DAVID GRAHAM & DIANE ZAMORA
DAVID GRAHAM AND DIANE ZAMORA
Graham and Zamor were found guilty for the murder of Adrianne Jones, who they killed in December 1995, in Texas. The couple were sentenced to life imprisonment and won’t be eligible for parole until 2036.
Initially after their arrest the couple remained devoted to each other behind bars at the Tarrant County Jail, Fort Worth. They wrote letters to each other daily and she sent him locks of her hair.
The couple were both high achievers at school who were ambitious for their future in the military. Graham lived with his father who struggled financially and Zamora’s family had filed bankruptcy several times. Zamora started dating Graham in August 1995 at high school and got engaged not long after. The couple were consumed with one another.
In October, Graham finished a cross-country race and on the way back home, he sat net to Jones who he barely knew. When they arrived at school, Jones who had an injury asked Graham if he could give her a lift home. Graham later said that the two had sex (this wasn’t true) and only said it to make Zamora jealous and angry (when the couple were having an argument). Just minutes after the couple killed ones, the two told each other they loved one another. The couple then went to a friend’s place who witnessed Jones blood on Graham’s clothing and the next day Zamora cleaned the vehicle. Zamora later confessed to two cadets about the crime and the couple were arrested and given life sentences.
During the trial the couple turned on each other in an attempt to get a lighter sentence and after Graham was sentenced for life he said about Zamora, ‘If this is what it takes me to get me away from her, then that’s fine with me. Yeah, 40 years is hard to take, but it would have been a life sentence with her.’
In prison, Zamora has gone from protective custody, to general prison population back to protective custody. Graham turned to religion and wants to be a pastor. Graham stated that he was remorseful for killing Jones and said he wish he had pled guilty. Zamora married a Texas inmate, who she has been in contact with via mail and who she had never met in person, they divorced in 2008.

Thunderbirds Are Go (1966) Thunderbird Six (1968). Alan For One, and One For Alan | Stam Fine Reviews
Stam Fine Reviews takes a look the the 1960's feature films based on the Thunderbirds TV series created by Gerry and Sylvia Anderson. Thunderbirds Are Go sees International Rescue prevent a sabotage attempt on a manned mission to Mars, and later rescue the crew of the mission. Thunderbird 6 sees an attempt to take over Brain's Skyship One while Jeff Tracy wears Brains down to a nub in looking for a new Thunderbird craft.
Neither is the pinnacle of Thunderbirds, but for many it would have been the first opportunity to see the show in colour, and in widescreen. Well, Techniscope. And Alan Tracy, well, there's a lot of Alan Tracy. Is Alan your favourite? Then these films are for you!
Both films are Directed by David Lane and are written by Gerry and Sylvia Anderson.

ADRIANNE JONES
ADRIANNE JONES
Murdered by David Graham and Diane Zamora
5 December 1995, Texas, US
On the night of 3 December 1995, Adrianne Jones, 16, was talking to her boyfriend for a few minutes on the phone, whilst her mother walked past her, she heard Jones tell him, ‘hold on, there is someone on the other line’ and then speaks to the other person for a minute or two and then continues to talk to her boyfriend. Jones tells her mother that the other person on the phone was David [Graham] who she knows from cross-country and that he was ‘upset about something.’ Her mother see’s Jones for the last time alive at 10:45pm. At midnight, 4 December, her brother hears the sound of a vehicle slowing down outside.
Graham rang Jones and offered her a lift and unbeknown to Jones, Graham’s girlfriend Zamora was hiding in the hatchback of the car. He stops the car on a dark road and Zamora appears from behind screaming at Jones and Graham attempts to kill her with his own hands, but fails. Zamora hits Jones on the head with a barbell, she collapses out of the vehicle and attempts to walk away. She makes it to the barbed wire fence and then collapses. Graham follows her and fatally shoots her.
The next morning Jones mother notices that her daughter is missing and her body is soon discovered. The police question Graham but don’t believe he’s a suspect.
The murder was masterminded by the couple, after Graham told Zamora that he had a one-night stand with Jones (which was a lie). Zamora told him that Jones ‘must die’.
Nine-months later the couple enter a prestige military academy and Zamora shares a room with two cadets. One night in 1996, Zamora boasts to her new friends [referring to Graham], ‘We hold each other’s fates in our hands’ and she has ‘something on him’. Her friend asks, ‘What did you do, kill someone?’ and Zamora answers, ‘I didn’t kill anyone, but because of me, someone’s dead.’ She then confesses the murder of Jones, they tell the officials and police question Zamora who denies any involvement in Jones death. The police question Graham and tell him that they know about the bloody clothing, he writes up a four page confession. The couple are arrested and the couple are found guilty in 1998 and are sentenced to life imprisonment & won’t be eligible for parole until 2036.
