This all started when your great-grandmother got scouted to be in short films in the early 1900s. Actresses weren't a big thing back then but someone took one look at her and knew she was meant to be on the big screen, whatever that meant back then. She was known all throughout the state as a big-time actress even though all the things she was in were silent films. She had a great facial profile that really embodied everything she was thinking and feeling. She started young but that’s what people did back then. They started their professions at a young age.

When your grandmother was born in 1934, your great-grandmother was already moving on to bigger and better things. She starred in the movie It Happened One Night, The Thin Man, and MGM’s musical/romance adaptation of Cat and the Fiddle. Those were just to name a few. Your grandmother saw what she was doing and wanted to follow in her footsteps, doing everything she could do be in television, the big screen, and in theater.

She got her big break when she got cast in Treasure Island and Fantasia with Disney. She got acting gig after acting gig until she had your mother in 1954. She took a few years off to be with her family but got right back into it. Your mother had a knack for theater and did her time on Broadway more than she did in film. She starred in musicals like Applause, Fiddler on the Roof, Annie, Sweeny Todd, and Grease.

She had you in 1989, and you started singing and acting at a very young age. You got into commercials and TV shows from the get-go. Probably because you come from a line of Tony, Oscar, and Emmy winners. You tried not to let your line of succession lead you to getting good parts, but you’ve managed to get a small role in Jurrasic Park as a child, and into much bigger roles in Charlie’s Angels, Mr. & Mrs. Smith, Saw I, Avatar, The Hunger Games, and many more.

You worked your ass off to be where you are today, and you’re actually working on putting your own album out because you’re striving to be the first EGOT winner in your family. You’ve gotten one Tony Award, too-many-to-count Oscars, and two Emmy awards.

To think you were the shy theater kid who only sang in front of people if you were starring in a play at school. After graduation, you got into a good acting school even though you didn’t really need it, but you still welcomed the challenge they put you through, even starring in most of the plays there. Now you’re a thirty-five-year-old woman with awards like no other, a husband who is just incredible, and an amazing career that is nowhere close to being done.

Your husband is also an actor, a big one for Supernatural. He’s been nothing short of amazing and you’re so proud of him and his work. It sucked at the beginning of his career since you two barely saw each other but the longer you did this, the more you settled into your own groove. You got to take the time off to be with each other a lot more.

You get to go to conventions with him and he gets to go to movie premieres with you. There is nothing you’d trade for this little life of yours. Speaking of movie premiers, you just got done filming your movie Batman vs Superman where you played Catwoman, but you refused to tell your husband anything about it. He is a big Batman fan, and if you were to surprise him with a Batman premier, he’d go feral. Jensen respected you enough to not go snooping when he knew you wanted this to be a surprise, and his friends respected you enough to not tell him about it.

Jenson has been bouncing in his seat since he entered the limo, and you’ve been watching with a wide smile on your face. When the limo gets to the red carpet, Jensen gasps at seeing everything Batman.

“Surprise! I’m Catwoman!”

“You got to be in a room with Batman?”

You two leave the Limo and smile at the cameras flashing in your face. Jensen doesn’t care if he looks like a little kid, he is going to be excited over anything Batman (even though you’re a tad more of a Marvel girl than DC). You’re trying to get in on one of their projects so fingers crossed! There is a section before the red carpet where people can take pictures with a real-life prop of the Batmobile.

Jensen loses his shit and rushes over with a giant smile on his face. You don’t care if a million people are watching or if it’s just you two, but you’ll always love the way he gets excited over things. He gets his picture taken with the Batmobile alone and then with you, and you pull him off to the side with a smile on your face.

“Is this a good surprise? Was it worth the wait?”

“So worth the wait. This is amazing.” Jensen leans in to kiss you but stops with a gasp. “Is that Michael Keaton?”

Jensen’s favorite Batman is Michael Keaton.

“Yeah, he showed up on set a few times. He’s a nice guy!”

“I’m nervous. Should I go up to him?”

“Yeah. He won’t bite,” you chuckle.

You escort Jensen over to Michael who is more than happy to talk to your husband. He hasn’t been this happy and excited in a while, and you’re glad to be part of it.

phineas, ferb, and baljeet COULD graduate VERY early but they purposely stay in the same grade as their friends because they love them. once the acts/sats/ap exams come around though its over for you hoes.

candace and stacy went to horse camp (a week long program during the summer teaching kids to ride horses) every summer until high school. at which point they decided it was For Babies. but they're both still horse girls deep down.

since we know that jeremy has liked candace longer than she's liked him, i think he was a really shy kid. he was too nervous to even look at her some days. when she gave him that pencil that one time, he didn't even say anything. he broke out of his shell later and became a friendly young man but candace still made him nervous. etc etc.

Sad Girls Club ( Korean : 사드걸즈클럽 ) is a sub-unit of the fictional girl group VIVACE under I-Teen Media. The unit consists of five members : EUNMI, NOELLE, ARA, YANA, & HAYEON who debuted on October 2, 2019, two weeks after VIVACE’s debut, with the mini album SAD GIRLS CLUB.

ᡣ𐭩 Min Hayeon was born in Chuncheon, Gangwon Province, South Korea on March 11, 1999 to owners of many major companies. Growing up, she tended to use her family’s influence and status to get what she wanted and had no doubt that one day, she would be famous one way or another. Not much is known about her early life except when she was thirteen, her parents divorced, and she was sent to live with her dad so she could inherit the companies. The next anyone saw of her was in 2015 when she became a trainee under YG Entertainment and was apparently supposed to debut in their upcoming girl group BLACKPINK but she left the group predebut.

Four years later, Hayeon participated on I-Doll, a Mnet survival show, for a chance to debut in their girl group that would be formed by the end of the show. She ended up ranking in #5 which many accused Hayeon of using her connections to get that mant votes after finding out that she’s a Chaebol but she publicly stated that she has no care for the rumors and what people think about her or her family. Hayeon debuted as a member of VIVACE on September 17, 1999 as a Rapper & Vocalist and as a member of Sad Girls Club, their first sub-unit, as the Lead Rapper & Maknae on October 2, 2019

Hayeon has been named one of the fakest members by netizens and even the group members who say she’s easily one of the nastiest members in VIVACE. That didn’t stop Hayeon from getting one of the hugest solo fandoms in the entire group with her fans being as horrible and nasty as she is.

MYRAH YAMAZAKI is a Japanese K-pop idol and global icon based in South Korea. She made her initial debut in the rotational girl group ALLUME in 2005 as the group's leader and lead vocalist until her generation's graduation in 2010. Myrah is often credited for making ALLUME as popular as they are, achieving international stardom during this time for her strong attitude and natural star quality. Her run in Allume would be dubbed "Myrah and Friends" by fans due her popularity often overshadowing her groupmates.

The day that you left

Satoru was lying on his couch with his long legs sprawled out while he stared up at the ceiling with his headphones on. He had been lost in thought for what felt like hours, replaying the fight he had with you the other month.

You had been giving each other the silent treatment until Satoru was the first to cave and sent you a text to which you never replied, let alone read it. He waited for a couple more weeks until he tried giving you a call but it went straight to voice mail. It took him a couple more tries until he realised you had blocked his number.

Without you, the days go by slower and the nights feel longer. He wondered what you were doing and how long you were going to be ignoring him for.

As he lay there, lost in his own thoughts, his phone rang, pulling him back to reality. It was Suguru and for some reason, he felt a sense of trepidation as he bought the phone to his ear.

"What's up?" he asks, sitting up from his position.

"Dude you're not going to believe what Nanami told me," Suguru said, his voice grave. "Y/N is leaving today for good."

Satoru's heart dropped, his mouth was slightly agape at the news. His mind was blank and he didn't know what to say. He was almost certain he had just misheard.

"What did you say?" he said slowly, "I swear I heard you say Y/N is leaving."

"I did! She's at the airport now, going to Europe or something. I'm sorry man," Suguru answered and the line started to get staticky, "I think you got time-"

Satoru hung up on his friend mid sentence with his heart thumping against his chest. He quickly jumps off his couch and grabs his keys off the coffee table before rushing out.

He jumped into his car and started speeding towards the airport, his hands shaking as he gripped the steering wheel. Once he hit the motorway, the traffic started to get congested and every second felt like an eternity. He started to recklessly overtake cars that were driving too slowly, making sure to flip them off if they honked back at him.

He checked his phone for the time while hoping for a message from you, but there was nothing.

As he looks up to focus back on the road, everything turned silent.

Summer of 2011, aged 20

It's been two years since you left, yet there hadn't been a single day where you didn't cross Satoru's mind.

He was once again stalking your Facebook profile which has developed into a part of his daily routine. He mindlessly scrolls through your old posts and lingers on one post in particular, a photo of the two of you at graduation with arms wrapped around each other and carefree smiles on your faces. A lump formed in his throat as he remembered how happy you guys were to be leaving high school behind, the bubbling naive excitement for future plans together for college, and how stupid he was back then.

At first he attempted the impossible and did everything he could to stop thinking of you.

He stopped listening to his favourite album and stopped eating at his favourite ramen place you guys went to every Friday night. He even stopped smoking Marlboro golds, which he had been a religious smoker of since 16, just because it reminded him of you and how you always carried a pack in your purse no matter where you went.

Until you left, he never realised how much of his identity had been entwined with yours and he hated himself for it.

Satoru habitually opens up the chat, still holding onto that tiny sliver of hope that you had opened the hundreds of messages that's been accumulated over the years.

"Yo, Gojo, can I come in?"

His thoughts got interrupted by his door abruptly opening, revealing a very gleeful looking Suguru. Gojo couldn't help but let out an exasperated sigh, knowing that devilish smile meant his best friend had something to propose. He was beginning to contemplate taking away Suguru's keys to his house.

"Why you huffing at me already? Did I walk into you watching porn or something?" his friend laughs, strolling over to the bar cart to pour himself two glasses of whiskey before handing one to Satoru which he reluctantly accepted.

Satoru then fishes out a black card from his pocket and tosses it at the blonde man without a word.

Satoru picked up the business card that read: Moon velvet, Grand opening, and raised a brow at his friend, "What's this?"

"Got invited to a club opening, you need to come," his friend responds, swirling the scotch glass around, "I don't care what you have on, cancel everything."

Satoru rolls his eyes and turned to his monitor screen, "I can't bro, got assignments to do."

"Come on," Suguru pleaded, slamming his glass down, "Live a little, why are you acting like an old geezer lately? Seriously man, when was the last time you went out and got laid?"

A year, Satoru thought to himself.

"Shit gets old, I'm over it," he shrugged, taking a sip of the alcohol, relishing the fiery kick of the liquid burning down his throat. He was praying Suguru's thick head would just take the hint and fuck off.

Satoru knew there was a deeper reason why he didn't want to party anymore. It wasn't like he didn't enjoy letting loose, he just couldn't trust himself when he wasn't sober.

It didn't matter if he took a downer like Xanax, or a stimulant like cocaine or ecstasy. Every drug had led him to a downward spiral of mental anguish and humiliating moments like crying to a girl he sleeping with about how much he misses you; only for her to leak the story to journalists and several headlines coming out the next day that were along the lines of: "Gojo Satoru, Japan's favourite nepo baby revealed to be crying over his high school girlfriend while having sex!"

So after too many failed attempts to numb himself, he learnt the hard way he could never shake the memories of you.

"Bullshit," Suguru narrowed his eyes at his friend and leaned in to get a better look at him, "It's because of Y/N right?"

Satoru shifted uncomfortably in his seat, trying to keep his expression neutral but he knew Geto could always see through his lies. He blinks at his friend, "You think I'm that hopeless? Of course, it's not because of her."

But Suguru wasn't buying it. "Yes, I think you're hopeless."

Satoru felt his cheeks flush with embarrassment. but he couldn't bring himself to admit the truth. He couldn't let Suguru see how much he still missed you, how much he longed to see you again.

"I'm over her," Satoru insisted, "It's been four years. I've moved on."

"Well if you moved on, prove it to me tonight," Suguru crosses his arms across his chest and tilts his head up at his friend, "Tonight you, me and our girl molly, we're going to party till the sun rise like the old times. I pick you up at 9 tonight and..."

"Fuck that feels so good," Satoru closes his eyes as you massaged his scalp with your fingers, vigorously sucking on a lollipop as his jaw gurned from the molly.

You were sitting on his sofa with his head in your lap, Aviici playing in the background and both completely fucked off a cocktail of substances.

You both had returned from the worst frat party, mutually agreeing to leave early to kick back in your living room as anything was better than being surrounded by sweaty, broke frat boy with terrible music.

"What a waste of time," you break the silence.

"Yeah," Satoru agreed, eyes still closed. He was in complete bliss being in your warmth as your nimble fingers continued massaging his temple, trailing down to the nape of his neck and his shoulders.

Satoru opens his eyes when he noticed you had stopped massaging him. Much to his surprise, you were staring down at him with a weird look in your eyes that made him feel slightly uneasy.

"What?" he cocks his head and pulls himself up from you so that he was sitting up, "You feeling okay? You need water?"

You shake your head with a small smile then suddenly reached out to pluck the lollipop from his mouth before popping it in yours. For a moment, Satoru was frozen, taken back and unsure how to react.

"My jaw's hurting," you explained with a mischievous glint. As you pulled the lollipop back out of your mouth, Satoru couldn't help but notice the way your lips were slightly puckered and the way your tongue darted out to wet them. It was a small, unconscious gesture, but it set his pulse racing.

"Aye your maid forgot to stock up on toilet paper, pass me some tissues?"

Satoru directs his attention to Suguru who was sheepishly sticking his head out of the bathroom door and quickly got up to look around. He had never been so relieved and happy to be asked to hand over toilet paper.

"It's not on the bookshelf you idiot, it should be downstairs laundry," you tell your best friend who was searching in the strangest places.

Satoru hastily leaves the room, his heart still racing from that small interaction. He places his hand over his chest to calm it down the moment he's out of your sight.

"What the fuck is wrong with her?" he mutters to himself and shudders at the fluttering sensation in his stomach.

Satoru was quickly bought back to reality by the sharp thud at the top of his head. Suguru was shaking his head with a rolled up magazine in his hand.

"You're doing that thing again where you creepily zone out," Suguru sighs and gives a small tut, looking at Satoru with a pitiful expression, "I know you don't have shit to do tonight so I'll pick you up later okay?"

Knowing what Satoru was going to say, the dark-haired man quickly gets up, blocking his ears and started to sing while his friend protested in the background.

Satoru watches the door close and sinks back into the leather seat, feeling defeated and already worn out. He runs his fingers through his hair, shutting his eyes to stop his brain from torturing him and replaying the endless memories of the past. He hated that the thought of you still make his heart ache.

He wished for a day when you no longer existed in his mind. To be able to forget every joke you shared and the little things you did that made him smile, like your dramatic reaction to his teasing and how you always tilted your head and scrunched your nose when confused. He hoped that one day the sun and the stars will stop reminding him of you and that he'll be able to look at them without the feeling of emptiness.

Satoru knew he had every right to hate you and he genuinely did at times. You never answered his calls or bothered to read his messages, not even after Suguru admittedly told him she was aware that he got into a car crash after trying to meet her at the airport and spent three months in hospital.

You were that cruel and heartless. He knew you were borderline narcissistic and didn't hesitate to cut people off, but he always thought he was different. Yet despite feeling all this, he still spent most of the time blaming himself, wondering where he went wrong and what he didn't do enough or say.

And then, something flicked inside of him, his constant yearning for you turned into bitter resentment, a level of anger he never felt before. Maybe it was the mental exhaustion of always missing you with no hope that led him to this breaking point.

"Fuck it, she's dead to me," he softly declares to himself and pulls out his phone to call the number he hadn't called in years.

𓇼  °  ࣪.  𓂃   ̖́-       DEEPDIVE was established in 2014 under the infamous shit-storm of a company STORMEDIA as their first idol group with five members: Eunhye, Jaewoo, Han, Sol, and Jisung. After a year and a half of zero growth, line-up changes, and releases no one listened to twice, the group was bought by ANGELICO Entertainment in 2016 for a mere $15,000.

One month after being bought by Angelico, DeepDive went through a rebranding, turning from a five member line up to a seven member lineup. The new line up of DeepDive was found through Angelico's first survival show "THE NEW WAVE" which had brutal nine episode run through out the beginning of 2016. Only two of the original DeepDive members made it into the new final lineup. The new lineup debuted in late 2016 with the single "ENERGETIC" and a lineup consisting of: Han, Jisung, Blue, Noah, Woojin, Kiwoo, and Finn.

Even after this rebrand, DeepDive struggled to get their footing in the industry. Despite their music being well liked and concepts being praised, they would often go on long unannounced hiatuses and often suffered from mismanagement under Angelico. The group went through another lineup change in 2019 where Woojin was removed from the group, previously believed to have left the group on his own accord, and replaced with former Wanna One member, Jacob Lee. Despite this addition, the group continued to be mismanaged and mistreated by the company, stagnating their growth exponentially.

On their last leg, the group released their second full album SIREN'S SONG in 2020, blowing the group up overnight and saving their career. It's been revealed the album was originally a goodbye album as they were told if the album didn't do well, they would be dropped by Angelico. DeepDive became an overnight sensation, quickly climbing the ranks of the most well-known and respected boy groups in the 3rd and 4th generations.

In 2022, DeepDive had their contract acquired once again this time by Flowerbank Entertainment. Han, the eldest and original member of DeepDive, decided to not sign with Flowerbank and respectfully graduated from the group and the idol industry as a whole. His spot was filled by Woojin who was already signed as a model to Flowerbank Entertainment. The current line up of DeepDive consists of: Jisung, Jacob, Noah, Blue, Woojin, Kiwoo, and Finn. Jisung's childhood though riddled with financial struggles was a happy one. His mother worked tirelessly to make sure he had everything he needed, supporting every dream he had even if some were outlandish.

Jisung was scouted by Stormedia in 2012 at a dance class he attended with a friend to be one of their first trainees. He accepted the offer and began training at just fourteen years old. He debuted at 16 in 2014 as the main vocalist of the group. Though DeepDive was no where near successful, Jisung was often talked about online for his visuals, becoming the most popular member, a title he's continued to keep through out the group's life.

While on The New Wave, Jisung was often seen as the voice of reason and big brother figure despite only being 18. Many of the viewers adored his empathy for his fellow contestants and his ability to capture everyone's attention while on stage. Despite the many attempts to evil edit him, Jisung finished the show in second place.

Noah's childhood was spent on the poverty line as his mother struggled to support both of them. His father later revealed to be the CEO of Angelioc Son Jinhwa, sent the pair only $500 a month in child support. By the time Noah was 12, under the advice of his mother, he had auditioned for Angelico Entertainment and made it in. Before this, Noah had very little interest in K-pop or music in general. In reality, this was a plan made by both Jinhwa and his mother to get Noah the basic necessities she couldn't provide for him.

Finding him naturally gifted at singing and dancing, Jinhwa took Noah into his company. He didn't reveal to Noah that he was his father until the boy was sixteen which happened to be the same time Noah would go onto compete on The New Wave. Noah was highly favored on the show, often getting praised by the mentors and given a favorable edit. He was liked by viewers for his humor and dedication to becoming an idol as well as his friendship with other trainee, Finn Lee. Noah would finish The New Wave in 5th place.

Debuting so young seemed to result in more problems than solutions for Noah, being seen as the weaker and more vulnerable member of the group he was often taken advantage of by the older people around him. Notably, he was groomed and abused by their now former manager whom he would start "dating" at just sixteen whilst she was in her 30's. This relationship would alter Noah's life permanently.

Despite being a victim to those around him, Noah's musical ability only grew stronger, especially his producing skills. Alongside Finn, Noah would go on to produce 85% of the group's discography as well as other popular songs of other artists. He has over 300 producing and composing credits to his name.

Woobin would often bully the other trainees around him, needing to drag someone down in order to feel big. In 2016, he would take on the stage name "Blue" and compete on The New Wave. On The New Wave, Blue would be highly favored and given a favorable edit. Many suspect this is because Blue's father's company is a major shareholder of Angelico. Either way, he ended up ranking 3rd in the finale.

Blue would only grow nastier with age. Many fans wondering why he hasn't left the group or been kicked out due to the endless sea of bullying accusations made his way. Blue's delusional fans keep him afloat, threatening anyone who tries to take him down and silencing anyone who speaks against him.

Blue is the most commercially successful soloist in DeepDive though he says he doesn't like being a soloist and rarely promotes as one.

He was seen as just a pretty face which is how he got in the group in the first place. Behind the scenes were even worse for him as he was being groomed by their manager alongside Noah. Unlike Noah, Woojin would go onto report their manager for misconduct but the report fell on deaf ears. He's said that a week after he filed the report, he was removed from DeepDive and his contract with Angelico was terminated.

Devastated by his career ending so quickly, Woojin would disappear form the public eye for a year to reflect and heal from all he went through. A year later, he would sign under Flowerbank Entertainment as a model and influencer. He quickly became a popular model and streamer, telling all the details of what happened to him while he was in DeepDive and other stories of his life, gaining him a strong and dedicated fanbase.

Han, an original member of DeepDive, requested that Woojin fill his spot so the group stays somewhat close to the original lineup. At first, Woojin wasn't sure if he wanted to rejoin the group, fearing idol life would be unkind to him again but after much conversation with the other members Woojin agreed to rejoin the group. Woojin would rejoin the group in 2022 nearly three years after being removed.

Finn only trained for a year before appearing on The New Wave. He was the youngest on the show at just 14 but quickly became a fan favorite. There was much debate over Finn's popularity due to his age but he was very beloved by international and domestic fans alike. Finn, described as a musical genius, would go on to rank first in The New Wave, becoming the group's center.

He soon took over producing for the group, more than half of their discography can be credited to him.

Tragically, in 2018, Finn’s father was killed in a car crash on his way home from work. This resorted in Finn going on hiatus from DeepDive and returning to America to be with his family. DeeDive went with him to offer support and grieve the lost themselves. Alongside Finn, Noah, Han, and Jisung helped carry his father's coffin during the service.

Finn’s hiatus lasted 5 months, he’s later stated he almost withdrew from the group to take care of his mother and little sister but instead opted to go back to Korea and send his mother the little money he was making at the time. Upon his return to the group, Finn went on to produce the album that finally got the group off the group: Siren’s Song.

Finn is considered a musical genius by the general public, and a train wreck by his friends.

Dickey Betts

Guitarist, singer and founding member of the Allman Brothers Band best known for writing their 1973 hit Ramblin’ Man

Dickey Betts, who has died aged 80, was a founder member of the Allman Brothers Band, one of the most influential US “southern rock” groups of the 1970s. The hard-living outfit blazed out of Jacksonville, Florida, in 1969 with a mix of rock, blues, country and jazz that defined the genre, also influencing artists such as Lynyrd Skynyrd, ZZ Top, the Black Crowes and Kid Rock. They scored several platinum and gold albums and were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

Although the six-piece band was ostensibly led by the blond- haired Allman brothers, Duane and Gregg (guitar and keyboards/vocals respectively), as joint lead guitarist, singer and main songwriter Betts played a crucial role. A larger than life character with his cowboy hats, long moustache and gunslinger good looks, Betts wrote many of the band’s best loved songs, including Jessica, Blue Sky and the 1973 US No 2 smash Ramblin’ Man, inspired by life on the road.

The signature duelling of Betts’s and Duane Allman’s lead guitars rewrote the rule book of how twin guitarists play together - previously one had played lead and the other rhythm. The band’s huge fanbase included President Jimmy Carter, and in 2020 Betts even received the rare accolade of a mention in a Bob Dylan song, when Murder Most Foul contained the line “Play Oscar Peterson, play Stan Getz/Play Blue Sky, play Dickey Betts.”

He was also the inspiration for the rock star character played by Billy Crudup in the former rock journalist Cameron Crowe’s film Almost Famous (2000), the director having been drawn to Betts’s aura of “possible danger and playful recklessness behind his eyes”.

Betts was born in West Palm Beach, Florida, one of the three children of Harold, a carpenter, and his wife, Sarah (nee Brinson), who wrote poetry and played the cornet in a Salvation Army band. Although his father was also a keen fiddler, Dickey’s first instrument was the ukelele, which he started playing aged five, later graduating to the mandolin and the banjo.

He was at West Gate elementary school when he wrote his first song, Seven Years With Pamela, about his sister. He then attended various West Palm Beach schools until seventh grade, dropping out of high school when he was 16, by which time his pursuits included carpentry, hunting and listening to the Grand Ole Opry on the family radio.

Hearing Chuck Berry’s Maybellene in his mid-teens prompted another switch of instrument, as he “started realising that girls like guitars”. He dropped out of high school aged 16 to tour the US with a travelling circus in his first band, the Swinging Saints, but was playing in Second Coming with the bassist Berry Oakley when Duane Allman invited both men to join his new group.

The lineup was completed by the drummer Butch Trucks and – unusually in white-dominated 60s southern rock - a black second drummer, James Lee Johnson, who had previously played with Otis Redding and Percy Sledge.

Although sales of their first two albums were sluggish, Duane Allman’s appearance on Eric Clapton’s 1970 album Layla and Other Assorted Love Songs – which included the classic hit Layla – boosted the heavy-touring Allman Brothers Band’s rising profile. Their 1971 live album At Fillmore East sold 1m copies.

After Duane Allman and Oakley were killed in motorcycle accidents in 1971 and 1972 respectively, Betts led a rejigged lineup. The 1973 album Brothers and Sisters – featuring Ramblin’ Man and the instrumental Jessica, later the theme to the television motoring show Top Gear – topped the US charts for five weeks, while 1975’s Win, Lose Or Draw went into the Top five. By then the band were succumbing to a familiar music industry cocktail of success, drugs, alcohol and feuding.

Betts and Gregg Allman both made solo albums, before Betts felt betrayed when the latter testified against the band’s road manager in a 1976 drugs case and refused to work with him again. Nevertheless, they regrouped in 1978, splitting again in 1982.

A second comeback in 1989 proved more enduring, although in 2000 Betts was fired over his drinking. That third spell in the band had been dogged by alcohol and drug abuse, lawsuits and arrests, and in 1996 he was charged with aggravated domestic assault after pointing a handgun at his fifth wife, Donna (nee Stearns), whom he had married in 1989. The charges were dropped after Betts agreed to enter rehab.

In his later years he returned with his own Dickey Betts Band and played in the band Great Southern with his son Duane. True to his ramblin’ man credentials, he remained on the road to the last, even after brain surgery following a 2018 fall at home, and he released live albums well into his 70s.

He is survived by Donna and his children, Kimberly, Christy, Jessica and Duane.

jonathan levy wasn't the most social person. he has friends yes but a very small and tight knit one. he's made friends throughout his life, a few long lasting relationships and some cut short, some drifted apart, others were drawn closer. jonathan levy wasn't the most social person but he knew how to hold them close to his heart.

when jonathan was 16, he made a friend in highschool. she was in some of his classes, a quiet soul. he's never seen her with a circle of her own, oftentimes seen alone and within herself only. he's never dared ask anyways but he still made friends with her. after much difficulty attempting to get more than a word as an answer.

she was silent, almost mute if not for her snarky one liners. but she was kind. he didn't have to see it to know, he just did. he can feel it behind the seemingly impenetrable wall of sass.

she stayed a ghost in the back of his mind. a haunting. a silhouette that passes through his neurons and shifting his train of thought to her station. daydreaming, wondering. how was she now?

maybe she got married too. maybe she's got her whole life ahead her now. she was a promising student after all despite her silence. does she think of him too like he thinks of her? he hopes so. he really does.

does it count as cheating that he thought about her even when he has a wife? a child of his own? he never told mira but he made her a godmother to ava. her daughter calls her her invisible auntie. or a ghost. she's never seen her, but she's heard stories. on nights her father would tell her about his past. she was always a part of it somehow, this mysterious woman. ava wants to meet her, her daddy does too.

jonathan realizes quite late in life that he's never had a picture of her. even if he scours the internet, scrolling hours and hours through old classmates' facebook profile or old albums of his time as a teen. not an image, not a trace. a ghost. like she wasn't even real.

maybe she wasn't. the way he can't find her facebook profile, nor instagram. he'd ask around but he thinks that might send a wrong message. he's got a lot on his plate already with his wife's affair and everything. plus he has a daughter.

so why was he trying so hard? why did he still preserve her in his memories? why can't he let her go?

was it because she listened to him despite never sharing things of her own? or that she'd correct his answers by showing her paper to him during an exam? or because even after all these years he longs for her silence? a peace of mind he only ever knew when he sat next to her. he still wants her. even after all this time. maybe she's all he ever wanted, his little ava too of course.

maybe he thinks about her too much that he's seeing her while he was awake too. that's why he's seeing her standing in front of him in the darkness of his living room. hasn't aged a day, still so beautiful, still so quiet.

maybe he's just tired. yeah, maybe. but then why does he approach her figure? hell, why doesn't he question how she even got in? but all that faded from his mind as he stands in front of her. a few inches taller, enough for him to have to look down to see her.

angelic, he'd describe her. unreal.

"where have you been?" was all he could ask her, voice hushed to a whisper as his wife and daughter slept in the floor above them.

a period of silence falls between them, jonathan refuses to blink or she'll be gone. she will be. he's thinking her up, a figure of his imagination for sure. and in a way, he was right.

there's so much he wants to tell her, enough that his mind fumbles for the right words to say but they never arrive. his voice stuck in his throat. instead she hears her, that same cold voice, just one word, one line. never two or three or too much to call it a sentence. but to him, her voice was sweet like a treat he can't get enough of. the word was bitter but to him it sounded much like salvation.

'where have you been?' the question hangs in the air longer than it should.

"dead."

he knows it's in a literal sense, not one for humor. it's dark out, well past midnight. unable to sleep with his thoughts plagued by the woman in front of him, thinking about her so much she's here now. she was a ghost, she haunts him, follows him from the corner of his periphery. a blur in the background but he knew it was her.

for the first time though he hears her talk longer than a word. her voice cuts in the silence like a knife to his wounded heart but he doesn't mind. he doesn't seem to mind a lot of things when it comes to her.

"you haunt me." she tells him. angry, spiteful. "i can't leave because of you. you're cruel, jonathan." oh how his name sounded so good when she says it. addictive, he wants to hear it again. she didn't want it, not back then and not even now. her heart burdened for long enough she quit. her heart was vacant for long enough, for lease, for sale, for bulldozing. her heart can't be a home even if she wanted it to be. she was young but she wasn't stupid. to let him in was to stay, she didn't want to stay. she left, permanently. but she's back because he's tied her down, chained her to his soul.

"let me go." she repeats. he should, he couldn't, he wouldn't. "never." he answers. confident, unyielding.

"i will haunt you." hateful almost as she speaks, eyes squinted to a glare. but jonathan was a hungry man, starving for a love can never have in life or in death so he'll take whatever crumbs he could get his hands on even if it was only a memory of her, even if it meant her soul stayed in this world. he'd take anything as long as he can see her, remember her. he wanted her, jonathan needed her. desperate and clawing at him, tearing down his logic and reason.

crazy. insane. out of his mind. she spewed harsh insults he takes as sweet compliments. anything that falls from her lips are anything but sweet, in his mind at least. she can hurt him all she wants, however her ghost wanted, but he'd still say thank you. like hansel and gretel, he'll eat her up, craving her hate wrapped as a sugary treat and swallow it whole and still want more. unhealthy and yet too good to not have.

"then haunt me. stay with me. even if you're not real, a ghost or an image my mind conjured. be with me however you are, i'll take what i can get my hands on so stay."

Eddie’s got what he always dreamed of, he is passing his classes, Hellfire is going great, Corroded Coffin is sounding better than ever, Chrissy Cunningham is his girlfriend, and his best friend Y/N is right by his side.

A/N: A fic inspired by Taylor Swift’s You Belong With Me where Eddie overlooks his best friend who is completely in love with him... or does he? Hurt/Comfort. One of my fics with a happy ending.

Eddie laughs keeping his arms tight around Chrissy’s waist as she groans and stomps her foot in response to a joke he made.

“Aw, come on babe it’s just a joke!” Eddie laughs, pressing a loud wet kiss to Chrissy’s cheek, making the strawberry blonde girl gasp.

“Eddie!” She squeals.

You just roll your eyes at their antics and look back at your lunch, you still can’t really believe that they’re dating. Of course, you had known about Eddie’s crush on Chrissy forever, but never in a million years did you think the head cheerleader, queen of Hawkins High, would return his affections.

You look up when Eddie snaps his fingers in front of your face.

“Hello? You in there?” He asks, giving you an odd, slightly concerned look, you notice the cafeteria is mostly emptied out now.

“Yeah, sorry just thinking about that quiz in Ms. O'Donnell's.” You look at him and smile packing up your stuff.

“…we have a quiz in O’Donnell’s today?”

“Eddie!”

You lay back on your bed listening to your new Van Halen album, when your window slides open and Eddie comes tumbling in.

“You know one of these times you’re going to get caught in here.” You laugh, as he rights himself and settles himself back onto your bed next to you. “Is this your new album?” He smiles, ignoring your statement, putting his hand behind his head as he relaxes next to you, looking up at the glow-in-the-dark stars stuck to your ceiling.

“Yeah, it’s really good, I think I like Sammy Hagar.” You say, looking at him, taking in his side profile, admiring the slope of his nose and the fizz of his curls as his listens to the music filling your room.

He turns to look at you, and you think you’ve been caught but Eddie doesn’t seem to notice that you were staring.

“Really? Better than David Lee?”

“Yeah. Here, Listen to this.” You get up and put on a song that you had listened to earlier for him, before laying back down. The two of you lay there side-by-side, and finish the entire album before arguing over which lead singer is better.

After a while Eddie puts on another album and breaks out a joint that he brought with him. The two of you lay next to each other smoking, enjoying the music and each other’s company without feeling the need to fill the air between you with endless conversation. Once the joint is reduced to nothing but ash and the album has been flipped to the ‘B’ side Eddie starts telling you his plans for after graduation.

“I’m gonna do it. I swear it, I’m getting out of this town one way or another. I know my uncle wants me to come work at the plant with him, but I just can’t imagine that as my future. I want to play stages. I’m going to get me a warlock and I’m going to LA and I will find someone, anyone who will take me seriously.”

You smile at him as he talks, you know if anyone deserves to get out of this hick town it’s him. His imagination, his dreams, his personality. They’ve always been too big for Hawkins.

“And it doesn’t hurt that Chrissy is going to UCLA next year either.” He adds.

There it is, the one thing that could dampen the amazing evening you’d been having, you’d almost forgotten about her.

“Oh… She is?”

“Yeah, she got the letter this afternoon. I’m going with her. She’s the best thing that ever happened to me, Y/N. I’m so lucky.” He smiles and sits up, pulling his shoes back on, “I should get going, but I’ll see you tomorrow for Hellfire.”

You watch as he climbs out the window, before closing it behind him. You sit back on the bed and put your head in your hands and wishing, and hoping and wanting more than anything for Eddie to see you as more than his best friend.

You don’t know why you’re here. You sit next to Eddie and the rest of the Hellfire boys in the bleachers watching Lucas play basketball, at least that’s what you’re telling yourself. You know Eddie is here for one reason, who’s wearing a short skirt and currently standing on the sidelines of the game. You try your best to focus on the game but it’s hard to not notice how Eddie whistles at her after she does a cartwheel, or how he claps loudly each time she does something.

After the game everyone decides to go to Benny’s for milkshakes, but you excuse yourself saying that you have a headache. You walk home and lock yourself in your bedroom laying in your bed feeling so lonely over the fact that the man you are head over heels for, doesn’t see you in the same light at all. You don’t register the tears at first, it’s not until they are dripping down your cheeks that you realize the sound you’re hearing is your own sobs. You lay there and allow the sadness to overwhelm, and envelop you until the peaceful darkness of sleep pulls you in.

You do your best over the next few weeks to avoid Eddie, especially if he’s with Chrissy, which seems to be all the time. The school year is coming to a close and there are more and more parties and celebrations, which makes it harder to avoid him while still enjoying time with your other friends. You decide to skip Jason Carver’s party though because you know Chrissy will absolutely drag Eddie there. Instead, you have a movie night with some of your other friends and find for the first time in a while you don’t feel so lonely.

After everyone goes home, you work on cleaning things up. You know it’s late but you’d rather get it done now than have to do it in the morning, who cares if it’s the middle of the night. You make your way up to your room and get ready for bed, and are startled by the knock on your window, opening it there he is, hair disheveled.

“Hey…” He smiles, “can I come in?”

You nod and step back giving him space to crawl on in, he tumbles through the window with as much as grace as usual and he sprawls on the floor looking up at you.

“What are you doing here, Eddie?”

“Why are you avoiding me, Y/N?” He sits up and leans against the wall under the windowsill.

You pause and look at him, before sitting next to him with your back against the wall too.

“Why aren’t you at Carver’s party with Chrissy?” you answer his question with another, two can play at that game.

He sighs and looks at you.

“Her friends are so fake. There’s not one real, genuine thing about any of them. It’s exhausting to be around them. I’d rather be here. Around you. So… Why are you avoiding me?”

You take a deep breath and look at your hands in your lap, “can’t you see, Eddie. She’s just like them. I’m the one who understands you. I’ve been here all along, so why can’t you see? You don’t belong with her Eddie. You belong with me.”

The room is silent for a long moment after your confession, before Eddie lets out a long breath and hooks his finger under your chin to lift your face so you’re looking at him.

“Do you really mean that?”

“Yes, I really mean it.”

He leans in and seals his lips over yours in a warm, loving kiss. Nothing is perfect but he knows, no one knows him better than you. You have always fit together like two puzzle pieces and if he’d realized just how much you’d loved him from the start he never would have asked Chrissy out. Together you two can make it through anything, and this, this kiss feels like perfection.

Because it's pretty hard to find a straight up list of it all. Please note that whilst I believe this is accurate, I was not involved in the fandom whilst the series was active and so could reasonably miss something.

Core Content

Assassination Classroom manga as serialised in Shounen Jump. If you buy the physical volumes, there's a bit of additional content between chapters, most notably introductory character profiles.

Assassination Classroom anime (some count seasons 1 and 2 as separate entities)

Assassination Classroom Meeting Time - an animated short featuring Korosensei and Karasuma's first meeting.

Assassination Classroom Extra Curricular Lessons - adaptations of a couple of manga chapters that weren't in the show itself. I'll just link a playlist here. Fun fact this is where Nagisa gets hit by a chair (lowkey he deserved it)

Additional Content

365 Days Movie. This isn't 'canon' as it's an anime original thing. There's no official English release that I know of. Honestly the movie is mostly a series recap, and only features Karma and Nagisa in new scenes. It's only really worth watching if you especially ship them as there's only maybe 10 minutes of actual content (and most of that is just montage, you can get the gist with this)

Roll Call Book - this was published mid manga run. It's mostly just a bunch of bonus content particularly character based. No official English translation exists, but snippets are easy enough to find online.

Graduation Album - as the name implies, it accompanies the end of the manga. About half of it is an art book, but there's extra character information especially about their post graduation lives. Crucially it includes a few manga shorts which extend past the actual canon ending.

Korotan A, B, C, and D plus Korosuu. They're mostly just Assassination Classroom themed text books (Seriously. My actual university book store sold them.) Korotans are for English vocabulary, Korosuu is for maths. Notably each book also contains a light novel (sometimes these are just referred to as 'the light novels'). It is debatable how canon these are as Matsui didn't write them, but he was involved through illustrating and overseeing the writing. Korotan D is especially debated because it's post canon content set when 3E are 18, but there's a small 'it was all a dream' implication right at the end of the book. Personally speaking I take them as full canon.

Official Spin Offs

The live action movies (part one and two). They change a lot of plot so I place them more in the spin off area. Easily skippable.

Korosensei Quest Manga (otherwise known as Koro Q) - a spin off gag manga set in a fantasy/video game inspired universe. This is not canon (unfortunately) and as far as I understand Matsui isn't involved in it. There's an implication of the idea it's Fuwa's own manga creation. Overall there are four volumes but there's no official English version (though fan scans aren't hard to find).

Korosensei Quest Anime - lightly based on the Koro Q manga. This is only a short 10 episode series though, and was complete long before the original, as such only the first few episodes are actual adaptations and it starts doing its own thing. All voice cast return so that's neat.

The OVA - basically an early adaptation of the Kyoto arc. Link here. It was released in 2013 so predates the actual anime, and a lot of the voice cast are different.

White day shorts featuring Karma, Maehara, and Nagisa - posted on official website as an otome game parody for promotion. Included because they're voice acted.

The 3DS games. They're region locked as far as I understand, and there's no translation of them. You can find it dumped if you know what you're doing with emulators, I've only played a few minutes of it myself.

The app game - no longer available. It was a gatcha tie in game featuring a variety of character illustrations.

Various merch lines and related illustrations. There are far too many to list and new ones still come out sometimes.
