a package arrives for helena from steve it looks like. the box was plain and nothing looked suspicious but that all changed when the package was opened. inside was a keyboard, bright yellow and on each of the keys was a yellow duck—all of which let out a quack when pressed. ‘saw this and figure i send this for you, enjoy ;) - steve’
“Steve fucking Burnside when I get my hands on you-“ She snorts, tilting the keyboard this was and that before setting it down on her desk and tapping a few of the keys, slightly jumpscared by the quacks.
“Oh absolutely not…” It’s very cute, but she can’t possibly use this… Into the display cabinet it goes, its just an adorable set piece now.

Everyone is so weird about people who cry easily. Fellas, is it evil and manipulative to *checks notes* have an involuntary stress response?
#yeah you can critique people who eg post crying apology videos#because they could have waited until they'd calmed down#but if someone is in a stressful situation and they cry about it#all that tells you is that they cry in stressful situations#a fact which is completely morally neutral

Lyra, my beloved cat of 13 years, passed away this year on Father's Day. She's been by my side through very difficult times and was my little rock of steady and unrelenting love. I struggled a lot drawing this, and struggled a lot posting it, but I know I would've wanted to read a comic like this that validated my grief for her when I lost her.
Wherever you are, Lyra my little summer star, I love you always! Thank you for being the best thing in my life.
