Domenica pigra e transitoria. TRASCRIZIONE [ENG translation below] Sono sulla finestra del balcone. No, non si può dire 'sono sulla finestra del balcone', sono sul balcone. È domenica pomeriggio e sento delle voci, forse le sentite anche voi, però non vedo nessuno per strada, quindi evidentemente qualcuno che, così, festeggia dentro una casa oppure sotto il mio balcone, in un punto che io da qua non vedo, sono al quarto piano quindi non credo nemmeno sia il caso di sporgersi troppo. È una domenica, diciamo di passaggio, perché sono appena rientrata da una vacanza e quindi sto riprendendo contatto con la casa. Poi, tra l'altro, nelle settimane che sono stata via è arrivato l'inverno, quindi ho fatto anche il cambio dell'armadio, passaggio fondamentale per potersi mettere qualcosa per uscire o comunque per sentirsi a proprio agio, almeno per me lo è un passaggio fondamentale, e ogni volta che faccio il cambio dell'armadio mi ripropongo di limitare il numero di capi. Però ne ho già parlato, mi sa di averne parlato anche non troppo tempo fa, forse prima di andare in vacanza. E no, è una bella giornata perché, nonostante appunto la temperatura si sia abbassata notevolmente, però diciamo che ancora abbiamo le massime di 21, 22, domani mi pare che facciano addirittura 23 gradi. Oggi sono andata tra l'altro a fare una passeggiata in spiaggia ed è sempre una cosa che mi mi rallegra: sei lì seduta che ti bevi un aperitivo e pensi, ma quanto siamo fortunati a vivere in un posto dove anche d'inverno si può tranquillamente stare al sole perché il sole riscalda, non è come certi paesi del nord. Quindi sto riprendendo contatto con le mie abitudini e con il mio mondo qua, con tutto quello che ne consegue. Stagione di raffreddori, infatti c'è già diversa gente che ha il raffreddore e altri vari altri malanni che però si chiamano mali di stagione per un motivo, perché vengono con la stagione, ma non mi lamento più di tanto. Potete forse sentire anche in sottofondo Mazinga che ogni volta che mi vede parlare col telefono in mano, io ora ho il telefono in mano per contare i minuti, non lo so, vuole essere accarezzate e se io poco poco faccio l'errore di accarezzarla, allora mi si appiccica addosso e non si stacca più e le carezze le chiede in modo molto molto violento perché se incomincio a carezzare la testa e poi smetto, con la manina, con la zampetta e con le unghiette, mi fa capire che forse è meglio che continui, perché è una cosa che a lei dà molto piacere. E poi, ecco, eccola già che mi arriva con la zampetta e che mi graffia. Mazinga Smettila! Forse è meglio che chiuda e che mi dedichi un po' alla mia gatta che anche lei ha sentito la mia lontananza. Whew! Tough question, huh. I know. I can remember a time where questions like this one was hard to answer. I was lucky to have OG's growing up and school me to some things. One thing I was always intrigued by was that they let nothing or very little bother them. See, you get to a point in your life where you have to stop worrying about people and things. There's a level of stress that comes with that. We all know what stress can do!

For me, I learned I had to make life *snap* that simple. People love to say, "everything ain't that simple." "Everything ain't black and white." Right! But everything doesn't need to be an obstacle course either. I had to make life easy for myself because that Grey area and be a lot stressful. Yes or no. That's it. I don't do well with stress so black & white it is. That 'maybe' is a strong yes to who you told it to. But it's a no for you. So Why give them the hope?? No, I can't do it. Or, Yes, I can do it. Here's another one that stress some people out. When someone asks them to borrow money and they respond, "Let me check my account." Oh, so you don't know what's in your account?? LOL.. Don't put yourself in that stressful situation.

You have to take control of the stress we endure. A lot of the stress you're under can be controlled and eliminated. Start making some things black & white. Watch your life become lighter.
