Starting my own chain.

Last song I listened to: Glitter and Gold by Barns Courtney. Theme for main character in the novel I was working on and was listening to it on repeat for an hour while I finished.

Currently watching: Hannibal, Supernatural, Caprica, and the Secrets of Dumbledore. Was rewatching Hannibal and have a six episodes left, rewatching Supernatural, watching Caprica (kind of iffy on it) and rewatching SOD as I do a drawing.

Currently obsessed with: Hannibal and Doctor Strange. Just love Hannibal, and Doctor Strange is my favorite Marvel guy (along with Loki).

Last book/fic: Last fic I read was Outside In by @alpydk (It was lovely). Last book I read was Lying to you by Amanda Reynolds (it was okay)

Last movie/TV show: Severance! I love this show, it's like porn for the brain. Every episode just has me thinking and analyzing until I'm tired. It's amazing. I hope I'll write more Severance fanfic in the future.

Spicy/sweet/savoury: Spicy

Last thing I searched for online: An oddly specific thing about Soviet Union (for my novel).

Current obsession: My novel (haha). Rock / metal music and 80s (but that's a permanent thing). And BG3 and Cazador always have a place in my heart (though I still haven't finished my current playthrough that I started ages ago).

Looking forward to: Seeing what comes of my novel! It's still in very early stages and I don't know if it will ever be finished, but I'm really enjoying writing it right now. This is the first time I'm writing something original with the same vibe I write fanfic, and it feels great. Even if no one ever reads it, writing it means a lot to me, like I've passed some barrier that held me back before.

I'm also looking forward to seeing some amazing bands in the summer.

Last movie: The last movie I watched was "Edge of Tomorrow." It was super fun, a time loop alien invasion movie that has made me want to read all the time loop fics possible lol (if anyone has any recs send them my way!)

Last TV Show: I don't watch TV a whole lot but the last one I saw was Law & Order haha.

1. Star Wars. I hate it (no particular reason, it's just not to my taste), but all of my family loves the franchise, and as a result I've absorbed vast amounts of content via osmosis against my will.

2. The Blade Trilogy. I know this series back to front. It's embarrassing. I used to have these movies running on my PlayStation 2 on repeat every night when I was a child. I would watch the BTS over and over like it would reveal some Easter Eggs that I surely hadn't caught yet during the first 20 watches. And I know nothing of the comics, mind. I didn't even realize Blade was a Marvel character for an embarrassingly long time. It was just the movies for me baby. If you want to know any extended lore in his comic series I got nothin', but if you come at me about how many times he air spin kick battle's Deacon Frost's minion before landing one (I dunno it was like fucking 5 or something), then I gotchu.

3. United States Colonial History. I. Double majored in history. For all the good it did in the job I have currently lol. A thousand years ago in my early years in college I was trying to have a go at being either an English or History teacher, until I realized that I don't have to find a job that would force me to say "stop being a little bitch" in the mirror every day before I made presentations to my professors and classmates.

So yea. Of all the points in history I had to study, that one has stuck with me. I can vomit facts (maybe outdated at this point since I haven't brushed up on it since college) on a dime.

Ooof. This just made me realize I don't know that many things off the dome lol.

Art, because that was my reprieve from the otherwise hellish experience. Even if I wasn't good at it, it never mattered to my teacher.

I would like to be a published author who makes enough money not to do anything else but write. Or, I would like to work in the film industry as the person who organizes and keeps track of props and clothing. I've heard so many different titles for that role, so I won't be specific, lol. I just love organizing and doing that job would be awesome.

what is your job? I have a couple of 'em technically. My favourite involves teaching children

a job you had that would surprise people? all my jobs have been in the same vein so no, those who know me are not surprised by them. Those on tumblr might be surprised to learn I've never worked in quantitative data nor do I plan to (I've avoided having to deal with it in all facets of my life... except bl tumblr apparently)

do you think aliens are real? I think it's naive to assume that in the vastness of the universe there aren't other life forms out there somewhere. However, I think they probably aren't life forms we typically imagine (e.g., not carbon based), and there's probably lots of bacteria, etc.

can you drive a manual car? no

what's your guilty pleasure? I don't feel guilt over any of my interests nor do I tend to share them widely

favorite color? I love colour so much. Probably green or teal
