. grande atuação de Robert De Niro e Lily Gladstone.

For the band thing, one of my favorites from the 90's, Blues Traveler
aww Blues Traveler!! Big ol' John Hopper up there harmonic-ing away. I was just thinking about them the other day -- how rare to have such a specific instrument headlining festivals, you know? That said, I really only know Hook and Run-Around (I think dead people probably know Hook from how often it got played back then), so let's do the 'don't know them' version:
First song youtube took me to: ...obviously it was Hook and Run-Around, so I'll go for the third one: But Anyway
First Impression: aww there they are!! They're such a fun vibe. Blues Traveler feels to me like summer days in green grass with a very cold beer. Is there some overlap with them and ska? idk, but it just screams easy '90s. Yay <3
Do I like it?: Surely I do! They're so pleasant. I can't imagine finding a Blues Traveler song bad.
Would I listen to more from them?: Tell you what, it's making me want to dig up a 90s playlist and seed it with this and like the Mighty Mighty Bosstones and maybe Alanis and Blind Melon, and dig up that old tie-dye shirt and just float away on nostalgia. Aw, what a fun trip. I'm queuing up Carolina Blues to help me fold some laundry now <333
