Why English Fluency Is a Must for Corporate Job Interviews

INTRODUCTION
In today's competitive corporate world, having the right qualifications isn’t enough. Whether you're aiming for a position in an MNC, a startup, or a government-backed corporate firm, English fluency plays a major role in how you're perceived during job interviews. It’s no longer just an added advantage—it’s a basic necessity.
Why English Fluency Matters in Interviews
In most job interviews, especially in cities like Delhi, the very first round often tests your communication skills. Interviewers observe your grammar, pronunciation, sentence structure, and most importantly, your confidence while speaking in English. Your ability to express ideas fluently can create a strong impression, even if you're a fresher.
Many students from non-English-medium backgrounds struggle in this area, despite being technically sound. To bridge this gap, enrolling in an Intermediate to Advanced English Course in Yamuna Vihar or Uttam Nagar is a wise step toward achieving professional fluency.

i hate reading and im checking mariam webster to figure out how to use punctuation marks but im still writing weirdly artful furry porn.
never give up on your dreams!!!!
#people think its strange that i can write somewhat well and dont read#i kinda believe that writing is just the art of expressing ideas through word#and i think you can study any medium that uses written or spoken language to do train your writing#you just need to get invested in analysis#I like essays analyzing pieces of media and i like learning about writing#and even when I'm playing a videogame or watching a letsplay i can look at the story and apply the analysis there#and be like ''they couldve gotten more out of their themes if they took the story in this direction'' or ''this isn't working for me becaus#THAT BEING SAID#i did fail my college english class twice (Thats because im awful at research but still)#and i do really think that your going to get the most insight on writing from reading books#I want to pick up reading but its hard with my adhd and when i listen to audiobook and do other things i dont think im picking up as much#but yeah dont take any of my writing advice seriously im just a kid who has feelings about life and wants to express them as well as i can

Crowley, my dear, are you listening?
"Even if the mere uttering of these words stretch the limits of your patience, I've always thought of you to be nice. Gentle. Different from the others.
Then why must you unveil such cruelty, Crowley?
Bluntly offering the affection and devotion I've craved from you ever since I bore witness of your creations. Oh, how I wished to be even a speckle of your crafted stars; how I still want to.
Now you press against me.
And I pushed, and pushed, and pushed, waiting for the blazing fire in me to consume my whole corporation and for the fall to come. Such a Fallen I've become, betraying the very sense of morality build up on the pearly gates.
Perhaps falling wouldn't have been such a horror. At least I would've stood by your side. I could've held you, kept your embrace.
But then again, what has simplicity been but a phantom of our history?
So once more I pushed, until your presence and the warmth wrapped all around me slipped from my fingers.
I reckon someday you'll understand the meanings of my leave. Although having been tempted to sins, by you no less, nothing will ever feel as guilty as not letting you know I'm doing this for the sake of you. Of us.
I never meant any harm, even if you'd argue the opposite, though I'd easily give myself into retreat knowing the words that can not be taken back. After all, it's not as if you could've seen the mirror I was looking at.
If you ever wish to see me again, will your eyes be full of disdain? Have I become like any other angel to you?
I've never been one to seek for answers, but shall I get one, may my last wish be that it doesn't break me apart.
Or, on the very least, I beg that my end shall be done by my only love."

I genuinely dont know how i know so much spanish actually like i joke a lot about not knowing how to speak spanish but i honestly have no idea where the amount i know comes from
#like yes i am from spain but being from somewhere doesnt teach you that language#you have to spend around 30% of your childhood around a language to learn it natively or smth#i literally did not have that or even close with spanish like#1. at home my family has never spoken a word in spanish to me and rarely to other people only when they dont understand catalan#and i dont think that was different when i was a kid though i dont remember so definitely didnt learn from there#2. at school i always spoke catalan and like except 2 ppl who used spanish between them everyone just talked in catalan in my class idk#and all classes were always in catalan except like. 3h a week spanish class?#so yeah also didnt come from school#3. all the cartoons we watched were pirated and we had them in a disk or smth. we had catalan and english versions#like the rule was if youve watched them before now you watch them in english i literally have been around more english than spanish what#and idk i think my parents told me that once in kindergarten i had a teacher who mostly spoke spanish?#but like i cant just know spanish from that right? RIGHT?#like i actually think my spanish level is super high given the circumstances its just. that im from and live in spain.#anyways yeah fuck spanish who knows how i learnt it and yeah visca catalunya i visca el catala#mine#random

*has loved sign language since childhood* *is more or less proficient in american sign language* *has studied and continues to study Deaf culture and its history* *has met and befriended many d/Deaf people*
*asks deaf person to repeat a fingerspelled word more than once*
omg now they hate me and they probably hate me for trying to learn their language and then failing at it so miserably and i should probably just switch majors and gosh they probably think im just another stupid hearing person. please i can do better i swear i didnt mean to disrespect you
every single deaf person that i have ever met: *does not care* *probably didn't even register any mistake i made* *understands that I am learning an entirely new language and am bound to need a bit of help*
#asl#american sign language#sign language#deaf community#this goes for how it feels to learn any language tbh#a previous asl professor of mine was actually spanish#(english was her 3rd language)#and she once said “como estas?”#you know#one of the most well known spanish phrases that you dont even have to take a spanish class to know (“how are you?”)#and i completely blanked#not because I didnt know what it meant#but because i was too nervous to speak spanish with a native spanish speaker#which is actually hilarious#because the whole point of learning more than one language#is to be able to communicate with the people who speak those languages#i think this is more of an american culture thing#the fact that we are often taught to perfect things like pronunciation (if its spoken) and grammar#instead of actual communication#of course sign language grammar is a bit more important to learn than other languages grammar#you say smt wrong in english and a native english speaker will be able to understand you fine#but signed languages are pretty much dependent on the grammar side of things#but my point still stands
