It's interesting how some fans view Ted as supernaturally generous, willing to drop everything to assist someone--anyone--in need.
Canonically, Ted regularly learns of or directly witnesses Atrocities.
And his response is almost never to immediately stop the Atrocities.
Unless Roy and Jamie are having a locker room scuffle or Rupert is mistreating Rebecca, Ted has a laissez-faire attitude toward the Atrocities.
By and large, when a fellow human being is subjected to Some Very Serious and Concerning Shit, Ted does not jump into action.
When faced with the Atrocities, Ted's most common responses are to
Fail to recognize the Atrocity (e.g., Dr. Jake manipulating and isolating Michelle into a relationship; Rupert financially abusing Bex)
Ignore the Atrocity (e.g., Sharon's collection of empty bottles; James Tartt smacking Jamie)
Tell other people to ignore the Atrocity (e.g., be a goldfish; Jane's abuse of Beard)
Build a sociological Rube Goldberg machine that--if everything goes to plan--will eventually end the Atrocity and get Ted something he wants (e.g., Colin, Isaac, and Jamie verbally and physically attacking Nathan on a daily basis)
Ted's tolerance for acute human suffering is far greater than fanon would have us believe.
He may even be a Nice White Midwestern Guy who says hi to his neighbors, but thinks some things are just None of His Business.
It would be absurd to suggest that it's the responsibility of one man to immediately end all Atrocities.
But it would be equally absurd to imagine Ted's decisions occur in a vacuum. When and why Ted snaps into decisive action are--like all things--influenced by racism, capitalism, patriarchy, and the other interlocking systems of oppression that order society.
TL;DR Ted will not swoop in to save y/n from the Atrocities. But he might bake y/n a casserole.

Please do your own research on 5G. These short clips are easy to share with friends and family.
5G looks set to be the tobacco of our time. 5G has already been rolled out without consideration of the known heath risks. Bristol University (a 5G test bed, see previous posts) in the UK has seen some worrying behaviours in students and there is discussion of a link to their health and 5G. Cornwall is…

SB 637 and SB 894, industry-sponsored 5G wireless infrastructure legislation passed though the Michigan House Energy Policy Committee this week with a vote of 15 to 4. "Wireless radiation has biological effects. Period. This is no longer a subject for debate when you look at PubMed and the peer-review literature. These effects are seen in all life forms; plants, animals, insects, microbes. In humans we have clear evidence of cancer now; there is no question. We have evidence of DNA damage, cardiomyopathy, which is the precursor of congestive heart failure, neuropsychiatric effects... 5G is an untested application of a technology that we know is harmful; we know it from the science. In academics this is called human subjects research." ~ Dr. Sharon Goldberg, "We Are The Evidence" Medical Advisory Board But 15 Michigan legislators voted to SUPPORT these bills.  Do they realize they are SUPPORTING the FCC's preemption order to take power away from municipalities?  Are the Michigan supporters of these bills now working for the FCC? EVERY man and woman must do whatever they can to stop 5G being rolled out. We owe it to our children.

PROMINENT BIOCHEMISTRY PROFESSOR WARNS – 5G IS THE ‘STUPIDEST IDEA IN THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD’
February 20, 2019
The international rollout of fifth generation wireless technology (5G) is well underway despite increasingly vocal opposition from scientists and medical professionals, who are desperately trying to warn us of the well-documented dangers of 5G. The government and industries involved in the 5G rollout are have zero concern for public safety, because the technology promises to be exceptionally profitable, while also forcing everyone everywhere into the emerging technocracy.
Adding to the voices of dissent is Martin L. Pall, PhD and Professor Emeritus of Biochemistry and Basic Medical Sciences at Washington State University. In a study and presentation, he takes a closer look at 5G technology, and issues a major warning for all of us.
“Putting in tens of millions of 5G antennae without a single biological test of safety has got to be about the stupidest idea anyone has had in the history of the world.” ~Martin L. Pall, PhD
Th report offer 4 explanations for why 5G is significantly more dangerous than earlier generations of wireless technology, noting?
5G is predicted to be particularly dangerous for each of four different reasons:
The extraordinarily high numbers of antennae that are planned.
The very high energy outputs which will be used to ensure penetration.
The extraordinarily high pulsation levels.
The apparent high level interactions of the 5G frequency on charged groups presumably including the voltage sensor charged groups.
He begins by speaking about the current safety guidelines for 2g/3g/4g technologies, rightly pointing out that government approved guidelines ignore any adverse reactions that occur at dosages or exposures below said guidelines. In other words, as Pall points out, they are meaningless when it comes to safety.
He goes on to discuss eight ways in which this technology adversely affects human health, citing extensive scientific documentation:
Lowered Fertility
Neurological/Neuropsychiatric effects
Cellular DNA damage
Aptosis – Programmed Cell Death
Oxidative Stress and Free Radical Damage
Endocrine (Hormonal) Effects
Excessive Intracellular Calcium
Cancer
Pall’s conclusion does not mince words when describing 5G, saying, ‘the 5G rollout is absolutely insane.” The following presentation is exceptionally valuable for anyone wanting to better understand what this is about, and also how to fight against it.
“We have created something that is harming us, and it is getting out of control. Before Edison’s light bulb there was very little electromagnetic radiation in our environment. The levels today are very many times higher than natural background levels, and are growing rapidly because of all the new devices that emit this radiation. Putting it bluntly they are damaging the living cells in our bodies and killing many of us prematurely.” ~ Dr. Marin Blank
Here, Dr. Sharon Goldberg, an internal medicine physician & professor, comments on 5G while speaking to the U.S. Senate.
“Wireless radiation has biological effects. Period. This is no longer a subject for debate when you look at PubMed and the peer-review literature. These effects are seen in all life forms; plants, animals, insects, microbes. In humans, we have clear evidence of cancer now: there is no question We have evidence of DNA damage, cardiomyopathy, which is the precursor of congestive heart failure, neuropsychiatric effects…5G is an untested application of a technology that we know is harmful; we know it from the science. In academics, this is called human subjects research.” ~Dr. Sharon Goldberg
And finally, UN Staffer Claire Edwards had this strong warnign for high level members of the United Nations, calling 5G a ‘war on humanity.’

Carpenter.

OPINION [Whether it’s excessive microwave exposure, MK Ultra Mind Control by players foreign or domestic, anti-psychotic medications, or any combination thereof - it’s very apparent that American Culture has promoted a type of Political and Cultural Schizophrenia - a very clear break from reality especially by the Democrat Party also involving some Republicans -
How else can an illegal DOJ and FBI investigation be perpetrated and continue to be ongoing for over three years - that has TAMPERED with a Presidential election and continues to run a POLITICAL OPERATION, potentially in conjunction with PSY-OPS.plus frequencies manipulations?
Why else would the Democrat Party choose to allow illegal drugs, criminal child trafficking, and felon criminals into the country and protected by illegal sanctuary laws?]

What I Told My Daughter: Lessons from Leaders on Raising the Next Generation of Empowered Women Free Download Books On Tape
In What I Told My Daughter, entertainment executive Nina Tassler has brought together a powerful, diverse group of women-from Madeleine Albright to Ruth Bader Ginsburg, from Dr. Susan Love to Whoopi Goldberg-to reflect on the best advice and counsel they have given their daughters either by example, throughout their lives, or in character-building, teachable moments between parent and child. A college president teaches her daughter, by example, the importance of being a leader who connects with everyone-from the ground up, literally-in an organization. A popular entertainer and former child star urges her daughter to walk in her own truth, to not break glass ceilings if she yearns to nurture a family as a stay-at-home mother or to abandon a career if that's her calling. One of the country's only female police chiefs teaches her daughter the meaning of courage, how to respond to danger but more importantly how not to let fear stop her from experiencing all that life has to offer. A bestselling writer who has deliberated for years on empowering girls, wonders if we're unintentionally leading them to believe they can never make mistakes, when "resiliency is more important than perfection." Contributors include: Geena Davis, Cecile Richards, Dolores Huerta, Rabbi Sharon Brous, Peggy Orenstein, Debora Black, Ayelet Waldman, Pat Benatar, Whoopi Goldberg, Dr. Susan Love, Nancy Pelosi, Alexandra Pelosi, Marie Osmond, Dr. Juliet Garcia, Jehan Sadat, Ph.D, Joanna Kerns, Madeleine Albright, Gloria Estefan, Nannerl O. Keohane, Jennifer Dulski, Dr. Marcia McNutt, Pamela Fryman, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Brooke Shields, Laura Bush, Mona Sinha, Gloria Allred, Joy Marcus, Judy Vredenburgh, Sharon Osbourne, Beverly Johnson, Michelle King, Dr. Karen Antman, MD, Dr. Amy Antman Gelfand, MD, Mary Steenburgen, Kimberley Hatchett, Cheryl Saban, C. Noel Bairey Merz, Alex Guarneschelli, Dana Walden, Mia Hamm, Margaret Abe-Koga, Roma Downey, Chirlane McCray, Blythe Danner, Sheila Bair, Ruth W. Messinger, Norah O'Donnell, Donna de Varona, Nancy Josephson, Sukhinder Singh Cassidy, Jeanne Newman, and Christine Baranski. In a time when childhood seems at once more fraught and more precious than ever, What I Told My Daughter is a book no one concerned with connecting with a young girl can afford to miss. They are digging up the streets in central London as I write this to lay the pipes that carry the fiberoptic network that will carry the 5G system. Speaking to the workmen is one way of discovering the reason for the extensive roadworks.
There are no signs for the public setting out that all this is for 5G and parking bays are suspended, roads are closed and traffic jams are forming… 5G is…

This is where I stand. Our 45th President, his power hungry cronies taking positions of authority in his Cabinet and administration, and the majority of Republicans in Congress are a real and active threat to me, my way of life, and all the people I love. Some people are saying that we should give Trump a chance, that we should "work together" with him because he won the election and he is "everyone's president." This is my response: •I will not "work together" to privatize Medicare, cut Social Security and Medicaid. •I will not "work together" to build a wall. •I will not "work together" to persecute Muslims. •I will not "work together" to shut out refugees from other countries. •I will not "work together" to lower taxes on the 1% and increase taxes on the middle class and poor. •I will not "work together" to help Trump use the Presidency to line his pockets and those of his family and cronies. •I will not "work together" to weaken and demolish environmental protection. •I will not "work together" to sell American lands, especially National Parks, to companies which then despoil those lands. •I will not "work together" to enable the killing of whole species of animals just because they are predators, or inconvenient for a few, or because some people want to get their thrills killing them. •I will not "work together" to remove civil rights from anyone. •I will not "work together" to alienate countries that have been our allies for as long as I have been alive. •I will not "work together" to slash funding for education. •I will not "work together" to take basic assistance from people who are at the bottom of the socioeconomic ladder. •I will not "work together" to eliminate the minimum wage. •I will not "work together" to support so-called "Right To Work" laws, or undermine, weaken or destroy Unions in any way. •I will not "work together" to suppress scientific research, be it on climate change, fracking, or any other issue where a majority of scientists agree that Trump and his supporters are wrong on the facts. •I will not "work together" to criminalize abortion or restrict health care for women. •I will not "work together" to increase the number of nations that have nuclear weapons. •I will not "work together" to put even more "big money" into politics. •I will not "work together" to violate the Geneva Convention. •I will not "work together" to give the Ku Klux Klan, the Nazi Party and white supremacists a seat at the table, or to normalize their hatred. •I will not "work together" to deny health care to people who need it. •I will not "work together" to deny medical coverage to people on the basis of a "pre-existing condition." •I will not "work together" to increase voter suppression. •I will not "work together" to normalize tyranny. I will not “work together” to eliminate or reduce ethical oversite at any level of government. •I will not "work together" with anyone who is, or admires, tyrants and dictators. •I will not support anyone that thinks its OK to put a pipeline to transport oil on Sacred Ground for Native Americans. This is my line, and I am drawing it. •I WILL stand for honesty, love, respect for all living beings, and for the beating heart that is the center of Life itself. •I WILL use my voice and my hands, to reach out to the uninformed, and to anyone who will LISTEN: That "winning", "being great again", "rich" or even "beautiful" is nothing... When others are sacrificed to glorify its existence.
