We're doing 8 days of light-filled designs to wrap up this year. We started with the Sparkle Motion Mini
, which can drive thousands of shimmering RGB LEDs. Then, we did the Sparkle Motion stick, a USB-pluggable version
On the third night, a 1.28" round TFT display
, and on the fourth a 1.8" round TFT with captouch overlay
On the fifth night, a tiny 0.85" TFT display
came to life. We took a little break on the sixth night since we were doing a lot of Sparkle Motion testing
and did a quick revision of our NeoRGB
On the penultimate night and New Year's Eve, we're making a quick Qwiic board—this is an I2C breakout for transparent OLED displays. We've had the display in our 'in progress' bin for a few years but finally sat down to finish it tonight. We're experimenting with a wrap-around setup for the FPC and a cutout for the display for mounting. We'll see how it goes!

hello hello!! idk if you alr wrote for this or not, but do you have any headcanons for (either general fics, or wmftd) hades 2 hypnos?
like, do they watch hypnos occasionally in the crossroads with a severe sense of longing; or do they tell baby mel stories of him during hades 1, like how they met or funny interactions; or do they avoid the crossroads completely and instead fight in the olympian/chronos war constantly, to avoid the heartache of seeing him in such an unresponsive state??
oooh the angst (angst my beloved)
I also wonder how they'd react to him waking up, too. and to melinoe finding a way to enter hypnos' first layer of his mindscape/dreamscape
do you think hypnos dreams of them? or can at least feel their intentions on a subconscious or even unconscious level? do they have telepathic hallucinations? meet in a dream world occasionally?
sorry for my yap session!! no need to answer all of them, they're mostly my aimless hypnos thoughts
I hope you're doing well! ^^
Hypnos thoughts are always welcomed! Lol
Putting my reply under here. going to do general fic as to avoid spoilers for Wmftd Hades 2 fic.
Beware of Hades 2 spoilers.
In general when he woken, I think Hypnos will overall still have fairly cheerful behavior and occasional sass.
However I can see him having a shorter fuse and more likely be snappishness due to the stress of what happening with his siblings and his mom
Hypnos is a Mama's boy and wouldn't like someone messing with his mom.
I can see him slowly befriending Dora. Although they might dislike each other at first.
Anytime they interact would be like live inprov comedy, funny for some and annoying for everyone else, lol.
I think Hypnos would actually feel more alone. He doesn't know Mel that well, his twin and Zagreus are both gone. Nor does he have any close ties to anyone in the cross roads
I would like for Hades 2 to explore more of the Nyx's children's relationships with each other.
I do think he and Moros might get along. Moros seem like a very patient soul and I think he would enjoy someone is always cheerful.
If he had a partner in the general fics, I do think they would constantly be at his side, making no secret how much they miss him.
And funny that you mentioned the fighting part. But I won't go into that right now
I do think whoever Hypnos' partner is would always have stories to share while the defend him from hurtful comments even if he can't hear them.
For now, it seems that Hypnos' coma is caused by outside interference, therefore any communication is totally and completely cut off.
I do think their partner would be thrilled at first but dismayed at the news that in even in the world that Hypnos is asleep.
When Mel tells them of the cutout Hypnos has of them in the dreamworld, all they could was laugh. Otherwise they might cry.
When Hypnos is awaken once more, I think they will both be super happy and maybe it is a little awkward as they get used to each other again, it will be like they were never apart.

An Oath Where Ashes Bloom
Part 3.
Heat. Vibrant, lashing heat. Streaking my eyes and coating my throat. Raw, rough textures in the dark, scratching my skin—and then the itch as it heals over in an instant. The dark is accompanied by moist animal smells. Astringent and sharp and musk. There is a soothing to this smell, even now. There is a home in this smell. Overbearing and impossible to get out.
This is not a normal recollection when someone is asked about their first memories. Usually, that is reserved for the mother or the father, announcing their child to the world.
My mother is there as well, in my memory. Her tears streaking down to meet my own cheeks. Her clutching my newborn flesh, enough to leave bruises she’ll never see. She too holds a smell, but it is not a home. A fading, powdered flower. It is an apology. An agonizing cold laid at the ground of a yawning cave. And her skirts brushing me with finality as she retreats.
Leaving me.
Then—unbearable heat. Vibrant. Lashing. Claiming. Altering me forever.
⸻
“It’s you! You’re the boy with old earth powers, aren’t you?”
“And you are an old lush looking to bribe me, aren’t you?” Kallus laughed with a warm, toothy grin, slapping the hunched shopkeep on the back.
“Will you sing my praises at my performance tonight? Perhaps pray I’ll light your hearth and leave gold at your bedposts, why don’t you?”
The shopkeep chuckled, eyeing the youngling before him in amusement. They were in a bazaar shaded by tall, old-growth trees, in rows behind the stalls of shops on two sides of a cobble road that had seen better days. Sheltered by a taut canvas awning of dark brown, the two men were separated by a long wooden table spilling over with kitsch of all kinds.
“I do admit, it warms my old soul to see the traditions staying alive. Change is inevitable, but that doesn’t mean everything must be forgotten.”
Kallus was eyeing a display of old coins, stamped with insignias of fallen city-states. Worthless, except for the metals that fused them together. Picking one up and lifting it to his eye, he peeked at the shopkeeper through the diamond-shaped cutout centering the coin.
“Change is inevitable indeed, and the present is constantly working to re-write the past. But what does that matter to a man who scarcely remembers what he had for breakfast?”
Kallus winked through the cutout, flipping the coin on his finger and pocketing it.
The old man jeered. “A philosopher as well as a dancer of the old rites. How lucky we are in Velkura to have your presence here,” he said in a mocking tone, yet not unkind.
“Where are you staying in town, anyway? I have heard of no inn hosting you.”
Kallus smiled, responding, “Of course not! The spirits only permit me to sleep in the trees. Gripping the branches with my feet like Paxus the Bat-King.”
He laughed at the stallkeep’s bewildered face.
“You jest too much, boy. Even if it’s a performance, those loyalists might find it punishable.”
Kallus lowered his eyes back to the table, contemplative. “How much for these old coins?”
“They aren’t worth much…” The shopkeep responded. He encroached into Kallus’s space, lowering his voice to a hush. “In some states it may even be considered contraband. I hear the Dawnwardens are getting more strict against commoners carrying relics that contradict the doctrines of Aevyra…”
With that name said, he spat on the ground.
Kallus picked up another coin, responding, “Yes. Destroying old ritual sites to rebuild in Aevyra’s image—guised as revitalizing initiatives in the less thriving parts of the region.”
The old man tutted under his breath, picking up a nearby broom and sweeping the rocks around his stall.
“First the paper, and now the stone. Soon there won’t be any inscriptions to remember at all.”
Suddenly, they both straightened, facing toward the road. They lowered their gaze as an imposing figure passed by. Tall, with dark robes. Forearm wrapped in silver gauntlets and a chest plate inscribed with an insignia of a rising sun over radiant wings. The figure surveyed the stalls slowly along his walk.
Kallus took the moment before he arrived at theirs to swiftly sweep the coin pile off the table and into his waist pouch. He was nearly able to complete the task when the final one shifted from his fingers. It clattered to the ground and proceeded to roll until its path ended with a metallic tink on the figure’s boot.
His head, guarded by a silver helmet etched with flames leaping from the sides to frame two eye slits, moved from his foot then shot up, staring straight at Kallus—whose eyes were still on the ground.
He proceeded to walk in the direction of the stall, when abruptly the old man stepped forward and made the sign of the crest with his fingers, motioning a swoop from right to left over the chest.
Kallus caught the gaze of the stallkeep, then mimicked the gesture.
The Dawnwarden paused a moment, regarding them. Then proceeded on.
The two waited another beat until the guard was out of view before sighing with relief. Kallus rushed to pick the coin up off the ground, bowing to the shopkeep in apology.
He grunted. “Keep them. No pay. I don’t need the heat. Yet I don’t understand what the Monastery gains from patrolling the town. We pay our taxes. In surplus, even. And Velkura is not prosperous by any means.”
Kallus regarded him, a slow smile creeping across his face. Boastfully, he exclaimed, “Come watch the old rites tonight, old man. Perhaps there is time yet to keep history from being rewritten!”
He gave a final bow and began walking away—away from where the Warden went.

III.
Warmth. Healing, soothing warmth rose up from the damp earthen dirt. The earth vibrated and hummed along to the stamping proceeding over it.
A small cluster of people gathered together. A unified movement in rhythm to the skinned drums and lyras that sang out over the crowd. Their necklines all sweating with the labor of this display.
Fires marked the four corners of this event, causing shadows to stretch dark and tall between the thickness of the forest surrounding.
And center to it all was Kallus. A tall, dark broadness that tapered into elegant limbs. His brow furrowed in shady concentration as wavy tendrils of hair escaped a high bun, the bottom length loosening completely to whip in the frenzy of the dance.
Barefoot, with leather wrappings around his ankles and wrists, he murmured—near silent—lost in a trance.
Crouching low to swoop a leg along the ground, displaying a leg matching the burnt clay shade of the earth, Kallus grounded his palm into the soil, stacking his weight onto his arm to hoist his legs overhead in a kicking arch. Like someone fighting a demon through dance.
He tumbled, then straightened upright, the sash of torn white cloths wrapped around his waist flowing through the air along with the movement.
Tinkling with a crescendo of sound, the ends of each layer of sash reflected the dark firelight glow—of polished old coins.

Prop 001 Build Thread

The reference came from the promo for the stage play this last spring. Eventually I plan on making the uniform from the play and the design has more visual interest than his vague blob of a onesie in cyber solider. Tactical onesie construction notes are under the cut.

I'm using a second hand baby doll from JC Toys that thankfully already came in a onesie with chupón. He's a soft bodied doll (plush body rubber head and limbs) to cut down on weight, and I think the model is the 14" Berenguer but I'm not positive.
The fabric is all just scrap from my cyborg cosplay (brushed poly suiting, patent wet look pvc, & voile) and some store bought deep red satin piping. I also found some great gold tone shank buttons that looked pretty close as well.
The only real addition to his uniform design will be some loops in the back of his onesie that will let me string him to some straps and wear as a backpack throughout the con. I guess if someone wanted it wouldn't be hard to convert him into a functional purse but a doll of this size wouldn't hold a lot.

After washing and drying both Ivan and his clothes I got to work making a pattern and taking into account the lack of stretch the final onesie would have. I transferred the modifications to paper, added allowance and got to cutting my scrap fabrics.

Sewing prep was just gluing on prefab satin piping in place of hand basting along the cutouts of the onesie front. Sewing clips helped the glue adhere properly since the fabric is pretty dense and just sucks it up like a sponge.
The assembly was pretty straight forward, no fancy stitching just straight seams. The only proper sewing was spent on the sleeves and piped panel. The piped front panel is just an extension of the pants, with the remaining portion of the bodice siting around the apex of the tummy. It's attached by the second row of top stitching and again on either side of the lapped zipper. The zipper itself also got a small bar tack at the base to help reinforce the inseam area as well.
To keep from losing his chupón, there is a little scrap on ribbon sewn to his right shoulder. By chance this matched his piping and zipper so that was cool.
Because my pvc was a different weight than the poly suiting it needed to be fused to some scrap denim to avoid going lame. Though this may have been overkill because it required top stitching to keep the allowance from bulging. Overall it was fine, four part sleeves aren't all that fun even when tiny.
Once the sleeves were installed it was just a matter of sewing along the outer most edge, toe inset, and inseam. The neckline was folded down 1/2" and whip stitched from the inside. I also added the buttons at this point.
To help get the shape of the shoulders right and tie in with the adult stage play uniforms, I made some little shoulder pads. I also installed some mini sleeve heads using 4mm macrame cord to help retain the drape of the upper sleeve. There isn't a lot to work with since soft bodied dolls limbs are just seams without any bilk or structural integrity, the little guy needed all the help he could get.
The sleeve hems are just a basic single fold hem. The poly brushed suiting I'm using is like a bulkier, glorified felt so fraying isn't a big concern here but bulk is.
And here he is so far. Somehow a lot cuter than I thought a toy baby in a tactical onesie could be. He has four french tacks on the back for some clear straps and apart from sewing on his chupón, wig, and scarf he is good to go.
I'm waiting on his hair to come in, and the paint to dry on his chupón so that's what'll be in the next update.

Ok time to put everything away. That Guy gets home anywhere between 2:30 and 4.

While I decide whether I want to use this or not (I’m leaning no with a preference for foam board shelves wrapped in different pastel papers, this modular unit would make more sense in a more modern setting) and because if I wait until I’ve made a decision I will never complete the project

I’ve added a pink panel to the back of the bed covering the former shower. I already like the way that looks better, and I think I will do the majority of the book case/curio cabinet/hutch thing I’m building in pink with the counter top part (which will include that shower-shelf, each faux cabinet door (which will be the most boring rectangles ever), and if I add foam board shelves then each of those being a different pastel color of the matching paper.
That paper was something I got from the Amazon Warehouse to get “free” shipping.
Look at it, though. That’s just printer paper and I glued it to foam board. It did get a little wrinkly in a place or two because I didn’t wait long enough for the Tombow Mono Multi to set, but look how smooth that is. It would never be that smooth with white glue or a glue stick.
I’m almost out of that bottle of TMM, but I have another unopened one, so I’m not worried. It lasts a very long time.

I might go around only the outside edge of that curio thing with this wood-look contact paper so that when the bed is down (which will be never, but just in case) the platform frame will look like wood.
I’ll see how I feel about/ how it looks with the whole thing being pink first. Wood grain might look really weird with how low detail most of the rest of the house is, though the stickers are a little more detailed.
Either way, the rest of that is basically simple rectangles. As long as I don’t screw up my measurements too much, it shouldn’t be too headache inducing to complete.

Still thinking about making the battery port cover look like a fuse box, or maybe just sticking a little picture in a frame on it or something. It’ll look bad regardless. All that matters is that I can get to the screw, really. It’s not like I’ll ever put batteries in it, but someone might some day.
I think I would like to make that weirdly shaped crib storage spot (thank you @dollsahoy for figuring that out for me) into, like... Maybe put some little cleaning supplies in there? like a bucket and some cleaning cloths and maybe a tiny broom or mop, or maybe pet supplies since there are sticker animals EVERYWHERE on this thing. There are like 3 dogs and 7 cats (that is an exaggeration but only slightly).
I stopped buying non-toy Mini Brands so I don’t have any of the kitty litter boxes or anything convenient like that.
I could also just whip up a “door” and cover over the space completely with yet another faux cabinet.

AND I was looking at the MGA MiniVerse balls I have. The smaller one is pretty much exactly the right size AND shape for the fountain cutout on the back of this door.
It would stick out a lot, though, so I might make something else to put there like a rack for garden tools or a narrow planter box or something, just to keep the profile of the house smaller which makes it easier to store.
That could also be a place to put a pet stuff station to hang leashes on or something like that.
-
I don’t intend to buy furniture for the house I don’t think. I do have a bunch of My Scene furniture sitting around though it’s not colors that would work with this space, and if I buy one of the Gloria sets (or the coveted Avon set....) they come with kitchen chairs and a table and I think I’ll most likely have this set to kitchen most of the time, if not fireplace.
Modern Barbie furniture isn’t the right colors or style.
-
So decisions I [still] need to make:
how to decorate the fireplace room wall, mantle, and the fireplace itself
what colors to apply to basically everything in the kitchen, especially the appliances, little bits of wall above the cabinets, and the backsplash
whether or not to do detail painting in the kitchen like adding color to the stovetop, faucet, and drawer pulls
which dishes to get and whether to buy dishes that are already done, get some cheap ones and paint them, try making my own again, or something else
whether to use the Mini Brands shelving brackets as modular shelving or make my own foam board shelves
-
..... The only thing I did today was make a pink rectangle. Ugh.

Creating and Using a Ghost Scrapbook
Making and using a scrapbook with a ghost theme can be a fun and imaginative method to explore a fascination with the paranormal while keeping memories and artistic expressions. This kind of scrapbook creates a one-of-a-kind memento that may be treasured for years by fusing the personal touch of handcrafted design with the creepy fascination of ghost stories. Creating such a scrapbook requires a combination of storytelling, artistic ability, and a dash of creative flair. Planning the scrapbook is a crucial first step. Think about the general idea and tone you wish to portray. Will it be more whimsical and lighthearted, or will it be eerie and chilling? Collect supplies that will work for your idea, like old paper, old photos, and spectral accents like stencils, stamps, and stickers. Online marketplaces, artisan stores, and antique shops are great ways to find these things. The physical satisfaction of choosing and working with these materials enhances the creative process.
After obtaining your supplies, consider your scrapbook's layout. Choose which stories or recollections to include, as well as the page order. An option is to start with a title page that establishes the mood, perhaps with an image of a haunted house or a ghostly person. Then, each page that follows can concentrate on a different facet of your theme, such as well-known ghost stories, first-hand accounts of paranormal activity, or even original fiction. The secret is to tell a compelling story that flows from start to finish. Consider the layout of each page when you begin assembling your scrapbook. A page must have the right amount of balance; too few items might make it appear sparse, and too many can make it feel cluttered. To add depth and intrigue, use textures and backdrop papers. Layering is a powerful technique that allows you to create a three-dimensional impression by layering tiny photos or embellishments on top of larger ones. Using this method will make your spectral scenes come to life, increasing their visual appeal and level of engagement. Personal touches are what really set a ghost-themed scrapbook apart. Include handwritten notes or printed text if your family has any ghost encounter stories. You can add a personal touch by including images of haunted places, whether they are well-known landmarks or lesser-known locales. Draw or paint spectral forms using your own artistic abilities, or use magazine cutouts to make collages. In addition to adding richness, these personal touches enable the scrapbook to represent your individual viewpoint on the paranormal. Making a scrapbook with a ghost theme can be as much fun as using it. Present it to your loved ones, particularly during Halloween or during gatherings where ghost stories often take place. It can arouse memories and initiate conversations about the paranormal, acting as a conversation starter. The scrapbook is a goldmine of ideas and visuals that can serve as inspiration for writing or artistic endeavors. Placing it on a coffee table or bookshelf allows guests to easily access and enjoy it, while also adding a touch of eerie charm to your home design.
A scrapbook with a ghost theme might also be a work in progress. When you experience new things or gain more knowledge about ghost stories, you can add more pages. This enables you to revisit and re-engage with your creative process throughout time, and it also maintains the scrapbook active and current. It can also be an amazing way to record visits to haunted houses or paranormal activities like ghost tours, turning it into a living journal of your paranormal adventures. In summary, creating and utilizing a scrapbook with a ghost theme is a fulfilling project that integrates narrative, creativity, and self-expression. It allows you to create a stunning and distinctive artifact while delving into the intriguing world of the paranormal. Whether shared with others or preserved as a private memento, a scrapbook like this can bring happiness, motivation, and a hint of spectral charm.

Bendy Theory/explanation.
Ink is split up into four types: Ink, Ink Demon, Toons, and the Dark Puddles.
Basic Ink is nothing real special its pretty much the ink we have in real life. However it can bring up Bold Emotions from inside people to over take the victim, as seen in TLOs [In the Ink World, Ink can be molded to hold shape The Gent tool makers)]
The first time the Ink was run through the machine it created the Ink Demon. The Demons young years were animal like; animalistic instincts and behavior. The Demon is very similar to Frankensteins Monster, a new born animal and from learning and how it was being treated grew up to be the monster. The similarly is very large; both being mistreated by their creators and growing from being animal like to being able to do practically what any human could. The Demon is also able to swim through Ink, control it and fuse into Ink making the Demon larger and stronger, It's unclear why it chooses Bendy as a base, but it's most likely because of all the cutouts and posters around.
When I say Toons I'm referring to both Cartoon characters (Alices, Boriss, and The Butcher Gangs) and Lost Ones + Searchers and other Ink Creatures. These are either human souls, or personified Ink. Souls are people who have been murdered and/or have gone through the ink process. I will be using four exspambles: Sammy, Buddy, Brant, and Alison. In the case of Sammy, he was drenched in Ink and had swallowed it, allowing it to attach to him. It made him obsessed with the Ink. I haven't come up with solid evidence of what his Bold Emotion is, but we do know he had seen the Ink Demon and started worshiping it even before he died, drowning people in Ink as sacrifices. The way he died isn't said, but I believe he drowned himself in Ink. Buddy was stained by the Ink after being lost in the music department and bumping into the Demon. Buddy's Bold Emotion is wanting to be recognized which is why he agrees to uncover the studios secret with Dot. While in the building late at night after saving Jacob, Buddy is eaten alive by the Demon, and was pulled out by Joey and transfer to Boris. (a straight use of the Ink Machine). Brant was crushed by a door and sucked back into the room by the Demon, and theoretically lached onto the Ink around him becoming a Lost One. Alison who isn't a dead person but is still living: needing to eat, and breathe and can still 'die'. These are usually full models and don't look like Lost Ones. They retain memories Joey had of the real life people they're based on. (Alison remembers Tom's name despite never meeting Thomas Connors real world counterpart.
The Dark Puddles are spots of Ink that host souls. They are almost like ponds in some places. The souls (and souless) can hear eachother and communicate and even speak aloud. I like to think of them almost like The Cluster from Steven Universe. "A Screaming Well Of Voices" as Susie says, a mess of souls wanting to escape. The Dark Puddles is where Henry or Audrey end up after dying, still being able to leave and form back to their bodies but with some hardship. Anyone who dies in the Ink World is drawn to these puddles. Don't confuse the Dark Puddles with Searchers, Searchers sit as puddles until wanting to move where they spout up and crawl, but Dark Puddles are simply large bodies of Ink (as towards the start of BATDR)
I wrote this for my friend, very tired, so if I got something that was already disproven or something sorry. I've read all the books and played every game but that doesn't mean I don't forget things lol.

Day 22 of fusing randomly selected Kirby characters together- Flamberge + Susie!
Note: this is not intended as a fanchild or descendant oc. “Fusion” in this case is similar to fusion in Steven Universe, but can also be read as an entirely different character that merely borrows aspects from the original’s designs.
I SEE A GIRL I DRAW A CUTE OUTFIT OK? I ADMIT IT, I'M SIMPLE! Regardless of the simplicity of the gray matter clonking around my chrome dome, Padma's design came to me almost as much so. The hardest part to conceptualize was headgear, because how in blazes do you mix a cutout hood with a massive beret? Evidently, the answer is bucket hats. And where there are bucket hats, as a modern girl I expect to see buttons and badges and accessories. I went with mixed colors for the majority of the design, but all of the cute add-ons are direct steals and references. FASHION.
As an aside, if there's a Kirby character you don't see on the wheel but have strong opinions on, feel free to ask me to add them! I don't fear challenges, I dread them. Which means I do them anyway while moaning about it the whole while.

Ambretta Ant (and Grosvenor the Mosquito in a way) was the mascot of Treasure Lagoon, an island separated from the grounds of Indigo Park. It was a fusion of the abandoned real-life Disney attractions, River County and Discovery Island, and TL was said to take heavy inspiration from South America. It was closed long before Indigo Park’s closure, and the attraction was replaced by Oceanic Odyssey.
River County: Treasure Lagoon came with a swimming park that appears like El Dorado. Their tallest structure was a Mesoamerican pyramid that served as the highest sliding point, and its slides went around and down to a giant swimming hole. Unfortunately, deaths have been reported in this part of TL: to simply put, drownings and bacteria were common, the latter being the ultimate cause of the attraction’s closure.
Discovery Island: Treasure Lagoon was like a zoo. It provided several animals like flamingoes and lemurs, although Indigo Park was charged for mishandling them. Zookeepers were encouraged to teach children and adults the environment and animals they look after.
In the present, Treasure Lagoon now resembles a swamp with overgrown vegetation. The boardwalks and slides are now fragile and are very likely to collapse if one steps or stays on them for a long period of time. The “swimming hole” has flooded most of the grounds and you have to use sturdy platforms to explore the attraction safely. Additionally, it takes an informational building to make out the identities of Ambretta and Grosvenor on their horribly shredded cardboard cutouts (you know like Salem’s at Rambley’s Railroad, but nearly into pieces) littered around the attraction.
Treasure Lagoon also serves as a bloody hunting ground for the beast form of Ambretta and Grosvenor, who have fused together into a mutated anaconda (Cat Dog-style) with spores protruding from their bodies and eyes. Ambretta hunts the Discovery Island part, while Grosvenor hunts at the River County part of Treasure Lagoon. Some animals who found the former attraction their new home turn into a skeleton the moment they step onto the docks or grass.
When it comes to the main enemy of Treasure Lagoon, Ambretta is actually more violent than Grosvenor because, true to her former character, she is extremely protective of the attraction’s nature and it does explain parts of human skeletons lying around (animal skeletons found on the island are nearly complete). Although, their urbex gear are left behind on the ground for unknown reasons, probably the beast is curious about those “treasures.”
Ambrevenor, as I’m going to call their beast form for short, is freakishly long: it covers the entire island like a record-breaking vine. Stealth is needed to avoid being killed by the beast and to do so, it’s recommended to hide in/behind structures that don’t collapse. Ambrevenor’s way of signaling their presence is the spores: if it glows brighter, it’s time to hide.
Bonus: Ambretta and Grosvenor are best known to be part of multiple comic series that covers their adventures (and escapades when it comes to action parts, Darkwing Duck-style). While a few of their runs have been left on cliffhangers, it continues to carry Indigo Park’s spirit after the closure with upcoming adventures announced in the present, one involving Ambretta adopting a “young prodigy.” Other Indigo Park characters made either cameos or guest appearances, notably Mollie Macaw (and led to the rise of Mollie x Ambretta, aka Molletta/Treasure Skies), in the comics.
