After coming across the fanart by craacked-splatters for Displacement by @pezhead I may or may not have binged it all in one go and migosh its been living in my head rent-free since, which is why I started doodling this scene during classes and then decided to make it digital- or tried to qwq jehskqhajq my heart poor babies

Its a 2012/rise crossover where Donnie is the one getting trapped in rise! I would highly recommend reading it! ^^

Here's some interesting observations.

Some folks voted for more content of our existing AUs, but did not leave a comment :U?

Siren AU was second last! I think it's a pretty cool setting, since Suoh showed me the originating media. I recommend the playthrough by supergreatfriend on youtube! Siren 1 is amazing - tense, spooky, and the letsplayer is incredibly thorough and you will get to see as much lore as possible. And then imagine putting the lads in such a spooky setting! We will continue to explore this for fun in general :)

Fae AU got third last! We both enjoy this concept, and Suoh and I have discussed our portrayal of it a tad. It's mostly a silly story, with a version of it being a spinoff with DDIngo and DDEmmet, but its not really a dead dove AU :) its mostly comedy, with a falling in love concept.

Dragon bride, Displacement AU, and Dream AU were incredibly close for the middle to end duration of the polls! From my observations, Dragon Bride lead by a smidge for the longest time. It was temporarily replaced by Dream AU, and then Displacement took the crown with Dream AU leading closely behind it!

As lately I'm talking with @animeftw10 non stop about Mortal Kombat 1 and its disservice to (alive) Bi-Han and the whole Lin Kuei mess, here comes the idea of time misplaced little cryomancer Kuai Liang and how Bi-Han immediately connect to the boy, to pyromantic!Kuai Liang's disbelief & shock.

As I sincenery think ice powers is what affects cryomancers' sense of family, you will need to pry this headcanon out of my cold, dead hands to change my mind (and nope, even then I won't give up on that).

Ace and Sabo make their appearance, along with Dadan! This was my first time drawing her!

Also worth noting that the first panels of pages 5 and 6 were basically studies of a couple of screenshots from the anime, with the lighting and colors adjusted.

You walk up to the cabin. A plain wooden structure sat atop a hill. You’ll find the princess within.

I should warn you, before you go any further: She will lie, she will cheat, she will do everything in her power to stop you from slaying her. Don’t believe a word she says.

‘We’re not going through this are we? She’s a princess! We’re supposed to save Princesses, not–

OH, geez. Who said that? Did you say that? But a prompt didn’t even appear! I– I thought that was the established form of conversation. I narrate, monologue, go on different — but fun and engaging — tangents, and you reply with short sentences at the end of it! You shouldn’t change an established pattern like this, at least warn me–!

‘Uhm. Mr. Narrator–’

ARGH. There you go again! Hrrng. Although… it doesn’t really sound like you? Is there someone else here?

‘Yes. Sort of. I’m them, but– not? Me talking is not the same as them talking. At least, I don’t think–’

Then why are you still talking? It’s unsettling! You shouldn’t be able to interrupt my narration like this! That’s not how I work–

‘I’m sorry, but I cannot just stay quiet! I’m also part of this story, you know?’

Hrrrnnng. At least separate your lines more from the narration. I can barely notice you!

‘Uhm.’
