No fraudulent purchases
Fraud; Deceit; Trickery, An Imposter, a Cheat. To put it lightly, not a nice person.  If you’ve ever been a victim of fraud, you’re not alone. I had my bank account emptied right before Christmas one year when my daughter was little- I eventually got it back, but if it wasn’t for my mom still being around to lend me the money while I waited, I would have had to explain to my 5-year-old daughter…

Nochargebacks.ca provides an online gateway or payment gateway, giving you and your customers peace of mind. With a nochargebacks.ca payment gateway, your clientele can spend money on their credit cards all around the world, and you receive payment within hours instead of having to wait 6 to 8 weeks to see reimbursement in your account.
With nochargebacks.ca, there is no more worrying about fraudulent purchases or having to refund your customers.
The only way a chargeback happens is if the customer doesn’t receive their merchandise following online payment. And, with the additional security in place, this almost never happens.
Why choose an Online Gateway with fraud protection
Online gateways have a number of benefits, but the greatest one is that, because of the fraud protection, the rates are cheaper. When both banks and merchants are saved the hassle of having customers call to complain that someone used their card to order a ten thousand dollar watch, they are happier.
Choose nochargebacks.ca. Better rates for you and your company, and better statistics next year from the Canadian Anti-Fraud Center!

How to Pay TTC with A Credit Card or A Bank Debit Card
youtube
How to Pay TTC Fare with A Credit Card | How to Pay TTC with a Bank Card
The Toronto transit system (TTC), also called the Metro in many places, now accepts credit cards and bank cards to pay your fare. The various payment options available to pay TTC fare are:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Interac® Debit
- Visa Debit
- Debit Mastercard
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
You can use mobile devices or smartwatches to pay TTC fares as long as they are equipped with Apple Pay or Google Pay.
There are no additional charges to use the convenience of using a credit card or bank card at TTC Presto reader machines. You will be paying the same $3.30 TTC fare (as of this writing) you would normally pay with your Presto card.
Also, you will enjoy a two-hour transfer when you use your bank or credit card on a Presto reader, the same as a Presto card.
When I charged my American Express card on a Presto reader, it only showed “accepted”. I tapped again after one hour – again it showed “accepted”. It looks like a Presto reader doesn’t show if you are within your two-hour period or past your two hours.
I checked my Amex account online and saw only a $1 charge. My guess is this just a pre-authorization charge and the actual charge will appear within a few days.
Paying with your credit card debit card feature is a good decision and it will make peoples’ life a lot easier, especially for tourists traveling to Toronto. I am thinking about not carrying my Presto card anymore to save space in my wallet.
I have a video documenting my experience paying TTC with a credit card (Video was recorded, edited, and published from my Pixel phone):

Best Worst Canadian Merchant Account Providers

Best Worst Canadian Merchant Account Providers
Are you a small business in Canada and you need merchant services like Interac and credit card processing and don’t know where to go? Online is misleading at best, and countless payment processing companies make promises they can’t keep. Here’s the truth from some people who have worked with and for countless questionable companies and landed at First Data. If you want the REAL dirt on these companies, this is an excellent source.
Major Banks (Moneris; RBC/BMO, TDCanadaTrust
Banks are great.. They are well established, reliable, and have longevity.. You certainly don’t have to worry about calling on Monday and worrying about them going bankrupt and skipping town.
That being said, in order to be approved, you need to have a pretty stellar credit rating. And, much like anything else in the world, you get what you pay for, so you will be paying premium rates to work with the biggest, best,  and most established in the industry.
If you are primarily doing business in Canada, there’s no point in approaching Chase for credit card processing, as they are an American company, without a single Canadian office.
Helcim, as a matter of fact, is a reseller of Elavon, which is an American company without a single Canadian office.
Merchant maverick, Frank Kehl is a reseller of Elavon, which is an American company without a single Canadian office.
**BEST ALTERNATIVE**
First Data might be an option for those of you who have or will face rejection by the major banks for POS terminals. They have excellent customer service, tech support, swipe rates, and machines when it comes to independent companies. Basically, they offer everything a bank does, but they offer it to more customers, and at a lower rate.
Helcim has lower rates than the fly-by-night company, KIS, which isn’t any better than they are. They should be your last resort. They are all bait and switch situations filled with misleading information, broken promises and hidden charges. They advertise one deal and deliver quite the opposite. In THEORY, they can promise to PERSONALLY keep you free of a lease, but they hand you a machine from a leasing company that will continue to charge you monthly fees for up to four years. The service is garbage because the turnover rates are insane.. Reps don’t get paid, even after getting endless grief from disappointed and angry customers. The reps don’t even get the full story, so they believe they are telling you the truth only to discover later that they are essentially part of a scam they are selling to innocent people for little or no commission or pay.
Square is great if you don’t need to get paid for three months. It’s the sort of company that would be ideal for someone who already has a day job, but sells bananas at a flea market on weekends for extra cash. The percentage the company takes is double what you would pay to First Data, or even to the terrible last-resort providers.
The list goes on.. PandaPay Merchant Services advertises low rates and doesn’t deliver. People sign a lease and suffer long-term. Royal Debit, to be frank, are liars. They offer free terminals, but there is nothing free about them. Clients are misled about rates. The people who run it just have questionable morals, and you can’t believe a word they say.  Royal Debit is a reseller of Elavon, which is an American company without a single Canadian office.
In conclusion, go with a major bank if you have the credit rating and extra money to pour into the costly sense of security. If you want similar customer service, quality, and satisfaction for a fraction of the cost, First Data is your best bet by far. They have an office in Mississauga, so you aren’t dealing with customer service overseas with little or no understanding of credit card processing in Toronto or simply doing business in Canada.
Debitmachine.mobi is run by Paul Murton. He runs the website a little bit like a payment processing dating service, trying to pinpoint ideal long-term merchant account relationship goals and match the small and home business Canadian clients and companies perfectly, creating a mutually beneficial relationship for everyone involved.
Reps first data, elavon, pivotal payments/nuvei, global payments and a high risk merchant service called people’s credit
Online services, for which he provides personalized e-commerce websites….is a reseller of PayPal, which is an American company without a single Canadian office.
Murton is a salesman for the various Canadian credit card processing companies; He helps increase sales when the economy dictates that the calls just aren’t’ coming in on their own. All of these merchant services companies have a mandate to reach a particular quota, inspiring them to run deals including new and free machines and reduced rates. Because Paul is not legally obligated to one specific company, as he is contracted as a commission-based sales representative, Paul has access to the best possible credit card processing deals at the exact time that each client requires merchant services. He has been in the industry for 20 years now, since 2001, and is knowledgeable about each and every company in his roster. If you call any of these companies individually, they are all going to tell you that they are the best and the cheapest, with the lowest swipe rates, but Paul has no reason to mislead you. He will make a commission only if your contract works out to your satisfaction, so it’s in HIS best interest to lead you to the best solution for your business. Word-of-mouth is the best way to increase business for Paul personally, as a small business owner in Toronto. He wants to give you what you want and need out of a merchant provider so you recommend him to your friends and associates. Paul Murton’s commission is a one-time thing.. There are no residual or hidden fees on Paul’s part after you’ve signed the contract.
***Nuvei/Pivotal is offering a free machine for the life of your and your business that provides credit card processing and Interac. Qualified rate 1.17%, Non-Qualified rate 0.40%, Debit 3.5 cents, with a low monthly fee of $7. (Banks charge $10-12 PLUS rental of your POS terminal $40 for wired, $70 for wireless, so it’s a substantial savings each month!)
+Please be advised that Paul is introducing and securing your contract with the merchant provider.. The relationship beyond the initial sale is between you and the provider, so please ensure you read and understand the small print as Paul does not have the power to alter the terms of your contract.

Finding the Perfect ATM Machine for Sale in Toronto
If you're a business owner or entrepreneur looking for an ATM machine for sale in Toronto, you're in luck because there are many options available. ATMs are a great way to attract customers and increase revenue for your business. However, it's important to do your research before purchasing a machine to ensure that you're getting a reliable, user-friendly, and affordable option.
First, consider the reliability of the machine. Look for a machine from a reputable brand that has a good track record of durability and longevity. You don't want to invest in a machine that will require constant repairs or replacements.
Next, consider the features that the machine offers. Will it accept various types of cards, such as debit, credit, and prepaid? Does it have the option for users to withdraw cash in different denominations? These features can make a big difference in the convenience and user experience for your customers.
Finally, consider the price of the machine and any associated fees, such as installation and maintenance costs. You want to make sure that you're getting a good value for your investment.
If you have any questions or would like to get in touch, please feel free to contact us.

More Shoppers Drug Mart customers complain they were pushed to use self-checkout
More Shoppers Drug Mart customers complain they were pushed to use self-checkout
Michael Kerwin said he was furious when at two Toronto-area Shoppers Drug Marts last month, he was told he must purchase his goods using self-checkout — unless he paid with cash.  Self-checkout machines at the drug store chain only accept debit and credit cards.  “When they basically say, ‘If you don’t have cash, we’re not even taking you at our cashier’ … that’s where it started to be a bit of…

Buy Alipay number. The Saturday Debate: Should mainstream businesses use cryptocurrencies. Regulatory Cap on Yu'e Bao May Affect Other Chinese Funds
It’s not so much a question of “should” — many businesses already are using cryptocurrencies— and one day, all are going to have to, Buy Alipay verification number writes journalist and author Ethan Lou. But University of Toronto professor Lisa Kramer argues there too many problems for companies to side-step at this time to make using crypto payments practical.
In China, everyone uses payment apps such as WeChat Pay and Alipay, which require local bank accounts. I don’t have one, and most retailers there don’t accept international credit cards. Whenever I’m there, I’m forced to use cash, a practice viewed by many Chinese to be as quaint as riding a horse.
I once couldn’t get change for a mere 100 Buy Alipay verification code yuan ($19), from an incredulous coffee-shop cashier, who looked as though she had never seen paper money in her life.
The point is that payment habits can change rapidly and beyond recognition. Now China is trying to start another revolution with its own digital currency. It’s not Bitcoin. It’s not even a real cryptocurrency, and to many adherents, it’s an abomination. But to the typical shopper or shop, there is little functional difference.
Should mainstream businesses use cryptocurrency? Yes. But it’s not so much a question of “should” — in some ways, depending on how you stretch the definitions, many already are, and one day, all are going to have to.
Cryptocurrency may seem like a solution searching for a problem. In most developed economies, people already pay without cash, even if not on the same level as in China. But we don’t really think about what happens after we tap a card or a phone.
Current cashless systems are really just an added electronic layer, keeping track of who owes whom. Beneath it all, in the vaults, our money hasn’t really changed for centuries.
At the end of the day, financial institutions tabulate and settle the credits or debits through multiple parties and layers. It gets more complicated when considering international transactions. Every payment tap sparks complex machinations in unseen tangled networks, like ant colonies sprawling underground.
A cryptocurrency essentially turns money into code. There is still a back-end, but it’s magnitudes lighter. When sending, say, one bitcoin, you’re not so much creating an IOU of money-in-the-vault that banks later need to settle — it’s more like simply handing it over, like passing cash.

Cali Mexican Grill is one of the most fabulous fast-food places in North York, no doubt. Cali Mexican Grill is a quick-service Mexican spot developed by three lifelong friends with a shared passion and interest in the flavorful cuisine that dominates the Mexican and Californian food culture. Their food is amazing for a late-night quick snack or meal. Cali Mexican Grill is similar to the other burrito bowl places, except you can choose what style you get your protein cooked in. the most recommended meal in this restaurant is the buffalo sauce chicken and veggies nachos. They have about five different varieties/sauces in which the meat is marinated and cooked. The buffalo chicken is super yummy and delicious, spicy, and added flavor. What sets them apart from other joints with a similar concept is the variety of options it makes that truly reflect authentic Mexican cuisine, such as its take on street corn, loaded nachos, and yams, all made with sustainably and ethically sourced ingredients. Cali Mexican Grill is a great lunch option, and if you can't get enough, Cali has a catering service for any event coming up. The restaurant meals are affordable and incredibly generous with their portions, unlike many other taco spots you have been to. Their place is always clean, and the customer service is excellent every time.

Are you looking for an excellent fast-food restaurant in North York? It would help if you stopped searching, and here you are; Jasmin Sandwich offers one the most delicious fast-food in this area. What a nice and lovely sandwich place with a great variety of burgers, from your good old homestyle to the more exotic ones like veal tongue or veal brain. The small restaurant is beautifully decorated! The condiments are fresh; the burgers are cooked to order, and the sandwiches and delicious! They also make fantastic pizza, but their specialties are the stunning traditional Persian sandwiches! One delicious meal. Special fries will come hot and juicy, and the restaurant Royal roast beef is excellent. The good thing which is worth to be noticed is that they cut the sandwich in two, which is fantastic for sharing. Their pizzaz is crunchy and meaty, which is surprising. The Haida pizzas are loaded with toppings! The yellow bottle in the back is not mustard; it is their special Haida sauce. The staff team collaborates charmingly; the meals are prepared very well. The level of professionalism accounting for the COVID situation is incomparable in this location. If you do not want to sit at the restaurant, the food has been neatly packaged in their new aluminum bag. It is a perfect solution during the pandemic to keep the food warm.

Burgers Park is a hidden gem in North York serving fabulous fast-food to its customers. It is not really near any park per se, but the food and atmosphere are meant to convey the sense of relaxation felt when escaping the office for a while for a bite and a few moments outside. This restaurant is emphasized by the park-like decor, including a grass bench and planters. Park Burger is probably the best smash burger I ate for a long time. The patty freshly grounded on-site made with local pasture-raised Angus beef was well seasoned and bursting with meaty flavors! The toppings really enhanced the whole experience, and I love the toasted brioche bun. Spicy chicken for the chicken lover, which love a spicy kick! You do have the option to make it non-spicy. The never-frozen chicken breast is buttermilk brined before deep frying. The chicken is moist and tender. This place is actually halal, and they use locally-sourced natural meats free of hormones and antibiotics. They are also plastic-free with compostable and recyclable packaging. The Park Burger is made with local pasture-raised Angus beef ground on-site and classically mustard-seared and smashed. Served on a freshly toasted sesame brioche with sauteed onions and American cheese, this truly crushable burger manages to take the classic up a few notches. Freestyle Soda Machine is always a hit! You will love your Minute Maid Sparkling Lemonade, which helps you to cut down the "fatness" of the food.
