valentines day pkmn wip ^_^

#im gonna put them on their own canvases and write a little abt their design insp and ideas #i had a lot of ideas but decided to go with the ones i felt worked strongest. although id love to go back to the ones that #didnt make the cut and see if i can rework them.. its a little hard to remember things that correspond to valentines day...!!!!#i wanted to do wedding dress gardevoir.. pearl necklace onix... romantic candle chandelure... heart balloon drifloon....#cherubird was supposed to be delibird but i found it hard to work around the santa theme without making it hard to recognize #so i decided to make it a new pokemon (fakemon?) entirely ^_^ based on seraphim doves and love letters #klefki is based on the pont de arcs bridge in france known for its lovelocks!! it collects charms like halves of best friend necklaces #lockets and lost wedding rings.. sawsbuck is based on tree carvings with lovers names and sakura branches #roserade is based on flower bouquets. i like how its design came out!! the body is supposed to look like a waistcoat #lopunny based on playboy bunnies. the fur on its wrists is supposed to resemble the cuffs. torso has the one piece suit #and their legs have the thigh high stockings. frogadier is based on romantic bubble baths with flower petals #tangela is based on curly old telephone wires that you twirl between your fingers when calling your lover kicking your feet in the air #decidueye has to be my fav though with the cupid theme. also used barn owls bc of the heart shaped face #i cant wait to finish these!!!! i can see these going on my portfolio for sure #my art #myart #pokemon #pokemon design #valentines day #wip #doodles

you just know in age reversal au vale is using one his championship winning celebration to confirm that he and marc got married. changes into a fluro yellow wedding dress in a portapotty, has a chapel constructed in the middle of the track, shows up with a giant diamond that can be seen from space, getting a priest to reenact the actual wedding on the top step, etc.

My partner's co-worker/my friend (slightly lol) who offered to make my bouquet somehow STILL isn't finished with it. When I asked her about it she said she still needs to find a ribbon "that speaks to her". Like...the wedding is literally in 28 days. She's had since THANKSGIVING of LAST YEAR to get this done. 🙃

madney hc: their 1st valentine's day maddie tells chimney the flowers the chocolates the cinema the dinner lit candles etc all make her nauseous bc of doug so then he thinks long and hard on how to make the day not completely awful for her and he plans to make her find an edible bouquet in her locker at work - the plan in itself is already time sensible, involving a lot of timely sneaking around the place without getting caught by her (with the help of josh of course), but then something goes wrong on the actual day idk transports whatever and it sort of becomes a mission impossible situation and when he gets into the changing room he only has a few seconds before maddie gets in and catches him so he opens her locker and. finds an old issue of the firefighter calendar open on april with his own face grinning back at him. his brain shuts down. maddie finds him like that, frozen in front of her open locker, speechless, blushing so hard he almost shines with it. he slowly notices her and after a beat or two he stiffly moves to hand her the bouquet - still crimson, stammering heavily some sort of "happy valentine's"- and moves past her to leave the room in a daze, but she catches him and kisses him and they kiss and kiss and kiss, the fruits forgotten a bit squashed between their bodies, and then sue clears her throat and chimney has to leave and they both spend the rest of the day thinking about the other like two teenagers with a crush and anyways just like that valentine days stop belonging to doug <3

#ok all of this bc i thought what if maddie kept the calendar at her desk always open on april no matter how many years passed? what if chim #were to find out? so that was it. but also the edible bouquet is a genius idea bc it's pretty and colorful smells great and if you rather #didn't have a bouquet at all you can just eat it and if you want you can share it around. maddie is deeply touched by chimney's #thoughtfulness (personally i saw it in a chinese drama and loved it) & she is charmed by his reaction to the calendar & she too feels a bit #like a teenage caught by her crush 🥰. also ive decided that on her way to work she was thinking about how she really wanted to see him #despite it being valentine etc #so there it is #madney #madney headcanon #911 abc #911 madney #maddie buckley #chimney han #<- putting them all bc. well i want other people to see my vision.

I actually owned the blue one as well, as you bought them as a pair back when they were released, but I gave the blue one to the guy I was dating back in hs. Mistake #1. Later reconnected with him and learned he sold it to a thrift store. To say I was peeved was an underestimate considering there was only like 200 of these made HAHA

But I still hold on to my precious pink bee, he’s so cute 💖

#pink is the better color anyway. but the blue was charming. it came with a bouquet of flowers #this was the first 3rd party figure i bought as well! go big or go home

hollywood bowl btw. if you even care

my most expensive event ever??? no one ended up buying my extra tickets. and i flew here and got a hotel room and the shoes and etc but concerts are forever!!!!! especially this one

friend and i worked HARD to nail our ron and russ looks. so many people complimented us and took our picture

got TWO official sparks shirts and the socks. they didnt have the pins :(

also got a hollywood bowl christmas tree ornament :)

tmbg show was SUPER FUN. but also very loud and a little harsh sound wise. they thanked sparks twice for having them open for them

sparks don't address tmbg at all when they come out lmao

the energy for the sparks show was insane from the start they were really giving it all

really hoping theres video of this little hip sway move russell did near the end of so may we start. really enjoyed it

he did a similar move during the groovy instrumental part of when im with you think. he was selling it

unlike ny this time i managed to remember to watch for russells shirt unbuttoning during shopping mall of love. all thoughts are redacted

the concert goes by so fast!!!! but what a time

stood up for music that you can dance to and just kept standing/bouncing for the rest of the show

no escalator :((((((

russell's weirdly long intro to we go dancing. thanks for the intricate context abt north korea

russell saying 'that looks beautiful!' in between lyrics of all that when everyone held up their phones w the flashlight on

weird al was also allegedly there (did not see him) and christi haydon was there (i was too shy to talk to her but she looked so fab)

just a general incredible energy of the show you could tell they made the hollywood bowl show so special

got a weird bootleg sparks shirt after the concert from a weird guy

#I LOVED THE SHOWWW #being further back as in not front row meant i could really take in the spectacular light show it was amazing #ok now im sorry but . time to be me abt this #idk what it was if it was the bit of rosé i had or what but there were really some moments where i was like 😵‍💫🥴😳🫠. you know #there were a few times i think russ made eye contact w me i think. considering i was pretty noticeable in the suit #BUT. in the continuing saga of this.#had my letter in a rose bouquet and i was prepared to give it #made my around to where the garden boxes were separated from the poor circle #but the security people were just like no. you cant!#so i was like. now what . my friend offered to throw the bouquet and maybe we should have done that but i dont think we were close enough #so we walked around the bowl but god bless i had zero idea where backstage would have been #not as easy as beacon theatre stage doors #so we returned to our hotel but not before buying a couple bootleg sparks shirts ill take a pic and post it #either life is trying to tell me something or i should go for third times the charm and use the fan club address #we will see. but overall great show and such a fun time #ron was also havin fun during shopping mall of love #and did a great full grinning ron shuffle #whew ok. if i think of more ill talk abt it plus ill post some of me videos n photos #i was also going all out singing as youd expect. it was great #spars #EDITING MY TAGS I FORGOT TO MENTION TUMMY.
