hmmm gravity falls probably fits here best. didn’t get into that show until i saw everyone losing their shits over the [REDACTED] reveal

S - Show us an example of your personal headcanon (prompts optional but encouraged)

let’s expand upon the headcanon that Ethan is weak to cold and Benji is weak to heat! this is shamelessly lifted from Tom’s and Simon’s own temperature tolerances. i just love the idea that Ethan would be bundled up trying to keep warm in the winter whereas Benji in the summer just wants to Die bc of the heat. as someone who grew up in Russia who now lives on a subtropical island that’s robbed me of all my childhood cold tolerance, i relate to both of them.

T - Do you have any hard and fast headcanons that you will die defending, about anything at all 

answered! but since those are all mi hcs, let’s try some other tom characters now. Roy Miller is ace and autistic. Jack Reacher is aroace and autistic. Danny Kaffee is bi and has ADHD. Maverick Mitchell is pan. Jack Harper is demisexual. Jerry Maguire is aro.

Mindscape Midnight Karaoke?

Honestly any time I think of the Sides hosting Karaoke night at like, 1 am in Thomas’s head when he can’t sleep cracks me up. Like. Have some headcanons of mine about it because I’m stressed but this idea is making my tired brain amused.

Patton sings either the theme songs to old favorite shows (Danny Phantom, Kim Possible, Suite Life of Zack and Cody, Drake and Josh, etc.) or 90s/2000s era throwbacks. 

Roman generally sings Broadway or Disney. But if nobody will sing “The Confrontation” from Les Mis with him he definitely tries (and fails) to sing both parts on his own. Also, he’ll honestly sing anything and everything with anybody.

Virgil sings Disney Villain songs and emo-punk like MCR, FOB, TOP, etc. 

Most of the time, Logan just kinda hangs out to watch. But once Roman challenged him to rap “Guns and Ships” from Hamilton and Logan absolutely picked up that gauntlet. 

Some other considerations include:

Patton and Virgil singing Mr. Brightside together and getting Very Invested.

Roman sometimes pulls one of the Sides up to dance with him while he sings. He also sometimes harmonizes with the others.

It’s crazy late at this point and somehow they got Virgil to sing “Bet On It” from HSM2

Patton, Roman, and Virgil have definitely sung Jonas Brothers throwbacks to Logan who is watching with faint amusement as he eats popcorn on the couch

Sometimes all of them get Really Into It (especially as the night goes late and they’re all a little loopy). I’m thinking like, “We’re All In This Together” from HSM with full choreography and everything. Or “What Dreams Are Made Of” from Lizzie Maguire movie at the top of their lungs. 

Sometimes Thomas rises up in the mindscape because he’s like LET ME SLEEP but more often than not he ends up joining them.
