This Thing!!

I've been working or this art project for around 2 months? A little more?? It's hard to keep track. I have one hour and a half class at my art school per week, so it's not as much time as you may think it is when you take into account planning and drafting. It's still coming together and will be fully completed by next week's session. I will post the finished product!

The idea of this was quite instant, and I didn't have to wander for long. Although my idea of a claw/gacha machine was rather concrete, it was still very creative as I changed what would be a claw into a little UFO! 🛸

Overall, I'm really happy to be a part of this project. It's was a wonderful experience and I can't wait for the next project on inking!

THE MASSIVE PHONE CHARM EXPANSION

We are expanding our phone charm horizons with 10 new designs!

Welcome a new volume, the avians! Featuring the seagull, cockatiel, penguin, vulture, pigeon and chicken!

We're also adding several new lil guys to previous volumes: crocodile, crested gecko, ADHD creature and octopus!

But... this means we will have over 25 designs of all phone charms! How will you make your choice?!

Well fear not... because we're preparing something special!

A lucky gacha machine!!

Now, of course you wont have the joy of twisting this little guy and getting a capsule online... but we will still prepare some blind bags for you to enjoy!

And if you find us at events then you'll get to twist'n'play yourself! :)

But that's not all...

There's a special little prize only winnable through the lucky machine....

From Zero to Hero! On the left is a machine that cost me like 6 bucks from the internet. It came broken and banged up, but still functional. On the right is said machine, after I created a new cover in Affinity Design, printed and cut it from cardboard, and put washi tape over the bad parts. I'm planning to sell off my B-grades in this. It's like a kinder egg, like you get two things, but you actually just get one thing, because thing no. 2 is the 'surprise' that you get from not knowing what you're getting. I need to work on my marketing speeches. Anyway, currently trying to figure out how to price this thing. I printed tiny little copies of my stickers to paste on the front, so that unlike the kinder egg, you actually know kind of what you're getting, kind of.

А ещё видела новые напитки в Старбаксе, но там была такая очередь, что я только подумала о том, что придется долго стоять, что мне сразу попло��ело 😁 Но карамельный латте с крем брюле меня заинтересовал, как-нибудь нужно попробовать.
