Hello! Looking for new rp partners.
Here’s a little info about me so you can get an idea of the kinda guy I am lol
I have been roleplaying for years and years, so I’m definitely not new to the scene lol. I have always loved writing, and developing worlds for my characters, and I highly enjoy developing with other people through roleplay, head cannoning, etc! I love connecting with new partners, however I may seem a little awkward to start lol.
A little more personal about me;
I am a 21 year old man who uses he/him pronouns. I do have a full time job, so I can tend to get busy throughout the week. (I word 40-60 hours on any given week)
I do try to reply at least once every few days, if my schedule allows. So please, allow some leniency with the speed of my responses. (There are also days where I do multiple reply’s, so i tends to be a bit back in forth!)
I enjoy forming bonds with roleplay partners, and would love if we became friends as well.
I am a bit shy, and I try not to feel too overwhelmed at first, but it might take time getting used to talking more!
I am 21, and I am looking for 18+ role play partners.
More about what I enjoy in terms of role play
- I enjoy darker tropes, where some uncomfortable topics may arise. Angry tropes are one of my favorite kinds; stories with drama is really what keeps me interested. We can both discuss what we enjoy, and go from there! I am open to a lot!
- Character shipping is a MUST! There has to be a form of relationship between our characters. Whether this means they automatically fall deeply in love, or it’s a painfully obvious slow burn, I don’t really care. I just know that there needs to be a focus on the characters having some sort of relationship with each other.
- I enjoy semi fantasy worlds as well. Worlds where there are modified humans, monsters, hell bring in the cat boys idc!
- I am a multi paragraph writer. I average around 5 paragraphs per post, but I can definitely do more or less. (Minimum of three paragraphs is preferred.) I tend to match the length of my partners reply!!!
- As I said. Angst, toxicity, and dark topics are preferred!
- I am also heavily interested in doing ERP/SMUT/Sexual in nature roleplay. Whatever you wanna call it! I am open to doing most tropes in this aspect. Just ask first. (We can skip sexual encounter scenes if you would prefer as well).
- It’s not all about angst! I would love for our roleplays to have some soft, fluffy moments as well. (Afterall, that is what makes the angst hurt more)
- I do NOT want to do any kind of feral role play. That includes mlp, furry or anything similar lol.
In terms of characters
- I can play as anything, in all honesty. I do not mind being the “bad guy” or the helpless little damsel in distress lol. I can play both villain, and hero.
- I can play both female, and male characters, I don’t really care either way! I feel I am better at playing males, BUT I do enjoy playing women as well :)))
- I am open to doing any kind of ship. MxM, MxF, preferred (however, FxF is not my strong suit like.. at ALL lmao…)
- I can play dominant characters, switches, and submissive. I don’t have a huge preference here!
The kinds of tropes I am into include
- Power dynamics
- Kidnapping
- Obsessiveness (aka, yanderes)
- Cheating
- Mutually abusive relationships
- Arranged marriage
- Stalking
- Ect (just ask!)
Still interested?
- DISCORD! Discord is the only place I will role-play with others! Once we add each other, I (or yourself) will set up a private role play server. You and myself will be the only ones with access to said server; so we can customize it to our hearts content. (Both of us will have all perms!)
- Keep in mind my schedule! It is completely okay to message me whenever you want, but just keep in mind that I might not be able to respond as quickly!

The Future of ERP Integrations: How Low-Code and No-Code Platforms Are Changing the Game
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems’ primary goal has been to enhance business operations through streamlining critical processes such as finance or supply chain management. However, to be honest, the integration of the ERPs with other tools has not always been an easy task. It was really a nightmare for companies to integrate ERPs with the other tools. Time-consuming development cycles, huge IT costs, and some complex coding requirements totally turned ERP integrations into a mess for businesses.
But, here are low-code and no-code platforms like Odoo ERP that are quite the game-changers in ERP integrations. These contemporary remedies have made it much easier, faster, and cheaper to connect ERPs with other business applications. Let me explain to you how they are altering the landscape.
Breaking Down the Buzz: What Are Low-Code and No-Code Platforms?
Low-code platforms enable users to develop applications by designing visually with less code. They include visual design immediate productivity capabilities that promise to fast-track work for a broad spectrum of users in the organization.
No-code platforms take the automation level a little further allowing even average users like IT, ERP, engineers, business analysts, and business owners to create their systems the way they want without having to write a single line of code, and thus they can focus on tasks that matter.
By doing this, businesses just simply change their budget from standard, long, and costly ERP integrations to the cloud.
How Low-Code & No-Code Are Transforming ERP Integrations
Speed Like Never Before - Traditional ERP integrations used to be a time-consuming process and often took weeks, sometimes even months. The use of low-code/no-code tools has become revolutionary and businesses can now develop integrations in just a few days or hours. At the same time, pre-built Connectors and Templates, and automation tools certainly make the life of developers easier.
Reduced IT Dependency - In the past, ERP integrations necessitated the participation of IT teams or even external developers. Over time, the implementation of the low code/no code approach has increasingly led to newcomers getting involved. For instance, the business user can take up the role of the IT team, and as a result, the bottleneck is removed, and the tech teams do more strategic tasks.
Cost Savings Galore - The cost of hiring developers for custom ERP integrations can be hefty. On the other hand, Low-code/no-code solutions indeed offer the benefit of not needing much real developer input. As a result, such systems can be set up and maintained by non-technical employees alone.
Flexibility & Scalability - Companies are getting innovative and growing while software needs are also changing. With the help of low-code/no-code technologies, organizations can accomplish this by simply changing the integration on the go (so to speak). This way, there is no need to reinvent software every time there is a need for change.
Enforced Security & Compliance - No-code/low-code transformational strategies that are inherently secured and compliant mean that ERP integrations will be fulfilled with the required regulations hassle-free for IT teams.
Who’s Leading the Low-Code/No-Code Revolution?
Several players are shaking up the ERP integration landscape. Platforms like Odoo, Zapier, Mendix, OutSystems, and Microsoft Power Automate are leading the charge, making ERP integrations accessible to businesses of all sizes.
Is This the End of Traditional ERP Integrations?
No, it's not. Traditional coding is still very much a necessity for complex and highly customized integrations. However, low-code and no-code platforms are help in most cases to save time, money, and energy.
Odoo: A Top Low-Code ERP
Odoo is one of the best low-code ERP platforms, offering flexibility, automation, and easy customization. With its modular design and drag-and-drop tools, businesses can streamline operations without deep coding expertise.
Final Thoughts: The Future is Here
The days of painful, drawn-out ERP integrations are fading. Low-code and no-code platforms like Odoo are making ERP connectivity easier than ever, allowing businesses to focus on growth rather than technical roadblocks. If your company hasn’t explored these tools yet, now’s the time to jump in!
The future of ERP integrations is fast, flexible, and code-free—are you ready for the Odoo upgrade?

Hi Pika ☺️ Thanks for the translations and analyses 🫂 this is pallate cleanser ask hopefully lol. I think you said you played ffxiv so what do you think Katsuki would play as if he did? And what kind of playstyle would suit him best? (achiev hunting for example)
Any other student headcanons you'd like to share are appreciated too 😌
Katsuki Bakugou certainly has the god complex for a Healer, and he's believable as a big numbers DPS, but given his penchant for taunting, instinctive battle strategizing, insistence on leading his party from out in front, propensity for taking hits for others, and physical advantage in wars of attrition, I declare Katsuki Bakugou is in fact a Tank main (who had an annoying Machinist phase on the side at some point because artillery explosions go brrrrrrrrrrr).
Aesthetically, we all know Katsuki's going for a male Au Ra Dark Knight or Reaper. Gunbreaker is a permissible alternative. It's hard to choose anything but Dark Knight for him given the Living Dead ability where dying literally makes him invulnerable. 😂 And he'd spend any duty bossing the healers around so they don't fuck with his skill set.
That said, given the breadth of his character development, it seems by the time he reaches his second year of high school Katsuki will dabble in Paladin and become a reliable carry and support.
Play style? Katsuki plays PvP guaranteed. And he races for worldwide first clear of newly released Ultimates. Whatever is the most competitive shit, Katsuki's doing it and kicking ass (unlike me, as I'm a filthy casual who doesn't really know what I'm talking about even by saying this much).
Katsuki eventually gets into Fisher after he discovers he's a masochist.
Other characters?
Izuku (male Viera) mains either Ninja (for the nerdy complexity) or Dragoon (for the self-destructive tendencies).
Ochako (female Lalafell) is a crafter main who's milking the marketboard for all the gil she can get.
Shouto (male Hyur) is a really bad Black Mage main.
Iida is a mentor who never turns off Shout in the chatbox.
Kirishima mains Warrior.
Tokoyami mains Reaper.
Kouda mains Summoner.
Satou mains Culinarian/Gatherer.
Ojiro is a Monk who does MSQ only.
Hagakure knows all the ins and outs of the free trial version.
Mina mains Dancer and knows glamour is the endgame.
Mineta just ERPs as a female Viera and uses mods.
Aoyama mains Red Mage and uses Verblind every chance he gets.
Momo has max leveled all her roles and runs the class' Free Company.
Jirou joins a Bard Discord, hangs out exclusively in clubs, and AFKs in the Limsa Lominsa aetheryte plaza.
Shouji is a male Hrothgar who absolutely slays at everything he does, as Hrothgars are wont to do.
Tsuyu is a FemRoe.
Kaminari is also a FemRoe. He spends real money to buy Fantasia potions.
Sero mains Blue Mage.

What We Don’t Know About OCD: Exploring the Complexities Behind the Disorder
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is often misunderstood, both in terms of its symptoms and its underlying causes. Many people associate OCD with cleanliness or being overly organized, but the reality is much more complex. This disorder goes far beyond common stereotypes and continues to perplex both researchers and healthcare providers. Despite growing awareness, there’s still so much we don’t fully understand about OCD, from its origins to the wide variety of ways it can manifest.
At New Insights Behavioral Health, we work with individuals to manage symptoms of OCD through personalized medication management plans. In this blog, we’ll explore what we still don’t know about OCD and why understanding these gaps is essential for better treatment.
1. The Origins of OCD: Unanswered Questions
One of the biggest unknowns about OCD is its exact cause. While research has identified certain factors—such as genetics, brain structure, and environmental influences—that may play a role, there’s no single explanation for why someone develops OCD. Some studies suggest that abnormalities in the brain’s communication system, particularly in areas that control decision-making and behavior, could contribute to the disorder. Yet, the precise mechanisms remain unclear.
2. OCD Beyond Cleanliness: The Spectrum of Symptoms
Another aspect that remains widely misunderstood is the spectrum of symptoms associated with OCD. It’s commonly depicted as an obsession with cleanliness or order, but OCD can manifest in many different ways. For example, individuals may have intrusive thoughts that are violent or disturbing, or they may feel compelled to perform rituals that have nothing to do with cleanliness. These obsessions and compulsions are often distressing and can interfere with daily life.
What we don’t fully understand is why OCD presents differently in various individuals. Why does one person develop contamination fears while another struggles with fear of harm or religious obsessions? This variability makes diagnosis and treatment a more nuanced process than most people realize.
3. How OCD and Anxiety Interact
OCD is often grouped under anxiety disorders, but the relationship between OCD and anxiety is still not fully understood. While anxiety often accompanies OCD, it’s not always clear whether OCD is driven by anxiety or if it’s its own distinct condition. Researchers are exploring how obsessive thoughts create compulsive behaviors, which can, in turn, fuel anxiety—but this cycle isn’t always easy to break or understand.
4. The Role of Trauma in OCD Development
Another mystery about OCD is the potential link between trauma and the development of obsessive-compulsive symptoms. Some research suggests that individuals who have experienced trauma, especially in childhood, may be more likely to develop OCD. However, the evidence isn’t definitive, and the exact relationship between trauma and OCD symptoms remains unclear. More research is needed to understand how past experiences influence the onset and course of the disorder.
5. Treatment Gaps: Medication and Therapy
While cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), specifically Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), is considered the gold standard for treating OCD, medication can also play a crucial role in managing symptoms. Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) are often prescribed, but even with these treatments, many people don’t achieve full relief from their symptoms.
One of the things we still don’t know is why certain individuals respond well to medication, while others don’t. There’s also much to learn about alternative treatments, such as deep brain stimulation, and their long-term effects. At New Insights Behavioral Health, we work closely with patients to create tailored medication management plans, adjusting as needed to provide the best possible outcomes.
6. The Future of OCD Research
As science continues to evolve, so does our understanding of OCD. Researchers are investigating everything from genetic factors to advanced brain imaging techniques in hopes of uncovering new insights into the disorder. While there are still many unknowns, these efforts are critical in paving the way for more effective treatments and better outcomes for those living with OCD.
Final Thoughts
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder is a complex, multifaceted condition that is often oversimplified in mainstream conversations. What we don’t know about OCD is just as important as what we do, as it highlights the need for continued research and a deeper understanding of the disorder. At New Insights Behavioral Health, we are committed to staying at the forefront of OCD treatment, providing compassionate, evidence-based care that helps our patients manage their symptoms and improve their quality of life.
If you or a loved one is struggling with OCD, our experienced team of APRNs is here to help. Contact us today and fill out a new patient form to learn more about how we can support you on your journey toward better mental health.

ERP in Manufacturing: What You Need to Know for Business Growth
In today's dynamic business landscape, manufacturing companies face numerous challenges, from volatile market demands to complex supply chain management. To thrive in this competitive environment, organizations are increasingly turning to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. In this blog post, we will explore the significance of ERP systems for manufacturing companies, their role in software development companies, and the key factors that contribute to business growth.

Understanding ERP Systems for Manufacturing Companies
The Core of ERP: Integration and Automation
ERP systems are comprehensive software solutions designed to integrate and streamline various business processes within an organization. For manufacturing companies, ERP serves as a centralized platform that connects different departments such as production, inventory, procurement, finance, and human resources. The integration of these processes results in improved communication, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Key Features of ERP in Manufacturing
1. Production Planning and Scheduling:
ERP systems enable manufacturing companies to optimize production processes by providing real-time insights into resource availability, production capacity, and demand forecasting. This ensures that production schedules are aligned with market demands, reducing the risk of overproduction or stockouts.
2. Inventory Management:
Efficient inventory management is crucial for manufacturing companies. ERP software helps organizations maintain optimal inventory levels, minimize carrying costs, and prevent stockouts. It also facilitates better demand planning and order fulfillment.
3. Quality Control:
ERP systems play a vital role in maintaining product quality by tracking and managing every stage of the manufacturing process. This includes monitoring raw materials, production processes, and finished goods to ensure they meet industry standards and customer expectations.
4. Supply Chain Visibility:
With ERP, manufacturing companies gain better visibility into their supply chain. This visibility helps in identifying potential bottlenecks, reducing lead times, and enhancing collaboration with suppliers. A transparent supply chain is essential for meeting customer demands and maintaining a competitive edge.
5. Financial Management:
ERP systems provide robust financial modules that help manufacturing companies manage budgets, track costs, and generate accurate financial reports. This financial transparency enables informed decision-making and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
ERP for Software Development Companies: A Unique Perspective
While traditionally associated with manufacturing, ERP systems have found their way into software development companies as well. The principles of integration, automation, and streamlined processes are just as applicable in the software industry.
Project Management and Collaboration
In software development, ERP systems assist in project management by centralizing tasks, timelines, and resource allocation. This ensures that development teams work cohesively, deadlines are met, and resources are utilized efficiently. Collaboration is enhanced through shared data and communication channels, leading to improved project outcomes.
Resource Allocation and Time Tracking
ERP software allows software development companies to optimize resource allocation and track time spent on different projects. This data-driven approach enhances project planning, improves resource efficiency, and provides insights for future capacity planning.
Scalability and Flexibility
Software companies often face rapidly changing project scopes and client requirements. ERP systems provide the scalability and flexibility needed to adapt to these changes seamlessly. Whether it's adding new features, accommodating changes in project timelines, or expanding the scope, ERP systems empower software development companies to stay agile.
Key Considerations for Implementing ERP in Manufacturing
1. Customization and Flexibility:
Manufacturing companies should look for ERP solutions that offer customization options to align with specific industry needs. Flexibility is crucial, considering the diverse manufacturing processes and business models.
2. User Training and Change Management:
Successful ERP implementation requires thorough training of users and effective change management strategies. Employees need to understand the benefits of ERP and be comfortable with the new system to ensure smooth adoption.
3. Data Security and Compliance:
Given the sensitive nature of manufacturing data, security is a top priority. ERP systems must comply with industry regulations and provide robust security features to safeguard intellectual property, customer information, and business-critical data.
4. Integration with Existing Systems:
Seamless integration with existing software and systems is essential for a smooth transition to ERP. Compatibility with other tools and technologies ensures that there is no disruption in day-to-day operations during the implementation phase.
5. Scalability for Future Growth:
An ERP system should be scalable to accommodate the growing needs of a manufacturing company. It should support expansion into new markets, additional product lines, and increased production volumes without compromising performance.
Conclusion: Driving Business Growth with ERP
In conclusion, ERP systems have become indispensable tools for manufacturing companies seeking sustainable growth in a competitive market. By integrating and automating core business processes, ERP not only enhances operational efficiency but also provides valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
For software development companies, the adaptability of ERP systems offers a unique advantage in managing the dynamic and ever-evolving nature of the industry. The principles that make ERP effective in manufacturing—integration, automation, and streamlined processes—are equally applicable and beneficial in the software development landscape.
As businesses continue to evolve, embracing ERP is not just a technological choice; it's a strategic one. Those who invest in robust ERP solutions position themselves for improved competitiveness, increased profitability, and sustainable growth in the long run.
