I know Beardsley already alluded to thing but it was really sad and powerful when Kristen tells Cassandra that she knows “chaotic is not cute.” And then Cassandra straight up tells her, “I can’t rely on you.”

And Kristen and the entire audience have to agree. It’s really humbling for me as an audience member but I’m guessing also for Kristen in that moment

We don’t know if Cassandra is dead. We don’t know if she’s alive. We don’t know if she’s some secret third, fourth or fifth thing.

It’s honestly fitting, being a Goddess of Mystery and Doubt, that their current situation remains unclear and unknown.

In any case, we won’t know until we know, and I think it’s good to sort of just sit with the ambiguity for a bit

Wait a second. @islandoforder mentioned how both Riz and Kristen had reactions to anger, and I just realised. Brennan described them as "going red", described that you could see that their anger affected them physically. Cassandra has red going through her, which usually happens in response to something. I think, just maybe, it's a physical response to anger. Think about it, every time Cassandra has been in pain this season, it has been because of something Kristen has said, an emotion that has caused this. I initially thought it was due to a shaken faith in Kristen, but Kristen's faith hasn't shaken. Instead, I'm beginning to think what's happening to Cassandra is her anger hurting her. Or, specifically, something is going on in the world of Spyre, where anger is getting much more dangerous. Where such a loss of control of your emotions, where you lash out at your loved ones because you have lost complete control of yourself, that...that may have a lot more meaning this season.

It's only the beginnings of a theory, but I'm starting to see a pattern, here. And I, for one, am terrified.

took me all day to formulate this in a way that made sense but its incredibly important to me that K2, a clone made from strange wizardry, who stood on a deck and stumbled upon a situation she had no way of understanding, and cast a successful divine intervention to cassandra, the witch goddess of doubt and mystery

it's low-key funny to me that cassandra — the god that has to pray to her followers — looks the same as past kristen while kristen's buff junior year design is a lot like frat boy helio
