Unqualified Assistance by TheDefenestrator

No one has ever doubted the identity of the “team reporter’s assistant” following Excellent Era around to their games, but he sure takes slacking to a new level. How does he get so many exclusive interviews and never publish anything?! Ye Xiu would like to protest that he has, in fact, listened to their advice and published many articles. They’re just all Glory guides.
Collection: QZGS Big Bang 2023
ABOUT THE BOOK
FORMAT: Letter quarto (trimmed), flatback casebinding, french link stitch, no tapes
FONTS: Times New Roman, Permanent Marker [via Google Fonts], KaiTi
IMAGES: Artwork by Lycheeluv
MATERIALS: 24lb Xerox Bold Digital paper (8.5"x11"), 80pt binder's board (~2mm), 30/3 size waxed linen thread, 1.9mm cording, green cardstock, Russian Green Iris bookcloth, DecoArt Crafter's Acrylic Yellow Gold, 20lb printer paper, paste wax
PROGRAMS USED: Affinity Publisher, Bookbinder-JS
.
Been feeling restless lately and thought that the focus and rush of Making A Thing would help. So I turned to my AO3 bookmarks to find a short fic to bind. I found three loosely connected by a similar theme: people interacting with Ye Xiu without knowing he's 'Ye Qiu'. I ended up doing all of them as a mini three-book collection.
[First, Second, Third]

Unqualified Assistance was the first one I typeset, using Times New Roman because in the story Ye Xiu poses as a reporter. (Times New Roman -> newspapers -> reporters). I went back in and added the Permanent Marker for the AO3 info after using it in the next book.
I also added a faint Lorem Ipsum background to the title page and first page of the story as a nod to the reporter profession.
Unqualified Assistance is another Big Bang fic. I wanted to highlight the awesome artwork, so I kept the typeset on the minimal side and didn't use any other art. Lychee's work is so lovely and expressive!
For the bookcloth I went with green because in the fic Ye Xiu is known as 'Wang's Rookie' or 'Rookie Wang'. (Time for more word association: Rookie -> greenhorn -> green, and Wang -> Wang Jiexi -> Tiny Herb -> green).
For the endpapers I used cardstock in a colour matching the bookcloth cover. No artwork or decorative paper here, just colour coordination that I can carry throughout the set.
On a whim, I trimmed the textbooks and painted the edges gold. This, I think, was the last step that really made the books a set.
With some finishing touches in the form of endbands and labels, it was done. The faux endbands were made by wrapping bookcloth around a core (in this case, leather cording). The paper label on the front cover was printed on regular ol' printer paper (20lb) treated with a paste wax (wax & mineral spirits/turpentine mix). In the future I'll use 24lb paper, because the 20lb turned slightly translucent after waxing.

Progress Update #6: Hi-Fi Wireframes, Prototype, & IG Polls!
Hello, hello! 👋 Thrilled to have you back on my Tumblr blog! Dive ↓below↓ for exciting updates on my project!
What has been happening over the past 2 weeks?
Website ➜ Website Prototype
First, some bad news, but good news for me. After emailing my instructor, she approved my decision to reduce the scope of my project from delivering a website to just a website prototype. Given the time constraints, I fell back on a website prototype, which I previously mentioned as a backup. I also want to say that I have been describing my web designs as microsites when I really meant webpages.
Website Updates
With that out of the way, boy, oh boy, do I have some great news! I locked in and got a lot of work done during these past two weeks. Needless to say, I have been super productive! I finally finished my high-fidelity wireframes in three to four days, and after that, it was just a matter of setting up the hotspots for my prototype. The prototype didn't take me too long, I’d say 30 minutes up to an hour. I simply connected the pages to each other for navigation.
Instagram Updates
Yesterday, Sunday, I finished the drafts of my Instagram stories and posts and just started my campaign there. The polls began on Monday, April 7 (today) and will be posted daily at 12 PM until Friday, April 11. I will post the results after the polls close, so it’s a day at most. I will also post the polls as story highlights when they're done campaigning. I advertised and promoted my Instagram Stories on Discord (ACMWO, ASUHWO, UHM, YFP, and NCH servers) and Slack (UXHI), so hopefully we see some results! By the way, if you don't know already, I run the ACMWO (Academy for Creative Media at West Oahu) server for our server, albeit unofficially. Here is the link to our Discord server for fellow ACM students to join: https://discord.gg/XypuYABU7n!
What is coming up for the next 2 weeks?
Once the results are finalized after Friday, I will begin summarizing them, which will be posted on my website prototype on Figma and Instagram. After I update the results page on my prototype, I will send out a Google Form survey for user testing, which will be the starting point for my post-production phase. I am so close to the finish line; it’s exciting!
Hiccups/Hurdles/AHA moments
I encountered a little hiccup when I realized that Instagram polls only accept four options, so I had to reduce the scoring from five to four. So, instead of rating the website designs on a scale of 1 to 5, it is now from 1 to 4. I could've easily avoided this blunder by just testing the Instagram polls beforehand. That was my bad! 😓
An AHA moment I realized was discovering a Figma plugin where AI would generate a high-fidelity wireframe, which was perfect for my project. It was also the reason I fell back on a prototype. I was unsure how I would let AI generate on a website using Wix, so you cannot imagine my immense relief when I learned about this plugin. It was life-saving, to say the least.
Any deliverable drafts to share?
At the top of this post, you will find screenshots of high-fidelity wireframes and my prototype from Figma. I have also included my introductory post for Instagram. Click here to view my project documentation again and see the updates. If you're curious about the drafts for Instagram stories and posts, I have linked the Canva files to them, respectively. They have been approved by my instructor, which is why I have begun campaigning. Plugging this again, but here’s my Instagram account! Please follow me, don’t be shy, and keep voting until Friday!
୨⎯Update Thursday, April 9 (4/9/25)⎯୧:
I just realized I forgot to share my prompts and website copy document for my hi-fi wireframes, so here it is! Google Docs Link. You can navigate the document using the “Document tabs” on the left.
Where are you on your timeline?
I am proud to announce that I am officially in the production phase, very close to the post-production phase! I am so glad to finally be back on track for this project, which I have dreamed of for so long. I was so anxious and uncertain about whether I could even finish this project, but it looks so much more attainable now! I am very proud of myself for making it this far. Graduation is now within my reach!
That’s a wrap! Appreciate you stopping by (≧◡≦) ♡

Blog Post 4: Research
Hey there, everyone.
This blog post is an exciting journey into the in-depth research I conducted for my project on launching a Virtual Creative Writing Club. I can't wait to share it with you all.
As a passionate, creative writing student, I'm driven by the vision of creating an online community that not only nurtures creativity and fosters connections but also facilitates personal growth. The potential impact of this virtual writing club at my university is truly inspiring.
I have acquired invaluable knowledge and understanding through this process by diligently following these key steps:
1. I RESEARCHED EXISTING CLUBS ON THE UNIVERSITY’S ORGANIZATIONS PAGE
Understanding the existing landscape was the initial and crucial step in the process. I kicked off my search by delving into the clubs already present at my university, gathering information and insights. Were there any writing clubs or organizations that met either in-person or virtually, where writers could connect and share their work? The findings of this research shed light on possible gaps that exist within the current offerings. Moreover, I contacted my professor for guidance on establishing a new club.
2. I DEFINED THE VIRTUAL WRITING CLUB’S PURPOSE AND GOALS
A clear vision for the club was essential, something that would drive our goals and shape our future. The unique aspect of a virtual writing club lies in the diverse range of perspectives and writing styles that members bring, creating a rich and dynamic community. I want to design a space that allows students to come together for collaborative writing sessions, workshops, and feedback circles, all conveniently accessible through an online platform. I also want the club to be a platform for writers across genres, embracing fiction, poetry, personal essays, and academic writing. With a clear purpose, I can effectively pitch the idea to the university and potential members.
3. I FOCUSED ON CHOOSING THE RIGHT PLATFORM
Selecting the right platform was crucial since this club would be entirely online. After researching various options, I considered a mix of video conferencing tools like Zoom or Google Meet for real-time workshops and writing sessions and Slack or Discord for continuous discussions, sharing resources, and offering critiques. Each platform had to align with our ease, engagement, and inclusivity goals.
4. MY NEXT STEP IS TO BUILD A TEAM
(THE STRONG 5)
Forming a core team ensures we have diverse perspectives and talents. We can brainstorm the club’s structure, including event formats, membership requirements, and outreach strategies. The collaboration will make the process smoother and more creative.
(4 MORE TO GO!)
UNTIL NEXT TIME!
PEACE AND BLESSINGS!

No-Code AI Tools: The Fastest Way to Automate Your Business in 2025
Why No-Code AI Tools Are Taking Over
In 2025, the pressure to automate is everywhere. Businesses want to move faster, serve customers better, and reduce repetitive tasks. But for many, hiring developers or writing scripts isn't realistic. That’s where no-code AI tools come in. These platforms allow anyone to build and deploy intelligent automation — without a single line of code.
Whether you’re looking to improve customer service, manage internal tasks, or create a custom chatbot for your business, no-code platforms give you the power to scale without technical bottlenecks.
What Is a No-Code AI Chatbot?
A no-code chatbot is a conversational assistant you can create and launch without programming. Instead of coding, you use visual builders, drag-and-drop workflows, and natural language prompts. This means anyone on your team — from support reps to operations leads — can create an AI chatbot for Gmail, WhatsApp, Slack, or your website.
These bots can do far more than just answer questions. They connect to your tools, learn from your documents, automate tasks, and give consistent responses. With platforms like AiSentr, your chatbot can fetch data from Google Drive, update leads in HubSpot, reply to emails in Outlook, and assist customers on your website or Microsoft Teams.
Why AI-Powered Chatbots Are a Must for Businesses
AI chatbots aren’t just trendy — they’re a necessity for modern operations. They reduce human workload, eliminate delays, and improve service quality. A customer service chatbot can resolve tickets instantly. A chatbot for ecommerce can help buyers find products and track orders. And a voice chatbot can route calls or deliver answers without wait times.
Small businesses in particular benefit from ai automation tools. With limited headcount, it’s crucial to delegate repetitive work. That’s where ai virtual assistants shine — they’re available 24/7, don’t get tired, and can serve hundreds of users simultaneously.
What You Can Automate With No-Code AI
Think beyond customer support. Modern ai chatbot platforms can automate internal processes, data retrieval, lead routing, form filling, and more. For example, your chatbot for Gmail might scan an email, summarize its contents, then trigger a workflow that logs the request in Salesforce.
Or your Slack chatbot might answer HR questions, fetch a document from Notion, or onboard new team members.
With no-code platforms like AiSentr, automation doesn’t just save time — it unlocks speed across your entire organization. Bots can pull knowledge from SharePoint, Confluence, or Google Drive and answer questions based on real-time data, not outdated scripts.
How AiSentr Helps You Launch Without Developers
AiSentr’s no-code platform makes it easy to create, train, and deploy bots across multiple channels. You choose what the chatbot should do, connect your data sources, and go live within minutes. No need for a chatbot development agency or expensive integration consultants.
This approach is ideal for fast-moving teams that want full control and flexibility. You can update your workflows in real-time, adapt to new priorities, and scale without delays. From chatbot creation to workflow automation, AiSentr is built for speed and simplicity.
You also get advanced features like agentic AI, intelligent handovers, and contextual memory — so your bot can manage real conversations, not just basic flows.
Why Keyword-Centric Chatbots Improve UX and SEO
When chatbots are powered by your real content, they can answer search-style queries accurately and help reduce bounce rates. A chatbot for website that instantly delivers helpful answers keeps users engaged and supports your content strategy. That’s why businesses are turning to ai chatbot platforms that support full content ingestion, indexing, and multilingual queries.
By combining chatbot UI design with search-friendly logic, your brand becomes more accessible — both on your site and across email, chat, and mobile.
Real-World Use Cases for No-Code AI Chatbots
A marketing team builds a chatbot for Outlook that tracks campaign replies and forwards leads. An ops manager uses chatbot marketing automation to handle internal requests. A support team deploys an ai customer service chatbot that resolves 80% of inquiries without escalation.
Every use case is different — and that’s why no-code matters. You can build exactly what you need, fast, and change it anytime.
With support for WhatsApp chatbot integration, Slack, Gmail, Microsoft Teams, and more, your AI assistant works wherever your people work.
The Future Is Conversational and Automated
In 2025, the most successful businesses won’t just use AI — they’ll build it into the core of their workflows. By leveraging ai chatbot software, automation tools, and no-code platforms, they’ll reduce friction across departments and deliver better service at scale.
Whether you’re launching a chatbot for small business or looking for an enterprise chatbot platform, the goal is the same: speed, control, and efficiency.
AiSentr helps you create AI that’s intelligent, branded, integrated, and built for real-world business.
Ready to Build Smarter, Faster?
Start automating today with AiSentr’s no-code platform and launch your first AI chatbot for business in minutes — no developers required.
Build your future at www.aisentr.com

How to Prepare for Your First Hackathon: A Beginner’s Guide
If you’ve signed up for a hackathon and are wondering how to get ready, you’re not alone. The fast-paced, creative, and often intense environment of a hackathon can be intimidating for first-timers. But with the right preparation, your first hackathon experience can be rewarding, fun, and a major boost to your skills and confidence.
Whether you’re joining a local event or a large online competition like those organized by Hack4Purpose, this guide will help you get ready so you can make the most of your time.
1. Understand the Hackathon Theme and Rules
Before the event, carefully read the theme, problem statements, and rules. Many hackathons have specific focus areas—such as social good, fintech, healthcare, or sustainability.
Knowing the theme helps you brainstorm relevant ideas in advance and ensures your project fits the judging criteria. Also, clarify team size limits, allowed tools, and submission deadlines.
2. Form or Join a Team
Most hackathons encourage teamwork. If you don’t already have a team, use the event’s networking channels, forums, or social media groups to find teammates. Look for people whose skills complement yours—if you’re good at coding, find designers or marketers.
If you prefer to work solo, check if the hackathon allows it. Platforms like Hack4Purpose support both solo and team participation.
3. Brush Up on Essential Tools and Technologies
Depending on your interests and the hackathon theme, prepare by getting comfortable with relevant tools:
Coding languages like Python, JavaScript, or Java
Development frameworks (React, Flask, Django)
APIs and cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS)
Collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, Trello)
You don’t need to master everything, but being familiar with your toolkit reduces stress during the event.
4. Plan Your Idea but Stay Flexible
Have a rough idea or problem you want to tackle, but be ready to pivot. During the hackathon, feedback from mentors or teammates may lead you in a better direction.
Focus on building a Minimum Viable Product (MVP)—a simple, working version that demonstrates your idea’s core value.
5. Prepare Your Environment
Set up your workspace for productivity:
Ensure your laptop and software are updated
Have a stable internet connection (especially for online hackathons)
Gather snacks and water to stay energized
Use headphones to minimize distractions
A smooth environment lets you focus on building instead of troubleshooting.
6. Learn the Basics of Pitching
At the end of most hackathons, teams present their projects. Practice a clear, concise pitch explaining:
The problem you solved
How your solution works
What makes it unique or impactful
Good communication can make a big difference in how judges perceive your work.
7. Utilize Mentors and Workshops
Take advantage of mentorship sessions and workshops often provided by hackathon organizers like Hack4Purpose. Mentors can help you refine ideas, debug code, or suggest resources.
Don’t hesitate to ask questions — that’s what they’re there for!
8. Keep Your Health in Check
Hackathons are exciting but can be exhausting. Get good sleep before the event, take short breaks, stretch, and stay hydrated. Your brain performs best when you take care of your body.
Final Thoughts
Preparation sets the stage for a successful and enjoyable hackathon experience. By understanding the theme, assembling a balanced team, brushing up on tools, and planning your approach, you’re already ahead.
So, whether you’re gearing up for your first hackathon or looking to improve, remember that every expert was once a beginner who dared to try.
Ready to dive into a hackathon and create something amazing? Check out Hack4Purpose and join the next challenge!

Automate Anything with Ease: A Beginner’s Guide to n8n Workflows

Imagine sipping your coffee while tasks run themselves—emails get sorted, data gets transferred between apps, and reminders are sent out—all without lifting a finger. Sounds dreamy, right? That’s exactly what automation tools like n8n can help you achieve. Whether you're a solo entrepreneur, freelancer, content creator, or just someone who wants to do more with less effort, learning n8n for Beginners: Build Automations from Scratch!! is your ticket to unlocking that superpower.
But what is n8n? Why should you even care about it? And most importantly—how can you use it without needing to be a coding wizard?
Let’s break it down, the simple way.
What is n8n?
n8n (pronounced “n-eight-n”) stands for “nodemation”—basically, node-based automation. It’s a free, open-source workflow automation tool that helps you connect different apps and services together. It’s kind of like Zapier or Integromat, but with more control and flexibility.
Here’s what makes n8n stand out:
✅ Open-source (so it’s customizable and free)
✅ Self-hosted or cloud (your choice)
✅ Powerful workflow builder
✅ Connects to 200+ apps (and growing)
✅ No-code/low-code platform
In other words, it gives you a visual playground where you can build automations—without needing to be a tech genius.
Why Automations Matter (Especially in 2025)
Time is your most valuable currency. In 2025, with the explosion of digital tools and platforms, we’re constantly switching between emails, CRMs, spreadsheets, Slack, Discord, social media—and the list goes on.
Manual work slows you down.
Automation helps you:
✅ Eliminate repetitive tasks
✅ Boost productivity
✅ Reduce human error
✅ Scale your business or operations faster
Now imagine setting up workflows in minutes that save you hours every week. That’s what n8n delivers.
Getting Started: Is n8n Really for Beginners?
Short answer? Absolutely.
Even if you're new to the world of automation, the n8n for Beginners: Build Automations from Scratch!! course guides you step-by-step in a super friendly, visual way.
You’ll learn:
✔️ How to install and access n8n
✔️ How to design your first workflow
✔️ Real-world automation examples (not boring theory)
✔️ How to connect tools like Gmail, Notion, Slack, Trello, etc.
✔️ How to automate your business processes like a pro
No need to be a developer. Just follow along, and you’ll be creating time-saving automations in no time.
Real-Life Examples: Where n8n Shines
Still wondering what kind of things you can automate? Let’s look at some real-life use cases:
📧 1. Automate Emails Based on Triggers
For example:
When someone fills out your contact form, send them a personalized email.
Notify your team on Slack or WhatsApp.
📋 2. Sync Your Spreadsheets
Say you update a Google Sheet with new leads—n8n can automatically add those leads to your CRM or Mailchimp list.
🔁 3. Social Media & Content Scheduling
Automate content posting across platforms like Twitter, Instagram, or LinkedIn. Trigger a post every time a blog goes live.
🔔 4. Reminders & Notifications
Create workflows to remind you about pending tasks, renewals, or client meetings.
📊 5. Reporting & Dashboards
Pull data from multiple platforms and generate auto-reports at the end of every week or month.
And that’s just the beginning.
How Does n8n Work?
Picture a flowchart. You start with a trigger (e.g., new email received), then add a node (e.g., filter emails with a certain subject), then another node (e.g., send a message to Slack), and so on.
Each step is a node in your workflow, and you can drag, drop, and configure them with a few clicks.
Here’s the typical workflow logic:
Trigger (an event like form submission)
Actions (do something based on the trigger)
Conditions (set filters or logic)
End Result (email, message, file, update, etc.)
And voilà—your automation is ready!
Why Choose n8n Over Other Tools?
There are many automation tools out there. But here’s why n8n is increasingly becoming the go-to platform: Featuren8nZapierMake (Integromat)Open Source✅ Yes❌ No❌ NoFree Tier LimitVery GenerousLimitedLimitedSelf-Hosting Option✅ Yes❌ No❌ NoCustom LogicHighly FlexibleLimitedModerateVisual Editor✅ Yes✅ Yes✅ Yes
n8n gives you the best of both worlds—no-code friendliness with advanced customization if you ever need it.
The Power of Self-Hosting (Optional but Awesome)
Want total control over your data and infrastructure? Self-hosting n8n is a game-changer. You can deploy it on your own server (VPS, Raspberry Pi, etc.) and have:
🔒 Full privacy
🔄 Infinite workflows
💰 Zero subscription costs
Don’t want to deal with servers? No worries. You can also use n8n.cloud, the official hosted version.

The Real ROI of Investing in Employee Onboarding

Oh, you want the director’s cut? Buckle up.
Let’s set the record straight: onboarding isn’t just handing over a laptop, pointing to the kitchen, and hoping your new hire figures out the Slack channel etiquette before they ghost you by Friday. It’s your first impression, your culture’s handshake, your chance to say, “This is who we are—welcome to the weird, wonderful chaos.”
And here’s the wild part: most people decide whether they’re sticking around long-term within their first week. Sometimes day one. That’s how high the stakes are.
But still, companies treat onboarding like a side quest. Fill out some forms, watch a few cringey training videos, get added to a mailing list or ten, and poof—you’re “onboarded.” No wonder people start polishing up their LinkedIn profile before the welcome donuts even go stale.
Good onboarding? That’s a whole different story.
When you actually invest in onboarding, you’re not just covering logistics—you’re making people feel like they matter. That starts with little things: intro emails that don’t feel robotic, a warm welcome from the team (yes, even if it’s via Zoom), and a space to ask all those awkward first-week questions without feeling like a nuisance.
Introduce them to the rituals—weekly wins, Slack inside jokes, Taco Tuesdays, whatever gives your culture flavor. Give them a buddy or mentor who can say, “Yeah, Mondays are a lot, but here’s how we survive.” Suddenly, the new hire’s not just a name in the HR system—they’re part of the tribe.
The Secret Sauce? Consistency + Humanity
Onboarding isn’t a one-and-done deal. Real onboarding is an ongoing process—touchpoints at week one, month one, month three. It’s about checking in before things go sideways. Are they overwhelmed? Are they lost in tool hell? Do they know who to ask when something’s unclear?
Hint: if your process stops after handing out a branded hoodie and a handbook, you’ve already lost.
And here’s the kicker: companies that get this right don’t just have happier new hires—they have higher retention, better engagement, and way less turnover drama. People stick around because they feel seen. They dive in faster, contribute earlier, and don’t spend half their mental energy worrying if they’re screwing up.

So yeah, onboarding is ROI.
It’s retention. It’s culture. It’s productivity. And it’s the difference between “ugh, another new hire” and “wow, this person’s already making waves.”
If your onboarding process is a dusty checklist buried somewhere in HR’s Google Drive, it’s time for a glow-up. Sapient HR knows how to build onboarding experiences that don’t just inform—they connect. They help teams create systems that actually reflect the values they claim to care about.
Because onboarding isn’t just about getting someone started—it’s about getting them hooked.

How to Use Contact Form to Any API to Automate Your Lead Capture Process
In the modern digital landscape, capturing and managing leads efficiently is key to business growth. Whether you’re using a WordPress site, Webflow, or any custom-built landing page, the first interaction often begins with a simple contact form. But what happens after a visitor hits submit?
If your answer involves checking emails or manually copying data to your CRM or database — it’s time for an upgrade.
With Contact Form to Any API, you can instantly send form submissions to any endpoint — CRMs, Slack, Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets, or custom-built APIs — without writing any code. This blog will walk you through exactly how to automate your lead capture process with Contact Form to Any API, save time, and avoid costly lead leaks.
🚀 Why Automate Your Lead Capture?
Before diving into the how-to, let’s talk about the why.
Manual lead collection:
Increases the risk of human error
Delays follow-ups (hurting conversions)
Becomes unsustainable at scale
Automating your form-to-API workflow means:
Instant data delivery to your CRM or app
No missed leads, ever
Centralized tracking, so your marketing and sales teams can work faster
🔧 What Is Contact Form to Any API?
Contact Form to Any API is a lightweight, code-free solution that acts as a bridge between your website's contact form and any external REST API.
It works by:
Capturing the form submission
Mapping fields to your target API’s structure
Sending the data in real-time using POST/PUT requests
Optionally adding headers (for authentication or custom needs)
Unlike complex platforms like Zapier or Make, it’s built for developers and marketers who just need to send data — fast, simply, and affordably.
✅ Key Benefits
No code needed – works with WordPress, Webflow, HTML forms, and more
Supports any REST API – including custom ones
Customizable payloads – full control over JSON structure
Flexible headers & auth – works with Bearer tokens, API keys, etc.
Lightweight and fast – no bloat, no middlemen
📝 Step-by-Step Guide: Automating Your Lead Capture
Let’s walk through how to set up your automation using Contact Form to Any API.
Step 1: Create Your API Endpoint
Decide where your leads should go. This could be:
A CRM like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho
Google Sheets via Apps Script
A Notion database
Your own backend or marketing automation platform
Each of these tools provides a public API endpoint to accept data.
Make sure you understand the required format and authorization method.
Step 2: Set Up Contact Form to Any API
Go to ContactFormToAPI.com and sign up.
Create a new endpoint integration.
Paste the API endpoint you want to send data to.
Choose the HTTP method (usually POST).
Add any required headers (Authorization: Bearer, Content-Type: application/json).
Define the request body using field variables from your form.
Example JSON Body:
json
CopyEdit
{
"name": "{{name}}",
"email": "{{email}}",
"message": "{{message}}"
}
The {{name}}, {{email}}, etc., are dynamic tags from your form fields.
Step 3: Connect Your Frontend Form
Now you need to make sure your contact form sends data to the Contact Form to Any API endpoint.
✅ For HTML Forms:
Use the provided action URL from the dashboard:
html
CopyEdit
<form action="https://contactformtoapi.com/your-endpoint-url" method="POST">
<input name="name" required>
<input name="email" type="email" required>
<textarea name="message"></textarea>
<button type="submit">Send</button>
</form>
✅ For WordPress:
Use any form plugin (Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms) and set the action to Contact Form to Any API using a webhook or redirect logic.
✅ For Webflow:
Use the built-in Webflow form and update the form action URL in the embed code or via HTML override.
Step 4: Test and Verify the Integration
Submit a test form to ensure:
Data is being captured and sent
The API endpoint is responding successfully (e.g., 200 OK)
The fields are mapped correctly
You receive leads instantly in your destination app
You can use browser tools (Network tab) or your Contact Form to Any API dashboard logs to troubleshoot issues.
Step 5: Add Conditional Logic or Field Formatting (Optional)
Contact Form to Any API allows you to:
Add custom rules (e.g., only send data if email contains @company.com)
Format fields (e.g., convert names to Title Case)
Set default values for missing fields
These options help you clean and qualify data before it hits your backend.
🔄 Bonus: Multi-Destination Lead Sync
Need to send leads to multiple destinations?
For example:
CRM
Slack notification
Google Sheet backup
Contact Form to Any API lets you create multiple integrations from the same form — just duplicate your endpoint and route the data where you need it.
💡 Real-World Examples
1. Send Leads to HubSpot
Use HubSpot’s API endpoint /crm/v3/objects/contacts
Add a Bearer token in the header
Map form fields to HubSpot fields like firstname, email, phone
2. Send Leads to Slack
Use the Slack Incoming Webhook URL
Format the payload like:
json
CopyEdit
{
"text": "New Lead: {{name}}, {{email}}, {{message}}"
}
3. Send Leads to Notion
Use the Notion API to create a new page in a database
Authenticate with a Bearer token
Convert form fields to the Notion schema format
🔐 Security Best Practices
Use HTTPS for all endpoints
Validate fields (email, phone) before sending to API
Add CAPTCHA to your contact form to prevent spam
Monitor error logs and webhook failures
📈 What Happens Next?
Once your form is integrated with Contact Form to Any API, you can:
Track and store every submission
Build automations on top of your CRM (email sequences, sales tasks)
Analyze lead sources using UTM fields
Respond faster and close deals quicker
🏁 Conclusion
In today’s fast-moving digital world, speed and automation win. Manually processing leads slows you down, increases error rates, and leads to lost revenue.
With Contact Form to Any API, you can connect any form to any system — instantly and reliably. Whether you’re a solopreneur, agency, or SaaS team, this tool helps you create a seamless lead capture flow that scales with your growth.

Unlocking Modern Productivity: Say Goodbye to Repetitive Work
In today’s rapidly evolving business environment, efficiency isn’t just a competitive advantage—it’s a necessity. As teams grow more complex and digital ecosystems expand, many businesses face a common challenge: the burden of repetitive work. From entering the same data across multiple systems to chasing down approval emails, these manual tasks chip away at productivity, morale, and innovation.
The future belongs to organizations that embrace smarter, integrated, and automated solutions. By eliminating repetitive workflows and enabling seamless communication across platforms, businesses can reclaim time, reduce errors, and scale operations with confidence.
Who We Support
Every business is built on the efforts of diverse teams, each with unique workflows, tools, and pressures. Whether you’re running a lean startup or leading a complex department, the need for streamlined processes is universal. Here’s how modern automation tools can empower various user groups:
Busy Teams & Founders
Operations teams often face a mountain of daily responsibilities. With limited tech support, founders and project managers find themselves handling tasks that could—and should—be automated. For fast-growing startups, the lack of scalable processes can create serious bottlenecks.
Non-Tech Creators
Designers, marketers, and content teams are increasingly expected to move fast and collaborate across tools like Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace. Meanwhile, analysts and internal operations teams rely on accurate data and repeatable processes. Admins, too, bear the brunt of internal coordination, often repeating the same steps day in and day out—classic cases of repetitive work.
Tech-Savvy Tinkerers
Developers, product managers, and automation builders have the skills to code, but they still need platforms that make integration and iteration easier. They thrive when they can plug into APIs, link data across tools, and create flexible systems that adapt to their specific needs.
The Real Challenges at Hand
Today’s digital workforce faces four major barriers to efficiency and growth:
1. Repetitive Work
Manual tasks such as status updates, data entry, and email follow-ups not only consume valuable time but introduce a significant risk of error. Repeating these tasks daily is not just tedious—it’s a hidden cost that adds up over weeks and months.
2. Tool Silos
Many teams rely on a variety of platforms that don’t naturally speak to each other. Without integration, teams waste time switching between tools, re-entering information, and dealing with misaligned updates. Tool silos break continuity and cause communication gaps.
3. Workflow Bottlenecks
Processes often stall when approvals are missed, steps aren’t tracked, or responsibilities aren’t clear. These delays can reduce project momentum and frustrate employees.
4. Custom Needs
Off-the-shelf tools don’t always fit the unique workflows of every organization. When platforms are too rigid, teams either compromise or resort to manual workarounds—reintroducing repetitive work instead of solving it.
An Automation-First Approach
The solution? A shift toward automation-first systems that simplify complexity, connect tools, and remove the burden of repetitive work—without needing heavy IT intervention.
No-Code & Low-Code Solutions
These platforms allow teams to:
Start instantly with pre-built automation templates
Design workflows visually using drag-and-drop tools
Avoid coding while still customizing workflows
Scale systems as team needs evolve
For non-technical users, this opens the door to automation without technical barriers. For tech users, it accelerates deployment and experimentation.
Workflow Optimization
Automated workflows reduce delays and ensure consistency by:
Triggering status updates automatically
Sending alerts to stakeholders in real-time
Managing approval processes through smart forms
Centralizing data reporting and collection
Teams can finally connect the dots between tools and departments, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks. As a result, they spend less time on repetitive work and more time on what matters most.
Custom Plugin Development
Some workflows are so unique that off-the-shelf won’t cut it. That’s where custom development shines. By building lightweight plugins or scripts, teams can:
Automate niche or internal tasks
Extend dashboards with specific features
Connect directly with third-party APIs
Ensure ongoing support and performance
These tailored solutions empower teams to turn their workflow vision into reality without relying on monolithic software systems.
Connected Ecosystems: Integration at Its Best
One of the strongest advantages of automation is the ability to sync your entire tech stack. Tools like Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, and Airtable become exponentially more powerful when they work together.
Benefits of a connected ecosystem include:
Centralized data flow
Reduced duplication and context switching
Increased visibility into project progress
Improved collaboration across departments
Cross-platform automation ensures that updates, data, and notifications travel smoothly between systems—eliminating the need for manual coordination and the repetitive work it often creates.
Why It Matters Right Now
The business world is shifting. In finance alone, 75% of trades are now algorithmic, driven by speed, accuracy, and data. This trend reflects a broader truth across industries: the winners of tomorrow are building smarter workflows today.
Strategic Benefits of Automation
Test and deploy ideas faster
Operate at enterprise-grade scale with lean teams
Mitigate risk through consistency and transparency
Focus talent on innovation, not admin tasks
Save hours every week by reducing repetitive work
In a world driven by results, businesses need systems that empower rather than hinder. Automation makes that possible by taking the burden off people and letting technology do the heavy lifting.
The Time to Act Is Now
Repetitive tasks, disconnected tools, and rigid workflows don’t just waste time—they hold back growth. Businesses that cling to outdated processes risk losing their competitive edge, exhausting their teams, and missing out on the agility needed to thrive.
But there’s a better path forward. By embracing automation-first tools, integrating across your stack, and eliminating repetitive work, you unlock a new level of clarity and performance. It’s not just about working faster—it’s about working smarter, with systems that scale, adapt, and grow alongside your team.
Saral is an automation-first platform designed to eliminate repetitive work and streamline workflows. With no-code and low-code tools, smart integrations, and custom plugin development, Saral empowers teams—technical and non-technical alike—to automate tasks, boost productivity, and scale operations efficiently across their entire tool stack.

Calendly to Pipedrive: When a prospect books a meeting, Zapier can log it into Pipedrive and send a reminder to your Slack.
CRM Updates: When a deal moves to a new stage, Zapier can alert your team or update spreadsheets.
Pipeline Reports: Zapier can push updates to Google Sheets, email reports, or even post updates in your team’s Slack channel.
This integration removes the boring stuff and helps you focus on closing deals faster.
Is Zapier Safe to Use? Privacy and Security Overview
Yes, Zapier is safe to use and takes your privacy seriously. As of 2025, Zapier follows high security standards to keep your data protected.
Here’s what makes it secure:
Encryption: Zapier uses bank-level encryption (HTTPS/SSL) to protect your data as it moves between apps.
App Permissions: You only connect the apps you choose. You can remove access any time.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Extra protection for your account. You can turn this on in settings.
Trusted Infrastructure: Zapier uses secure cloud servers with 24/7 monitoring.
Data Handling: Your data is not stored forever. It’s used to run your Zaps and then removed safely.
Compliance: Zapier is GDPR-compliant and follows privacy laws like CCPA.
Plus, you get full control. You can view, pause, or delete any Zap at any time.
Still, it’s a good idea to:
Use strong passwords
Turn on 2FA
Review your connected apps regularly
Zapier has never had a major data breach, and its team keeps improving security as tech evolves.
How to Delete Your Zapier Account Safely
If you’ve decided to stop using Zapier, you can delete your account in just a few steps. But make sure to do it safely so no data is left behind.
Here’s how:
1. Log in to Your Zapier Account Go to zapier.com and sign in.
2. Cancel Paid Plan (if you have one) Before deleting, cancel your subscription to avoid future charges.
3. Turn Off or Delete All Zaps Deactivate or delete every Zap you’ve created. This ensures no automation keeps running after your account is gone.
4. Go to Account Settings > Close My Account In the dashboard, go to settings. Scroll to the bottom. Click “Close my account.”
5. Confirm Your Password You’ll need to confirm your password and agree to delete everything.
6. Done! Your account is now closed, and your data will be erased from Zapier’s systems after a short time.
Make sure to download any data or Zap setups you might want to keep for later. Deletion is permanent.
What Happens After You Delete Your Zapier Account?
When you delete your Zapier account, a few important things happen:
All Zaps Stop Immediately Your automations will no longer run.
Data Is Erased Zapier removes your account data from its systems after a short holding period.
No More Access You won’t be able to sign in or recover your Zaps. It’s a one-way trip.
Connected Apps Lose Access Zapier will no longer connect with Gmail, Slack, Trello, or any other app you linked.
You Stop Getting Emails All newsletters, product updates, or Zap notifications stop.
Zapier keeps your data for a short time (in case you change your mind), but after that, it’s gone forever.
So make sure you export any important information before deleting your account.
Zapier Account Deletion Alternatives: What to Consider
Before you delete your account for good, think about your options. You might not need to remove everything.
Here are some alternatives:
Pause Your Zaps Maybe you just need a break. You can turn off your Zaps without deleting them. Later, you can switch them back on.
Downgrade to Free Plan Not using paid features? Switch to the free plan. You’ll still keep your Zaps (up to 5) and can use them again later.
Remove Specific App Access If you're worried about privacy, you can disconnect certain apps instead of deleting your whole account.
Turn Off Notifications Too many emails? Just change your notification settings in your profile.
Contact Support Zapier’s team is friendly and can help you adjust your plan or account settings.
Deleting is permanent. If you're not 100% sure, take one of the steps above instead. That way, you don’t lose your setups and hard work

The First Hour with Zoho: What Surprised Me Most

Choosing the right CRM is a big decision for any business. As a digital transformation partner for companies across Chicago and the USA, we at Avion Technology have worked with a variety of platforms — but our first hour with Zoho CRM was a refreshing experience.
We expected a standard onboarding process, but what we found was a platform that’s built for performance, usability, and speed. Here’s what stood out the most during that first hour and why Chicago-based businesses should take a closer look at what Zoho offers.
1. Instant Productivity Without the Learning Curve
One of the most surprising things was how quickly we got started. Zoho CRM didn’t bury us in complex configuration steps. Instead, it offered a clean, intuitive interface that made it easy to set up contacts, link email accounts, and begin managing leads — all within minutes.
For small and mid-sized companies in Chicago, time is money. Zoho respects that with a minimal learning curve and maximum efficiency from Day One.
2. Customization That’s Actually User-Friendly
During the first hour, we were able to customize fields, create pipeline stages, and tailor the dashboard — all without writing a single line of code. Zoho makes customization simple with drag-and-drop tools and visual editors.
At Avion Technology, we know how important it is for software to fit your business — not the other way around. Zoho makes that possible even for non-tech teams.
3. Built-In AI That Adds Real Value
Zoho’s AI assistant, Zia, instantly began offering insights on sales trends, lead scoring, and workflow suggestions. It wasn’t just bells and whistles — it added genuine value by analyzing data and suggesting improvements almost immediately.
For Chicago businesses looking to make smarter, data-backed decisions, this is a major advantage.
4. Flawless Integration with Essential Tools
Within the first hour, Zoho was seamlessly connected to Google Workspace, QuickBooks, Slack, and even our website forms. Integration didn’t require any third-party plugins or extra development.
This level of interoperability is critical for businesses in Chicago and beyond, where teams use multiple platforms and need everything to work together in real-time.
