Trusting in God's Timing because He did it before
Life often feels overwhelming with so much to do and limited resources and time. Yet, God has always provided for our needs, reminding us not to worry or be anxious. We can rely on His perfect timing and plan, trusting Him instead of trying to figure everything out on our own. By acknowledging Him and trusting His guidance, He will show us the right path. God is faithful, and we can trust His…

I think one of my favorite ways to make ocs is to take the traits that were already there and amplify them. This has literally never missed for me once. ESPECIALLY negative traits. I'll come back to an oc four years down the line and suddenly they are twice as much of a Cunt and also have several new Complexes about shit it's great 10/10

Wise Too Late
Learning Before Regret ComesLife Lessons Learned “Fear God and keep His commandments, for this is the whole duty of man. For God will bring every deed into judgment, including every hidden thing, whether it is good or evil” (Ecclesiastes 12:13–14). At some point in life, every person will pause and ask a question no amount of success or pleasure can answer: “What was it all for?” That question…

Tumblr media
The sky had been burning when the world ended.
You were fifteen—just a kid with scraped knees and a heart too big for the horrors it was about to witness.
Sirens wailed through the streets, helicopters thundered above, and the sharp stench of smoke and decay clung to the air like death itself. One moment, your parents were urging you to run, voices trembling with fear. The next, everything shattered. A scream. Blood. The gurgled breath of something that wasn’t quite human anymore.
You had survived. Somehow. Alone.
But the cost of survival was everything.
-
The woods are silent, save for the crunch of your boots over frostbitten leaves. The moon hangs high above, pale and cold, casting everything in an unforgiving glow. You keep your knife gripped tight in one hand, the other cradling your growling stomach. It’s been three days since you last found anything remotely edible.
Every snap of a branch, every whisper of wind feels like a threat. Years alone have trained you to expect the worst.
Then you pause.
Smoke. Just a wisp of it in the air. You sniff again, slower this time. It's faint, but definitely there.
You move like a shadow, quiet and cautious, weaving through trees toward the scent. And then you see it:
A flickering campfire nestled in a hollow clearing, throwing gold and orange light onto the figures beside it. Two men. Asleep—at least, you hope they are. One is lying flat on the ground, the other propped against a log, limbs long and sprawled, a blindfold covering his eyes.
There’s food by the fire. Real food. Bread. Cans. Water.
You inch closer, heart hammering. It’s been years since you’ve seen other people. You don’t know if that makes this moment safer… or far more dangerous.
You creep into the circle of warmth, fingers itching toward the supplies. Just one thing. That’s all you need.
You barely breathe as you crouch beside the campfire, the heat brushing against your frozen skin like a long-forgotten comfort. Your fingers tremble as you reach for a loaf of bread—real bread—but just as your hand closes around it, your boot nudges something metallic.
CLANG.
The tin can hits the ground, and for a moment, silence swallows everything.
Then—movement.
You whip your head toward the two figures by the fire. One shoots upright in an instant, long-limbed and alarmingly fast. The other groans awake, slower, disoriented. You don’t even have time to run.
"Don't move," the taller one says—voice low, commanding. You meet his gaze and—holy hell.
Snow-white hair, cerulean eyes. He stands like someone who’s fought the world and won. His blindfold hangs around his neck, exposing everything. It's him—the one with the voice that makes your skin prickle and a face that doesn’t belong in this nightmare world.
"Well, well," he drawls, taking a step forward. "And here I thought we were the only pretty faces left."
You swallow, frozen. His companion grabs a weapon, steps forward too, more cautious.
"Who are you?" the second man demands.
The white-haired man’s eyes never leave yours. He smirks.
"She’s hungry. Look at her. Poor thing."
You clench your fists. You’ve survived too long to be pitied.
"Touch me and I swear to god—"
The man raises his hands, mockingly innocent.
"Easy, sweetheart. No one’s touching you… unless you want us to."
You scrunch up your face, disgusted and his grin widens just a little.
You lift your knife. “I don’t want trouble. I just need food.”
“I’d say knocking over our supplies in the middle of the night is kinda trouble,” the dark-haired one says. His hair is tied back, strands falling loose around his face, his grip on his weapon steady. “Who are you?”
You swallow thickly. It’s been so long since anyone’s asked you that. Your voice is hoarse. “Just someone trying to survive.”
The white-haired one takes a lazy step forward, hands raised in mock surrender.
“Chill, Suguru. She’s not here to kill us,” he says, and then turns back to you. “You got a name, mystery girl?”
You eye him warily. “…Why do you care?”
He grins. “Because mine’s Gojo Satoru. And this grumpy one is Suguru.”
Suguru rolls his eyes. “Don’t tell her our names, dumbass.”
But Gojo—Satoru, apparently—just shrugs, looking far too amused for someone who just woke up to a stranger trying to rob him.
Your fingers tighten on your knife. But something about him… those eyes… that voice…
“You really gonna stab the guy who might be your best chance at staying alive?” he asks, cocking his head. “Come sit. Eat. Or run. Up to you.”
Your stomach growls loudly.
Satoru grins wider. “That’s what I thought.”
You slowly lower your knife, but don’t put it away—not yet. Your eyes stay locked on them as you inch closer to the fire. The warmth should be a comfort, but your muscles are still taut, ready to bolt at the first sign of danger.
Satoru sprawls back onto a log like he’s done this a hundred times. He’s still smiling—lazy, smug, like he’s enjoying this little show. Suguru doesn’t relax. He stays seated, but his eyes follow your every move, knife still held tight in his hand.
You kneel beside the fire, close enough to reach the food, far enough to lunge away if you need to. There’s a dented pot with some kind of stew, still warm, and a few pieces of bread wrapped in cloth.
“Help yourself,” Satoru says, waving a hand like he’s offering a royal feast. “We even warmed it up for you.”
You shoot him a glare but reach out cautiously, taking just a little. You sniff the stew first. Watch them.
“Don’t worry, it’s not poisoned,” Suguru says dryly.
“That’s what someone who poisoned it would say,” you mutter, tearing off a bite of bread.
Satoru snorts. “She’s got a mouth on her. I like her.”
You ignore that. Instead, you eat slowly, eyes flicking between them. They don’t move. Suguru keeps watch. Satoru lounges like this is the most interesting thing that’s happened all week.
“How long have you two been out here?” you ask finally.
“Long enough,” Suguru says, tone clipped.
"Too long," Satoru says, tossing a pebble into the fire like this is just another lazy night for him. "We move around, but we've got a base. Old prison, about twenty miles from here. You?"
You don’t answer right away.
“Alone,” you say after a beat. “I’ve been alone.”
The fire crackles between you.
Suguru’s gaze softens—just for a second. But Satoru’s smile stays.
“Well,” he says, stretching out his long legs, “you’re not alone anymore.”
You narrow your eyes. “I’m not staying.”
“Didn’t say you had to.” He leans forward, resting his elbows on his knees. “But something tells me you might not leave either.”
He’s not threatening. He’s just… certain.
You’re crouched by the fire, still tense, still not entirely trusting, when Satoru leans back on his hands, head tilted.
“You should come with us,” he says, like it’s the simplest thing in the world. “You’ll be safer.”
Your eyes flick to Suguru—he doesn’t hide the way his jaw clenches.
“She could be a liability,” Suguru mutters. “You don’t know her.”
“No,” Satoru agrees, grinning at you. “But I like her.”
Suguru sighs, deep and disapproving, but you see it—that soft flicker in his eyes that means he’s already given in.
Satoru turns back to you. “We’re heading out at first light. If you’re in, pack whatever you’ve got.”
You nod, hesitant. But, maybe… maybe this is the start of something.
-
A gentle nudge to your shoulder. Then a voice, light and annoyingly cheerful.
“Wake up, sleepyhead. Big day today.”
You blink awake to Satoru crouching beside you, white hair a wild halo against the rising sun. He grins.
“You snore, by the way.”
“I do not.”
“You do. It was cute.”
You groan, dragging a hand over your face. “Remind me why I agreed to come with you again?”
“Because I’m charming,” he beams. “Now come on. We've got a long way to go—and Suguru’s already in a mood.”
You raise an eyebrow. “Maybe he wouldn’t be if you stopped talking.”
“Ohhh, savage!” he clutches his chest, stumbling back like you just stabbed him. “You wound me, stranger.”
You roll your eyes and sling your bag over your shoulder. “Not a stranger anymore, remember? You practically adopted me last night.”
Satoru grins, falling into step beside you. “True. You’re my problem now.”
“Joy,” you mutter, but your lips twitch despite yourself.
Suguru’s already waiting up ahead, arms crossed, brow arched like he’s already tired of this nonsense. “You two done flirting or should I keep walking?”
You open your mouth to protest, but Satoru gets there first.
“Jealousy doesn’t suit you, Suguru.”
“I will leave you in the woods,” Suguru replies flatly.
“You’d miss me in an hour.”
“You wish.”
You stifle a laugh and glance between the two. “Are you always like this?”
Satoru flashes you a grin. “Buckle up, sweetheart. You haven’t seen anything yet.”
-
The trek through the forest had been relatively quiet—birds rustled above, trees whispering overhead, and Satoru talking your ear off. But midway through the journey, something shifts.
Suguru’s head tilts first, eyes narrowing at the faint crunch in the distance. Not a squirrel. Not a rabbit.
You hear it next.
Low. Guttural.
A hiss.
Then another.
They come from the trees. Slow at first—one stumbles into view, then two, then more. Rotting limbs. Glazed-over eyes. That sickening gurgle of hunger.
“Aw, shit,” Satoru grins like it’s a party. “Looks like we’ve got company.”
Suguru already has his blade drawn, calm as ever. “Don’t play around, Satoru.”
“No promises.” He rolls his shoulders, cracking his neck with a sharp tilt. “Time to impress the new girl.”
The first zombie lunges—and Satoru moves. A blur of motion, too fast to follow. The undead’s head twists unnaturally before it even hits the ground.
Suguru moves more fluidly—clean, precise slashes. No theatrics. Just deadly efficiency. His blade slices through two more, not even a drop of blood on him.
But they just keep coming.
Your heart pounds in your ears. Adrenaline surges. You’d been careful to avoid confrontation all these years, but this is different. You're not alone anymore. And you won’t be dead weight.
You draw your blade—sharpened scrap metal turned makeshift machete—and steady your breath.
One charges. You duck, spin, and drive the blade clean through its skull. Another reaches for you. You kick it back hard, burying your weapon in its chest before pulling it free with a grunt.
Satoru whistles low. “Well damn.”
“Focus,” Suguru mutters, cutting another down.
You move together now, three separate forces of destruction.
Satoru’s grinning like a madman, whirling and laughing with every kill. “You seeing this? She’s got bite!”
Suguru flicks blood off his blade. “You could take a lesson from her.”
Zombies litter the ground within minutes. The forest falls silent again—except for your panting breaths.
Satoru walks over, brushing blood off his cheek. “Well, that was fun. You good?”
You nod, chest still heaving. “Peachy.”
“Okay, badass,” he says with a grin, then nudges your shoulder playfully. “I take it back. You’re not just some lost little stray. You’ve got some claws.”
Suguru simply gives you a once-over, silent approval in his gaze.
You sheath your blade. “Told you I could handle myself.”
Satoru grins wider. “Yeah, and it was hot.”
-
The journey's been long, your legs aching from the endless trek, your guard never once lowered—not even with Satoru’s ridiculous jokes or Suguru’s unnervingly sharp eyes on you.
But when the trees begin to thin and the rusted silhouette of a massive abandoned prison looms ahead—walls towering, fences lined with jagged barbed wire, and lookout towers standing tall like watchful sentinels—you feel something you haven't in years:
Hope.
Gojo stretches lazily, like the walk didn’t faze him at all. "Home sweet hellhole," he grins. "Bet you weren’t expecting this kind of palace."
Suguru doesn’t say much, just gestures for you to follow. The guards on the watchtower whistle low when they see the trio approaching, and the gates creak open. Inside, the prison yard is alive—people bustling, fires burning in steel barrels, children laughing (actual children), and survivors moving with purpose.
You're stunned. You didn’t think this kind of order still existed.
A kid runs up to Gojo. “Satoru! You’re back!”
“Obviously,” he winks, tossing his jacket at the kid. “Miss me?”
You stare, wide-eyed.
“You’re like… respected here?”
“Terrifying, isn’t it?” Gojo deadpans. “Stick with me, newbie. I’ll show you the ropes. Maybe even let you survive.”
Suguru glances back, quiet for a moment. “Don’t get too comfortable. It’s safe, but it’s not paradise.”
Gojo leans closer to you as you're led through the gates.
“Don’t worry. If anything tries to eat you—aside from me—I’ll kill it.”
Your face burns and he just smirks like he’s got you all figured out.
“Aww, don’t get all shy, now. Where’d all that bite from earlier go?” he teases, voice low and entirely too smug.
You shove him with a scowl, cheeks still flaming. “Shut up, lecher.”
He stumbles back with a dramatic gasp, hand clutching his chest. “Lecher? Ouch. You wound me, sweetheart.”
Suguru sighs ahead of you. “Ignore him. He gets like this when he’s not punched often enough.”
Gojo just throws an arm around your shoulders, unbothered and still grinning. “Admit it, you missed human interaction.”
You glare up at him. “I missed silence.”
“Too bad,” he chirps, “you’re stuck with me now.”
You follow Gojo through the looming gates of the old prison turned fortress, the creak of rusted metal echoing off cold concrete walls. The place is… intimidating, but secure. High fences, makeshift watchtowers, guards with weapons patrolling like hawks. Survivors glance your way—curious, cautious—but no one approaches just yet.
“Well,” Gojo grins, throwing his arms out dramatically, “welcome to paradise, sweetheart.”
You shoot him a glare, but before you can answer, a voice calls out.
“Don’t call new recruits that, Gojo.”
A tall woman leans against the infirmary doorway, cigarette dangling between her fingers, lab coat stained with faded blood. She looks you up and down, then flicks ash to the ground with a sigh.
“Ieiri Shoko. I’m the doctor over here,” she says. “You look like hell.”
“…Thanks?”
“She means ‘you’ll fit right in,’” Gojo says brightly, nudging your shoulder. “She’s got a warm heart under all that… nicotine.”
Before you can respond, another figure approaches—sharp, calculating, blond hair swept neatly back and a stern face that reads no nonsense allowed.
“Nanami Kento,” he introduces himself. “I hope you know how to follow rules.”
You stiffen slightly. “Depends on the rules.”
Gojo chuckles. “Play nice, Nanamin. She’s new.”
“And she’ll stay alive longer if she learns structure.”
You barely have time to absorb that before someone barrels into the conversation like a human golden retriever.
“Gojo-sensei! You’re back!”
A pink-haired young man skids to a stop beside you, eyes wide with excitement. “Whoa—new person?! Hi! I’m Itadori Yuji!”
You blink, overwhelmed by the sudden burst of energy.
“Yuji,” Gojo sighs fondly. “Tone it down a little, yeah? She’s been through it.”
Yuji’s smile softens. “Right, sorry. Still—welcome. You hungry? We’ve got canned peaches! They’re not that bad if you hold your breath.”
A scoff cuts through the chaos.
“That’s how you welcome someone? ‘Peaches if you hold your breath’?”
You turn to see a girl with sharp eyes, short auburn hair, and a confident stance stroll up like she owns the place.
“Kugisaki Nobara,” she says, hand on her hip. “Don’t let the dumb smiles fool you—Yuji’s annoying, but he’s not dangerous. Usually.”
Yuji pouts. “Rude.”
And last, from the shadows near the barracks, a low voice.
“Don’t overwhelm her.”
A tall boy steps forward, dark hair, brooding expression. Cold eyes meet yours briefly before shifting away like he’s already bored of this interaction.
“Fushiguro Megumi.”
You blink. “Nice to meet you… all.”
“You’ll get used to the chaos,” Nobara says. “Eventually.”
Gojo’s grin widens, like a proud dad watching his weird little family.
“See? Told you you’d like it here.”
You’re not sure yet. But for the first time in years, you’re not alone.
-
The base is a repurposed prison, all concrete walls and rusted bars, but the way Gojo walks its halls, it might as well be a palace.
“Welcome to paradise,” he grins, pushing open a barred door that creaks like it’s complaining. “Don’t let the charming décor fool you. The rats love it here.”
You roll your eyes but follow him in. He gestures with a dramatic sweep of his arm. “Your very own cell—er, suite.”
The room is small, but clean. A bed shoved into one corner, a patched-up mattress, and even a chipped mirror on the wall. You nod, impressed despite yourself.
He leans against the doorframe, arms crossed. “I gave you the one with a window. You can thank me later.”
You smirk and step back out into the hallway. “Trying to impress me, Gojo?”
“Oh, absolutely. I’m a peacock in the apocalypse, baby.”
You laugh under your breath and follow him down a narrow hall. There’s a dip in the concrete, a crack in the floor you don’t notice until your boot catches—your heart jumps as you pitch forward, but Gojo’s arms are immediately around you.
Strong. Steady. Warm.
“Careful now,” he murmurs, voice all silk and smugness. “You fell for me already?”
You’re pressed against his chest, your breath caught in your throat, face heating up. He doesn’t move right away—his hands settle on your waist, casual and intimate in a way that makes your stomach flip.
You shove him off with a flustered glare. “Shut up, lecher.”
He grins, wide and infuriating. “That’s more like it.”
The rest of the tour is quieter. You pass rooms where others sleep, the mess hall, the infirmary where Shoko’s set up shop. You even glimpse Yuji hauling supplies with Nobara snapping at him in the distance.
But then Gojo stops in front of a heavy iron door—no windows, no markings. His face changes. The joking fades.
“Whatever you do,” he says, voice low, “don’t go into the commissary. Not alone. Not ever.”
You blink, caught off guard by the sudden seriousness.
“Why?”
He doesn’t answer immediately. His blue eyes sharpen beneath his snowy lashes.
“Because even monsters like us keep our secrets somewhere,” he says softly. “And some doors are locked for a reason.”
You stare at him, heart knocking against your ribs.
Gojo Satoru, unshakable, untouchable… looking haunted?
Your skin prickles.
But he flashes you that lazy grin again, like nothing happened. “Now come on. You haven’t seen the courtyard. Yuji likes to wrestle people out there—it’s horrible. You’ll love it.”
And just like that, the moment passes… but the warning stays.
-
The rooftop’s quiet late at night.
The chaos of the base fades into a hush, just the distant hum of wind brushing over cracked cement and rusted fences. You lie back against the cool surface, arms behind your head, eyes fixed on the sky above. For once, it’s clear. A spatter of stars gleam like glass shards across a velvet sky.
You let yourself breathe.
No infected. No screaming. No fear.
Just the stars.
Footsteps approach—light, familiar, cocky.
“I knew you were a stargazer,” Gojo says, easing himself down beside you with a dramatic sigh. “You’ve got that dreamy, melancholic look. So poetic.”
You don’t look at him. “You’ve got that annoying, uninvited energy. So parasitic.”
He barks out a laugh. “Ow. You wound me, sweetheart.”
A beat passes. Then another.
You can feel him watching you, but for once, he doesn’t speak.
And somehow, that’s more unsettling.
“…You alright?” you ask, finally glancing his way.
He’s leaning back on his elbows, white hair messy from the wind, blue eyes locked on the stars—but they’re distant. Quiet. A far cry from their usual teasing glint.
“I’m heading out tomorrow,” he says casually. “Scouting mission. Few days tops.”
You blink. “Oh.”
Something flickers in your chest. It shouldn’t. Not like this.
“Oh,” you repeat, softer. “Right.”
A part of you wants to ask why he’s going. Another part wants to pretend it doesn’t matter. You settle for neither, chewing your lip, trying to ignore the weight settling in your gut.
Satoru glances at you then, his smirk lazy but his voice just a touch softer.
“Try not to miss me, yeah?”
You scoff. “I’ll throw a party the second you leave.”
“That’s what they all say,” he murmurs, leaning just a little closer. “Then they realize how boring life is without me.”
His smile is all mischief—but behind it, there’s something warmer. Something real.
And for once… you don’t fire back. You just look at him.
Maybe you’ll miss him a little. Just a little.
-
You don’t expect his absence to linger. But it does.
You feel it in the small silences—the way the mess hall feels quieter without his dumb jokes echoing through it, how sparring sessions feel colder without him barging in with some smug, offhanded comment about your form.
At night, you find yourself back on the rooftop. The stars are still there, but they don’t sparkle like they used to. It’s stupid, you tell yourself, because what kind of person starts depending on a man like that?
He’s loud. He’s infuriating. He teases you relentlessly.
But… he saw you. When you thought no one ever would again.
Shoko notices the way you’ve been spacing out more. She doesn’t say anything until the third night.
“You okay?”
You nod. Too quickly. “Fine.”
She squints at you. “You’re not fine. You’re moping.”
“I’m not moping.”
She clicks her tongue. “Acting like someone’s girlfriend.”
You nearly knock your cup over. “I’m not—!”
But you don’t finish that sentence. Because the words feel too close to something you’ve been avoiding.
You try to bury it—tell yourself it’s just concern. You’re just… grateful. It’s not like that. You don’t miss his stupid smirk or the way he always stands too close just to fluster you. You don’t care about how his hair always looks so damn soft, or how his voice drops a little when he’s serious with you.
You don’t.
You don’t.
Then the whispers start.
“No signal from the scouting team.”
“They were supposed to be back by now.”
A cold chill snakes down your spine.
You start going to the gate more. Just to check. You pretend it’s coincidence.
It’s not.
You catch yourself gripping the straps of your bag harder than usual. You’ve never hated waiting so much in your life.
Until one evening—
The gates finally creak open.
Your breath catches in your throat as the guards call out a name. Several figures walk through the archway, dust and blood clinging to their clothes.
And there he is.
White hair, blue eyes. One sleeve ripped off, a gash on his collarbone, dried blood staining his neck—but he’s alive.
“Satoru,” you whisper, already walking forward.
His eyes find yours instantly. That grin pulls at his lips like it never left.
“Aww, did you miss me?”
You don’t answer. You just hit his shoulder. “Idiot.”
But then your hands linger, and before you can stop yourself, you’re pulling him into a tight hug.
He stiffens, just for a second. Then his arms slide around you, strong and warm.
“Try not to cry too hard,” he mutters, voice light—but there’s something tight beneath it.
“I hate you,” you mumble into his shirt.
“Sure you do,” he chuckles, and when you pull back, his smile softens.
You don’t know what this feeling is. Or maybe you do. You just don’t want to name it yet.
But you know this: You’re glad he came back.
And for now, that’s enough.
-
You wander the halls of the prison alone, the hum of fluorescent lights above your head flickering inconsistently. Satoru had taken the kids out back for training, and with nothing to do and no one to bother you, you figured you’d finally explore the rest of the base.
The place was massive—too massive. Each cell block looked like the next, corridors looping endlessly into each other until your curiosity outweighs your sense of direction. One door, rusted and slightly ajar, catches your eye.
You should’ve turned around.
You push it open.
Inside is dark, dusty. Shelves line the walls, broken crates and old rations tossed everywhere. You wander deeper, hesitant but unaware. That is…until it hits.
The smell.
Rotting flesh, stagnant air, the thick, unmistakable stench of death.
And then—movement.
Shuffling. A low groan. Shadows twitch. A hand smacks against a shelf and knocks it over with a crash.
They're here.
Your eyes snap wide and panic sets in instantly. There are so many.
You run.
You shove a metal shelf in their path, throw an old stool, anything you can get your hands on to slow them down. Your breaths are shallow, desperate. But just as you near the exit—
Your ankle gives out.
A sick snap, searing pain, and you crash to the floor with a cry. You scramble backward, pressing yourself against the wall, using your good leg to kick anything that comes close.
This is it. This is it.
You squeeze your eyes shut, heart pounding.
Gunshots.
The sound like thunder crashing right next to your ear.
You blink up, barely processing the white blur tearing through the undead like paper.
“I told you not to go in here!” he shouts, voice slicing through the chaos.
“Satoru—!”
The zombies turn just in time for Satoru to drive his fist into the nearest one’s chest, cracking bone and sending it flying back into the others like bowling pins.
“Seriously?” he growls, stepping in front of you, his broad back shielding your crumpled form. “I leave you alone for five minutes.”
One lunges from the side. Gojo ducks effortlessly, grabs it by the throat, and slams it into the ground so hard its skull splits open on impact. Another claws at his shoulder, but he just grabs its wrist, twists, and kicks out its knee in one brutal motion. It collapses, and he doesn’t even look as he drives a sharp piece of wood through its head.
And then—you're in his arms. Just like that.
Lifted effortlessly, pressed against his chest as he strides out of the hellhole.
You cling to him, trembling.
“I didn’t know it was the commissary,” you whisper between sobs. “I didn’t mean to—I didn’t know—I just—God, I’m so sorry, Gojo, I—”
His voice is low, firm, but gentle. “Hey. Breathe. I’ve got you.”
You look up at him, lip quivering. “I—I made you worry…”
“Yeah, you did,” he says with a wry little smirk, but his eyes are too soft, too relieved to match it. “Don’t ever do that again, got it?”
You nod.
“Good,” he murmurs, brushing a sweaty strand of hair from your face. “Because if I lost you... I’d have to kill the rest of the world just for pissing me off.”
Your breath hitches.
You stare up at him, heart pounding, face flushed from more than just the sprint for your life.
“W-What kind of psycho logic is that?” you mutter, trying to deflect, your voice barely steady.
Satoru smirks down at you, still holding you effortlessly in his arms like you weigh nothing. “C’mon, don’t act so surprised. I’m dramatic, haven’t you noticed?”
“You’re insane,” you whisper, trying not to combust under his gaze.
“And you’re blushing,” he points out smugly, nose nearly brushing yours. “Kinda cute, actually.”
You twist in his hold, hiding your face against his shoulder. “Shut up,” you mumble, voice muffled.
He laughs softly, the sound vibrating through your chest. “Can’t. Teasing you is the only thing keeping me sane these days.”
You can feel the tension slipping away, replaced by something heavier, warmer. He lowers you gently onto a nearby bench just outside the danger zone, kneeling before you like it’s second nature, hands skimming your calves as he examines your ankle again.
When he looks up this time, his expression is different. Less playful. More raw.
“I meant it, you know,” he says quietly. “You scared the hell out of me in there.”
You blink, caught off guard by the sincerity in his voice. “I didn’t mean to—”
“I know,” he cuts in, hand brushing yours. “But next time, brat, wait for me. No solo adventures.”
Your lips twitch. “You’re calling me a brat now?”
“Borrowing the title. Think I earned it after saving your ass.”
You huff a laugh, cheeks still warm. “…Thanks.”
His grin softens. “Anytime.”
And just like that, you both sit there—his fingers still wrapped gently around your hand, his thumb rubbing absent circles over your knuckles—as the adrenaline fades and something else takes its place. Something quieter. Heavier. Charged.
-
Satoru insists on carrying you the whole way to the infirmary, ignoring your every protest.
“This is unnecessary,” you mutter, burying your face in his shoulder to avoid every curious glance.
“You twisted your ankle and almost got mauled. Humor me,” he says, smug but gentle, like the two can coexist in him with ease.
He kicks open the infirmary door with his foot.
“Delivery for one idiot who wandered into a no-go zone,” he calls out casually.
Shoko looks up from her desk, raising a brow at the sight of you both. “Well, well. If it isn’t the base’s golden boy and his damsel in distress.”
“I wasn’t distressed,” you blurt out instantly, wiggling in Gojo’s hold.
“Oh?” she hums, amused. “You sure? Because I could’ve sworn I heard ‘Gojo! Help!’ from all the way down the hall.”
You splutter. “That’s not— I mean—”
“Loudly,” she adds with a pointed smirk.
Satoru just laughs and sets you down on one of the cots, his hand lingering a little longer than necessary on your back before stepping aside.
“She’s fine. Just the ankle,” he says. “But maybe check if she sprained anything else. She fell pretty hard.”
Shoko moves closer, completely ignoring the medical part for now, because she’s too focused on watching the both of you squirm.
“Ohhh,” she teases, eyes sparkling. “Look at the two of you. Cute. Almost like a couple.”
You and Satoru freeze at the exact same time.
“Nope!”
“Not a couple!”
“Definitely not!”
You shoot each other a panicked glance and then immediately look away, flustered messes in stereo.
Shoko snorts. “Uh-huh. Sure.”
You glare. “Can we just focus on my ankle now?”
“Fine, fine,” she drawls, clearly enjoying herself. “Just sayin’. Wouldn’t be the worst match. You get saved, he gets to play hero. Very fairytale.”
“I hate all of this,” you mutter under your breath, while Satoru just smiles to himself, unbothered but definitely pleased.
When Shoko starts wrapping your ankle, he leans against the wall with his arms crossed, watching.
And you swear you see it—that tiny, knowing glint in his eyes.
Like he wants her to say it again.
Because maybe, just maybe… he doesn’t mind the idea.
-
It’s later that night when there’s a knock at your door. You’ve barely had time to settle in, still awkwardly hobbling around on one foot with your bandaged ankle.
“Who is it?” you call.
“It’s your favorite,” comes the unmistakable voice from the other side.
You roll your eyes but can’t stop the tiny smile tugging at your lips. “Didn’t know Nanami suddenly got chatty.”
A muffled chuckle. “Ha. Hilarious. Open up.”
You limp to the door and unlock it. Satoru is standing there, a little disheveled, hands full.
“Brought you dinner,” he says casually, holding out a tray with two mismatched bowls, steam still curling from the soup. “Figured you might be tired of Shoko’s painkillers and snark.”
You blink, caught off guard. “You didn’t have to.”
“I know,” he says dramatically, stepping in without being invited. “That’s what makes me so noble.”
You laugh despite yourself, and he grins like that was the goal all along. He sets the tray down on your little desk, then gestures toward your bed.
“Come on, sit. Can’t have you falling over again. One near-death experience per day is my limit.”
You sit, trying not to look too charmed when he settles next to you—close, but not too close—just enough for your knees to brush.
“I still feel terrible about earlier,” you say after a moment, poking at the edge of your bowl. “I didn’t mean to worry you.”
“You didn’t worry me,” he says too quickly, too nonchalantly.
You glance up. “Liar.”
He sighs and leans back on his hands, eyes fixed on the ceiling.
“Fine. Maybe I panicked a little. Sue me.”
A silence lingers, not uncomfortable. Just… warm.
Then, softer: “Don’t do that again, okay?”
You look at him, really look at him—the shadows under his eyes, the slight dip in his brow, the way his voice softens when it’s just you and him.
And something in your chest stirs. Something that’s been creeping in, slow and steady, ever since he offered you food by a fire that first night.
You nod. “I won’t.”
He glances over, catches your gaze—and doesn’t look away this time.
There’s something unspoken passing between you. Familiar. Intense. Safe.
“You’re really something, y’know that?” he murmurs.
You raise a brow. “That supposed to be a compliment?”
He smirks. “Depends. You gonna fall harder for me if it is?”
You flush instantly. “Satoru—”
He laughs and nudges your bowl toward you. “Eat before it gets cold, princess.”
You grumble under your breath but dig in.
And Satoru?
He watches you with that same lopsided grin, heart doing something stupid in his chest.
Because yeah—maybe you fell.
But maybe he’s been falling, too.
-
It’s past midnight when you stir.
The pain in your ankle has dulled to a throb, but it isn’t what wakes you. It’s… something else. A presence. Warm. Close.
You blink against the low glow of the hallway light seeping under your door, and when your eyes adjust—
You see him.
Satoru.
Slouched in the chair by your bed, long legs awkwardly folded, head tipped to the side, snowy hair falling across his face in soft, messy tufts. His mouth is slightly parted, breathing slow and even. His arms are crossed, like he hadn’t meant to fall asleep there.
Like he was just keeping watch.
Just in case.
Your heart does a little flip.
You shift quietly, trying not to make a sound. But even with all your care, the mattress creaks—barely. His eyes snap open immediately, hand twitching toward a weapon that isn’t there. Pure instinct.
Then he sees you. And relaxes.
“Oh,” he breathes, voice gravelly with sleep. “You’re awake.”
You sit up slowly. “Were you… here all night?”
He rubs the back of his neck. “Not all night. Just since… y’know. Evening.”
You squint at him. “Satoru.”
He sighs. “Fine. Yeah. All night.”
You stare at him. “Why?”
He shrugs, suddenly sheepish. “Wanted to make sure you didn’t wander off again and get yourself eaten.”
You frown. “You should’ve slept in your room.”
He smirks. “What, and miss out on babysitting you?”
You chuck a pillow at him.
He catches it easily and grins. But when he sees you holding his gaze, that grin softens.
“I just wanted to make sure you were okay,” he admits, quieter now.
Something gentle settles in your chest. You pull your blanket up and scoot slightly to the side.
“…There’s space. If you’re tired.”
He blinks at you. “Are you asking me to cuddle, orrrr…”
You glare. “I’m offering you a more comfortable sleeping arrangement.”
He doesn’t hesitate.
He slides in beside you carefully, so carefully, like you’ll break if he jostles you too much. And then you feel the warmth of him next to you, his presence steady and solid and safe.
“…This okay?” he murmurs, his voice a whisper in the dark.
You nod.
And slowly, slowly, you feel his fingers brush yours under the blanket. He doesn't hold your hand—not yet. Just touches.
Testing the waters.
You don’t pull away.
And in the silence that follows, you hear his breathing even out again.
But yours?
Yours is all over the place.
-
Morning sunlight filters through the barred window, casting soft stripes across your face.
You're warm. So warm.
Your cheek is pressed against something solid. Something that rises and falls gently beneath you. And there’s a hand resting at the small of your back, pulling you closer, keeping you there.
Your heart skips.
Your eyes blink open—and there he is.
Gojo Satoru. Asleep. Face relaxed and serene, messy white hair haloed in gold light. His other arm is curled under your pillow, supporting your head like it was the most natural thing in the world.
And you're lying on top of him.
Your breath catches in your throat.
You should move. You need to move.
But just as you're about to untangle yourself—
Click.
The door creaks open.
You freeze.
“Oh my god,” comes Shoko’s voice, casual, amused, and way too smug. “Well, well—what do we have here?”
You nearly leap out of bed, scrambling to sit up—only for your body to protest painfully, and you wince with a hiss.
Satoru wakes with a start, blinking up at Shoko in confusion before slowly realizing the position you're in.
“Oh,” he says blankly. “Morning, doc.”
You swat his shoulder. “Say something useful?!”
Shoko just leans against the doorway, arms crossed, grinning like she’s discovered the world’s juiciest secret. “No no, don’t let me interrupt. I was just checking on the patient, but clearly, she’s in very good hands.”
You’re burning. “It’s not what it looks like!”
Shoko raises a brow. “Oh, so you weren’t cuddled up like two lovebirds all night? Should I tell Nanami you’ve finally found someone willing to put up with your nonsense, Satoru?”
He stretches lazily and pulls the blanket back over himself with a smirk. “Actually, yeah. Tell him. Maybe then he’ll finally stop lecturing me about responsibility.”
You groan and bury your face in your hands. “I’m never going to live this down.”
Shoko chuckles, walking away. “Nope. I’m telling everyone.”
The door clicks shut behind her.
Silence.
You glare at Satoru through your fingers. “This is your fault.”
He grins. “You offered me a spot on the bed, your majesty.”
You shove a pillow at him. He catches it—again.
And then he smiles, soft and teasing, voice still a little raspy from sleep.
“...So. Want me to sleep over again tonight?”
“Get out.”
-
The first few days are rough.
You try to walk without limping. Try to reach for things on your own. Try not to feel like a burden.
But then there’s him.
You wake up to warm food at your bedside, Satoru leaning against the doorframe with a smug grin. “Brought you breakfast in bed, sweetheart. Don’t get used to it—I’m not always this nice.”
He very much is.
He offers his arm without asking when you need support. Doesn’t mention it when you wince or grit your teeth. Just lets you lean on him, like you’ve always belonged there.
You try to carry something heavy across the hall—he appears out of nowhere, snatching it from your hands. “Tsk. You trying to die or what?”
You try to help in the kitchen. He catches you wobbling and swoops in with a hand around your waist. “Whoa there, Bambi. What happened to ‘taking it easy’?”
You try to sneak off to explore the base again. He corners you in the hallway with a look that says absolutely not. “You’re still healing, brat. Unless you want me to carry you everywhere again?”
Cue your entire face combusting.
He’s annoying. Cocky. Ridiculously persistent.
But…
He adjusts your blanket when you’re asleep on the couch. Tucks a water bottle by your side without saying anything. Teaches you how to balance properly on one foot so your ankle can recover without straining the other.
And at night, when you think everyone’s asleep, you catch him checking on you—quietly, carefully. Making sure you’re okay.
You pretend not to notice.
But your heart notices. It notices everything.
-
You stand in the middle of your room, shifting your weight onto your healed ankle, then back again. No pain. No tightness. Just a deep breath and the quiet realization:
You’re better. Finally.
The door creaks open without warning—because Satoru never knocks—and in he strolls with his usual swagger and two mugs in hand. “Morning, sweetheart. Brought you—"
He stops in his tracks.
You’re standing. Not limping. Not clutching the edge of the bed for balance.
Just… standing.
He squints, slowly lowering one mug. “...Why aren’t you in bed?”
You raise a brow. “Because I’m not dying?”
“Oh no. Absolutely not.” He sets the mugs down and points a very offended finger at you. “You don’t just get to get better without warning me. I was emotionally invested in this arc.”
You laugh. “Sorry to ruin your Florence Nightingale fantasy.”
“Ruin? Excuse you, I was thriving. Who’s gonna let me spoon-feed you now?”
You roll your eyes, limping toward him just to mess with him. “I could pretend, if it makes you feel better.”
“Don’t tempt me.”
He walks over before you can say anything else—his hands hover, cautious at first, then one slides to your waist. “You really okay?”
You nod. “I’m good. Really.”
Satoru lets out a breath he didn’t realize he was holding. Then he grins. “Alright. Guess that means I can stop being your personal nurse and go back to being your favorite nuisance.”
You’re smiling. He’s back to teasing. But there’s a softness in his eyes that lingers a little too long, a thumb that brushes your hip before falling away.
He missed taking care of you.
And maybe, just maybe, you kind of miss being taken care of.
-
You’re jogging laps around the edge of the prison yard, the early morning chill nipping at your cheeks. It’s peaceful—quiet enough that your footsteps and the rhythmic beat of your breath are the only sounds you hear.
Until a familiar voice breaks through the silence.
“Well, well, if it isn’t my favorite brat, back in action.”
You slow down, a smirk tugging at your lips as you turn toward the voice—and promptly choke on air.
Satoru.
Stretching.
Shirtless.
His snowy hair tousled from whatever ungodly workout he’s been doing, sweat gleaming on the hard lines of his chest and abs like the universe conspired to craft a Renaissance painting just to spite you. His sweats hang low on his hips, revealing that infuriating V-line that should not be legal in a post-apocalyptic society.
You blink. Once. Twice.
He grins, catching the way your eyes are very not subtly stuck on him.
“Like what you see?”
You scowl, instantly turning your gaze to a very fascinating patch of dirt on the ground. “Please. I’ve seen better.”
“Mmhm.” He takes a deliberate step forward, arms crossing over his annoyingly perfect chest. “Name one.”
“...”
“That’s what I thought.”
You huff and start jogging again, forcing your eyes to stay forward. But then he jogs up beside you—shirtless and smug, of course—and easily matches your pace.
“You sure you’re fully healed? What if you, I dunno… trip and fall again?” he says, tone mockingly sweet. “Need me to catch you, princess?”
“I’d rather faceplant into a zombie.”
He laughs, low and lazy. “I dunno, that sounds painful. Better to land on something soft. Like me.”
You glare at him, cheeks burning. “You’re the worst.”
“And yet,” he nudges you playfully with his elbow, “you’re still jogging next to me. Who’s really winning here?”
You roll your eyes, trying to ignore the warmth crawling up your neck. But deep down, you know.
He’s definitely winning.
-
After the jog, Satoru insists you “cool down” with some light sparring. You roll your eyes, but follow him to the training mats anyway. He’s already bouncing on his heels when you step in front of him, still shirtless, still smug.
“You sure you’re up for this?” he teases. “Wouldn’t want to break you again.”
“I’m more worried about bruising your ego,” you shoot back, taking your stance.
He whistles low. “Feisty. I like it.”
The sparring begins—light jabs, easy dodges. You’re nimble, focused, but he is... effortless. Every time you swipe at him, he ducks with a grin. When you go in for a kick, he sidesteps and lets out an exaggerated yawn.
“You done yet, sweetheart?” he asks, still dancing around you. “At this rate, I could do this blindfolded.”
“Shut up and hold still!” you lunge at him again—this time faster, bolder—but he grabs your wrist mid-swing and spins you around so fast the world tilts. Before you know it—
You’re pinned.
Back hits the wall. His hand holds your wrists above your head, other arm braced beside you. His body is dangerously close, breath fanning your cheek. His tone shifts, deeper. Rougher.
“You keep mouthing off like that,” he murmurs, eyes gleaming, “I might start thinking you want me to put you in your place.”
Your breath catches. “I—”
“Hmm?” he leans in, lips ghosting your jaw. “No witty comeback now?”
You try to move, but his grip tightens just slightly. Not enough to hurt. Just enough to remind you that this isn’t a game anymore.
“I could kiss you right now,” he whispers, “and there’s nothing you could do about it.”
Your heart hammers in your chest. “You wouldn’t.”
He smiles. Slow. Dangerous.
“Wanna bet?”
Your breathing is shallow, heat rising to your cheeks. You’re acutely aware of how close he is, the way his chest brushes against yours with every breath, the sharp glint in his eye, the smirk that’s far too smug for your sanity.
And then—
His lips graze your neck. Barely there. A soft brush of heat against your skin. You flinch—not out of fear, but from the jolt that shoots down your spine. Goosebumps bloom instantly. His breath tickles your skin.
“Sensitive,” he hums, lips ghosting up toward your jaw, “...cute.”
“Satoru—” you whisper, voice barely audible.
He pulls back just enough to look at you. His gaze drops to your lips, heavy and unblinking. And he leans in, slower this time, like he wants you to feel the anticipation. You can feel your heartbeat in your throat—
And then—
“AM I INTERRUPTING SOMETHING?”
You both jolt like you’ve been electrocuted.
Satoru spins around with a groan, still caging you against the wall. “Shoko. Seriously?”
She stands a few feet away, arms crossed, one brow cocked and a wicked smirk playing at her lips. “Wow. Could cut the tension with a scalpel. Should I come back later or just pass you a condom now?”
“Shoko,” you squeak, face on fire, squirming to escape Gojo’s hold.
He lets you go reluctantly, chuckling under his breath. “You wish you caught the good part.”
“I did catch the part where your face was buried in her neck like a starving vampire,” Shoko deadpans.
You bury your face in your hands.
Satoru just laughs. “You jealous?”
“Please. I'd rather not watch my coworkers dry hump in public,” she says, already turning on her heel. “Anyway. You two lovebirds done? I need one of you to help with supplies.”
“Yeah, yeah,” Gojo waves her off. Then he glances back at you, still all flushed and flustered, and leans down one last time to whisper in your ear:
“To be continued, princess.”
And just like that, he strolls off like nothing happened.
You're left against the wall, heart pounding, neck tingling, completely and utterly undone.
-
It’s quiet for once.
Most of the clan is out on a supply run or patrolling the perimeter. You’d offered to stay behind, helping Shoko reorganize her medical supplies before wandering off with a basket of laundry—warm clothes folded under your arm as you pace the empty corridors of the prison, barefoot, relaxed.
You finally set the basket down in the communal quarters, humming under your breath while sorting through what belongs to who. It’s… peaceful. The late afternoon sun slants in through the high windows, bathing everything in warm light.
Until—
“Picking up where we left off?”
You jolt, nearly dropping the shirt in your hands.
Gojo.
Leaning against the doorframe, casual as ever, sleeves pushed up, hair a bit messy like he just woke from a nap. His eyes are glinting beneath the lazy droop of his lashes, and that smirk—that godforsaken smirk—is unmistakable.
He saunters in before you can get a word in.
“Geez, you sneak up on people like a damn ghost,” you mumble, cheeks already burning as you turn back to the laundry.
“Aw, don’t be shy now,” he teases, coming closer. “You weren’t so shy when I had you pinned against the wall.”
You stiffen. “You got interrupted. Big difference.”
“Oh? So you wanted me to kiss you?”
You glare at him over your shoulder, but he’s already behind you, arms slipping around your waist—loosely at first, giving you a chance to push him away.
You don’t.
“I was thinking about you,” he murmurs against your ear. “All damn day. Thought I’d come see how you were holding up without me.”
“I was fine,” you huff, but it’s so breathless it betrays you instantly.
He chuckles. “That right?”
His hands glide up your sides, slow and sure, fingertips teasing the hem of your shirt. “C’mon, sweetheart. Just admit it—you missed me.”
You turn in his arms, glaring—but it’s weak at best. “You’re so full of yourself.”
“Maybe,” he leans in, forehead brushing yours, voice dropping, “but I still remember how fast your heart was beating last time.”
You swallow.
And this time? There’s no Shoko to walk in. No patrols due back. No reason to stop.
You hesitate for a beat.
And then you pull him in by the collar.
The kiss is feral. All teeth and tongue and breathless gasps. Weeks—months—of tension snapping all at once. His hands find your waist, gripping tight as he hoists you up like you weigh nothing.
“Fuck—” he groans against your lips. “You’ve been killing me, y’know that?”
You wrap your legs around his waist and tug him closer. “Good.”
He pulls back, grinning. “Oh, you wanna play it like that?”
You don’t get a chance to answer before he’s kissing down your jaw, your neck, dragging that maddening tongue of his down your collarbone. His hands are everywhere—palming your hips, your thighs, sliding under your shirt like he owns you.
Which, at this point, maybe he does.
“Tell me to stop,” he pants, hovering over your lips again. “Tell me now, and I will.”
You look him dead in the eyes, tug his shirt over his head, and whisper:
“Don’t you fucking dare.”
Your back hits the nearest wall with a muffled gasp, Satoru’s mouth already on yours, hungry and hot. His hands roam your body like he’s memorizing it with touch alone, fingers tugging at fabric with a frustrated groan.
“Off,” he growls into the kiss, already pulling your shirt over your head like it's offended him. He sets you down to pull your pants down along with your panties. And the moment you’re bare before him, he stands back, breath catching in his throat. His eyes—icy blue and blown wide with lust—roam your figure, landing on your chest like he’s just been given the meaning of life.
“…Can I motorboat your tits?”
You blink.
You laugh, startled and breathless. “Are you—are you serious right now?”
His lips curve into a wolfish grin, and he’s already surging forward to kiss you again. “Maybe next time,” he mumbles between kisses. “I don’t think I can wait to taste you now.”
You arch a brow, teasing, breath catching when he trails his mouth down your jaw. “Next time?”
He chuckles, low and dark. “You think I’m letting you off the hook after this?” His hands slide down your waist, thumbs stroking your hips. “Nah, sweetheart. I’m gonna ruin you.”
Then he sinks to his knees.
The grin fades into something hungrier, more reverent as he kisses the inside of your thigh, dragging his teeth gently across soft skin. “Spread ‘em for me,” he says, voice a whisper but firm. And when you do, he groans like he’s just tasted something forbidden.
You cry out the second his tongue touches you, hands flying to grip his hair. He doesn’t stop. Doesn’t want to. It’s slow, torturous—his pace deliberate as he works you open, devouring like a man starved. His moans vibrate against your skin, and when your legs tremble, he just pins them open wider, groaning, “That’s it… let me hear you, baby.”
Your back arches as Satoru licks another slow, devastating stripe up your core, tongue curling at your entrance before he moves to suck gently on your clit. Your fingers tighten in his hair, thighs instinctively trying to close around his head—but his arms loop under your knees, spreading you wider, holding you open like he owns you.
“You're not going anywhere,” he mutters, eyes flicking up, glazed over with lust and something dangerous. “Told you. I’m gonna ruin you.”
Then he’s back at it—slower this time, tongue flattening against you, then circling, dragging soft groans out of you as the tension coils tight in your belly. He eats you out like he’s trying to memorize the taste of you, savoring every movement, every moan he draws. He alternates between deep, dragging strokes and sharp, teasing flicks, lips closing around your clit to suck just hard enough to make your breath hitch.
You cry out, hips bucking up into his mouth, and he growls—low and throaty—as if turned on by how wrecked you already are.
"Fuck—so sweet," he groans, voice muffled against you. “Could stay down here all night.”
And he means it. He shifts slightly, tongue plunging into you now, slow and shallow, nose nudging your clit as he drinks in every sound you make like it fuels him. Every little tremble, every whimper—he devours it.
He doesn’t stop. Not when you start trembling, not when you whine his name in warning. He keeps going, lips slick and relentless, until—
Your vision whites out. Your body tightens, back bowing, mouth falling open on a silent scream as you fall over the edge, pleasure shattering through you like a storm.
Only then does he pull back, lips and chin glistening. He breathes hard, eyes dark and blown, grinning like he just won a war.
“That’s the sound I wanted to hear.”
He stands up again to pick you up, carrying you to the nearby table, settling you on it, completely bare under the low light, legs parted slightly, chest heaving. You’re flushed, trembling—not from fear, but anticipation. Nerves. Heat. It’s all crashing together in your head, and he sees it.
His hands move to his waistband, fingers curling beneath the fabric of his pants. He tugs them down with practiced ease, freeing himself—and your breath catches.
Your eyes drift down instinctively, and your stomach tightens at the sight of him. He’s big. Thick, flushed, already hard and aching.
Your pulse stutters, nerves flickering to the surface. “Oh…”
“Hey,” he says gently, fingers brushing your cheek. “You okay?”
You hesitate, biting your lip. “It’s just… I’ve never done this before.”
Satoru freezes for a moment. His expression doesn’t shift much—but his eyes, bright and blue, soften in an instant.
“…You haven’t?” he asks quietly, tone a stark contrast to the sinful smirk he wore earlier. You shake your head.
He exhales slowly, like he’s grounding himself. Then he leans in and kisses you—slow, patient, loving.
“Well, fuck,” he murmurs against your lips. “Now I really have to behave.”
You blink up at him. “You? Behave?”
He chuckles, brushing his thumb over your lower lip. “Okay, maybe not completely. But I’ll go slow. Make it good for you. You trust me, right?”
You nod.
“Good.” His voice drops a little. “Then let me take care of you, yeah?”
He’s gentle—so gentle it almost breaks you. His lips move from your mouth to your jaw, down your neck, to your chest. He pauses there, kissing over your breasts, fingers caressing your sides as though you might disappear if he’s not careful.
“You’re so fucking beautiful,” he breathes. “Gonna remember this forever.”
When he finally lines himself up, he doesn’t rush. He keeps kissing you, whispering into your skin.
“Breathe with me,” he says. “Nice and easy, baby. Just relax.”
The stretch burns, but his voice never leaves you. His hands never stop moving—stroking your sides, brushing your hair from your face, thumbing away the tears that prick at the corners of your eyes.
“You’re doing so good,” he murmurs. “So tight, fuck—squeezing me like you were made for me.”
Your breath catches, eyes fluttering shut.
“Look at me,” he says softly, “I wanna see your face.”
You meet his eyes—blown wide with emotion, affection, reverence. And that’s when he starts to move. Slowly, so slowly you can feel everything. Every drag, every pull.
“Feels good?” he asks, and when you nod, he smiles like you’ve just handed him the universe.
“You’re perfect,” he groans, picking up pace just a little. “Takin’ me so well, sweetheart. My pretty girl, lettin’ me be her first.”
You moan—part embarrassment, part bliss—and he kisses the sound from your mouth.
“Can’t believe no one’s touched you like this before,” he mutters against your skin. “But I’m glad. Glad it’s me. Glad I get to show you.”
He starts rolling his hips deeper, each thrust slow and purposeful, coaxing pleasure out of you bit by bit.
“Let go, baby. I’ve got you.”
You’re already gasping—your body burning, overstimulated from the build-up and the way he moves inside you. Every drag of him is a stretch, a delicious ache, and you’re trying so hard to keep up, to breathe, to hold yourself together—but it’s too much.
And then it hits.
Your climax crashes over you like a tidal wave—louder, sharper, more intense than the last—and your body tightens instinctively, your walls fluttering around him like they don’t want to let him go.
“Fuck—” Satoru’s voice breaks, a guttural groan tumbling from his throat as he stills, trembling above you. “You’re gonna ruin me, baby…”
His grip tightens on your waist, jaw clenched as he tries to hold back—but you’re squeezing him so tight, so perfect, and his restraint shatters.
“You’re killin’ me,” he grits out, starting to move again—deeper, slower, more intentional—but there’s an edge of desperation now. His forehead presses to yours, breath ragged. “Feels so good—fuck, I don’t wanna hurt you.”
You shake your head, nails digging into his shoulders. “Don’t stop,” you whimper, barely able to form the words. “Please…”
He kisses you hard—like he can’t help himself, like you’re the only thing keeping him grounded. “You’re doin’ so good for me, sweetheart. So, so good…”
“‘Toru-” you whimper.
That breaks him.
He groans, slamming into you harder, mouth finding your neck as he nips and kisses down to your collarbone. “Fuck. Say it again.”
You whimper again, brain hazy. “‘Toru…”
He kisses you slow then, deeper. Rough pace never faltering, but his hands gentler now—one wrapping around your waist, the other brushing the hair from your face.
“Mine,” he murmurs against your lips. “You’re mine now, yeah?”
You nod desperately, legs locking around his hips. “Yours.”
“Damn right,” he grits, driving into you harder, chasing both your highs with everything he has.
The overstimulation has tears stinging your eyes, your legs trembling, voice catching on every moan. And when that next orgasm builds too fast, too hard—it snaps through you like a live wire. Your body arches off the table, clamping down around him again—
—and Satoru snaps.
“Shit—take it, baby. Let me fill you up, yeah? Gonna make you mine, fuck, you already are—look at you...” he chokes out, thrusting deep one last time before he comes, spilling into you with a long, breathless groan. His arms wrap around you as if to anchor himself, holding you so close, like he needs to feel every inch of you, inside and out.
“Look at you,” he murmurs between pants, pressing kisses across your face. “Takin’ me so well… You’re mine now, yeah? All mine.”
You nod, dazed and boneless, wrapped in his warmth.
And he stays like that, inside you, forehead resting against yours as he murmurs soft, reverent praises—like this wasn’t just your first time.
Like it was everything.
Your body’s still trembling—nerves fried, skin flushed, heart thudding against your chest as if it’s trying to burst free. You’re barely aware of anything except the warm, strong arms pulling you into a careful embrace, the kiss he presses to your temple like it’s the most sacred thing he could ever do.
“Hey…” Satoru murmurs, voice all honey and rasp, rough around the edges but impossibly gentle. “You okay?”
You nod, chest rising and falling against his, cheeks still hot, but there’s a smile on your lips.
“Yeah,” you breathe. “Just… wow.”
He laughs softly, the sound low and breathy as his fingers brush along your spine in lazy, soothing strokes. “You were incredible,” he says, and he means it. Every word. “So good for me. So perfect.”
Your face scrunches with a flustered noise, burying it into his shoulder. “Stop…”
“Never,” he grins, nosing into your hair. “You don’t get to be all pretty and sweet and make those sounds and expect me to stay quiet about it.”
You groan. “Satoru—”
“Shhh.”
His palm rests on your back as he holds you close, thumb drawing lazy circles. You can still feel the dull, pleasant ache of him inside you, the heat he left behind. His breath is warm against your cheek. Safe. Comforting.
“You did so good, baby,” he murmurs again, pressing a kiss just beneath your jaw. “First time and you still managed to rock my fucking world.”
Your heart stutters. “Wasn’t just the sex,” you say quietly.
He stills for half a second—and then he smiles, soft and genuine.
“I know,” he whispers.
You’re still breathless, body flushed and boneless in his arms when Satoru gathers you close, lips pressed gently to your temple. The air between you is warm, quiet save for the distant hum of life around the base. He shifts a little, glancing down at the table beneath you both, and you catch that flicker in his eyes—guilt, soft and creeping.
“I should’ve…” he starts, voice low, almost sheepish. “Shit, I should’ve taken you somewhere better. A bed, a blanket, something that wasn’t a hardass table. It was your first time and I just—” He pauses, brows pinching like the regret’s eating at him now. “I got selfish.”
You lift your hand to his cheek, thumb brushing over the corner of his mouth. “Hey,” you whisper, leaning in until your lips ghost over his, shutting him up with a kiss so soft, so full of emotion it makes his heart stutter.
When you pull back, your smile is small but sure. “It was more than okay. Because it was with you.”
Satoru blinks, breath caught in his throat. And for once, the man with a mouth like a wildfire doesn’t have anything to say.
Until he pulls you tighter into his chest and mutters, “You’re gonna be the death of me, you know that?”
You just grin into his skin. “Guess we’ll go down together then.”
Then silence. Not awkward, not tense—just full of warmth. Full of everything. His arms around you. Your fingers laced with his.
You don’t say it. Not yet. But maybe one day soon.
For now, the way he holds you like you’re something to be cherished?
It’s more than enough.

Tumblr media
After all his years of being a devoted priest, Sunday is finally experiencing what he believes to be a test from the only love in his life. His god. You.
He stares at the mirror, staring intensely at the elegant tattoo that suddenly appeared on his lower body. “What…” His slender fingers move to touch the new addition to his skin. He lets out a quiet whine. It feels…good? He pulls away. “Is this a test?” Sunday gulps.
Robin knocks on the door. “You're going to be late if you don't leave now.” She calls out.
“You- you can go without me.” He replies. “I’ll be right behind you.”
“Okay.” She leaves.
“I will resist the temptation.” Sunday mutters before turning away.
Tumblr media
After the morning service, Sunday hurries to his private prayer room. He kneels in front of the marble statue of You. He whispers Your name, then connects his hands to pray.
He unknowingly starts to slip away from reality with each line of the prayer. He doesn't realize until he feels a hand below his chin. He looks up and gasps. It's You. You’ve never visited him before. Not even in his dreams.
“Fh- Father-” He watches, frozen in awe as Your thumb rests on his lower lip. He can understand that You want him to keep his mouth open. Why? It doesn't matter to him.
“Keep praying.” Your commanding voice makes him shudder. He can understand that You want him to pray in his head, rather than verbally. Sunday closes his eyes and continues his prayer. Something warm enters his mouth but he doesn't stop. He trusts You completely.
Even as You grab his hair and roughly force him to take the thick, pulsing object in his mouth, he doesn't falter. Not even when his pussy begins to throb.
“You're doing well, Sunday…” You groan. His heart flutters. “My most beloved follower.”
Sunday opens his eyes, his cheeks bright red. The way You're looking at him is making him forget his task. He can feel his slick creating a puddle in his boxers. Focusing on praying caused him to not realize that the object inside his mouth is Your cock. It's…it's not a sin. He devoted himself to You and swore off relationships. Technically, You could be considered his husband.
“That's right, you belong solely to me.” You stop and come inside his mouth. “My husband.”
He blinks repeatedly as he suddenly finds himself back in reality. He can still taste You. He presses his fingers to his lips, then trails down to his cunt.
“Don't touch yourself.” Your voice suddenly appears in his head.
He immediately pulls away in embarrassment. He decides to recite the prayer again to calm down.
Tumblr media
Sunday gasps as You appear before him once again. In his bedroom this time. “[Name]…” He looks at You longingly. He drops the book in his hand and moves it aside. He hasn't seen or heard from You in a week. He's just barely been able to resist the urge to masturbate.
“You’ve done well, as I expected.” You walk towards him. His clothes suddenly disappear, his body now fully exposed for You. You crawl onto the bed. Sunday leans against the bed frame and closes his eyes, allowing You to kiss him. He dares not touch You. Your hand slides down to the tattoo on his pelvis, his body trembles as Your fingers trace the markings. You pull away from the kiss. Sunday looks down, watching as the simple touches cause him to squirm and moan. “Mine.” You whisper. He throws his head back as he comes for the first time in his life, spurts of slick stain his bedsheets.
You spread his legs, gently dragging his body down so he can lay on his back, and reveal Your length. Your thickness rests on his wet cunt. Despite the size and the impending loss of virginity, he doesn't feel any fear or hesitation. Just adoration and joy. He never thought anything like this would happen to him. Sunday watches as You penetrate him painlessly. Not a single part of his body is trying to reject You. He always heard that losing your virginity is painful, maybe it's because no one ever lost it to their god.
“You…you're so big..” He says breathlessly, watching the bulge grow in his stomach. The outer parts of the tattoo have a soft yellow glow. As soon as he feels Your lips graze his neck, he mewls adorably. You gently kiss and suck on his skin.
You eventually reach his cervix. He instantly squirts just from the contact. “[Name]..” He bites down on his lip.
“It's Daddy.” You move backwards by about an inch before hitting his cervix again, entering his womb.
“Daddy~!” Sunday moans as you start fucking him. He grips the sheets tightly as You overwhelm him with pleasure. His lashes flutter elegantly as each thrust sends him closer and closer to a sexual heaven. If it weren't for Your possessiveness over him and Your decision to soundproof the room, everyone would be able to hear him from outside. He's too far gone to think about it.
Tears run beautifully down his cheeks. Never in a million years would he have imagined being claimed by the God he worships. Especially not in this way. Completely enveloping You in Your entirety is something that would make him cry blasphemy if anyone told him this would happen.
Of course he, along with all Your believers, consume You via wine and edible offerings, but that's all metaphorical.
“Gonna come inside you-” You moan. Sunday whines happily.
“Yes– fill me with Your seed~” His pussy squeezes you as if it's trying to milk You. Its efforts are quickly proved successful by his womb filling up with Your cum. His tattoo lights up halfway, a representation of how full he really is.
You briefly pull out, turning him over and adjusting him to lay face down with his ass raised. He grins dumbly as You slide back inside of him, his eyes rolling to the back of his head as he once again experiences the divine stretch of his pussy welcoming you inside it. He's already addicted.
You roughly thrust into his cunt, shamelessly indulging in Your own desire for him. He drools onto his pillow, his vision blurring. He's teetering on the edge of unconsciousness but You're keeping him awake. “Daddy~” He cries out as he has another orgasm. His wetness and Your thrusts are creating the kind of lewd noises that used to embarrass him on the unfortunate occasions where he’d pass by a storage closet inhabited by two sinners. Now, it's just making him hornier.
Before all this, he figured he'd only have sex to procreate. You’ve completely changed his mind on that.
“So good!” He cries.
You notice the abstinence ring on his finger and slide it off, replacing it with a wedding ring. Sunday mewls happily, once again squirting.
For his sake, you finish inside him and fully fill his womb to the brim. His tattoo fully glows, representing the connection you two have. He falls asleep with a smile on his face.

🔥 MERCURY IN THE HOUSES: HOW YOUR MIND CONTROLS, SEDUCES, AND DESTROYS 🔥
Your Mercury placement is not just the way you think—it’s the way you control the game.
This is the art of words, persuasion, seduction, and psychological warfare. Mercury isn’t just talking. It’s planting thoughts in people’s heads like seeds of obsession. It’s how you manipulate reality with your voice, your text, your silence.
This post isn’t just an astrology guide. It’s a manual for control.
Tumblr media
🔥 MERCURY IN THE 1ST HOUSE: THE MIND AS A WEAPON
You don’t speak words—you declare them. You don’t talk to people—you imprint yourself onto them.
✔ Your mind is your face, your aura, your power. People don’t even realize how deeply you influence them until it’s too late.
✔ Charisma? You don’t need it. You already command attention just by existing.
✔ Your weakness? Overexposure. If people figure you out too soon, they can escape before your spell is complete.
🔥 MERCURY IN THE 2ND HOUSE: THE SILKEN TONGUE
Your voice is a currency, a temptation, a sin. It drips with sensuality, certainty, control.
✔ You could sell water to a drowning man—and make him thank you for it.
✔ Your words don’t fade. They linger, they echo, they haunt. Every compliment, every insult—it stays.
✔ You memorize details like a thief watching his mark. The way people move, their tells, their insecurities. You store it for later.
🔥 MERCURY IN THE 3RD HOUSE: THE SHAPESHIFTER
No one ever truly knows what you’re thinking. Your words dance, deceive, delight.
✔ Your intelligence is a knife. Sharp, quick, slicing through illusions like butter.
✔ You can read the room in 0.2 seconds—and shift your persona accordingly.
✔ Your greatest strength? You can make anyone feel like you’re their best friend. Even if you don’t mean it.
🔥 MERCURY IN THE 4TH HOUSE: THE SHADOWED ARCHIVIST
Your mind is a haunted mansion. Every word spoken to you stays forever.
✔ You don’t forget. Ever. A slight, a compliment, a whisper—you keep everything.
✔ People find your voice comforting, familiar, dangerously intimate.
✔ Your speech carries weight. It’s like an old book, full of mystery, wisdom, and spells.
🔥 MERCURY IN THE 5TH HOUSE: THE GOLDEN LIAR
You speak in stories, in seductions, in glittering illusions.
✔ Your words are a stage. You can make people fall in love, believe in magic, and follow you blindly.
✔ Your humor? Wicked. You know exactly how to disarm people with laughter.
✔ People mistake you for lighthearted and playful—until they realize you were orchestrating everything.
🔥 MERCURY IN THE 6TH HOUSE: THE CODEBREAKER
Your mind is a machine, a system, a perfect algorithm.
✔ You see the flaws in everything—people, plans, lies.
✔ You fix, repair, optimize—but sometimes you overanalyze to the point of madness.
✔ You dissect every interaction, every phrase, every silence.
🔥 MERCURY IN THE 7TH HOUSE: THE SWEET SABOTEUR
You know how to mirror people’s desires back at them.
✔ Your words feel intimate, personal, like a whispered confession.
✔ You control conversations effortlessly—making people open up, trust, surrender.
✔ Your words are a velvet dagger—soft, beautiful, but deadly.
🔥 MERCURY IN THE 8TH HOUSE: THE TELEPATH
Your mind is a black hole, absorbing secrets, desires, and fears.
✔ People don’t just listen to you—they feel you.
✔ You know what people don’t say, what they’re hiding, what makes them tick.
✔ Every conversation with you is an interrogation disguised as a confession.
🔥 MERCURY IN THE 9TH HOUSE: THE PHILOSOPHER-PLAYBOY
Your words feel like prophecy.
✔ You ignite minds. People feel changed after speaking with you.
✔ You can make anyone believe anything—because you believe it first.
✔ Your thoughts are bigger than the present. You think in decades, in lifetimes, in centuries.
🔥 MERCURY IN THE 10TH HOUSE: THE COMMANDER
Your voice is authority, law, prophecy.
✔ People trust your words like scripture.
✔ You don’t just speak your mind—you declare it like an order from the gods.
✔ Your intelligence is not just respected—it’s feared.
🔥 MERCURY IN THE 11TH HOUSE: THE CULT LEADER
You think in revolutions.
✔ Your ideas spread like wildfire.
✔ People don’t just follow you—they become loyalists.
✔ Your mind is 10 steps ahead. You see patterns, shifts, movements before anyone else.
🔥 MERCURY IN THE 12TH HOUSE: THE ENIGMA
Your thoughts are hidden, layered, infinite.
✔ You pick up on the unspoken, the supernatural, the karmic echoes.
✔ Your words feel like riddles, prophecies, forbidden knowledge.
✔ People trust you without knowing why.

i neeeed a kraven smut where he’s warning the reader they can’t have sex because he won’t be able to control himself and he’ll hurt her. the reader is really submissive and innocent but he keeps smelling and sensing how turned on she is, the tension is too high and he gives in and they have really rough sex. i mean like him choking her, pinning her down, and maybe biting her. after he feels really bad for how rough he was, but he couldn’t help himself because it was all instincts from his animalistic side. i cannot stop thinking about it.
Kraven's Temptation
Tumblr media
Pairing: Sergei Kravinoff x Fem!reader
Warning: Smut!, little bit of blood
Masterlist (requests are currently open for now)
Sergei's eyes flashed with a dangerous intensity as he growled, "We can't do this. I won't be able to control myself... I'll hurt you."
You trembled, a mix of fear and arousal coursing through your body. "I--I trust you," you whispered, your innocence only heightening his primal urges.
He inhaled sharply, catching your scent. "You have no idea what you're doing to me," he rasped, his control slipping.
Unable to resist any longer, Sergei pounced, pinning you beneath him. His strong hands gripped your wrists as he claimed your mouth in a bruising kiss. You gasped as he bit your lower lip, drawing blood.
Sergei's grip tightened as he trailed hungry kisses down your neck. You whimpered, both from pain and pleasure, as he bit down on your sensitive skin. His powerful body pressed you into the mattress, leaving you breathless.
"Mine," he growled possessively, one hand moving to encircle your throat. He applied just enough pressure to make you lightheaded as he roughly entered you. You cried out, overwhelmed by the intensity.
Sergei set a punishing pace, driven by pure animal instinct. His fingers dug into your hips hard enough to bruise as he took you relentlessly. You surrendered completely to his domination, lost in a haze of pain and ecstasy.
As the intensity built, Sergei's grip on your throat tightened. Your vision began to blur at the edges as he pounded into you mercilessly. Just when you thought you might pass out, he released your neck, allowing you to gasp for air. The rush of oxygen heightened every sensation.
"That's it, take all of me," he snarled, his voice rough with lust.
You cried out as he hit a particularly sensitive spot. Sergei growled in approval, angling his hips to strike it again and again. The coil of pleasure inside you wound impossibly tight.
"Sergei, please!" you begged, not even sure what you were asking for.
He leaned down, his teeth grazing your ear. "Come for me," he commanded.
With a strangled cry, you obeyed. Waves of intense pleasure crashed over you as your body convulsed beneath him. Sergei groaned deeply, your release triggering his own. He thrust into you a final time, holding you tightly as he spilled himself inside you.
For several long moments, the only sound was your shared ragged breathing. As the haze of passion faded, Sergei's eyes widened in horror at the marks covering your body. Bruises were already forming on your wrists and hips, and angry red bite marks dotted your neck and shoulders.
"Oh god," he choked out, scrambling off of you. "I'm so sorry. I... I couldn't control myself. I told you I would hurt you."
You winced slightly as you sat up, your body aching pleasantly. "Sergei, it's okay," you said softly, reaching for him. "I wanted it. All of it."
He shook his head, unable to meet your eyes. "No, it's not okay. I... I'm a monster. I should never have let this happen."
You reached out to gently touch Sergei's arm. "You're not a monster," you said softly. "Please don't say that."
He flinched away from your touch, his eyes filled with self-loathing. "Look at what I've done to you," he said hoarsely. "I could have seriously hurt you. I did hurt you."
"But you didn't seriously hurt me," you insisted. "I'm okay, Sergei. More than okay."
He finally met your gaze, searching your face. "How can you say that? After what I just did..."
You took his hand, placing it over your heart. "Feel that? My heart is racing, but not from fear. I've never felt more alive." You leaned in closer. "Or more wanted."
Sergei's expression softened slightly. "You truly aren't afraid of me?"
"Never," you breathed.
He pulled you into his arms, holding you as if you were made of glass. "I don't deserve you," he murmured into your hair.
You nestled against his chest, feeling safe and cherished. "Let me be the judge of that."
Sergei's arms tightened around you, his body still tense with lingering guilt. You nuzzled against his chest, breathing in his musky scent.
"I meant what I said," you murmured. "I trust you completely."
He sighed, running his fingers gently through your hair. "Your trust in me is misplaced. I lost control. My instincts took over and I..." he trailed off, unable to finish the thought.
You tilted your head up to meet his troubled gaze. "And you gave me exactly what I needed," you said softly. "What we both needed."
Sergei's brow furrowed. "How can you say that? I was far too rough. I could have seriously harmed you."
"But you didn't," you insisted. "You pushed me to my limits, yes. But you didn't go beyond them." You traced your fingers along his stubbled jaw. "That's the difference between you and a true monster, Sergei. Even in the throes of passion, some part of you was still aware. Still in control."
He caught your hand, pressing a tender kiss to your palm. "I wish I could believe that," he said quietly.
You shifted in his arms, wincing slightly as your sore muscles protested. Sergei immediately loosened his hold, concern etched on his features.
"See?" you said with a soft smile. "You're still being gentle with me now. Your instincts aren't solely about violence or domination."
Sergei's expression remained troubled, but some of the tension left his body. He carefully traced the marks he'd left on your skin, his touch feather-light.
"I never want to hurt you," he murmured.
You caught his hand, bringing it to your lips. "Then don't push me away," you said. "That's the only thing that could truly hurt me."
Sergei's eyes softened as he gazed at you. Slowly, hesitantly, he leaned in to press a tender kiss to your forehead.
"What did I do to deserve you?" he whispered.
You smiled, snuggling closer to him. "You were simply yourself," you replied. "That's all I ever wanted."
As Sergei held you close, his guilt began to fade. In its place, a fierce protectiveness took root. He may not fully trust himself, but he would do everything in his power to keep you safe - even from his own darker nature.

Tumblr media
𝐂𝐇𝐔𝐔𝐘𝐀 . . .
there are very few times that chuuya feels he’s been outsmarted. he knows he’s not the mastermind of the port mafia, but he certainly isn’t a fool. when it comes to you and your well-being, though, his mind short-circuits, half of his intelligence draining away while his emotions take hold.
your relationship isn’t a secret to anyone in the port mafia, which means that it isn’t a secret to your enemies either. and while most people know it’s hard to land a finger on chuuya directly, his pretty little girlfriend doesn’t have the power of a god nestled inside of her.
the rage sparks through him, growing fiercely into the blaze of a forest fire, until all he can think of is getting you home safely. he thinks of your sweet smile as he rips the door of the enemies’ base off the hinges, crushing it into a million pieces with the force of gravity.
the men are quick to react, but chuuya hurtles the crushed door towards them, knocking three of them to their feet. another group charges at him, but their guns do little against his skill. after years of fighting some of the strongest ability users, simple criminal organizations are as easy to step over like ants.
chuuya kills them all — except for one.
the man’s knees are wobbling, hand shaking around the gun as he realizes that these will be his final moments. there is fear in his eyes, brown ones that rest wide open, and chuuya almost hesitates. his remorse doesn’t last long, though, before he’s wrapping a hand around the man’s throat, thrusting him backwards.
“where is she?” chuuya asks, voice sharp and commanding.
he can feel the man swallowing.
chuuya knows that backup is probably on the way, but it won’t matter whether they show up or not. he’ll crush the rest of his enemies just as he’s crushed the last twenty men. the poor soul in his leather hold seems to know that as well.
“i-i’ll take you to her,” he rasps, dropping his gun to claw at chuuya’s hand.
he drops him, lets him take a few heaving breaths and coughs, before he’s kicking at him, forcing him back to his feet.
the young man takes him up the elevator, weaves him through a hallway as chuuya leaves a scattering of bodies in his wake, not hesitating to kill a single man that gets in his way. there is nothing that can keep him from you.
how fiercely and loyally he loves you — it drives him to near insanity.
finally, with blood coating his face and his clothes, the young man enters a room, locked with a code, revealing you.
chuuya’s rage is almost as blinding as his corruption, as he gazes at the sight of you. bloodied and bruised, tied up in a chair, so visibly harmed. his hands clench into fists. “get the fuck away from her,” he says to the man who seems to be monitoring you.
“what are you doing in here?” the men left in the room panic, but they don’t have time to react before chuuya throws them back at the wall, so quickly, with so much force, that their spines snap. they hit it with a sharp crack, skulls shattering against the plaster, the wall crushing beneath the weight of them.
limply, they fall to the floor.
chuuya rushes over to you.
the young man that led him here disappears, but chuuya isn’t worried about him. he’s a coward; he’ll likely flee from the country and never look back. the men that truly hurt you are already dead, and he’ll burn this building to the ground once he’s gotten you away from it.
“hey,” chuuya says, cradling your cheeks gently, trying to coax you back awake. he’s not sure if it’s exhaustion, blood loss, or the obvious head trauma that caused you to pass out in the first place. but you’re still breathing, so he counts that as a blessing.
“hey,” he whispers again, kissing your forehead, like it will heal all your ailments. “wake up, baby. we gotta get you out of here, okay?”
it takes you a few seconds to come to, eyes glazed over and shell-shocked as you blink at him. “chuuya?” you say; your voice is so hoarse it makes chuuya want to keel over and vomit. “is it really you?”
guilt gnaws at him, almost crushing, at the fact that thirty-six hours passed, and you’re delirious enough not to recognize him. you probably haven’t eaten, either.
he should’ve been there. no one should’ve ever had the chance to hurt you, yet…
“it’s me, i’m here,” he says, kissing your lips, your temple, brushing your hair away from your face. the strands are sticky with blood. “shit,” chuuya nearly shouts, pulling a knife from his pocket, sawing through the thick ropes around you as quickly as he can. “i’m so sorry, i’m so sorry.”
he can’t get you free fast enough, and you smile at him, drowsy, your eyes fluttering shut once more. “it’s okay, chuuya,” you say, leaning your head on his shoulder. “you’re here now.”
“you have to stay awake,” he says desperately, realizing your head is still bleeding. he doesn’t know how hurt you are. chuuya’s no expert when it comes to medicine, but he’s smart enough to know that internal injuries could be even worse than the external ones.
“stay awake for me, okay, honey? i’ll get you back to the boss and we’ll find you a doctor. you’ll be just fine.”
“okay, chuuya,” you hum, weakly gripping his back. seconds of silence pass before you mutter, “i just want to go home.”
"i know." his heart pulls, and he almost lets out a cracked sob. but he refrains, knowing that there is plenty of time to drown in his sorrows later.
finally, he gets the ropes under, lifting you from the chair. you’re so much lighter, weaker, and it makes him sick as he carries you. “let’s get you home.”
Tumblr media
𝐀𝐊𝐔𝐓𝐀𝐆𝐀𝐖𝐀. . .
the call comes just as akutagawa is getting ready to head home for the evening, his tasks completed, eyes heavy with exhaustion.
normally, he doesn’t stick around to say any goodbyes, sneaking off into the darkness of the night like a shadow, blending right in. but, something about the evening, so gloomy and drizzly with spring rain, feels off.
with a heavy knot in his chest, so much different than an incoming fit of coughs, akutagawa heads back up to mori’s office, if perhaps to only ensure that everyone else’s jobs had been completed. he’s a lot of things, but he’s never been a slacker; and he’ll do what it takes to ensure that his position in the mafia is eternally secure.
though, he doesn’t have the opportunity to get all the way upstairs before he run into the boss, who is calm, but with an air of irritation clouding him.
he explains the current situation to akutagawa in a clipped tone, bored — an enemy group has kidnapped you, holding you hostage.
“how rude is it to bother a man, just as he is getting ready to go to sleep?” mori says, sighing histrionically.
but what is a minor inconvenience to mori sends an entire wave of dread through akutagawa, his entire body feeling as if it’s been dipped in ice. he can’t explain the horror that washes over him, not really, because he shouldn’t feel so panicked. it is rare for him to get worked up about the danger his subordinates find themselves in, save for his sister, of course.
but you… you’re different.
“can i trust you to diffuse the situation?” mori asks, impatiently glancing at his watch as if that will change anything. “i can call someone else, but they will not be so quick.”
akutagawa doesn’t even think before he accepts the job, hating the way he sounds pathetically desperate for more details. his hands flatten the edge of his cloak, as if his ability is going to take on a mind of its own.
he calls for a driver, calm but breathing so heavily that an aching cough rises up in him. his throat feels as if it may begin to bleed, but he swallows, glances away from the driver and gets himself under control.
there’s a ransom — bring them the money and they’ll return you, mori had told him. you’re only a lower ranking member of the mafia, and someone that makes for a pretty poor bargaining chip, so the motive is questionable.
mori probably would’ve let you die, akutagawa knows, his teeth gritting together, so much so that a splintering sound comes from it. but the boss, in his infinite, concerning wisdom, seems to also know that his loyal dog has an soft spot for you.
as regrettable as that may be.
akutagawa has no doubt that whoever the enemy is, they are no match for him. still, a twinge of anxiety settles in his stomach, fingers jittery as the driver, despite the decreased traffic of the hour, seems to drive impossibly slow.
“are we not in a rush?” akutagawa snaps, leaning forward.
“apologies,” the driver, says, not daring to even look at akutagawa from the mirror. but the car speeds up, enough for akutagawa to be able to notice, at least. it cools the simmer that has already begun deep in his chest.
even so, the car seems to go at a snails pace, minute upon minute flying by, with you in the clutches of an enemy.
akutagawa doesn’t care who they are. he doesn’t care why, or how they captured you. he wants them dead. he’ll rip them apart, easily, and he’ll make them suffer — they’ll be alive for all of it, for every second that he peels the skin from their bones, ripping the smaller ones out of their sockets.
what he feels for you… well, it’s too hard for him to admit to himself. he has no experience with what it means to care for another person, doesn’t even know if that’s his goal. he just knows he wants to protect you.
and he can’t do that if you’re dead.
finally, the car pulls up to an old warehouse, one at the very outskirts of the port, beyond the docks and the shipping carts. it’s tucked far back, an obvious lair for some villainous organization that doesn’t want to be found.
akutagawa gets there, but there is nothing. he hears nothing, feels no signs of life as he trudges through the puddles left behind from the earlier rain.
a small string of panic begins again, as he wondered if maybe the call that mori had told him was only a ruse. maybe this entire time had been a distraction, a way to lure him away. there are other skill-users in the mafia, but none quite as dangerous as him.
though, he hears it, then. a small little sound, muffled and hoarse, full of pain.
he ducks into another corner of a warehouse, and you’re there — bound with chains and a gag across your mouth, one of your eyes blackened with bruises, your nose bleeding.
his heart aches. never in his life has he so quickly made his way over, used the sharp edges of his ability to shear through the chains, falling to his knees as he unbinds the cloth from your lips.
“where are they?” he rasps, mouth opening and closing, hating the sound of his own voice. he recognizes his desperation, his anger, but the affectionate sound that clips at the end is unfamiliar, as he shakily pulls himself closer to you.
you glance up at him, eyes glossy and wide, and though you are scared, hurt, he’s so thankful you are alive. his heart flips once, as you grasp at his cloak, the material that has the blood of so many staining the threads.
“gone,” you say, throat chalky, words nothing more than a note against the wind. “they fled when they heard it was you coming.”
“and left you?” he asks, jaw clenching, as he hopes that the emotions aren’t as visible on his features as he thinks they are. “were you not a ransom?”
“no,” you swallow, hard, as if in pain. he notices bruises around your neck, the shape of fingerprints indented there. “i was bait.”
anger rises up in him like a wave, engulfing him, wholly and relentlessly. he is no stranger to that, like he is the kindness you show him, the way you look at him as if he is your protector, rather than a bringer of destruction. “i’ll go after them. where are they headed? they’ll pay, i’ll slaughter—”
“ryunosuke,” you say, reaching for him as he stands, expression pleading as he backs away. “stay.”
he has half a mind to ignore you — the enemy escaped, after all. but your voice. your eyes… you look so small sitting there, bloodied and bruised and broken.
“please,” you try again, near tears, and though he has never been good with obvious displays of emotion, something within him snaps at the desperation in the word.
he nods, slowing his pace as he returns to you, lets you wrap yourself in him, cling to him. his hands fall, naturally, to your waist, somehow knowing where they belong, even if akutagawa never has a clue what he’s doing with you.
“i’ll call hirotsu,” he says simply, before pulling out his phone, not bothering to untangle himself from you.

𝐃𝐀𝐙𝐀𝐈 . . .
dazai is not a forgiving man, and will never learn to be. forgiveness is not a luxury he is often able to indulge in in his line of work, and his heart has hardened enough that until the end of time, those that are branded his enemies will remain his enemies.
though, in his blackened heart, one soured over the course of time, you have carved out your own little space, lit it up with golden rays of light that are fiery enough to melt the stone casing of his chest.
his only love — his only weakness. but it is a weakness that his enemies know about as well.
dazai tries his best to keep you safe. he always has, and he knows that, sometimes, his grasp on you can be a little too tight. that the way he tries to keep you under his watchful eye can sometimes be stifling, frustrating.
but he can’t always be there to protect you. and it is in times like these, that he regrets letting you go without a bodyguard. he regrets that he listened to your insistence that you could keep yourself safe.
he should’ve at least told you to take a friend.
“boss,” his subordinate says, bowing his head, his voice pleading, desperate. “i’m so sorry. your wife—”
“if anything… anything happens to her, you will be the one responsible, do you understand?” dazai says, his eyes cold as he glowers down at the man, only a few inches shorter than him, but feeling so much smaller. “i will personally see that this act does not go unpunished.”
“of course, sir,” the man says, and he, at the very least, has the decency to sound resigned. to accept his fate and suffer the consequences, for allowing the boss’s wife to get herself into such a situation.
and dazai means it, every last word; if he finds you in a state closer to death, anyone who put you in harm’s way will be torn apart from the inside out. he isn’t able to think of anything but bringing you home safely, his hands shaking with rage as he sends more than enough people out on a search to find you.
with all the strings he’s able to pull as the mafia boss, it doesn’t take long to find you, for those that have bravely — or stupidly — used his wife as bait to come forward, and offer an attempt at some sort of negotiation.
there’s little of the conversation that dazai remembers on the phone, even less that he remembers after that. the anger bubbles up in him and grabs hold of his conscience, the emotion directing his movements with a mind of its own.
he’s already sent out every last one of his people into the field, ensuring that the organization that had the gall to threaten you is wiped off the face of the earth. deleted from every corner of the world, buildings flattened to the ground. by tomorrow, they won’t have ever existed.
today, he doesn’t care what happens as long as he finds you alive.
you’re held hostage by two men — so completely beaten that they’ve given up on any restraints. whatever they wanted from you, you seemed to refused to have given up, lip bleeding, eyes swelling so badly that you can’t even open them.
dazai doesn’t hesitate before pulling the trigger on the first man, then turning to the other, shooting the hand that holds the pistol. the man recoils, shouts, and drops the weapon completely, as dazai lands another bullet to his knee, causing him to fall.
slowly, dazai walks up, firing again to his other arm, a loud snap echoing throughout the room. the man winces, trying to crawl to the gun, one last desperate attempt to stay alive.
he kicks the gun away, watching, as, pathetically, the expression in the enemy’s face changes — any of his remaining hope vanishes.
“you told me she was unharmed,” dazai says, bending down, his coat flaring out behind him as he squats.
the man coughs, gasping for air as the blood seeps out of him. “we lied.” he smiles cruelly, and though he shares the same sort of darkness as those in the port mafia, there is something even more twisted in his smile.
dazai hums. “you the leader?”
the man doesn’t give an answer, but the slight twitch of surprise on his face is all dazai needs. he’s no one — just a grunt whose life was put on the line to guard you.
“didn’t think so.” dazai shoots him once, straight through the forehead, instantly killing him. but he is vindictive, angry, and the man he truly wants to destroy, the one who took you, is nowhere to be found. another bullet lands, tearing apart the flesh of his temple, then another, and one more, his skull beginning to cave in from the force of it all.
dazai heaves, letting the gun clatter to the ground as it runs out of bullets, and then he realizes, all this time, you’ve just been watching him. the ugliest side of him — the worst side of him.
you’re no stranger to it, of course. how can you be, when you’ve shared a life with him for years? but that doesn’t mean he wants you to see it, see how bloodthirsty he can become.
he stumbles over to you, where you’re still sitting on the ground, your wrist in your lap, bent at an angle that he knows isn’t right. bruises are littered across your skin, and your hair is matted from the blood that pools at your temple.
it takes every ounce of restraint he has to stay calm, a million feelings swirling under his skin. ones that he was never familiar with until he met you.
“i’m sorry,” he says, taking your face in his hands so, so softly, worried that he’ll hurt you even more. “i’m sorry, darling. i should’ve — i should’ve been there.” dazai notices his hands are shaking and he balls them up into fists, leaning back. “fuck. fuck — i’ll kill them all, just tell me who it was. anyone who laid a finger on you. i’ll cut them down one by one.”
“osamu,” you say, and your voice is raspy, cracking, as your unbroken arm reaches for him, squeezing his shaking hand. “i—”
you open your mouth to continue, but only tears come streaming down your cheeks, over your bloodied lips, saltiness soaking your jawline. no words don’t leave you, but a soft sob chokes itself up your throat.
“hey, hey, hey.” dazai’s voice softens, every muscle in his body relaxing as he draws you nearer to him, into his chest with a touch that’s barely there. “you’re safe. i’m here, okay? they’re not going to hurt you again, sweetheart.”
you sniffle, barely making a sound, but he can feel the tears drop onto his clothes, soaking the material.
“can you walk? are you hurt anywhere else?”
you hesitate for a moment before answering; he’s not sure if there’s a reason you only answer the first question. “i can walk.”
dazai nods, and though the rage is still bubbling there, underneath the surface, there is a coolant streaming through him at the vision of you alive. the men who did this will pay the price, but he still has you — and that’s all that matters.

Joel's jaw was tense. Too tense.
"Sit," he said, his tone commanding and cold, making you shudder. With big eyes you sat down on the couch and god these eyes were driving Joel insane.
"Joel. You said we – "
"Quiet," he hushed you and now you were officially confused.
"Joel," you tried again, your voice much more quiet and careful, but your thoughts loudly racing in your head.
Was he angry with you? Had you upset him?
"I said. Quiet."
With pouty and slightly trembling lips, you watched him, your palms resting on the couch to your left and right and your legs dangling off the edge. You found that you had no choice, but to wait for him to tell you what was going on, so you patiently watched him, but couldn't hide the light fear your face was drawn with.
Joel briefly clenched his hands into fists, rubbing over his palms before slightly spreading his legs and eyeing the way you played with your hair – looking all innocent and sweet although you were a naughty thing. A naughty thing who couldn't stop herself from getting into trouble all the time.
"A-Are you mad at me, Joel?" you eventually asked, thoughtfully furrowing your brow and chewing on your bottom lip.
"Jesus…," he groaned, closing his eyes only to straighten up and massage his temple.
"Can't get that dumb 'lil brain of yours to think for a second?"
"I – I don't know what you mean. Are you – is it 'cause I forgot the limes when I went grocery shopping? Because I already apologised and I thought – "
Joel raised his hand, glaring at you with piercing eyes, which was enough for you to shut up.
"No. You seriously have no idea? You got no fuckin' clue why I could be angry with you?"
Your eyes rounded up even more if that was possible, your lips so pouty and soft as you bit down on the inside of your cheeks.
"No… I don't think so," you stammered, helplessly searching his face as though the answer could be found in his small eyes.
"Oh you stupid 'lil thing… You can be fuckin' glad you got me 'cause I don't know how you would make it without me. Now get the fuck over 'ere."
You hesitated. Not because you didn't want to approach him or you were avoiding physical closeness, but because your brain was working so hard, your head began to throb. Images from the past days appeared before your eyes, the town meeting on Saturday, your dinner on Sunday, the game night with Maria and Tommy on Monday and the breakfast at Joey's diner as well as the stroll through the park today. You couldn't find anything suspicious and seriously wondered whether Joel was making fun of you right now. But his eyes seemed sincere, his eyes still narrowed and hard when you approached him and awkwardly stood in front of him, waiting for further instructions.
"Kneel," he barked, and you shivered. Okay, so this was definitely not him making fun of you.
"Joel, I really don't – "
He interrupted you, grabbing your hand and pulling you down on the ground himself, causing you to gasp as your knees hit the carpet.
"I recall tellin' you to shut up. You don't want this to become worse that it already is."
You were alarmed now, tears swimming in your eyes, but based on the things Joel had said so far, he wasn't in the kind of mood to let you wrap him around your little finger with a few tears and sweet words so you swallowed them. Instead, you placed your hands on your thighs, doe-eyedly glancing up to him and trying to keep as still as possible as Joel parted his legs wider to make room for you to settle in between.
"You really don't know… God, aren't you a dumb 'lil thing… If only you weren't so sweet while being all empty-headed. Useless fuckin' slut."
You swallowed hard, moving closer to his center while being so unaware of what your tiny gestures were doing to him. His throat was dry, his dick pressing up hard against his jeans and he wanted nothing more than to bend you over the counter, rip your panties and fuck you dumb. As if you weren't already.
"I don't know," you repeated, staring into space through hazy eyes. "I really don't, Joel."
"You said that already," he pressed through gritted teeth, unbuckling his belt and slowly shoving down his jeans and boxers just a little bit to take out his erect dick.
"But maybe you'll remember when you really have to. Why don't we try, babygirl? Why don't we try 'n' give your mouth somethin' to work on an' maybe it'll be enough for you pretty, dumb head to figure it out. Maybe you're just a little too calm right now. Or maybe you don't really want to make an effort."
You lifted your chin at once, almost indignantly furrowing your brow and pinching your eyebrows together.
"No. I did try. Please, Joel, just tell me. I really don't know and I – I don't know what to do to remember."
He hushed you, cupping your chin for a second or two and then taking a fistful of your hair.
"Yeah… But maybe you do in a second. Maybe you just need somethin' to remind you. Open your mouth."
You obeyed immediately, dropping your jaw and only just inhaling deeply before Joel fed you his dick, slowly sliding past your lips until he arrived in the warmth of your mouth, humming to himself in pleasure, but collecting himself quickly.
"You know what we're gonna do, little one? I'll shove that dick down your throat until I'm aaaaall the way in inside you. Then we're gonna keep it there for a moment to give you time to think and really work that brain of yours. And when I think you're ready, I'll pull out and you're gonna talk. You're gonna tell me what you did wrong and what you're gonna do different next time. And then we're gonna think about what you can do to make it up to me and please me. If you don't talk – Well, we're gonna do it over and over again until you do. Until you tell me exactly why you angered me. I mean, I want to know that you put in an effort and try to be a good girl. Not knowing why you're gettin' punished is not a good start, pumpkin."
Joel hesitated, sighing as he watched you with his head tilted. He could literally see the words fighting through your clouded mind one by one, a muscle around your eyes twitching when the content of his words really crept up on you. And god did you look pretty with your mouth full with his dick. You couldn't reply anyway, so a nod of your head was what he had to settle with, your eyes round as coins and your cheeks already flush.
Thus far, Joel had been halfway inside you, but once he had the confirmation that you had understood the rules, he jerked forward with his hips, driving his dick into your mouth until he was inside of you to the hilt. You almost instantly retched, spit leaking from the corner of your mouth and your head flinching away.
"Shhh…," Joel made, keeping his grip around your head steady to keep you from pulling away and potentially making everything worse for you. Because it was the first round, Joel relatively spared you, staying inside your throat for merely 10 seconds and then dragging himself out of your welcoming mouth.
"And?" he fizzled once his tip was brushing over your plump lips, his insides clenching at the wetness glistening on your chin, which suggested that he had fucked your face for half an hour rather than half a minute.
"I don't know," you whimpered, tangling your fingers and pleadingly staring up to him.
If only you knew what you were doing to him, Joel thought with a wry grin, trailing along your jaw line and pursing his lips at the way your eyes brightened up. But of course this wasn't to his satisfactory, which was why Joel slammed his dick back into your paradisiacal heat without even commenting your words. This time he made you suffer longer, keeping his balls pressed to your face for almost 30 seconds while giving you almost no space at all to adjust to his length stuffing your throat. His tip tingled at the back of your throat and simultaneously caused you to gag, your view blurry as your face was forced to be in this unnatural position.
When he finally released you, he rapidly slipped out of your mouth with a plop sound, a thread of spit hanging between your upper lip and his shaft. You inhaled greedily, almost choking on the fresh wave of air you forced down on your throat, but could get a grip on yourself in the last minute. Although Joel had let go of you, he instantly cradled your head again once you had caught your breath with the purpose of maintaining control and dominance over the situation and show you your place.
"I'm listenin'," he barked and blared his teeth. Your wrinkled nose almost made him melt on the spot, his heart fluttering as you thoughtfully averted your gaze and carefully shook it.
"I'm sorry. I don't – Please, just – "
You were caught off once more and could only yelp as Joel forced his shaft down your throat again.
"That's disappointing, babygirl… I honestly thought you'd do better. You wanna keep goin' like this now? Until your throat's fuckin' red and bruised? Or you're gonna put this brain to work now and really make an effort?"
You were unable to answer, hot tears coating your view and his dick muffling any noises or complains threatening to spill out of your mouth. You were trying so hard, reliving every moment from the past days, but you couldn't find anything unusual. It couldn't be too long ago, right? He wouldn't punish you now for something that had been more than a week ago, right? Joel had been much too nice for that and if you had really done something to seriously upset him a longer time ago, he wouldn't have waited until now to make you feel the consequences. You were sure he wouldn't even have been able to hide his anger.
Your hands grasped his thighs, nails scraping his skin as if it was a way to release the pain, but you only halfly succeeded. It simply was too much, his dick so deep inside your mouth that it seemed like all you felt was him. That all you could think about, perceive, smell and taste was him and his indistinct scent. This time Joel kept you flush against his center for almost a minute, but to you it felt like ten times the amount of time. You could breathe through your nose, your nostrils flared to force more air down your lungs, but you had to cough every few seconds and felt your stomach thrum with the need to throw up. When he pulled back, you blinked, teary eyes fluttering and your lips swollen from the assault. Joel didn't even have to ask you. He just lifted an eyebrow, cupping your chin and tightening his hand at your attempt to escape him.
"You ain't done here yet, babygirl. You're goin' right back to work unless you have something to say."
He lightly squeezed your cheeks. "Do you?"
"P-Please," you whined, simply ignoring the mess of a combination of liquids that made your cheeks sticky and glitty and only seemed to increase as time passed.
"I don't know. Please, tell me, Joel, I'm sorry. I tried, I tried to remember b-but I – I don't. I just wanna be good for you a-and I love you and I don't wanna make you mad."
Joel had to supress a genuine smile. Not because he was anywhere close to being done with you, but because you sincerely were the most stunning, adorable and sweet creature he had ever seen. The big deer eyes, the way you couldn't keep them open at times, the trembling bottom lip you tried to get under control by biting down on it, the strands of hair sticking to your sweaty forehead. You were a mess, but a beautiful, pretty mess that Joel couldn't get enough of. That made a part of him want to lift you in the air, push you up against his chest and hold you until your crying had stopped. Just run a hand up and down your back and get lost in your sweet, adorable nature. But of course he wouldn't because you had something to apologise for and as long as he didn't hear those words out of your mouth he wouldn't stop.
That was why he shook his head in disapproval, tracing your jawline and then pulling at your lower lip to make it snap back.
"It's too late for that, hon. Open your mouth."
You sniffed and gulped in order to fight the soreness in your throat, but once his tip went past your lips you immediately felt the same stinging ache in the back of your throat again.
"Shhh…," he purred, gripping your hair tightly and tugging when you squirmed too hard.
"Take it. Take it or tell me what I wanna hear."
Tears were clouding your view, making your eyes feel swollen and puffy. Your whole body was on fire, arousal pooling between your legs just like sweat was covering your thighs and back. It was a strange and odd mixture of discomfort that was borderning on pain from time to time and sheer and intense pleasure. Please that made you want to be good for him so badly, so he would finally make love to you in a way you knew you didn't deserve right now. If only you knew why.
You gulped and retched, grabbing his legs to ground yourself and Joel didn't seem to have a problem with it as of now.
"C'mon…," he growled, head thrown back and lips red from the way he chewed on them.
"10 more seconds."
You didn't know how, but you managed to push through it. By the time Joel withdrew, you felt the need to cough and fortunately he let go of you for a moment so you could turn away from him, clear your throat and wipe over your eyes with the back of your hand.
"C'mere," he snarled after a minute, taking hold of a fistful of your hair and pushing your head against his inner thigh.
"Nothin'?" he simply whispered, raising his eyebrows and giving you this look of disgust and pity and somehow it was hurting more than anything he had done before.
"Alright. Gonna try somethin' different," Joel suddenly sighed. Your eyes shot up, widening in hope as he twisted his lips and rose to his feet while still keeping your head still by your hair.
"Get up. An' then take your clothes off and sit down on the couch."
These were rather promising prospects, so you weren't hesistant when you quickly stumbled to your feet, legs wobbly and weak under your weight and your sore knees hurting at the new posture. You cursed your slightly shivering hands as you pulled down your shorts, your clumsy fingers struggling with the zipper, but after you had tossed your clothes on a chair you felt the most confident and strong you had tonight. You sat down with a bubbling coiling heat in your stomach, thighs pressing together and your palms hurting from the way you buried your nails into your skin.
"Sit against the armrest. Legs spread," were his next instructions and just as you had obeyed him, getting comfortable on your bare ass, Joel appeared before your eyes. You desperately searched his face for any sign that he had softened up, that his punishment might perhaps even be over now, but there was nothing. His jaw was flexed, a vein prominent on his neck and a crease between his eyebrows.
"I swear, Joel, I really don't know what I did wrong," you assured him once again, blinking to prevent yourself from crying.
"Shut up. You're not enhancing your chances by talkin' all the fuckin' time. Givin' me those sweet doll eyes is your best shot, babygirl. So look at me. C'mon."
You wrinkled your nose which elicited a heavy exhalation from him and then gasped as Joel took hold of your ankles, adjusting your sprawled out body on the couch. Then he climbed on top of you, settling between your legs and letting his eyes wander from your legs up to your face until his gaze lingered on your bare pussy. You shouldn't feel embarrassed considering that Joel had seen you naked a million times already, but under these circumstances, you feeling so vulnerable in comparison to his dominant and intimidating appearance, you couldn't help but blush under his flashing pupils.
"Pretty," he whispered, vaguely cupping your pussy, but his words had taken you out so much, that you merely noticed it.
"Too pretty for such a dumb thing. Too sweet 'n' adorable for such a stupid 'lil head. What am I gonna do with you, huh?"
Joel didn't look like he was expecting an answer, which was why you simply kept eye contact although your eyes were watering again, pursing your lips and audibly swallowing.
"I feel like I should tie ya to the bed, stuff you with a toy 'n' then leave you there until you've learned your lesson. Or until you work that pretty brain and remember what you done wrong." He leaned in so his breath was brushing over your temple.
"But call me weak or – or frail, but I won't be able to leave this fuckin' pussy alone."
You whined out as he began rocking his palm against your clit, the corner of his mouth twitching at your facial reactions.
"Yeah. Gimme those sweet eyes. Show me how sweet you can be for me."
Joel gently parted your legs wider, lowly growling as your breathing became heavier. Two fingertips prodded your hole, circling it at a pace that you would consider cruel and sliding his palm back and forth. In less than a minute the two fingers made their way inside your cunt, slowly and carefully as if Joel was scared to hurt you, entering you.
"Joel," you whimpered, close to tears again, although you couldn't quite grasp the source of it. "I'm sorry, I – I wanna be good. I just… I just don't know what…"
He hushed you with a single finger pressing down on your upper lip and then applied more pressure on your throbbing clit.
"I said shut up. Or do you wanna make me angrier? You're not in a good position here right now if you haven't notice already. You made me mad, couldn't remember why and didn't even figure it out while I punished you. I coulda made you suck my dick all night, but I didn't 'cause I had pity with you and now there's one fuckin' thing I expect from you, you dirty slut. And you can't even do that."
A sob went through your body, your hands clenching and your brows pinching as the effects of his words took over. You just wanted to cry. You had disappointed him so badly and felt so helpless here, your head throbbing from the way you so strenuously concentrated on the events of the past days, but no matter how hard you tried, there was no progress. No idea, no suspicion and although part of you definitely couldn't think straight from the way Joel rubbed his hand against your core, you still couldn't believe that Joel was so angry while you had no hunch at all.
A little later, you wouldn't have been able to say if it was 5 minutes or 50 minutes, the first signs of an orgasm approached you, drops of sweat rolling down the inside of your thighs a warm, stouthearted pressure pulsing in your lower belly. By now his two digits were buried inside of you to the hilt, curled and determined as they repeatedly hit the soft, spongy spot hidden deep inside you. It felt so good, you wanted to scream and shout for him to go harder and stop him at the same time because something about his mood made you fear what was going to happen. He still seemed much too angry to just drop the whole thing so he surely wouldn't just let you cum like this and then send you to bed…?
Your suspicion was soon to be confirmed. A slight clench of your pussy and the way your eyes squeezed shut were all it took for Joel to stop. His hand was still resting on your center, but it didn't move any longer and his reaction to the rolling of your hips to create the much needed friction was a firm hand holding you down.
"Joel, please. Please, don't. I just – " He slightly withdrew, your hips frustratingly grinding against nothing.
"Say what you did wrong, babygirl," he whispered, sounding almost… amused? At least there was a light tinkle in his tone while he darted down at you, thoughtfully curling his lips.
"I can't, Joel, you know that I can't. I'm sorry. Please."
"And I don't think you've tried hard enough."
What were you supposed to do?
You believed that you couldn't go any further, that there was nothing left for you to try to satisfy him. He was so determined in his actions, so convinced of the fact that all he had to do for you to speak the truth was push you further, but what if you couldn't? What if Joel would never be satisfied and be mad about you forever? Okay, that might be an exaggeration, you had to admit, yet new tears welled in your eyes at the mere thought of it.
Before you could finish the thought, Joel continued rocking his palm against your clit, your legs involuntarily pressing together and your pussy eagerly throbbing for the return of his fingers.
"S'a bit disappoin', isn't it? I knew you tend to get all cock-drunk on me whenever I just take a look at that pussy but this really is a new level, hon. An' your sweet eyes and that pout don't change anythin', baby. They might be nice for me to look at, but don't think for a second that they're gonna help you get out of your punishment."
In a record breakingly short amount of time, you were dangling dangerously close to the edge of a orgasm you were yearning for so badly again. Joel's two fingers were penetrating you, his lips occasionally leaning in to kiss you on your cheek or neck and his palm rough and fast as it stimulated your clit. You were a trembling mess underneath him, sweat sticky on top of your thighs and your nipples stiff.
"Please," you soon whispered, equally scared that Joel was going to stop and that he would be mad if you didn't tell him that you were close.
"What. Give me one good reason why you deserve to cum."
Suddenly something shifted in his face. His eyes were briefly flashing, pervaded by a dark glimmering light and his jaw was clenched, his mouth nothing more than a thin line. Before you were able to reply, you were suddenly flipped onto your stomach, your hands reaching for the armrest to hold on to something as Joel parted your ass cheeks.
"Maybe this'll work on you… Maybe you just need a dick to destroy that 'lil cunt o'yours in order for you to remember how to use that mouth to talk."
Your fingers grasped a pillow, squeezing tightly as you prepared yourself for the slight inevitable stretch, but when he slid in, there was no trace of discomfort. Joel was thick and he certainly didn't go slow, but you were so drenched that there was no restriction at all.
"Next time it'll be your fuckin' ass. I'll fuck that tight hole of yours and maybe through your cryin' you'll tell me your apologies in a way that's gonna make me content. And now you're 'lil cunt better squeeze me tightly or I'll have to put my attention elsewhere. And there's no fuckin' way you'll cum tonight, so you better not even try. I don't care about your sweet whines 'n' pleas. I'm fuckin' serious."
He grunted and bottomed out, filling you to the hilt and starting to pound you at a steady pace. He wasn't even able to hide his fury in the way he was fucking you, his balls slapping against your cunt and producing obscene smacking noises and his tip hitting your cervix whereas he usually was so careful with not going too deep and possible hurting you.
"J-Joel," you whimpered, reaching behind you not because he was seriously causing you pain, but because you craved his presence so much. You just wanted him to hold your hand and brush over your knuckles and the fact that you wouldn't be getting it until you remembered this damn thing you had done wrong made you want to cry out.
"Shut up. M'gonna cum inside of you now 'cause I don't know what else to do with ya so you stop actin' like a dumb 'lil puppy an' then we'll go to bed and you rest that head of yours. Now look at me and keep those eyes open. I know you can be such a pretty puppy for me if you try hard enough. So get over it 'n' at least try to be good."
Joel spanked your butt once, his nostrils wide and his breath hitching as you looked over your shoulder and initiated eye contact.
"I wanna be good," you whispered, gasping at his forceful thrusts.
"Yeah you do?" he asked and grabbed a thick strand of your hair.
"Show me then. You're gonna keep still 'n' stop complainin' and lemme fill that pussy 'til my cum runs down your thighs. C'mon, babygirl. Lemme feel how bad she needs me," he growled and groaned as he stopped inside of you for a moment, pushing you up the couch and changing the angle so he could go as deep as possible.
"I'm gonna cum, Joel. Please. I really need to," you whimpered, squeezing your eyes close and praying for him to be mercyful. You had suffered for long enough and if only Joel saw it the same way…
"No. You're not gonna cum. You messed that up earlier in the fuckin' park and then you did it over and over again. Not bein' able to tell me what you did wrong, cryin' and moanin' 'cause you didn't get what you wanted but you didn't make an effort either."
Your thoughts were racing, your mind so absent that you even forgot about his punishing pace for a moment. The park…? Joel must have sensed the way it worked behind your forehead because he tightened his grip in your hair and pushed you into the cushion.
"Yeah, that's right. The fuckin' park… If you had used your brains for a second you wouldn't have talked to the guy like that."
"What guy?" it broke out of you, your eyebrows tense as you peeked over your shoulder.
"The guy that clearly wanted to fuck you. An' you acted like you didn't want anything more in your life."
Slowly the puzzle pieces assembled in your head and a picture started to form. Yet, once started, Joel didn't stop.
"The guy that fuckin' dropped his book just so you would bend over 'n' pick it up and he could get a good look at your ass. And you? You were playin' alone and gave him these stupid fuck-me eyes that only I am supposed to see. You behaved like you were just waitin' for him to rip your clothes off and it was goddamn disgusting babygirl."
You gulped and suddenly felt more than bad. Yes, it made so much sense now. How quiet Joel had been on the way back to the house and if you thought about it now, yes, the guy in the park had been very friendly. Too friendly, perhaps.
"Joel, I – " you started, but were interrupted soon.
"No. It wasn't that hard to come up with this, was it? An' you're tellin' me you couldn't think of this yourself?"
"I'm sorry. I really am, I didn't – I didn't think he was interested in me like that, I swear," you choked between his thrusts, your mouth struggling to form a coherent sentence.
"I thought he was just trying to be nice. He was. He was kind and – and I didn't question it."
"I know you didn't," Joel replied and rolled his hips a few times as he was inside of you, making you really feel him with every fibre of your body.
"That's why you're in this position right now. Arch your back," he added and pressed down on the small of your back.
"I'm gonna cum, babygirl. Deep inside of your pussy the way only I can. Not some guy in a park who probably has never seen a naked woman before. I'm the only one who gets to fuck this useless hole and fill you up with my cum. Understood?"
As quickly as possible, you nodded and stretched yourself toward him ever more.
"Yes, Joel. I only want you. No one else."
Apparently, this was all it took for Joel to release with a deep growl and despite not reaching your high yourself, you felt your view get cloudy at the feeling of his sticky, warm seed coating your walls.
"Oh jesus… Oh fuck, yeah, that's it… Oh fuck… Take it all, c'mon. Don't wanna see anythin' drippin' down your legs."
He pushed into you a few more times before gently stroking up the side of your body, briefly tracing the side of your breasts.
"Good girl. Good fuckin' girl, m'proud of you."
You almost flinched at his words, your eyes frantically dancing as you stared into space and wondered whether he was genuine. Your eventual response was a muffled and broken whine that made Joel sigh.
"Lemme take a look at ya," he whispered, his tone low and soft and slipped his flaccid dick out of you only to grab you by your hips and turn you on your back.
"S'okay, babygirl…," he purred, hushing you as you sniffled a couple of times and brought a finger to your lips.
"It's okay. You took your punishment well. An' I think you got my point, didn't you?"
"Yes. I did, I'm sorry. I understand why – why you had to do it."
Joel smiled in satisfaction, lazily caressing the skin of your hips and bicep and smirking at the way you were barely able to keep your eyes open.
"Think you need some rest now, hon. Sleep if you want to. And I will make you feel good in the mornin'. Everythin' will be alright… I'll take care of ya 'cause you were good and behaved and now you deserve to cum too. Just wait until the mornin', we both need some sleep, okay? Is that okay for my princess?"
Princess.
Your heart fluttered and clenched at the nickname, your eyes big as you pleadingly stared up to him.
"Yes. I'm really tired," you confirmed and then grinned as Joel rolled off you to lay right next to you on the couch.
"Then sleep. I'll be right there next to you and if it's gonna be uncomfortable later, I'll carry you to bed. Just relax, sweetheart."
You exhaled, your breathing becoming steadily louder and more audible as you drifted off to sleep.
A quiet 'I love you' was the last thing you perceived before you felt yourself slipping away, body and mind finally utterly at peace again.

Two Gods, One Heart [Loki x Reader]
A link my Masterlist is HERE Summary: Loki comes good on a promise to have two of himself bed you. (w/c 2.4k) Warnings: 18+ Minors DNI. Smut. Female Reader. MMF. Language. Oral. PV. Anal. Some Loki/Loki stuff.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
“Come to bed,” Loki said, his long limbs stretched across the sheets.
One leg was draped over the side of the mattress, the other drawn up. His eyes glittered through shadow as they trailed over the curves of your body.
Two hands rested behind his head while another, familiar hand, worked his cock.
You swallowed, steadying against the doorframe. How ever many times Loki had whispered the details of your filthy fantasy into your ear; seeing promises made flesh hit different.
The loose babydoll covering your skin suddenly felt very tight.
“Keeping us waiting…” a second Loki chided, followed by a series of crisp tuts.
A shiver of arousal skated across your flesh as their voices mingled like cinders swirling up to an open, navy sky.
“Should we be offended?” The second Loki looked at the first, and their eyes narrowed lightly at the same moment. “Our love is adjusting…” the first said. In tandem, they smirked, before the first Loki’s head fell back with a groan. The second had tightened the grip on his cock, fist bobbing fluidly as amusement danced in his eyes and he swiped his thumb around the tip with targeted ease.
It was impossible to tell which one was the god you’d fallen in love with; which one you’d divulged your deepest secrets to, which one you’d comforted in darkness while he struggled with his past.
The two of them were identical except for the style of their hair; their silvery skin shimmering in the glow of a dozen candles. Their muscles flexed in all the ways you knew, distinguishable only by the fact that one’s onyx hair spread against the pillow while the other was tied up in a knot, several thick waves falling to his shoulders.
Loki said it didn’t matter, that the duplicate was a mirror image of his body and mind at that exact moment. ‘A breathing mirage who loves you as I do.’ And himself, it seemed.
The Loki propped on his side, working the other, turned fractionally towards you. You licked your lips, clenching immediately with a warm slip flushing between your legs. “Fuck us,” he growled like a command. His tongue nipped over the curve of his lower lip, dragging it between his teeth. “I fear we’re rather desperate to have you.”
The first Loki’s back arched from the bed, his eyes flying open in momentary terror. “Don’t waste it,” he snapped at himself as the second Loki’s thumb circled the tip of his heavy cock, slick with pre-cum. “Perhaps I just want her for myself…You could watch?” The first Loki’s chest rumbled in a guttural growl, wrenching the hand from his manhood. Of course they’re competitive. At least he was consistent.
The second Loki rolled on to his back, sliding the hand wet with his duplicate’s arousal down his stomach and beginning to tease himself. Your bare feet drew across the floor and mounted the bed, both Lokis’ propping themselves upright as you settled between them. “As we discussed?” the first asked, all sincerity. There was nothing but love in his voice. It's that one. That's the real one. You nodded, eyes sliding between them.
The second trailed a finger from below your ear down the curve of your neck, his lips ghosting the tip of your shoulder. “Then so it shall be,” he said. No, wait...that's the real one.
The world shifted as the second Loki guided you on your back, the first scooting down the bed and settling between your spread thighs. His hands slid down your legs, hooking beneath, his tongue tracing a soft path along your slit.
“Loki,” you groaned, and the one behind you whispered, “Good girl,” as his fingertips played with your nipples through chiffon. You gazed up at him, mind spinning. The points of his jaw threw shadows across the sharp planes of his face, eyes glimmering with black delight. One of your hands crept to the scalp of the god buried between your thighs, the other reaching up to hook in the hair of the one above. If you died at this moment; you’d die happy.
Your breaths grew short under the tender laps of Loki’s tongue: every flick against your clit, every suck between the flat licks that slipped against your sex.
“She’s close,” the one above you murmured, working your nipples, his breath hot on your neck. He moaned your name softly, praise dripping from his lips.
“Oh my god…Loki,” you gasped in a thin, fragile voice, back arching. The man between your legs let out a muffled grunt against your cum slipping against his mouth. You reached forward, burying your hands in his hair and drawing him up into a messy kiss. “My turn,” the one behind you hummed, and the mattress creaked under their weight. You were aware of a carefully coordinated shift as the Loki kissing you shuffled up your body. His lips broke away, and then he was towering above you with his thighs spread on either side of your chest; cock in his hand, stroking leisurely. Your palms slid up his iron-muscled thighs, golden in candlelight. And then, the second Loki’s tongue slipped inside your cunt. Your nails dug into the femurs of the Loki above.
His head fell back with a hiss, a mess of dark hair cascading around his shoulders. The hard cock bobbing between his legs tapped against your cheek and you immediately curled your fingers around it and guided it to your lips. Loki gurgled as you swallowed him, sucking gently in time with the second god’s expert tongue slide across your pussy. The two of them moaned in unison.
You wondered if they felt the same sensations; if one transferred to the other, and if the god hovering above with his cock in your throat could taste your fresh, liquid arousal welling in the other’s mouth.
The Loki towering with his hair falling free cradled the back of your head as mewls of orgasm vibrated against the velvet skin of his length.
“G-good, f-fuck, Darling,” he muttered as your nails scraped down his obliques. The tongue caressing your swollen, slippery sex vanished—but then a pair of large hands slid over your own. The second Loki appeared at the first’s shoulder, resting his chin on the ropes of muscle starting to strain under the effort of holding back blowing his load into your mouth. “Don’t be greedy,” the second murmured: dark, dirty. You released the cock from your mouth with a slurp, and its master frowned, panting heavily. “I’m giving her what she wants.” The second Loki snorted, before pulled the first’s earlobe between his teeth in the way that made your lover tighten with desire. “I think we both know what she wants,” he whispered, and both sets of eyes locked on yours. A thrill swelled between your legs with wicked force. “Yes, you do,” you said, and both Lokis’ eyes glinted with a mischievous spark. They moved like a dance, sprawling elegantly on either side of your body.
You kissed one deeply, and then the other, settling on your left side facing the Loki with hair spilling over his chest like ink. Your hands tangled in his hair, kissing him wildly. His hand slid down your waist, pulling you flush to his abdomen; cock pressed tight to your stomach, the growl in his throat filling your mind with impossible filth. But nothing’s impossible with him, you thought, as the second Loki’s lips fastened to your neck from behind. Another hand skated over your ass, massaging gently. You swung a leg over the hips of the Loki in front of you; his greedy fingertips immediately sinking into the meat of your thigh. The tip of his manhood slid between your folds. “Are you ready, love?” he whispered. The Loki behind you paused, placing a gentle kiss between your shoulder-blades. You nodded, searching between your bodies and gripping his cock. It slid inside you like liquid, and the breath left your lungs.
‘Made for me,’ Loki always said. And it was true. The expression of the god in front of you tremored, lips parted in pleasure before his beautiful eyes fluttered shut. Your cunt stretched around him, swallowing the size, gripping him in a slickened, silken vice. The Loki sheathed inside you stilled, his hips trembling against yours with the determination not to fuck you senseless. That wasn’t the plan—not yet. He bit his lip as your peripheral vision glowed green.
You turned fractionally, seeing the second Loki empty a small, ornate phial of oil into his palm and warm it between his fingers. “Relax, love,” he murmured as a hand slipped between your cheeks, fingers playing against your ass. You clenched around the root of the first Loki’s cock. “Gods…” he groaned, and the one behind you chuckled. “Hold on,” he said, as his fingers played at your ass. One digit slipped inside, and then two. The tender wildness set your nerves alight, and you began to thrust on Loki’s cock, desperate for movement. A moan caught in his throat. “Wait, love,” he choked, steadying your hip and quieting your whine with a kiss. His tongue slipped inside your mouth, thumb playing at the angle of your jaw while the Loki behind you scissored his fingers: in, and out. “She’s ready,” he purred. The lover holding you pulled his mouth away, sucking on your bottom lip. He winked. “I don’t think she’ll ever be ready.” You smiled, turning to the one behind you as his hand slid over your thigh. Feeling down his body, your fingers curled around the second Loki’s cock at the moment you squeezed your cunt around the first’s. Both of them hissed in unison, and you almost came from sound alone.
The second, familiar manhood pressed against your asshole, slipping against the Asgardian oil. You took a deep breath, following the usual routine, as Loki let you shift backwards until he breached. The stomach flush to your spine spasmed, a sharp gasp splitting the air as you slid down his shaft and the Loki in front of you shuffled closer, brushing his nose against yours. “You’re doing so well,” he murmured. “Isn’t she?” “F-fuck…” the one behind you stuttered, “Yes. Yes…” “Hold on,” the Loki deep in your cunt goaded to his duplicate, echoing the previous jibe. “Don’t ruin the fantasy for her before it’s even begun.” In lieu of words, the Loki behind you dragged his cock from your ass, teasing, stretching, before sliding back in. An obscene sound rattled in your throat as the first Loki rolled his hips, his effortlessly liquid thrusts stroking your g-spot. “Made for us,” the Loki behind you murmured, thrusting gently.
With every gentle slap of their skin, another plane of reality melted. Kisses slid one into the next: from the front, from behind. Your hands roamed over their bodies as they cradled you, suspended in syrupy desire, their mouths taking turns over your skin as twisting moans filled the room.
You didn’t think it was possible to feel this aroused, this full, this safe. Orgasm wasn’t a peak; it was a wave—foaming beneath the soles of your feet as you rode it across a sea of their need. You lost count after four.
Sweat slid between the three bodies on the bed, one folding into another as they fucked you, wringing their name from your lips in every conceivable octave. “Come inside me,” you sobbed, feeling the next climax boiling in your blood. Both Lokis’ breaths hitched. The one behind you sank his teeth into your shoulder while the first palmed your breast upward before slipping a hand between your bodies, circling your clit. Loki’s voice at the best of times was enough to send you over the edge, but hearing two of him in the throes of ecstasy was too much to bear.
Their breaths became more urgent, the thrusts sloppier, the sounds of your bodies driven by some unquenchable need shifting into its final gear. Loki, buried in your ass, fastened his hand at your hip; pulling you onto the base of his cock again, and again, and again. The god buried in your pussy trembled, his jaw clenching, spirals of hair sticking to his forehead. His eyes were wild, pumping up into your cunt with targeted, lethal ease. Fuck, you were so wet. Cum coated the insides of your thighs, slipping against each buck of his hips.
And then, they splintered.
You’d been so excited earlier you’d forgotten to check if he’d made sure the silencing enchantment was in place. But it was too late now, and to be honest…you didn’t care. Your only regret was you couldn’t see them both at the same time, so you glanced between them, drinking in the sight of their faces screwed up and pleasure wrenching from them in violent, guttural sounds. Twin sets of fingers sank deep into your curves, their sobs of your name ebbing like snow melting into hard, winter earth. True to form, neither Loki stopped the churn of their hips as they came; reluctant to spin a second less of pleasure from your willing body. Hot cum swelled against your insides: white, sweet, perfect. The one behind you collapsed his face between your shoulder-blades, condensation misting your skin. The second followed, his messy kisses covering your mouth between wild strands of hair.
And then, their ragged breath eased with a singular, staggered sigh. “Happy, Darling?” the Loki in front of you murmured. You nodded, cupping his face. “I love you,” you whispered, searching his eyes. This one. Definitely.
In a shimmer of green, and with a knowing smile, his body dissolved.
The arm around your waist tightened, cock still buried in your ass. Loki kissed the curve of your shoulder, and you grinned into the pillow. “I love you,” he said tenderly against the skin. “And that’s something I’ll never share.”

There is so much to love about Sinners, but one of my favorite parts was the running theme of flipping the table on static storytelling tropes. And my favorite out of that pile?
Christianity is not the Magical Universal Good That Keeps the Monsters at Bay, and Hoodoo—or, nodding to cinema history, [INSERT ANY NON-CHRISTIAN FAITH HERE]—is not the Weird and Wicked Supernatural Scary Evil, Only Here for Curses and Pearl-Clutching Taboos.
In Sinners, Christianity isn’t held up as an evil in itself, but it is held up as itself, specifically as it actually came to be when it was introduced (forced) onto those people who never asked for it, didn’t want it, and had gods and cultures of their own which were largely crushed underfoot by colonialism and doctrines that generations were forced to choke down to the point that modern descendants now follow and spout a religion their ancestors had to have slaughtered or beaten into them. Remmick, an Irish vampire revealed as being old enough to have been a young man in an era before Ireland had been overtaken by Christianity, at the cusp of having it forced on them while their land and rights were stolen, can recite the Lord’s Prayer verbatim. Those words not only do nothing against his vampiric nature, but he admits the words give him comfort, even as he still hates the men who forced those words upon him and his father.
That scene coupled with Sammie’s interaction with his own father in the church was so beautifully and insidiously vindicating. Because Remmick and Sammie’s father are both leading congregations. They both have these groups of people following along, reciting what they want those groups to recite—even as they both come from groups that this religion was forcibly grafted into, they stand in places of power and command, and therefore it has become good! They both want Sammie to use his musical gift for their purposes, not his own wishes. They both disregard his fear and pain as they lay hands on him before staring crowds who wait to see him bow to their will.
Vampirism is the greater existential terror, especially as it is under Remmick’s rule. A potentially eternal undeath that traps the spirit and has one single controlling mind puppeteering their body and will. But Christianity as it’s framed in the reality of Sammie’s life is shown explicitly not to be the savior of the story, having so many of the same bones as the nightmare he barely escaped with his life.
Give up your gift and your desires and your free will to the Church, son, it’s the only way! Be a lesson for my followers and then we can acknowledge your torn face and the blood on your clothes and the absence of your cousins! Drop the guitar and give yourself to worship and leave behind all the evil sin that is joy not taken from sitting and reciting the Bible! Drop the guitar, son!
Then we turn to the Hoodoo and to Sammie’s musical conjuring. Annie’s magic and expertise is the only reason anyone survived the night as long as they did, and the only reason anybody was lucky enough to die as a human being. Her mojo bag saved Smoke’s neck from Stack twice, whereas everyone who went outside and got jumped by Remmick—or, in Grace’s case, rushed out in a literal blaze of glory to stake her turned husband—who might have worn a cross or been some manner of churchgoer, all got taken out by the vampires. Sammie’s power is not part of a Christian magic, but as the film points out, it is sacred. Those strings and his song pulled reveling spirits from the past and the future to dance with the present. That passion, that talent, that joy, that humanity, was so magnetic that it cast a spell...
…and it did so in what his father and many aghast others would deem a den of sin.
Sinful because of dance. Because of games at a table. Because of sex had for the sake of pleasuring each other—notably, each time with a miserably married woman, both getting to experience lovers who actually wanted them to enjoy themselves (sorry about that climax, Stack), rather than rote marital rutting for its own joyless sake. Because of nocturnal jubilation, separating oneself from the labors of life and the constriction of ‘polite and upstanding’ society.
Raucous joy is sin.
Faiths other and older than Christianity are sin.
Refusing to let yourself be absorbed into a coercive collective, no matter how well it sings or friendly its smile, is sin.
Sin, sin, sin. The movie sins in this way, and so many glorious others, if only because these things which are not evil are painted with the label of ‘sin.’ Things that ‘are not done’ in a civilization choked by white supremacy and an increasingly puritanical Christian lens that leans deeper and deeper into disdain for empathy while championing strict control and obedience to patriarchy, bastardizing itself even as its original messages of love and goodwill are stretched so far and thin as to be nonexistent.
It’s sad to know how timely this story is. Here we are in the 21st century, strangled by conservative overreach on so many monstrous levels. But the story of Sinners does exist and it is being played like a loud and joyous song. A thousand thanks to Ryan Coogler for doing this all so artfully and so powerfully. I honestly can’t recall the last time I’ve seen such a thing on screen, if I’ve seen it at all. Here’s to more of it.

Nightmares Fade
Paring: Avenger! Bucky Barnes x Avenger! Fem! Reader (Grumpy x Sunshine)
Tumblr media
Summary: After a traumatic mission, you are left shaken by a nightmare that lingers, blurring the line between reality and fear. Unable to shake the feeling of unease, you make your way to the kitchen, hoping a warm cup of tea will calm your nerves. But it’s not just the tea that brings comfort to you.
Based on this request.
Word Count: Roughly 1.4k
Warnings: Hurt/comfort, nightmares, a little anxiety and tension, the reader is jumpy, mentions of violence from a mission (implied), mental fatigue, and fluffy (because I can’t help it)
Author’s Note: I tried to avoid gory details or focus too much on the contents of the nightmare.

You sat straight up in your bed, your heart pounding as you tried to catch your breath. The nightmare clung to your mind. The shadows of your fears haunt you even in the comfort of your bed.
It was just a dream.
The last mission was gruesome. Normally, they didn’t affect you, or at least you tried not to let them rattle you, but the remnants of the aftermath followed you into your dreams.
It was just a dream.
You wiped your temple, trying to shake off the images and the helplessness that still echoed within you.
It was just a dream.
Reaching towards your nightstand, you looked over at the time on your phone.
2:15 am
Sighing, you swung your legs over the side of the bed, the cool touch of the floor grounding you for a moment.
Just a dream.
You ran your hands up and down your face as if trying to scrub away the bad thoughts.
You paused for a moment, feeling that uneasy stillness. The kind of stillness where every creak in the house makes your skin crawl, where the quiet is too much to bear.
You flinched at a sudden noise.
Something moved.
You froze.
A tight knot formed in your stomach.
But it was just your coat, slipping off the back of the chair by your desk.
A breathless giggle escaped you.
You were being ridiculous.
It was just a silly dream.
Taking a deep breath, you grabbed your robe and padded toward the kitchen, hoping that making tea would help.
You reached the kitchen, filling the kettle with water, the soft noise soothing your nerves. You weren’t sure why you felt so unsettled; you should’ve been able to shake the nightmare by now. But it lingered, just beyond reach, like an itch you couldn’t scratch.
Then you heard it.
A sound.
Quiet, but unmistakable.
From behind you.
You screamed, gripping the closing thing to you, which was the handle of the panini press.
Bucky’s tough demeanor cracked, the corner of his lip tugging into a soft smile, a hint of amusement on his face.
His imposing figure loomed in the doorway, his broad shoulders practically filling the space. His blue eyes, though soft in the dim light, were fixed on you, tense yet unreadable.
“Easy, sweetheart,” he murmured, his voice low and soothing. “It’s just me.”
You let out a breath you didn’t realize you were holding. Relief flooded through you as you realized that you didn't have to fight off an intruder while wearing a bunny robe, and you released the panini press handle.
Thank God.
It was just your wild imagination.
His presence in the kitchen wasn’t a coincidence; you knew he must’ve heard you. You froze for a moment, wiping at your face again, hoping he hadn’t seen the tears. Your first instinct was to turn away, to pretend like nothing was wrong, but that was a pointless game to play with Bucky. He saw through every façade.
Before you could escape to privacy, you heard a sharp whistle from Bucky. “No, you don't. C'mere, sunshine.”
You winced at his tone, but his voice was gentle and commanding in the way only Bucky could be.
You knew he wasn’t going to let you hide.
Reluctantly, you turned back toward him, though your eyes were on the floor as you shuffled closer. “I’m fine. Just couldn’t sleep,” you murmured, keeping your voice steady, even though you could feel your heart still pounding.
“You okay?” His voice was rough with sleep.
“I’m fine,” you murmured, your voice barely a whisper. “Just couldn’t sleep.”
Bucky didn’t buy it.
His sharp instincts had a way of seeing right through any façade, especially yours. He uncrossed his arms, taking a few steps toward you, his large presence making the space feel smaller.
“C'mere,” he said softly, that gentle authority in his voice making it impossible to say no.
Reluctantly, you turned toward him, your eyes flicking to the floor. “Really, Bucky. It’s nothing.”
He didn’t buy it for a second. His flesh hand reached out, gently lifting your chin.
“Don’t lie to me,” he murmured, his eyes filled with concern. “Nightmare, right?”
You nodded before you could stop yourself, feeling the weight of the admission, that vulnerability creeping up your spine.
Bucky's face softened, the hardness of his usual demeanor slipping away as he leaned closer to you. "Hey, it’s okay. You’re safe now. Come sit down, alright?"
Before you could protest, he guided you to the couch, his large, strong hand steadying you as he sat you down. He wrapped a cozy, warm blanket around your shoulders, the soft fabric instantly comforting.
“Stay here,” Bucky said with quiet authority, kissing the top of your head. “I’ll make finishing making you some tea.”
You let out a soft sigh, melting into his warmth as he gently pushed a few strands of hair out of your face.
The simple tenderness of the gesture made your heart swell, and the gentleness of his touch was so at odds with the hardened bravado he often leaned into.
With you, Bucky was a different kind of man.
A sweet, soft, protective one.
“I’ll be right back,” he murmured before he moved to the kitchen.
The rhythm of his movements in the kitchen was reassuring as you sighed.
When he returned, he was holding two steaming mugs of tea. He settled down beside you, and you shifted out of your cozy blanket cocoon, eager to share its warmth with him.
“Oh, no, sunshine, you don’t have to do that,” he said softly, his voice like a gentle caress.
“I want to,” you murmured, your smile shining through, soft and sweet.
His smile grew, a look of pure affection, as he pulled you closer, his arm sliding around you effortlessly, bringing you into his side like it was where you belonged.
“Here,” Bucky said softly, his voice like velvet, as he handed you a mug, the warmth of it seeping into your hands. His fingers brushed against yours, soft but lingering for just a second longer than necessary, as though he was trying to pass some of his calm into you. “This should help. It’s chamomile.”
You took a sip, the warmth from the tea settling in your stomach and slowly spreading through your chest.
The sense of calm you needed started to return, but the best part was Bucky. He was still holding you close, his hand gently brushing your hair back, his thumb tracing lazy circles over your skin.
“Want to talk about it?” he asked.
You paused, considering the offer. It had been so hard to open up to anyone, especially about your nightmares.
But with Bucky, there was no fear of judgment. He was safe. And somehow, his presence alone made everything feel a little bit easier to bear.
“I was running…” you started, your voice barely above a whisper. “But I got cornered and I couldn’t escape. And I kept hearing the team and you…but everyone was too far. No one could reach me in time.”
Bucky’s arms tightened around you, his body tensing for just a moment before he relaxed again, rubbing your back in slow, comforting strokes. “I’m right here, sunshine. And I’m not going anywhere.”
You swallowed hard, your emotions swelling up again. "I know. I just... I couldn’t stop thinking about how scary it felt."
He kissed the top of your head, his voice like a low hum in your ear. "You don’t ever have to face that alone. We’re here. I’m always here. No matter what."
You smiled faintly, the warmth of his words wrapping around you like the blanket he’d draped over you earlier. "Thanks, Bucky. You’re… you’re really something else."
“Nightmares don’t stand a chance when I’m around,” he murmured, his fingers brushing against your hair in slow, calming motions. “You’ll never face them alone. I won’t let anything hurt you.”
His words were a promise, quiet but unwavering. And as you snuggled closer to him, feeling the steady beat of his heart under your cheek, the fragments of your nightmare seemed to fade into the background.
But then you smiled faintly, attempting to lighten the mood, even if only a little. “If we fall asleep here, Sam’s probably going to take another picture.”
Bucky chuckled.
“Let him,” he said with a grin. “You’re worth it. You should know that by now, sunshine.”
You practically melted into his side.
There was something in the way he cared for you that made everything feel like it could be okay, even in the worst of moments.
Nothing else seemed to matter.
And for the first time that night, you felt the weight of fear and anxiety fall away, replaced by the comfort and safety only Bucky could give you.
