I wish I had followed my gut instinct and ditched that toxic fandom group first. But my fatal flaw is believing that people are better people than they really are.

I regret not cutting ties first - months before their hate of me (and possibly jealousy) turned them against me.

For ttdl, at some point, you mentions plans for Barty to undergo a bastardization arc. Can you elaborate on what a bastardization arc is and how it differs from a villain arc? <3

a bastardization arc is like a villain arc except it doesn't then place that character on the 'villain' side of the narrative

so, essentially, it's a villain arc, but barty will retain his position as regulus's right hand slash bestie, he'll just be even more unhinged and better at causing damage

barty's bastardization arc is a result of the combination of his devotion to regulus and his fascination with destruction and chaos - regulus gives him ways to indulge that fascination, which causes a cycle. vicious cycle or virtuous cycle? that is up to everyone to decide for themselves, but at least barty's having fun!

a really funny and consistent strat i discovered for Yassified Radahn's second phase is that, if you stack the max holy resist and poise possible with your armor and talismans, you can open phase 2 by casting Lord's Divine Fortifcation, using Endure to tank the orbital Jesus laser, and then do basically whatever you want to him as he slowly descends from T-posing five feet in the air. the obvious answer is charged R2s but i had the most success with giving him PTSD war flashbacks by casting Scarlet Aeonia under him. also if you're using Mimic Tear in this fight put at least 1 Hefty Rot Pot in your hotbar, the tear can use it an infinite amount of times and the Hefty pot not only procs in a single throw the first time but also inflicts the heavy version of rot normally reserved for spells

Do you ever think about how serious young satoru looks and acts and talks and how even in his teenage years he holds himself like how he thinks an adult would, and then you see him as an adult being silly and filling every awkward silence with his voice and sprawling in exaggerated ways and you realize, this isn't what he's like normally,,, he does it so the kids don't feel like they have to act all serious and grown up, so they can have at least some of their childhood in comfort, so they can feel safe being themselves around him even if it means them calling him an idiot sometimes, he ALLOWS himself to be perceived like that for their sake
