First of all... Blue Exorcist is a bit different for me. When I started reading the manga and watching the anime I only cared for one certain character...

^ me.

I can say that changed a lot after entering the fandom. I see so many good art of all of the characters that I started to pay attention on everyone.

But I will always be an Arthur fan idk what could happen that would change my mind. So his plot and his panels always get the most attention from me. And the demon kings of course.

Things I would change... SEASON ONE OF THE ANIME.

People started hating Arthur because of that trash and they also represented him as a fucking joke on that fire engine. He is a Paladin! How ridiculous.

I also really don't like the art style. A lot of people hating season 3 style but in my opinion it's so much better. I want to forget season one tbh.

If I go deeper into the whole story and look at the plot I am always impressed how Kato managed all that. I have a huge respect for her creations. Everything happens out of a reason and I really like how the story and the characters evolve. It's well written and when I am sure what will happens next everything went completely different.

BUT THERE IS ONE THING THAT I WOULD ERASE FROM ALL THE MANGA AND THE PLOT AND FROM THE WHOLE WORLD. NO I AM NOT TALKING ABOUT THIS-

nung thursday pa ako ngumangawa na miss ko na si weyn kasi sunday pa kami last na nagkita tapos sobrang pagod pa sa work. ako physically pagod, sya mentally. lala ng torture nung boss nya this week. tapos di pa sya fully recovered sa sakit nya.

kagabi dapat dito sya sleep sakin kaso biglang inuubo ubo nanaman kaya umuwi nalang. so kaninang umaga nag iinarte ako na miss ko na talaga sya.

so ang ending, pupunta sya dito ngayon sakin!!!!!😋🥳

Mal's dad wasn't just a drunk. He was an addict

What she didn't know was that he stole them

He stole money as well

So one night, she couldn't find him

But then she looked outside and saw him getting beaten up

So she rushed to protect him (ik he doesnt deserve it)

She just hugged him and told those he stole drugs and money from to stop hurting her dad

They kept getting her away from him but she wouldn't let them hurt her dad even tho he was emotionally abusive to her

They've eventually had enough and left, leaving mal to carry her dad home.

While she was cleaning him up hebkept going on about how she's a stupid bad luck that got him beaten up.

And that if it weren't for her he wouldn't have stolen shit

She just let him be. This was another normal night for her

So the next day she hid all of his illegal substances

And his alcohol. To try and get him to be sober

there he came, yelling her name. Mal locked her door and hid the drugs in her bed

He banged at her door because he loves blaming her for everything

Eventually he got so angry that he broke her door

Mal was very scared

He was so furious that he started yelling and cursing right at her face

Mal kept denying that she didn't know where they were

So he started snooping around, breaking her things as she cried for him to stop

She told him how he could die from overdosing

And he told her, straight to her face that he would rather die than have a bad omen in his life.

Word for word.

He left her alone and went out, probably to go get drunk off his ass again (which lead to his liver failure after 3 years)

and she was just left alone, fixing the mess in her room and eventually throwing the drugs out where he can't find them

She was 10
