The Palestine solidarity encampment at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH is still standing, despite student organizers facing repression:
While campus has tried to silence speech on campus, all segments of Case Western Reserve University have attended the Gaza Solidarity Encampment at the newly renamed Hind Oval. Today, one staff member at Case Western Reserve left this note of solidarity for the us today. This letter exposes our institutions commitment to holding Zionist interests at the highest esteem, above even human life and ethics. Case protects these interests through repression of not only students, but faculty, staff and community members. But we no longer abide to their censorship. While administration has tried to repress, we stand together and we will not rest, until Case discloses and divests. From Columbia to Case to Gaza, we will not stop.
-- CWRU’s Students for Justice in Palestine, 3:08 PM EDT
The demands are as listed above:
1. Amnesty for all students and faculty disciplined for advocating for Palestinian liberation.  2. Divest all of CWRU’s finances from israel profiteers, including implementing Res. 31-15.  3. Disclose CWRU’s investments. 4. Retract statements supporting israel and condemning students and Res. 31-15.  5. Call for permanent ceasefire and end the occupation of Palestine.  6. Cut ties with israeli academic institutions.

A Silo, A Container, or a Wine Barrel? Which One Would You Live In? And Fresh Cuyahoga County Housing Stats
Which would you rather live in... A silo, a container or a wine barrel? In this post, I share some ways these containers are being repurposed into homes. I also share some fresh housing stats for Cuyahoga County.
One aspect of being in real estate that I love is seeing new types of homes being built. So, I thought I would share some cool concepts that caught my eye online. I realize I went heavy on videos in this post, but all these are pretty interesting. What do you think? REPURPOSED SILOS I’ve seen a fair number of silos while driving through rural areas in Northeast Ohio. I never thought about them…

Chattanooga's
In Chattanooga, the price of their new ballpark continues to skyrocket. If you remember, two years ago, the city was facing fierce opposition from locals who didn’t want to give any taxpayer money towards a new ballpark. But the city decided that this new ballpark would be a “home run for the community” and approved the deal.  This meant the city would be putting up roughly $80 million dollars…

Cuyahoga Valley National Park
A rainy morning on the first National park I ever visited. I didn't even know that Ohio had a National Park. Must say, that Cuyahoga Valley was my motivation to visit this state.
Every person would ask me, why are you visiting Ohio? What's there? Making me feel, that Ohio it was just a boring state not worth visiting. But, they were all wrong. If you know where to go, and go beyond on what Internet recommend, you can have a nice experience there.
