Conan– Crom, dios de Cimmeria…
Crom – ¿Que demonios quieres, mal parido?
Crom – ¡Maldito seas, Conan!

The vast Hyborian world stretched across present-day Europe, Africa and Asia. To the north of the Hiborian continent were the ravaged and frozen lands of Vanaheim and the wild lands of Asgard and Hyperborea. In those lands only the uncivilized Picts lived and gave a good account of the unfortunate travelers who there dared to travel. To the south of these lands is Cimmeria. This is a dark and gloomy land, dense forests and high hills and with perpetually overcast skies. Is a earth with little joy and where men become dark and strange. KOTH HERN SE From this world created by the depressive and ill-fated American writer Robert Ervin Howard, a universal Cimmerian with black hair, dark eyes, and with the sword in his hand, A thief, a This barbarian warrior only found pleasure in the maddening whirlwind of battle and has been represented in the long saga of adventures that cartoonists of the likes of FrankFracetta, John Buscema, Gary Gianni, Barry Windsor Smith, Neal Adams, Alfredo Alcalá, Tony de Zuñiga, Roy Thomas and many more, have illustrated for the insatiable readers in which the barbarous and sincere character of Robert E. Howard raises passions. One of the illustrious cartoonists of this king of the sword is Ken W Kelly. Outstanding student of Frazetta, with whom he worked side by side and from which he received multiple commissions, he is also remembered for the album covers of great rock bands like Kiss Manowar or Rainbow. This expert cartoonist of the fantastic and the medieval v excellent executor of memorable covers has stood out in numerous works for Conan the barbarian and for Tarzan v besides enjoying with their covers one can also delight with his art in the book of Michael J. Friedlander, published in 1990, and entitled “The Art of Ken Kelly.” Also on the website of Ken W. Kelly you can enjoy even more with the amazing samples of his admirable work of illustration painting. In Conan he has managed to capture the violent force of the character, his internal fears and the world of sword and witchcraft, supernatural, which envelops all the adventures of this savage warrior. As Conan would say: iPor Crom! iiThis Kelly does draw me well!
