Dionysus/Percy, Dionysus/ariadne prompt

I’ve been stuck on the idea of a story where Hera compounded on the punishment from Zeus by forcing Ariadne through the reincarnation cycle, similar to mrthology’s story “haunt me, then” (I may have misquote the title) where Percy is Cassandra is reincarnated. So Dionysus stuck at camp half blood where he’s stuck surrounded by demigods who die, can’t interact with his children, cut off from his domains, and clueless upon where his wife’s soul is. And then, here comes this kid (don’t care if Percy is male or female) half brother to the demigod he hates the most, but reminds him of his wife. And Percy/Ariadne gets bits and pieces of their memory, like the Minotaur brings up some memories, Dionysus others, but it’s the Titans curse and how Dionysus talked about his wife and Theseus that they start remembering in earnest, and then the labyrinth puts it into overdrive( considering Minos, Daedalus, and everything else happening)

Ariadne and Dionysus are hands down my favorite Greek mythology couple. They have so much untapped potential and my list for all my head cannons for them are ever growing.

I can guarantee that I will be staring at this multiple times as I get my inspo and creativity flowing to write my story for them!

Personal pet peeve: adaptations where Ariadne is scared or freaked out the first time she sees Dionysus' madness. I mean for one it feels kinda weird and gross but also you think Dionysus wouldn't marry someone who was 1000% down with all his faces?? you think the Lady who danced in the minotaurs labyrinth wouldn't be able to handle her hot malewife husband who goes feral every now and again??? boring!! it's just boring!
