I finished my terror gloves btw!!

(Already finished them last Sunday but there was literally not enough daylight this whole week to take a decent photo but today there was!! Ft the sea in the bg as a little treat)

They're not screen accurate by any means but in my defense I don't think we ever got a good shot of a glove plus they're all slightly different so this is totally enough for me (I think mine look like the ones Tozer has if I had to pick any pair as reference)

The main part is based on a german knitting tutorial and for the fingers I was just winging it but it turned out so so well for a first try! They're a bit short and loose around the wrist but so are the ones in the show I think

So overall 9/10 would make again

National Chief Woodhouse-Nepinak was honoured with the headdress by Elder Leonard Weasel Traveller and Chief Troy Knowlton of the Piikani Nation and Blackfoot Confederacy in Alberta on Treaty Seven Territory during a headdress transfer in January of this year.

“In our culture,” Grand Chief Cathy Merrick continued, “the transfer of the headdress stands as one of the highest honours within First Nations traditions in acknowledging our Leadership. This is mean but as much as I love jokingly comparing the Invincible show to AMC IWTV in terms of improving upon source material that’s so baffling at times you wonder how it ever got made into a good work to begin with, the biggest difference between the two is that at least the book purists can recognize that it changed. So many Invincible comic fans are like, “It’s exactly the same and will continue to be exactly the same.” Like hello!! The themes, motifs, style, tone, structure, content, and visual language!!

I know it’s a lot to ask for comic fans to engage with one of those to begin with but sometimes when people talk crazy at me because I say that the show has already diverged and will continue to diverge I want to send them one of those reading comprehension quizzes for little kids that’s like A) What was Debbie’s personality in the comics? B) What is Debbie’s personality in the show? C) How would you characterize male characters’ interactions with each version of Debbie? D) How is Debbie allowed to feel about these interactions, and how seriously does the story take her feelings? E) Has anything else changed about her, and how does this change define her interactions with other characters?
