I need help with the F1 2012 game

Hi! My f1 2012 game doesn’t save my carrer. After some research and finding out it’s a common problem, I’ve already tried the most common solution (split screen option and changing the controls profile). This works since I’ve even used it before but now it seems useless. If ANYONE has any suggestion I’d be really thankfull! I’ll leave here the link of the solution I most found and already tried!
