Hello! I keep seeing your... I think it's call the Corvid King AU? And I think it's a lot of fun! Love all the crows!

But, and I know this is a bit of a Nit Pick, but because everyone keeps saying Corvid (And I know they mostly mean Crow and maybe Raven) I think other members of the Corvidae Family should get a chance to be Shen Yuan's friends too! He being found with little colourful Indochinese green magpies (Cissa hypoleuca) that sing alongside him sometimes!

And also because the Southern Nutcracker (Nucifraga Hemisplia) is native to China and is what Shen Yuan is going to do to you if you're mean to Luo Binghe.

Sorry I had a thing like a year ago where I loved corvids and also a weird thing about having ecological accuracy in fictional settings. I know the Airplane Man probably doesn't actually know what bird is going to be native to his fantasy world but I Care. Too much.

HELLO HELLO!!!!! Yes yes yes, I literally would love to have more corvids interacting with Shen Yuan outside of the typical crows and ravens, I just start screeching at the thought of all the birds that we can make befriend our beloved idiot. Him having a massive group of different corvids flocking around him at all times, and it being a war to see who gets to peck away at him!!! It also allows for more blabbering about different corvids so... Bird anon....if you wanted to yap to me about....possibly more corvids....I wouldn't be opposed at all...*hint hint nudge nudge*

What if during Forrix's recovery, Ahriman would be the one personally tending to him? Okay maybe doctors can come in and all, helping the recovery, but I want to imagine Ahriman would visit his bed and help the big guy recover by using his powers to personally heal him.

And then, maybe after that they would sit together on Forrix's bed (this is after Forrix regains the ability to sit down, move around etc, because Ahriman wouldn't want to disturb a sick guy) and discuss about the nature of future visions and everything like that. Since he was curious about how future visions work, I imagine Ahriman would be so happy to yap about foresight (since he's a corvidae and their entire thing is precognition, he would be the happiest to explain everything, answer any questions).

Imagine these two… Just yapping and yapping together, but it's mainly Ahriman explaining the answers to Forrix's questions while he just nod along and be so happy to talk with his new Tson Captain crush friend.

Forrix asked if he could see Ahriman again one day, and probably ask him more questions if he ever ecounter more… And Ahriman just shook his hand, saying he would love to. The two later separate and Ahriman even let Forrix keep some of the notes he wrote down.

AND THEN MAGNUS REMOVED AHRIMAN AND THE TSON'S MEMORIES AFTER THE TWO LEGIONS SEPARATE AND MY SHIP SINK TO THE BOTTOM GOOD BYE (╥‸╥)

Some more angst ideas:

Forrix would meet Ahriman again years and years later during the Heresy (how? when? SHUT UP!! JUST GO ALONG), like what Ahriman predicted, Forrix became 'a monster', but even a monster can still remember this genuine friendship he had with Ahriman, right?

He would try and greet Ahriman, or maybe idk SOMETHING to talk to him, but Ahriman just... he can't remember and just formally greets Forrix back like it's their first time meeting each other.

The two separates coldly, but Forrix felt weird, maybe he felt lonelier now because even someone he used to be really good friends/close/almost gave up his life to is now treating him like a stranger.

Underrated Corvids

Hello tis I, the bird nerd, here to yap about birds.

Everyone knows corvids: we’ve got crows, ravens, magpies, jays, rooks, and jackdaws. I wanna share some underappreciated corvids and some corvid facts!

Treepies

Treepies (Crypsirininae) are a subfamily of the Corvidae family who can be found within parts of Southern Asia. A total of twelve species of treepie are known: the collared treepie, grey treepies, rufous treepies, white bellied treepies, racket tailed treepies, bornean treepies, andaman treepies, hooded treepies, sumatran treepie, ratchet (not racket) tailed treepies, malayan and bornean black magpies, (are actually treepies!). Treepies share many similarities with magpies, such as general shape and intelligence.

Choughs

Choughs (Pyrrhocorax) are another lesser known subgroup of corvids. Some species of chough include the red-billed chough, and alpine choughs. White winged choughs do not belong to ghe Pyrrhocorax group, rather another, non-corvid group known as Corcoracidae.

Hooded Crows

I really just wanted to include my favorite kind of crow. The hooded crow can be found throughout Europe and Asia. They share similar coloration with jackdaws, but have a larger body and longer bill. Hooded crows are known by many nicknames: hoodies, scald crow, or grey crow.

Magpie-Jays

Magpie-jays (Calocitta) are a specific kind of jay that can be found in southern parts of North America, (usually Mexico). The two known species of magpie-jays are black-throated magpie-jays and white-throated magpie-jays

Lidth’s/Amami Jays

Native to only Japan, the lidth’s jay is a member of the genus Garrulus, old world jays, which includes two other jays: Eurasian jays and black-headed jays.

Thick-billed Ravens

This guys look so silly, so I had to include them. Thick-billed ravens share similarities with the white necked raven, but can be distinguished by the placement of their white marking, as it it found on the back of their head rather than neck. They are found within the Horn of Africa, Eritrea, Somalia, and Ethiopia.

I may be sharing more of these bird infodumps again this was fun lol.
